Abstract
本发明涉及一种鲟鱼用饲料及其制备方法,属于鲟鱼养殖技术领域,包括饲料基体和包覆在其表面的诱食膜,饲料基体包括如下重量份原料:7‑15份替代蛋白,5‑12份添加剂,10‑12份豆粕,35‑45份面粉,5‑10份肉粉,6‑8份海虾粉,0.1‑0.5份复合维生素,0.1‑0.2份复合微量元素,0.2‑0.4份食用盐,0.2‑0.4份胆碱;通过对水解羽毛粉酶解,之后高温灭酶,制备出一种替代蛋白,经过酶解处理后既具有水解羽毛粉易消化的优点,而且会产生短肽链和游离氨基酸,能够满足鲟鱼的生长需求。

技术领域
本发明属于鲟鱼养殖技术领域,具体地,涉及一种鲟鱼用饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
鲟鱼为软骨硬鳞鱼,是远古鱼类,有活化石之称,其形态独特,体呈锥形,头、躯干为一平面,身披五行骨板并带有尖棘犹如铠甲,游如梭静如艇,体黑灰色,腹部白色,歪尾形,观赏价值很高。鱼皮可制胶,同时也是高档皮革物料;以鱼骨做物料制成的高钙美味食品,具有独特的药用价值,对防止老年骨质疏松、增强机体免疫力、提高大脑活力、促进人体健康十分有利。
目前鲟鱼养殖主要靠人工,鱼粉是养殖饲料中的蛋白质主要来源,但是目前受到鱼粉行业的限制,市场中供不应求,导致价格过高,严重增加了鲟鱼养殖的成本,而且传统的鲟鱼养殖用的饲料中蛋白质含量不够,一方面无法满足鲟鱼的生长需求,另一方面直接向湖面投入饲料,饲料颗粒浮在水面或缓慢落入水中,一部分分解在水中,造成浪费。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种鲟鱼用饲料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种鲟鱼用饲料,包括饲料基体和包覆在其表面的诱食膜,所述诱食膜包括如下步骤制成:
步骤S1、将葡萄糖、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸铵、硫酸镁、硫酸锰和纯净水按照80-100g∶20g∶10g∶5g∶1g∶0.05g∶100mL的用量比配置成培养基,备用;
步骤S2、将枯草芽孢杆菌接种在培养基中,控制接种量为培养基重量的5%,37℃下恒温发酵培养78h,取发酵液,将发酵液在5000rpm下离心5min,静置,取上清液,重复离心三次,合并上清液,备用;
步骤S3、将羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖依次加入去离子水中,匀速搅拌直至溶解,之后加入合并后的上清液,置于培养皿中静置脱泡6h,之后转移至45℃下干燥12h成膜,制得诱食膜,控制羟丙基甲基纤维素、魔芋葡甘聚糖和去离子水的重量比为1∶5∶50,合并后的上清液的用量为羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖重量和的10%。
本发明制备出一种诱食膜,先制备出一种培养基,之后将枯草芽孢杆菌接种在培养基中进行发酵培养,产生发酵液,枯草芽孢杆菌发酵产生乙偶铟,乙偶铟为一种食用香料,对水产品具有良好的吸引力,之后加入羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖的混合液中,制成膜,羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖均为水溶性高分子,二者上含有大量羟基,混合后通过羟基之间的相互作用,产生氢键,使得分子链相互缠绕,使得羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖分子间的相互作用加强,使得以魔芋葡甘聚糖为基体的水溶性诱食膜具有优异的力学强度,当进入水中后能够快速溶解在水中,将乙偶铟释放出来,吸引鲟鱼。
进一步地:所述饲料基体包括如下重量份原料:7-15份替代蛋白,5-12份添加剂,10-12份豆粕,35-45份面粉,5-10份肉粉,6-8份海虾粉,0.1-0.5份复合维生素,0.1-0.2份复合微量元素,0.2-0.4份食用盐,0.2-0.4份胆碱。
进一步地:所述饲料基体包括如下步骤制成:
步骤S11、按配方称取原料,混合均匀,制得混合料,将混合料粉碎,过100目筛,制得初料;
步骤S12、将初料膨化制粒,制得样品,之后置于60℃下干燥30min,之后在逆流式冷却塔中冷却15min,筛分出直径3-5mm的颗粒,制得饲料基体。
进一步地:所述替代蛋白包括如下步骤制成:将水解羽毛粉加入去离子水中,滴加质量分数10%氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH,直至pH=7.5,50℃水浴加热,匀速搅拌并加入角蛋白酶,匀速搅拌并反应6h,加热煮沸,之后冻干,制得替代蛋白,控制水解羽毛粉和去离子水的重量比为1∶5,角蛋白酶的用量为水解羽毛粉和去离子水的重量和的1%。
本申请制备出一种替代蛋白,目前市场中用鱼粉作为鲟鱼补充蛋白的食物来源,但是受到鱼粉行业的限制,目前市场中供不应求,导致价格过高,所以本发明通过对水解羽毛粉酶解,之后高温灭酶,制备出一种替代蛋白,经过酶解处理后既具有水解羽毛粉易消化的优点,而且会产生短肽链和游离氨基酸,能够满足鲟鱼的生长需求。
进一步地:所述复合维生素中各组分百分含量如下:维生素A:3.0%、维生素D3:1.5%、维生素E:5%、维生素K3:2.3%、维生素B1:1.5%、维生素B2:1.5%、维生素B6:1.5%、维生素B12:0.5%、泛酸:5.0%、烟酸:8.0%、叶酸:1.5%、2%生物素:1.0%、肌醇:12%、乙氧基喹啉:0.5%,余量为VC酯。
进一步地:所述微量元素中各组分百分含量如下:硫酸铜:3%、硫酸亚铁:15%、硫酸锌:6%、硫酸锰:5%、碘酸钙:1.5%、亚硒酸钠:1.8%、氯化钴:1.5%、硫酸镁:22%,余量为沸石粉。
一种鲟鱼用饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步、制备出饲料基体;
第二步、制备出诱食膜;
第三步、将饲料基体加入包装机中,用诱食膜包装成不同规格的饲料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明鲟鱼饲料包括饲料基体和包覆在其表面的诱食膜,该饲料基体含有丰富的微量元素和复合维生素,能够满足鲟鱼的生长需求,该诱食膜制备时将枯草芽孢杆菌接种在培养基中进行发酵培养,产生发酵液,枯草芽孢杆菌发酵产生乙偶铟,乙偶铟为一种食用香料,对鲟鱼具有良好的吸引力,之后加入羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖的混合液中,制成膜,羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖均为水溶性高分子,二者上含有大量羟基,混合后通过羟基之间的相互作用,产生氢键,使得分子链相互缠绕,使得羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖分子间的相互作用加强,使得以魔芋葡甘聚糖为基体的水溶性诱食膜具有优异的力学强度,不会轻易被包覆在其内部的饲料基体撑破,当鲟鱼饲料进入水中后诱食膜能够快速溶解在水中,将乙偶铟释放出来,吸引鲟鱼食用饲料;
本发明通过对水解羽毛粉酶解,之后高温灭酶,制备出一种替代蛋白,经过酶解处理后既具有水解羽毛粉易消化的优点,而且会产生短肽链和游离氨基酸,能够满足鲟鱼的生长需求。

