Abstract
本发明提供一种混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构,其中,包括:P1电动机,安装在壳体的内部,并且具备第一定子及第一转子;P2电动机,与所述P1电动机相隔开一间隔地安装在壳体的内部,并且具备第二定子及第二转子;输入轴,在外周安装有所述P2电动机,在内部具备油通道;以及第一油孔,从所述输入轴的油通道朝向与所述第二转子的第二转子轴结合的第一轴承贯通。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于润滑及冷却的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构。
背景技术
通常,混合动力车辆是指通过有效地组合两种以上不同种类的动力源来驱动的车辆。混合动力车辆是指通过燃烧燃料(汽油等的化石燃料)获得旋转力的发动机和从电池电力获得旋转力的电动机驱动的车辆。
作为所述混合动力车辆积极地研究采用发电机的同时作为辅助动力源采用电动机来谋求减少废气并提高燃料效率的未来车辆。
混合动力车辆通常使用发动机及电动机,在低速时,将低速转矩特性相对良好的电动机用作主动力源,在高速时,将高速转矩特性相对良好的发动机用作主动力源。因此,混合动力车辆在低速区间使用化石燃料的发动机的运转被停止而使用电动机,因此,在提高燃料效率和减少废气方面具有优异的效果。
混合动力车辆用驱动装置,以仅使用电动机的旋转力的纯电动汽车模式的所谓EV(Electric Vehicle,电动车辆)模式和将发动机的旋转力作为主要动力,并将电动机的旋转力用作辅助动力的所谓HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle,混合电动车辆)模式等的运行模式进行驱动行驶,并通过启动发动机执行从EV模式到HEV模式的模式转换。
现有的混合动力系统相对于高压系统可以由廉价的零件构成,通过组合两个以上的电动机,可以在短时间内体现相当于完全混合动力系统的水平的输出。这种现有的混合动力系统,根据电动机的位置,通常分为P0、P1、P2、P3、P4,并且在是否实施EV模式、再生制动性能等方面分别显示差异。
现有的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置,包括:P1电动机,具备定子及转子;P2电动机,具备定子及转子;扭转减振器,配置在P1电动机和P2电动机之间;输入轴支架,配置于P2电动机的一侧;以及输入轴,位于装置的中央,用于输入动力。
但是,现有的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置,由于在轴承处不具备用于润滑和冷却P1电动机及P2电动机的油通道,因此,在润滑和冷却性能方面存在问题。
对此,本发明提供一种通过在输入轴和P1电动机的转子设置油孔而可以改善润滑和冷却性能的机构。

发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种通过在输入轴和P1电动机的转子设置油孔而可以改善润滑及冷却性能的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构。
为了达成所述目的,本发明提供一种混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构,其中,包括:P1电动机,安装在壳体的内部,并且具备第一定子及第一转子;P2电动机,与所述P1电动机相隔开一间隔地安装在壳体的内部,并且具备第二定子及第二转子;输入轴,在外周安装有所述P2电动机,在内部具备油通道;以及第一油孔,从所述输入轴的油通道朝向与所述第二转子的第二转子轴结合的第一轴承贯通。
而且,所述壳体包括:第一壳体;以及第二壳体,结合于所述第一壳体。
而且,所述第二转子轴具备第一通道,所述第一通道与所述第一油孔相一致并朝向所述第一轴承贯通。
而且,在与所述输入轴的外侧的发动机离合器相对应的部位与所述第一油孔相隔开一间隔处具备第二油孔,所述第二油孔在与油通道相连通的同时朝向发动机离合器贯通。
而且,在所述第二转子轴具备第二通道,所述第二通道在与第二油孔相连通的同时连通至发动机离合器的内部。
而且,在所述发动机离合器的内部具备与所述第二转子轴相结合的第一框架,在所述第二转子轴与第一框架的结合部位具备能够使油移动的第三通道。
而且,在所述第一框架的一侧具备第二框架,在所述第二框架具备与所述第三通道相连通的第四通道,所述第四通道朝向P1电动机和P2电动机之间的区域引导油的移动。
而且,在所述第一转子的第一转子轴具备第三油孔,所述第三油孔朝向与所述第一转子轴结合的第二轴承贯通,使得油通道中的油可以移动至第二轴承。
而且,在所述第一转子具备第五通道,所述第五通道在与第三油孔相连通的同时,朝向位于第一转子和第二转子之间的扭转减振器贯通。
发明效果
本发明可以通过第一油孔、第二油孔及第三油孔改善润滑及冷却性能。
另外,本发明可以通过第一油孔、第二油孔及第三油孔向安装在第一壳体及第二壳体的内部的所有装置供应润滑油。
另外,本发明可以通过第一油孔、第二油孔及第三油孔向P1电动机和P2电动机供应油来冷却P1电动机和P2电动机。

