Traditional Chinese medicine composition with moisturizing effect and extract and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of extraction and application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for moisturizing skin, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with a moisturizing effect, and an extract and application thereof.
Background
Moisturization refers to the moisturizing of the skin. It plays a fundamental role in the overall state of the skin, and when the moisture content of the epidermis is sufficient, the skin feels comfortable, moist, soft and smooth, and the subsequent skin care steps are facilitated, so that the moisture retention is also the basis for the efficacy of other cosmetics. However, the skin moisturizing ability is reduced due to the following reasons: 1. impaired skin barrier function; 2. is in a dry environment for a long time; 3. genetic or age factors. The reduction of the moisture retention capacity causes a series of problems of skin moisture content reduction, dryness, desquamation, peeling, sensitivity, dark skin color, premature aging and the like. With the improvement of the national living standard, people pay more and more attention to the safety and efficacy of moisturizing products, and plant moisturizing components are natural and organic in source and have remarkable moisturizing effect, so that the moisturizing product is a new current skin-care trend.
At present, a plurality of types of moisturizing products are available in the market, a common moisturizing method is to directly moisturize or seal and moisturize skin by using oily components with high proportion, and the method generally has the problems of short moisturizing effect or easy pore blockage, acne generation and the like caused by heavy skin burden; the common plant raw materials have the technical problems of complex extraction process, high cost and poor cooperativity, and the application and development of the plant moisturizing product are hindered.

Selecting 20 dry skin testers, wherein the testers are 20-50 years old and 50% of male and female proportion respectively. The test site of the test person was required not to use cosmetics or external drugs 7 days before the test. Two 5X 5cm each are scribed on the inner forearm of the subject2The square test area of the size was tested by applying a test sample amount of about 0.2g to the right arm as a test area and the corresponding symmetric area of the left arm as a blank control, and simultaneously performing skin moisture content and trans-epidermal moisture loss (TEWL) tests. After the test is finished, the tested person needs to use the test sample once in the morning and at night every day, the right arm is smeared with the sample, and the left arm is smeared with the reference substance. The use was continued for 30 days and the subjects were asked to return visits on days 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 of the trial.
1: measurement of skin moisture content: the electrochemical method is mainly used for measuring the water content by adopting a capacitance method, the capacitance method is used for measuring the water content of the human skin horny layer based on the obvious difference of dielectric constants of water and other substances, the measured capacitance values of the skin are different according to the difference of the water content of the skin horny layer, and the parameters can represent the water content of the skin. The moisture retention efficacy of the product is evaluated by measuring the change of the water content of the stratum corneum through measuring the change of the capacitance of the stratum corneum of the skin before and after the product is used, and the method is one of the common methods for evaluating the efficacy of the moisture retention cosmetics.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the moisture content of each test site was measured using a Corneometer CM825 tester and repeated 5 times, respectively, to obtain an average value. The results of the experiment are shown in FIG. 1. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the skin moisture value of the blank control sample is slightly increased but has no obvious variation trend, and the skin moisture value is improved by about 6% after the blank control sample is used for 30 days, which indicates that the skin moisture value of the blank control sample is not obviously improved; compared with a blank control sample, the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared in the example 1 can obviously improve the skin moisture value, and the skin moisture value is increased continuously along with the time, and the skin moisture value is improved by about 37% after the traditional Chinese medicine extract is used for 30 days, so that the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared in the example 1 has a good moisturizing effect.
2: determination of epidermal Water loss (TEWL)
The determination method comprises the following steps: according to Fick's Fick's law of diffusion, under the condition of stipulated humiture, through measuring unit time, unit cross-sectional area, near the water vapor partial pressure gradient on the epidermis (within about 1 cm), obtain the value of TEWL of water loss through the epidermis. The lower the TEWL value of the skin, the less transepidermal water loss per unit time and per unit cross-sectional area, indicating better barrier function of the skin and, conversely, worse. A relatively stable testing environment is formed on the surface of the skin by using a cylindrical cavity measuring probe, and the moisture content evaporated through the epidermis is measured by two groups of sensors, so that the moisture loss condition of the surface of the skin is measured, and the moisturizing effect of the cosmetics on the surface of the skin can be evaluated.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the TEWL values for the trans-epidermal water loss were measured using a Tewameter TM 300 skin water loss test probe.
The experimental result is shown in fig. 2, and it can be seen from fig. 2 that the TEWL slightly decreases but the decrease trend is not obvious when the blank control sample is used, and the TEWL decreases by about 9% when the blank control sample is used for 30 days, which indicates that the skin barrier function is not obviously improved when the blank control sample is used; compared with a blank control sample, the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared in the example 3 can obviously reduce the TEWL with an obvious reduction trend, and the TEWL is reduced by about 33% after the traditional Chinese medicine extract is used for 30 days, so that the barrier function of the skin is obviously enhanced by using the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared in the example 3, and the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared in the example 3 of the invention is proved to have stronger moisturizing capability.
The test and the result of the moisturizing lotion prepared in example 4 and the moisturizing lotion prepared in example 5 of the present invention are as follows:
the experimental method comprises the following steps: 30 volunteers are selected, the age is 20-50 years, and the proportion of male and female is 50% respectively.
The use method comprises the following steps: after the face is cleaned every day, a tested person coats a sample on the face skin, the sample needs to be used once in the morning and at night every day, the average change of the moisture value of the skin and the average change of the moisture loss of the skin through the epidermis are measured after the sample is continuously used for 30 days, the moisture content of the skin is increased, the moisture loss of the skin through the epidermis is reduced, and the moisturizing effect is good, otherwise, the moisturizing effect of the skin is poor. Statistics as shown in table3, showing:
item Mean change in skin moisture value Average change of water loss of skin through epidermis
Example 4 moisturizing lotion Increase by 39 percent Reduce by 45 percent
Example 5 moisturizing lotion The improvement is 43 percent The reduction is 47 percent
TABLE 3
The experimental results are as follows: the moisture content of the skin was increased by 39% on average and the transepidermal water loss of the skin was decreased by 45% on average by applying the moisturizing lotion of example 4 to the face, the moisture content of the skin was increased by 43% on average and the transepidermal water loss of the skin was decreased by 47% on average by applying the moisturizing lotion of example 5 to the face. The two samples have obvious moisturizing effect, and no adverse reaction phenomena such as allergy, irritation and the like occur in the use process of the two samples.
In the above embodiments, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is a crude medicinal material or a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece, the traditional Chinese medicine composition with the moisturizing effect and the extract and the application thereof in the embodiments include the application of the extract of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the preparation of cosmetics, medicines, medical devices and disinfection products with the moisturizing effect.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