实施例1
一种鲟鱼用饲料,包括饲料基体和包覆在其表面的诱食膜;
该饲料包括如下步骤制成:
第一步、制备出饲料基体:称取如下重量份原料:7份替代蛋白,5份添加剂,10份豆粕,35份面粉,5份肉粉,6份海虾粉,0.1份复合维生素,0.1份复合微量元素,0.2份食用盐,0.2份胆碱。
按配方称取原料,混合均匀,制得混合料,将混合料粉碎,过100目筛,制得初料;
将初料膨化制粒,制得样品,之后置于60℃下干燥30min,之后在逆流式冷却塔中冷却15min,筛分出直径3mm的颗粒,制得饲料基体。
第二步、制备出诱食膜:步骤S1、将葡萄糖、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸铵、硫酸镁、硫酸锰和纯净水按照80g∶20g∶10g∶5g∶1g∶0.05g∶100mL的用量比配置成培养基,备用;
步骤S2、将枯草芽孢杆菌接种在培养基中,控制接种量为培养基重量的5%,37℃下恒温发酵培养78h,取发酵液,将发酵液在5000rpm下离心5min,静置,取上清液,重复离心三次,合并上清液,备用;
步骤S3、将羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖依次加入去离子水中,匀速搅拌直至溶解,之后加入合并后的上清液,置于培养皿中静置脱泡6h,之后转移至45℃下干燥12h成膜,制得诱食膜,控制羟丙基甲基纤维素、魔芋葡甘聚糖和去离子水的重量比为1∶5∶50,合并后的上清液的用量为羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖重量和的10%。
第三步、将饲料基体加入包装机中,用诱食膜包装成10g规格的饲料。
替代蛋白包括如下步骤制成:将水解羽毛粉加入去离子水中,滴加质量分数10%氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH,直至pH=7.5,50℃水浴加热,匀速搅拌并加入角蛋白酶(金华良生物科技有限公司),匀速搅拌并反应6h,加热煮沸,之后冻干,制得替代蛋白,控制水解羽毛粉和去离子水的重量比为1∶5,角蛋白酶的用量为水解羽毛粉和去离子水的重量和的1%。
复合维生素中各组分百分含量如下:维生素A:3.0%、维生素D3:1.5%、维生素E:5%、维生素K3:2.3%、维生素B1:1.5%、维生素B2:1.5%、维生素B6:1.5%、维生素B12:0.5%、泛酸:5.0%、烟酸:8.0%、叶酸:1.5%、2%生物素:1.0%、肌醇:12%、乙氧基喹啉:0.5%,余量为VC酯。
微量元素中各组分百分含量如下:硫酸铜:3%、硫酸亚铁:15%、硫酸锌:6%、硫酸锰:5%、碘酸钙:1.5%、亚硒酸钠:1.8%、氯化钴:1.5%、硫酸镁:22%,余量为沸石粉。
实施例2
一种鲟鱼用饲料,包括饲料基体和包覆在其表面的诱食膜;
该饲料包括如下步骤制成:
第一步、制备出饲料基体:称取如下重量份原料:10份替代蛋白,8份添加剂,10份豆粕,40份面粉,6份肉粉,6份海虾粉,0.3份复合维生素,0.1份复合微量元素,0.2份食用盐,0.2份胆碱。
按配方称取原料,混合均匀,制得混合料,将混合料粉碎,过100目筛,制得初料;
将初料膨化制粒,制得样品,之后置于60℃下干燥30min,之后在逆流式冷却塔中冷却15min,筛分出直径3.5mm的颗粒,制得饲料基体。
第二步、制备出诱食膜:步骤S1、将葡萄糖、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸铵、硫酸镁、硫酸锰和纯净水按照85g∶20g∶10g∶5g∶1g∶0.05g∶100mL的用量比配置成培养基,备用;
步骤S2、将枯草芽孢杆菌接种在培养基中,控制接种量为培养基重量的5%,37℃下恒温发酵培养78h,取发酵液,将发酵液在5000rpm下离心5min,静置,取上清液,重复离心三次,合并上清液,备用;
步骤S3、将羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖依次加入去离子水中,匀速搅拌直至溶解,之后加入合并后的上清液,置于培养皿中静置脱泡6h,之后转移至45℃下干燥12h成膜,制得诱食膜,控制羟丙基甲基纤维素、魔芋葡甘聚糖和去离子水的重量比为1∶5∶50,合并后的上清液的用量为羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖重量和的10%。
第三步、将饲料基体加入包装机中,用诱食膜包装成10g规格的饲料。

