The tea garden soil loosening, ploughing and fertilizing integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the driving device comprises a cylinder body (17), a cylinder body (17) which faces front and back is arranged on the upper side of the liquid storage tank (2), a partition plate (18) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the cylinder body (17), pistons (19) are arranged in the front side and the back side of the partition plate (18) in a matched manner, the two pistons (19) are respectively connected with the front side wall and the back side wall of the cylinder body (17) through springs (25), the outer ends of the pistons (19) are fixedly connected with piston rods (20), the outer ends of the piston rods (20) outwards penetrate through the cylinder body (17), the joint between the piston rods (20) and the cylinder body (17) is in sealing contact fit, the outer end of the piston rod (20) at the front side is connected with the outer end of the first rod (13) at the front side through a connecting rod (21), the outer end of the piston rod (20) at the back side is connected with the outer end of the first rod (13) at the back side through another connecting rod, and the connecting rod (21) is in rotary connection with the outer end of the first rod (13), the bottom of the outer end of the piston rod (20) is fixedly connected with a vertical plate (22), the top of the liquid storage tank (2) is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft (23), a cam (24) is installed at the upper end of the rotating shaft (23), the vertical plate (22) can be pushed forwards and backwards when the cam (24) rotates, a first motor (26) with an upward output shaft is installed at one side of the liquid storage tank (2), the output shaft of the first motor (26) is connected with the rotating shaft (23) through a belt pulley assembly (27), the liquid pumping and spraying device comprises a cavity (28), the cavity (28) is formed inside the piston rod (20), a third through hole is formed in the side wall of the piston rod (20) and communicated with the cavity (28), a liquid outlet hole is formed in the outer end of the piston rod (20), a one-way liquid outlet valve (29) is installed in the liquid outlet hole, a spray head (30) is installed outside the liquid outlet hole, a fourth through hole is formed in one side, far away from the partition plate (18), of the cylinder body (17), and a one-way liquid inlet valve (31) is installed in the fourth through hole, the outer end of the fourth through hole is communicated with the interior of the liquid storage tank (2) through a pipeline (32).
