b: cutting a round sponge, completely immersing the sponge in a silver nitrate solution, wrapping the sponge at the root, and sleeving the elastic band at the top of the sponge to enable the sponge to be tightly attached to the root of the dracaena sanderiana and keep the root of the dracaena sanderiana moist all the time;
c: taking a plurality of cleaned solution bottles, sterilizing and disinfecting the solution bottles by using alcohol, then drying the solution bottles, removing sponges and elastic bands on the dracaena sanderiana, adding nutrient solution into the solution bottles, inserting the roots of the picked dracaena sanderiana into the solution bottles, and immersing the roots of the dracaena sanderiana into the nutrient solution;
d: preparing a square storage and transportation box, wherein both sides of the inner wall of the storage and transportation box are fixedly connected with springs, one side of each spring, which is far away from the inner wall of the storage and transportation box, is fixedly connected with a clamping ring, a solution bottle filled with the bamboos is placed between the two clamping rings in the inner cavity of the storage and transportation box, and the springs generate tension on the clamping rings to promote the clamping rings to clamp the solution bottle, so that the stability of the solution bottle is enhanced;
e: spraying a preservative on the upper half part of the dendrocalamus latiflorus, wherein the preservative comprises a humectant, gluconate, saccharides, a bactericidal bacteriostatic agent and a silver nitrate solution, and each liter of preservative comprises: 0.1-1g of humectant, 0.3-1g of gluconate, 20-50g of sugar, 0.1-1g of bactericidal bacteriostatic agent and 0.02-0.1mg of silver nitrate solution, loading, storing and transporting at the temperature of 20-25 ℃ and the humidity of 40-60%;