第一步、制备出饲料基体:称取如下重量份原料:10份替代蛋白,10份添加剂,12份豆粕,40份面粉,8份肉粉,8份海虾粉,0.4份复合维生素,0.2份复合微量元素,0.3份食用盐,0.3份胆碱。
按配方称取原料,混合均匀,制得混合料,将混合料粉碎,过100目筛,制得初料;
将初料膨化制粒,制得样品,之后置于60℃下干燥30min,之后在逆流式冷却塔中冷却15min,筛分出直径5mm的颗粒,制得饲料基体。

第三步、将饲料基体加入包装机中,用诱食膜包装成10g规格的饲料。

实施例4
一种鲟鱼用饲料,包括饲料基体和包覆在其表面的诱食膜;
该饲料包括如下步骤制成:
第一步、制备出饲料基体:称取如下重量份原料:15份替代蛋白,12份添加剂,12份豆粕,45份面粉,10份肉粉,8份海虾粉,0.5份复合维生素,0.2份复合微量元素,0.4份食用盐,0.4份胆碱。
按配方称取原料,混合均匀,制得混合料,将混合料粉碎,过100目筛,制得初料;
将初料膨化制粒,制得样品,之后置于60℃下干燥30min,之后在逆流式冷却塔中冷却15min,筛分出直径5mm的颗粒,制得饲料基体。
第二步、制备出诱食膜:步骤S1、将葡萄糖、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸铵、硫酸镁、硫酸锰和纯净水按照100g∶20g∶10g∶5g∶1g∶0.05g∶100mL的用量比配置成培养基,备用;
步骤S2、将枯草芽孢杆菌接种在培养基中,控制接种量为培养基重量的5%,37℃下恒温发酵培养78h,取发酵液,将发酵液在5000rpm下离心5min,静置,取上清液,重复离心三次,合并上清液,备用;
步骤S3、将羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖依次加入去离子水中,匀速搅拌直至溶解,之后加入合并后的上清液,置于培养皿中静置脱泡6h,之后转移至45℃下干燥12h成膜,制得诱食膜,控制羟丙基甲基纤维素、魔芋葡甘聚糖和去离子水的重量比为1∶5∶50,合并后的上清液的用量为羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖重量和的10%。
第三步、将饲料基体加入包装机中,用诱食膜包装成10g规格的饲料。
其余同实施例1。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1相比,未用诱食膜进行包覆。
对比例2
本对比例为市场中普通鱼饲料。
选取一批健康活泼、大小体重相同的1200条鲟鱼幼苗进行养殖,分为6组,每组200条,分别用实施例1-4和对比例1-2制备出的饲料喂养相同时间,观察日增重和成活率,结果如下表所示:

