The sodium polyvinyl chloride alkyl carbonate and the sodium acyl sulfonate are both anionic surfactants, and the sodium polyvinyl chloride alkyl carbonate belongs to a surfactant with good degreasing capability and has small irritation to skin and mucous membranes (such as eyelids). The sodium acylsulfonate has excellent detergency, low skin irritation, excellent skin affinity, good skin feeling during washing or after washing, no excessive dryness of the skin, and remarkable tenderness. The alkyl alcohol monoethanolamide and the alkyl polyglucoside are both nonionic surfactants, are prepared from natural plants as raw materials, have no any irritation and toxicity to skin and environment, have moderate cleaning power, and are new popular low-sensitivity active agents. The surfactant and the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt are combined for use, and the wettability of the liquid medicine is further enhanced through the permeation promoting effect of the surfactant, so that the dry and water-deficient skin surface after the wet tissue is used can be avoided, and the comfort level of a user is improved.
A preparation method of a wet tissue with sterilization and anti-inflammation functions comprises the following steps:
mixing bisabolol and ethanol, adding Chinese medicinal extract, heating at 40-60 deg.C for 20-30min, stirring once every 8-12min for 3-5min during heating, sequentially adding chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, laurocapram, cyclohexadenol and surfactant, adjusting pH to 6-7 to obtain medicinal liquid, sterilizing non-woven fabric for 10-20min, and soaking the non-woven fabric in the medicinal liquid for 10-20 min.
In this embodiment, since bisabolol is insoluble in water, it is necessary to first mix it with ethanol to dissolve it, and then mix it with the herbal extract and heat it at 40-60 deg.C for 20-30 min. At the temperature, the dissolution speed of the bisabolol and the traditional Chinese medicine extract can be accelerated, specifically, the molecular activities in the solution are enhanced, and the molecules collide with each other, so that the mixing effect of the bisabolol and the traditional Chinese medicine extract is better. Stirring is needed in the heating process, stirring operation is increased, the molecular movement speed in the solution can be further increased, the dissolution speed of the bisabolol and the traditional Chinese medicine extract is further increased, the solution is stirred once every 8-12min, the solution static condition can be continuously broken through multiple times of stirring, the intermolecular movement condition is continuously inhibited, and the bisabolol and the traditional Chinese medicine extract are mixed more thoroughly; stirring for 3-5min each time to ensure that bisabolol and Chinese medicinal extract are uniformly mixed and avoid the situation that the two are not completely and uniformly mixed.
And then sequentially adding chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, laurocapram, cyclohexanehexol and a surfactant into the mixed solution of the bisabolol and the traditional Chinese medicine extract, and sequentially adding the components to ensure that the synergistic promotion effect among the components is better, specifically, the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt can enhance the antibacterial property and the moisturizing property, the laurocapram and the cyclohexanehexol enhance the penetration effect, and the surfactant can further enhance the penetration and the moisturizing effect, so that the sterilization and anti-inflammation effects of the liquid medicine are enhanced. The pH value of the liquid medicine is adjusted to be 6-7, because under the weak acid condition, the penetration promoting effect of laurocapram and inositol is better, and then the sterilization and inflammation diminishing components in the liquid medicine are better penetrated into the surface layer of the skin, so that the sterilization and inflammation diminishing effects on the skin are better, the skin cleaning degree is obviously improved, and the bacterial growth is effectively prevented.
The embodiment also comprises sterilizing the non-woven fabrics for 10-20min, and soaking the non-woven fabrics in the liquid medicine for 10-20 min. The non-woven fabrics are sterilized firstly, so that bacteria on the non-woven fabrics can be killed, the cleanliness of the non-woven fabrics is increased, and the safety of the wet tissue in use is improved. Alternatively, the sterilization may be microwave sterilization, ultraviolet sterilization, or ozone sterilization, and the specific manner is not limited. Sterilizing for 10-20min to ensure complete sterilization of the non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric is directly soaked in the liquid medicine, so that the non-woven fabric can absorb the liquid medicine, the non-woven fabric is soaked for 10-20min, the liquid medicine can completely soak the non-woven fabric, and the liquid medicine content of the wet tissue can relatively thoroughly clean the skin when the wet tissue is used. Optionally, the mass concentration of ethanol is 70% to 75%, and the mass ratio of ethanol to bisabolol is 1: 3. the ethanol with the mass concentration can accelerate the dissolution speed of the bisabolol in the ethanol, and meanwhile, the ethanol has the sterilization and disinfection effects, so that the sterilization effect of the liquid medicine can be further enhanced. In addition, the ethanol can also accelerate the mixing degree of the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the bisabolol, so that the solution has better uniformity.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following steps: adding purified water into aloe, folium artemisiae argyi, dandelion and purslane, decocting for 1-2h at 60-70 ℃ to obtain a first solution, extracting chamomile, sage and rosemary for 1-2h at 100-120 ℃ by steam to obtain a second solution, mixing the first solution and the second solution, and concentrating for 30-40min at-5-10 ℃ to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine extract. In the embodiment, aloe, folium artemisiae argyi, dandelion and purslane are decocted for 1-2 hours at 60-70 ℃, the mixed decoction of the traditional Chinese medicines can have good sterilizing and inflammation diminishing effects, and the decoction and extraction at the temperature can avoid the damage of high temperature to the effective components of the medicines, so that the drug effect is weakened; the chamomile, the sage and the rosemary are subjected to steam extraction at the temperature of 100-120 ℃ for 1-2h, because the volatile oil extracts of the chamomile, the sage and the rosemary have good bactericidal effect, relatively pure volatile oil can be obtained through steam extraction, and meanwhile, the steam extraction speed is higher, and the process time can be shortened. Then the mixed solution after being respectively treated is frozen and concentrated, so that the mass density of the effective components in the solution can be improved, and the drug effect of the liquid medicine is better. Optionally, before the concentration, the method further comprises the step of mixing the first solution and the second solution and then centrifuging for 3-10min at the speed of 800-.
