Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a pesticidal composition containing dimefon and application thereof.
Background
Spodoptera frugiperda, also known as fall armyworm, is a omnivorous pest native to tropical and subtropical areas of america, widely distributed on continental america, and is an important agricultural pest.
Spodoptera frugiperda has the following characteristics: the suitable area is wide; the migration speed is high, the distance is long; the reproductive capacity is strong; the range of host plants is wide; the catching and killing difficulty is high. Pyrethroids and emamectin benzoate drugs are widely used for the control of spodoptera frugiperda. However, the long-term use of the spodoptera frugiperda has the effect of gradually enhancing the drug resistance of spodoptera frugiperda and increasing the difficulty of prevention and control.
Therefore, the search for new pharmaceutical compositions with low amounts that delay the development of drug resistance is a highly desirable problem for those skilled in the art.
In terms of process preparation, the environment-friendly traditional formulation such as the missible oil has relatively high biological activity and relatively high control effect on plant diseases and insect pests, but other formulations have to be selected along with the export of national policies and large-scale restrictions of markets, but the drug efficacy can reach the effect of the traditional missible oil formulation due to the restrictions of the water-based formulation, the usage amount must be increased to achieve corresponding control effect, excessive usage leads to certain resistance of target pests, the corresponding plant diseases and insect pests are difficult to control, and the appropriate high-efficiency environment-friendly formulation is selected to effectively promote the biological activity of active ingredients, enhance the permeation and conduction of the drugs, achieve the effects of energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental pressure relief.

Further, the weight ratio of the first component to the second component to the third component is 1-10:1-20:3-7.
Further, the rabdosia rubescens extract is prepared by the following method: soaking Rabdosia Rubescens (Hemsl.) Hara in ethanol solution, reflux extracting for 3 times to obtain extractive solution, concentrating, extracting with ethyl acetate, concentrating, and drying to obtain Rabdosia Rubescens (Hemsl.) Hara extract.
Further, the weight ratio of the attapulgite to the fumed silica is 2:1.
Further, the insecticidal composition is prepared by the following steps: mixing the effective components, the emulsifying agent, the dispersing agent, the thickening agent and the dispersing medium, shearing and uniformly mixing, adding silicon nitride grinding beads, grinding until the D90 is smaller than 3 mu m, and removing the silicon nitride grinding beads after grinding to obtain the insecticidal composition containing the dimefon.
Further, the addition amount of the silicon nitride grinding beads is 2.3 times of the total mass of the insecticidal composition, the rotating speed is 2500r/min, and the sanding time is 135min.
Further, the prepared insecticidal composition containing the dimehypo is used for controlling insect pests.
Further, the pest is spodoptera frugiperda.