从上表中能够看出本发明制备出的饲料具有较高的营养成分,相对于对比例1,实施例1-4对鲟鱼幼苗有着诱食作用,便于鲟鱼生长。

Claims (8)
1.一种鲟鱼用饲料,其特征在于:包括饲料基体和包覆在其表面的诱食膜,所述诱食膜包括如下步骤制成:
步骤S1、将葡萄糖、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸铵、硫酸镁、硫酸锰和纯净水按照80-100g∶20g∶10g∶5g∶1g∶0.05g∶100mL的用量比配置成培养基,备用;
步骤S2、将枯草芽孢杆菌接种在培养基中,控制接种量为培养基重量的5%,37℃下恒温发酵培养78h,取发酵液,将发酵液在5000rpm下离心5min,静置,取上清液,重复离心三次,合并上清液,备用;
步骤S3、将羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖依次加入去离子水中,匀速搅拌直至溶解,之后加入合并后的上清液,置于培养皿中静置脱泡6h,之后转移至45℃下干燥12h成膜,制得诱食膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲟鱼用饲料,其特征在于:所述饲料基体包括如下重量份原料:7-15份替代蛋白,5-12份添加剂,10-12份豆粕,35-45份面粉,5-10份肉粉,6-8份海虾粉,0.1-0.5份复合维生素,0.1-0.2份复合微量元素,0.2-0.4份食用盐,0.2-0.4份胆碱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种鲟鱼用饲料,其特征在于:所述饲料基体包括如下步骤制成:
步骤S11、按配方称取原料,混合均匀,制得混合料,将混合料粉碎,过100目筛,制得初料;
步骤S12、将初料膨化制粒,制得样品,之后置于60℃下干燥30min,之后在逆流式冷却塔中冷却15min,筛分出直径3-5mm的颗粒,制得饲料基体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种鲟鱼用饲料,其特征在于:所述替代蛋白包括如下步骤制成:将水解羽毛粉加入去离子水中,滴加质量分数10%氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH,直至pH=7.5,50℃水浴加热,匀速搅拌并加入角蛋白酶,匀速搅拌并反应6h,加热煮沸,之后冻干,制得替代蛋白,控制水解羽毛粉和去离子水的重量比为1∶5,角蛋白酶的用量为水解羽毛粉和去离子水的重量和的1%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种鲟鱼用饲料,其特征在于:所述复合维生素中各组分百分含量如下:维生素A:3.0%、维生素D3:1.5%、维生素E:5%、维生素K3:2.3%、维生素B1:1.5%、维生素B2:1.5%、维生素B6:1.5%、维生素B12:0.5%、泛酸:5.0%、烟酸:8.0%、叶酸:1.5%、2%生物素:1.0%、肌醇:12%、乙氧基喹啉:0.5%,余量为VC酯。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种鲟鱼用饲料,其特征在于:所述复合微量元素中各组分百分含量如下:硫酸铜:3%、硫酸亚铁:15%、硫酸锌:6%、硫酸锰:5%、碘酸钙:1.5%、亚硒酸钠:1.8%、氯化钴:1.5%、硫酸镁:22%,余量为沸石粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲟鱼用饲料,其特征在于:步骤S3中控制羟丙基甲基纤维素、魔芋葡甘聚糖和去离子水的重量比为1∶5∶50,合并后的上清液的用量为羟丙基甲基纤维素和魔芋葡甘聚糖重量和的10%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲟鱼用饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
第一步、制备出饲料基体;
第二步、制备出诱食膜;
第三步、将饲料基体加入包装机中,用诱食膜包装成饲料。
