众所周知,安装在车辆上的行车记录仪的照相装置有相机组件和支撑该相机组件的支架(专利文献1)。

【本发明要解决的技术问题】
就安装在车辆上的行车记录仪而言,由于其相机组件直接安装在车辆上,因此容易因运行时的振动或冲击产生抖动,很可能出现图像不清晰的情况。
本发明旨在提供能抑制相机组件抖动的两轴倾斜装置、照相装置以及电子设备。
【技术方案】
本发明的一个形态是两轴倾斜装置,该装置具有框架体、多个悬架弹簧和电流供应控制组件,是一种两轴倾斜装置,框架体在被倾斜部件的底面具有隔开一定空间相向而对的背面板,悬架弹簧连接所述底面和所述背面板之间,由形状记忆合金制成,电流供应控制组件为所述多个悬架弹簧提供电流。
优选地,所述多个悬架弹簧分别通过将金属丝缠绕成螺旋状而制成。

框架体侧板220在相机组件100的周围将其包围,Z轴方向两侧是敞开的中空方柱部,包括4个框架体侧板220A~220D。框架体侧板220A~220B的Y轴方向长度、框架体侧板220C、220D的X轴方向长度分别等于背面侧板212A、212B的Y轴方向长度、背面侧板VC、212D的X轴方向长度,而且比相机组件100的侧面130A、130B的Y轴方向长度、侧面130C、130D的X轴方向长度大。因此,当相机组件100配置在框架体200内时,各侧面130A~130D分别相对于各框架体侧板220A~220D隔开一定空间无接触地相向而对。
4个悬架弹簧300配置在相机组件100的底面120与框架体200的背面板211之间,将两者连接起来。4个悬架弹簧300在底面120的中心轴周围等间隔(90度间隔)地循环配置。在本实施方式中,在X轴方向配置2个(悬架弹簧300A、300B)、在Y轴方向配置2个(悬架弹簧300C、300D)。悬架弹簧300A配置在底面120的接近侧面130A部位的Y轴方向中央,悬架弹簧300B配置在底面120的接近侧面130B部位的Y轴方向中央。悬架弹簧300C配置在底面120的接近侧面130C部位的X轴方向中央,悬架弹簧300D配置在底面120的接近侧面130D部位的X轴方向中央。
也可将4个悬架弹簧300配置在相机组件100的底面120的四角附近。而且,本发明不限定于配置4个悬架弹簧300,只要在底面120的中心轴周围,等间隔地排列、循环配置至少3个悬架弹簧300即可。
如图3所示,对于各个悬架弹簧300,从整体来看,其具有背面板侧端部301、相机组件侧端部302,在背面板侧端部301和相机组件侧端部302之间形成弹簧本体部303。各个悬架弹簧300通过在正中间将形状记忆合金制的金属丝310翻折缠绕成螺旋状而制成。该金属丝310的中央部分311在整个悬架弹簧300的一端侧(即背面板侧端部301)通过翻折形成翻折部312。换言之,弹簧本体部303的形成螺旋状的第1弹簧本体部303A与第2弹簧本体部303B在同一轴上组合。翻折部312相对于背面板211平行延伸为直线状,联结第1弹簧本体部303A与第2弹簧本体部303B。金属丝310的两端部313位于整个悬架弹簧300的另一端侧(即相机组件侧端部302)。分别将第1弹簧本体部303A的端部与第2弹簧本体部303B的端部向Z方向翻折形成两端部313。两端部313最好设置在将螺旋的中心夹在中间的两相反侧。
金属丝310的两端部313固定在相机组件100的底面120上,与相机组件100内部的电流供应控制组件(未进行图示)电气连接。另一方面,翻折部312固定在背板面211上。因此,悬架弹簧300仅从电流供应控制组件供应控制电流,无需从背面侧框架体210侧供应电流。就金属丝310而言,除了两端部312外,其最好均被绝缘材料覆盖。
如图2所示,相机组件100的底面120连接着电源线400。电源线400为存放在相机组件100的电流供应控制组件、存储媒介存放部、图像控制组件供应电源。背面侧板212B和背面板211形成切口部230。该切口部230是用于拉出电源线400的导出口。
如图1、图2所示,安装部件500具有棒材510、固定部件520。棒材510的一端510A固定在框架体200上,比如固定在框架体侧板220D上。棒材510的另一端510B上形成球体510C。固定部件520具有固定板521和圆筒部522,前者具有粘贴在车辆前玻璃上的粘贴面,后者在该粘贴面的相反侧凸出。圆柱部522和球体510C构成所谓的球联结器,由圆柱部522支撑着,将球体510C包进去,棒材510获得支撑后,能够以一定的自由度相对于固定部件520调整方向和角度。
下文将对上述本实施方式的行车记录仪10的组装例进行说明。将电源线400以及悬架弹簧300的相机组件侧端部302连接在相机组件100的底面120。在此种情况下,在X轴方向排列配置的悬架弹簧300A、300B的翻折部312沿着X轴方向延伸配置。同样,在Y轴方向排列配置的悬架弹簧300C、300D的翻折部312沿着Y轴方向延伸配置。随后,将悬架弹簧300的背面板侧端部301连接背面板211。由此,相机组件100处于通过悬架弹簧300被框架体200悬架着的状态。
随后,将相机组件100插入框架体侧板220内。而且相对于背面侧框架体210安装框架体侧板220。具体地,将框架体侧板220A~220D的Z轴方向的后端与背面侧框架体210的背面侧板212A~212D的Z轴方向的前端对接\固定。在此种情况下,电源线400通过背面侧框架体210的切口部230被拉出框架体200的外部。由此,相机组件100处于可在框架体200的内部倾斜的状态。
进而,将安装部件500的棒材510的一端510A固定连接在框架体200的框架体侧板220之一上(图1、图2中为框架体侧板220D),将另一端510B的球体510C插入固定部件520的圆柱部件522内。
接着将对本实施方式的行车记录仪10的动作进行说明。例如,事先分别从电流供应控制组件向4个悬架弹簧300供应规定的电流。增加流向在X轴方向排列的悬架弹簧300A的电流,减少流向悬架弹簧300B的电流。于是,悬架弹簧300A沿着Z轴方向收缩,相机组件100被拉近框架体200的背面板211侧。而且,另一个悬架弹簧300B沿着Z轴方向延伸,相机组件100离开框架体200的背面板211侧。结果在相机组件100上产生绕着Y轴周围的旋转(在图2中为逆时针旋转)。
如将电流方向反过来,使悬架弹簧300A延长,使悬架弹簧300B收缩,则在相机组件100上产生绕着Y轴周围的顺时针旋转。
同样,如给在Y轴方向排列的2个悬架弹簧300C、300D施加同样的电流控制,则可在相机组件100上产生绕着X轴周围的旋转。由此可实现在相机组件100上绕着X轴周围、Y轴周围旋转。
而且,也可以不事先供应规定的电流,而是向使其收缩的悬架弹簧300提供必要的电流使其收缩,从而在相机组件100上产生旋转。
相机组件100的电流供应控制组件具有角速度检测元件(未进行图示)。车辆运行期间的振动或冲击传递至相机组件100,通过角速度检测元件检测出每个X轴周围成分、Y轴周围成分。电流供应控制组件根据检测出的X轴以及/或者Y轴周围成分的角速度的大小和方向,分别向悬架弹簧300A~300D提供电流,使其伸长/收缩、或者收缩。由此,使相机组件100在X轴周围以及/或者Y轴周围倾斜,返回原来的方向。由此,相机组件100与车里的摇晃阻断。
而且,悬架弹簧300也可配置金属丝310的两端部313作为背面板侧端部301,配置翻折部312作为相机组件侧端部302。而且,也可将金属丝310的一侧端部313作为背面板侧端部301固定在背面板211上,将另一侧端部313作为相机组件侧端部302固定在相机组件100的底面120上。在此种情况下,弹簧本体部303仅形成1个螺旋形状。所述实施方式对将本发明适用于行车记录仪的例子进行了说明,但是本发明的适用对象并不限于行车记录仪,还可适用于搭载在自行车或无人机上的照相装置等。

