Abstract
The invention discloses a synergistic auxiliary composition for a D-limonene soluble solution, which is prepared from zingiber corallinum hance essential oil, organic silicon, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, a propylene oxide block copolymer and a solvent according to a certain processing method. The synergistic auxiliary composition has good stability, is simple to prepare, is safe and environment-friendly to the environment, can effectively improve the adhesiveness, spreadability and wetting permeability of a liquid medicine, and obviously improves the control effect of a D-limonene soluble agent on pests.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a synergistic auxiliary composition for a D-limonene soluble solution.
Background
D-limonene (D-limonene) is orange oil extracted from orange peels by a professional cold pressing technology, and belongs to natural plant source pesticides. The problem of resistance to agricultural pests is a global problem and has always been a key issue of concern for agricultural scientists. With the continuous use of pesticides for controlling pests for one year and another year, the pest resistance is becoming serious and the species of pests producing resistance are increasing due to the increase of the usage amount of pesticides and unscientific use of pesticides and other factors. In the citrus planting area, the D-limonene is singly used for preventing and controlling citrus red spiders and scale insects in a long-term transition manner, so that pests have greater resistance to the D-limonene, and the prevention and control effect is increasingly poor. a synergistic assistant composition for a D-limonene soluble solution comprises five components of zingiber corallinum hance essential oil, organic silicon, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, a propylene oxide block copolymer and a solvent.
The weight percentages of the components are as follows:
1-10% of Zingiber corallinum Hance essential oil, 30-50% of organic silicon, 5-15% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 5-15% of propylene oxide block copolymer and the balance of solvent.
Preferably, the weight percentages of the components are as follows:
5-10% of Zingiber corallinum Hance essential oil, 40-50% of organic silicon, 10-15% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 10-15% of propylene oxide block copolymer and the balance of solvent.
The Zingiber corallinum Hance essential oil is prepared by the following method:
1. cleaning, drying and crushing the coral ginger into 50 meshes to obtain coral ginger powder; adding 50mL of ethanol with the mass concentration of 70% into each gram of the coral ginger, and stirring for 1 hour at 65 ℃; cooling, filtering, collecting filtrate, and removing ethanol to obtain extract;
2. adding 200mL of mixed solution of ethyl acetate and water with the mass ratio of 1:3 into each gram of extract, stirring for 1 hour, standing for layering, collecting an organic layer, and concentrating.
The organosilicon initiator is vinyl trichlorosilane, has the average molecular weight of 600-650, has 7-9 ethylene oxide numbers and does not contain propylene oxide.
The adding ratio of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to the propylene oxide block copolymer in the composition is 1: 1.
The solvent is one or more of methyl esterified vegetable oil, sec-butyl acetate, 100#, 150#, and 1500 #.
The additive amount of the synergistic agent composition in the formula of the D-limonene soluble solution is 10-25%. The synergistic assistant composition can effectively improve the adhesion, the spreadability and the wetting permeability of the liquid medicine on the leaves.
The invention also provides application of the synergistic auxiliary composition in a D-limonene soluble solution for improving the control effect on citrus pests.
The citrus pests are citrus scale red spiders and citrus scale shell worms.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the synergistic auxiliary composition disclosed by the invention is good in stability, and can be used for remarkably improving the adhesiveness, the spreadability and the wetting permeability of a D-limonene soluble solution liquid medicine and improving the effective utilization rate of the medicine.
2. The synergistic auxiliary agent composition has excellent synergism on the D-limonene soluble solution, can obviously improve the control effect on pests, and particularly has remarkable synergism on the control of citrus red spiders and scale insects.
3. The synergistic auxiliary composition is simple to prepare, safe to environment and easy to degrade.

Comparative example 1
The essential oil of Zingiber corallinum Hance of example 4 was removed, and the rest conditions were the same as example 4.

The sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate in example 4 was removed, and the remaining conditions were the same as in example 4.

The results in table 1 show that the 18% D-limonene soluble solution prepared by the synergistic auxiliary composition disclosed by the invention has better stability than a comparative example and a contrast medicament in all performance indexes, and the instability of a preparation system can be caused by changing the proportion of the components; the synergistic auxiliary composition can obviously reduce the surface tension of 18 percent of D-limonene soluble solution liquid medicine and improve the wetting performance (shortening the wetting time) and the spreading permeability.

As can be seen from the results in Table 2, the 18% D-limonene soluble formulation prepared by the builder composition of the present invention is significantly better at controlling citrus red mites than the control formulation and the control formulation. Therefore, the synergistic auxiliary composition can remarkably improve the prevention and control effect of the 18% D-limonene soluble solution on citrus red mites.

As can be seen from the results in Table 3, the 18% D-limonene soluble formulation prepared by the builder composition of the present invention is significantly better at controlling citrus red mites than the control formulation as well. Therefore, the synergistic auxiliary composition can remarkably improve the prevention and control effect of the 18 percent D-limonene soluble solution on the scale insects.

Claims (8)
1. The synergistic auxiliary composition for the D-limonene soluble solution is characterized by comprising five components of zingiber corallinum hance essential oil, organic silicon, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, propylene oxide block copolymer and a solvent, wherein the synergistic auxiliary composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-10% of Zingiber corallinum Hance essential oil, 30-50% of organic silicon, 5-15% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 5-15% of propylene oxide block copolymer and the balance of solvent.
2. The builder composition for a D-limonene soluble formulation according to claim 1, wherein said builder composition comprises, in weight percent: 5-10% of Zingiber corallinum Hance essential oil, 40-50% of organic silicon, 10-15% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 10-15% of propylene oxide block copolymer and the balance of solvent.
3. A builder composition for a D-limonene soluble according to claim 1 or 2 wherein said zingiber corallinum hance essential oil is prepared by:
(1) cleaning, drying and crushing the coral ginger into 50 meshes to obtain coral ginger powder; adding 50mL of ethanol with the mass concentration of 70% into each gram of the coral ginger, and stirring for 1 hour at 65 ℃; cooling, filtering, collecting filtrate, and removing ethanol to obtain extract;
(2) adding 200mL of mixed solution of ethyl acetate and water with the mass ratio of 1:3 into each gram of extract, stirring for 1 hour, standing for layering, collecting an organic layer, and concentrating.
4. The builder composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the silicone initiator is vinyltrichlorosilane, has an average molecular weight of 600-650, has an ethylene oxide number of 7-9, and does not contain propylene oxide.
5. The builder composition for a D-limonene solubles according to claim 1 wherein said sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and propylene oxide block copolymer are added to the composition in a ratio of 1: 1.
6. The builder composition of claim 1, wherein the solvent is one or more of methyl esterified vegetable oil, sec-butyl acetate, 100#, 150#, and 1500 #.
7. The builder composition for a D-limonene soluble concentrate according to claim 1, wherein said builder composition is for use in D-limonene soluble concentrate for enhancing control of citrus pests.
8. The builder composition for a D-limonene soluble concentrate according to claim 7, wherein said citrus pests are citrus red mites, citrus scale insects.
