Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, in particular to lipid-lowering liver-protecting tea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increase of life rhythm and working pressure and the continuous change of dietary structure, obesity, hyperlipidemia and fatty liver become epidemic diseases, which brings great trouble to the life of people. According to 2010 global epidemiological survey results, the incidence rate of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in adults is up to 20% -33%, while the incidence rate in obese people is up to 75%. The prevalence of the traditional Chinese medicine is increased year by year, the affected people tend to be younger, and the traditional Chinese medicine has no obvious subjective symptoms in the early and middle stages and is ignored by people. However, NAFL is a risk factor for hypertension, diabetic complications, coronary heart disease and obesity, insulin resistance, etc. Wherein, simple non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFL) can be developed into fatty hepatitis (NASH), fatty liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis and even liver cancer, but the patient often cannot pay enough attention because the patient is often diagnosed in physical examination because of no symptoms. The treatment of NAFLD mainly conditions and regulates diet life at present, saves diet, reduces weight, increases exercise amount and the like in daily life, and eliminates possible causes and inducers; the current medicines for treating the disease comprise an insulin sensitizer, an antioxidant, a lipid-lowering and weight-losing agent, a liver-protecting and anti-inflammatory medicine and the like.
Currently, various liver-protecting drugs and lipid-lowering drugs on the market are unacceptable to many patients due to obvious side effects, such as gastrointestinal reaction, liver metabolism burden increase and the like. Meanwhile, with the coming of aging society, people have stronger and stronger requirements for health preservation and health care. In the face of the clinical phenomenon, a green and safe medicine with obvious curative effect is urgently needed.
The traditional Chinese medicine tea is used for drinking instead of tea, namely the traditional Chinese medicine tea is prepared by matching Chinese herbal medicines with tea leaves, or soaking and decocting the Chinese herbal medicines (single or compound) instead of tea, and then drinking like drinking tea. The traditional Chinese medicine tea substitute drink is a drink prepared by combining selected medicines and tea leaves or (without tea leaves) according to a formula combining syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, method, formula and medicine. At present, the medicinal tea is widely applied to the families of internal, external, women, children, five sense organs and the like, and particularly has outstanding effects in the fields of health preservation and health care and disease rehabilitation.
From the current market, the mainstream herb tea can be roughly divided into health preservation and health care and disease treatment. In terms of variety and functions, the instant tea mainly has the health-preserving and health-care effects of losing weight, reducing blood fat, lowering blood pressure, building body, relieving alcoholism, prolonging life and the like. The composition of the tea is mainly combined with edible medicines and tea leaves, and the tea leaves are often used as substrates, which belongs to the category of typical tea preparations. The health-care tea has great limitation on the selection and the application range of the medicine, the treatment efficacy can be rarely shown, and the development situation is far from meeting the requirement of the modern society on the improvement of the life quality. In addition, most of the lipid-lowering and liver-protecting health products on the market are single-action medicinal tea such as: gynostemma pentaphylla tea, red yeast rice tea, etc. The single medicinal tea has obvious lipid-lowering effect, but has the characteristics of poor taste, cold and cool nature and is not suitable for long-term use.
From a theoretical point of view, a plurality of doctors have conducted research on medicinal tea, and research studies on the medicinal tea include a bin and the like, which show that the fat-regulating and liver-protecting tea (salvia miltiorrhiza, radix puerariae, semen cassiae, hawthorn, semen coicis, chrysanthemum, schisandra chinensis and green tea from Shannan) has the effects of assisting in reducing fat and protecting liver. Clinical trial research on 72 patients with dyslipidemia and abnormal liver function shows that the fat-regulating liver-benefiting tea (hawthorn, pseudo-ginseng, lotus leaf and the like) can effectively assist in regulating blood fat and improving liver function. The lipid-lowering tea has the efficacy of regulating lipid and protecting liver at the same time and is related to the common pathogenesis of the lipid-regulating tea and the liver-protecting tea. The basic pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia and fatty liver is caused by liver dysfunction in smoothing flow of qi, spleen dysfunction in transportation, endogenous dampness and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation. Therefore, the medicinal tea has obvious curative effect on the disease, but the medicine composition selected from the theory of homology of medicine and food is not common to doctors.
Despite the current market, few herbal teas are selected from the theory of homology of medicine and food. The medicinal tea with homology of medicine and food can be obtained by unexpected harvest if the psychological expectation of people that the medicinal tea is convenient to use and carry and can effectively treat diseases is considered to be researched under the guidance of the academic system and the internal thinking of 'preventive treatment of diseases' in the traditional Chinese medicine. The medicinal tea is prepared and dissolved into tea, the tea carries the medicinal property, and the medicinal property and the taste of the tea are determined according to the shape and the characteristics of the tea. Aiming at the blank medical market at present, the lipid-lowering and liver-protecting tea is found to have better curative effects on the aspect of improving symptoms, reducing blood fat and improving the shape and quality of the liver of a patient suffering from phlegm-dampness and blood stasis non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in clinic. And the composition formula of the lipid-lowering liver-protecting tea conforms to the theory of homology of medicine and food, has ideal taste and mild medicine property, is convenient to carry, and is suitable for long-term safe taking. The traditional Chinese medicine theory system of medicinal and edible medicinal tea is actively constructed, the modern pharmaceutical technology and the bioengineering technology are combined, the traditional medicinal tea prescription is repackaged and defined, the ancient method is newly used, and related health products are researched and developed on the basis of the new ancient method, so that the traditional medicinal tea prescription becomes a necessity.