Claims (8)

1.一种两轴倾斜装置,其特征在于,包括:
框架体,具有背面板,所述背面板与被倾斜部件的底面隔开一定空间并相向而对
多个悬架弹簧,连接所述底面和所述背面板之间,由形状记忆合金制成;以及
为所述多个悬架弹簧提供电流的电流供应控制组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两轴倾斜装置,其特征是,所述的多个悬架弹簧分别通过将金属丝缠绕成螺旋状而制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的两轴倾斜装置,其特征是,通过在整个所述悬架弹簧的一端侧将所述金属丝中央翻折,所述金属丝的两端位于整个所述悬架弹簧的另一端侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的两轴倾斜装置,其特征是,所述金属丝的两端与所述电流供应控制组件电气连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的两轴倾斜装置,其特征是,所述金属丝的两端与所述底面连接,所述金属丝的翻折部与所述背面板连接,所述电流供应控制组件设置在所述被倾斜部件上。
6.根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的两轴倾斜装置,其特征是,在所述底面的中心线周围,等间隔地循环配置至少3个所述悬架弹簧。
7.一种照相装置,其特征是,包括作为所述被倾斜部件的相机组件、权利要求1至6任意一项所述的两轴倾斜装置。
8.一种电子设备,其特征是,具有权利要求7所述的照相装置。