下面,参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。首先,应注意在对各图中的构成要素标注附图标记时,对相同的构成要素即便是表示在不同的图上也标注相同的附图标记。在说明本发明时,若判断对相关的公知构成或功能的具体说明会使本发明的要旨不明确,则省略对其的详细说明。下面,说明本发明的优选实施例,但是,本发明的技术思想并不局限于此,可由本领域的普通技术人员变形实施为各种形态。
现有的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置,由于在轴承处不具备用于润滑和冷却P1电动机及P2电动机的油通道,因此,在润滑和冷却性能方面存在问题。对此,本发明提供一种通过在输入轴和P1电动机的转子设置油孔而可以改善润滑和冷却性能的机构。
图1是示出根据本发明的一实施例的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构的图。
如图1所示,本发明,包括:P1电动机11,安装在第一壳体1的内部;P2电动机12,安装在第二壳体2的内部;输入轴20,安装有P2电动机12。在输入轴20设置第一油孔201及第二油孔202。第一壳体1及第二壳体2可由螺栓、螺母等结合部件结合。
P1电动机11包括第一定子11a和第一转子11b。P2电动机12包括第二定子12a和第二转子12b。在第一转子11b具备第一转子轴11c。在第二转子12b具备第二转子轴12c。
在输入轴20的内部具备油通道200。油通道200是供油移动的通道。在输入轴20的外周结合P2电动机12的第二转子12b。第二转子12b围绕输入轴20的外周。
第一油孔201是从输入轴20的油通道200朝向结合于第二转子轴12c的第一轴承31贯通的通孔。第一油孔201是供油移动的通道。作为一例,第一油孔201可以为垂直通孔。供应到油通道200的油可以通过第一油孔201移动到第一轴承31。
第二转子轴12c包括第一通道121和第二通道122。第一通道121和第二通道122是供油移动的通道。
第一通道121与第一油孔201相一致。作为一例,第一通道121可以是朝第一轴承31贯通的垂直通孔。
供应到输入轴20的油通道200的油通过第一油孔201和第一通道121移动到第一轴承31,进一步,可以移动到P2电动机12和输入轴支架70之间的空间。输入轴支架70由第一轴承31支撑。输入轴支架70围绕输入轴20。
第二油孔202在发动机离合器40侧与第一油孔201相隔开一间隔地设置。第二油孔202是从油通道200朝发动机离合器40贯通的通孔。作为一例,第二油孔202可以为倾斜的通孔。供应到油通道200的油可以通过第二油孔202移动到发动机离合器40。
第二转子轴12c具备第二通道122。第二通道122与第二油孔202相连通的同时连通至发动机离合器40的内部。供应到油通道200的油通过第二油孔202和第二通道122移动到发动机离合器40。
发动机离合器40包括第一框架50和第二框架60。第一框架50设置在发动机离合器40的内部。第一框架50以围绕输入轴20的结构结合于第二转子轴12c。
在第二转子轴12c和第一框架50的结合部位具备可供油移动的第三通道503。通过第二油孔202和第二通道122的油可以通过第三通道503移动到发动机离合器40。
在第一框架50的一侧具备第二框架60。在第二框架60具备第四通道604。通过第三通道503的一部分油移动到发动机离合器40,另一部分油通过第四通道604移动到扭转减振器80,进而,移动到P1电动机11和P2电动机12之间的区域3,从而,可以冷却P1电动机11和P2电动机12。
第一转子轴11c具备第三油孔113。第三油孔113在第一转子轴11c的内部朝第二轴承32的方向贯通。作为一例,第三油孔113可以为倾斜的通孔。第一转子轴11c的内部与输入轴20的油通道200相连通。
供应到输入轴20的油通道200的油通过第三油孔113供应到第二轴承32,进而,可以供应至P1电动机11和第一壳体1之间的空间。
第一转子11b具备第五通道115。第五通道115朝扭转减振器80贯通。第五通道115是连通至第一壳体1的内部和安装有扭转减振器80的第二壳体2的内部的通道。通过第三油孔113的一部分油移动至第一壳体1的内部,另一部分油通过第五通道115移动到第二壳体2。
若再次总结油的移动路径,则如图1所示的箭头所示,被供应到输入轴20的油通道200的油通过第一油孔201移动到支撑P2电动机12的第一轴承31,进而移动到输入轴支架70和P2电动机12之间,从而可以润滑外围设备。
供应到输入轴20的油通道200的油通过第二油孔202移动到发动机离合器40,进而移动到P1电动机11与P2电动机12之间的区域3,从而可以润滑外围设备。
供应到输入轴20的油通道200的油通过第三油孔113移动到第二轴承32,进而移动到P1电动机11和第一壳体1之间,从而可以润滑外围装置。
如上所述,本发明通过第一油孔201、第二油孔202及第三油孔113向安装在第一壳体1和第二壳体2的内部的所有装置顺利供应油,从而可以有效地进行润滑。
通过第三油孔113并通过第二轴承32和扭转减振器80出来的油被供应到P1电动机11和P2电动机12,从而可以冷却P1电动机11和P2电动机12。
虽未图示,可以通过电动油泵(EOP:Electric Oil Pump)将油供应到输入轴20的油通道200。
如上所述,本发明可以通过第一油孔、第二油孔及第三油孔改善润滑及冷却性能。另外,本发明可以通过第一油孔、第二油孔及第三油孔向安装在第一壳体和第二壳体的内部的所有装置供应润滑油。另外,本发明可以通过第一油孔、第二油孔及第三油孔向P1电动机和P2电动机供应油而冷却P1电动机和P2电动机。

Claims (6)
1.一种混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构,其中,所述油通道结构包括:
P1电动机,安装在壳体的内部,并且所述P1电动机具备第一定子及第一转子;
P2电动机,与所述P1电动机相隔开一间隔地安装在所述壳体的内部,并且所述P2电动机具备第二定子及第二转子;
输入轴,在其外周安装有所述P2电动机并在内部具备油通道;以及
第一油孔,从所述输入轴的油通道朝向与所述第二转子的第二转子轴结合的第一轴承贯通,
其中,在与所述输入轴的外侧的发动机离合器相对应的部位与所述第一油孔相隔开一间隔处具备第二油孔,所述第二油孔在与所述油通道相连通的同时朝向所述发动机离合器贯通;
其中,在所述发动机离合器的内部具备与所述第二转子轴相结合的第一框架,在所述第二转子轴与所述第一框架的结合部位具备能够使油移动的第三通道;
并且其中,在所述第一框架的一侧具备第二框架,所述第二框架具备与所述第三通道相连通的第四通道,所述第四通道朝向所述P1电动机和所述P2电动机之间的区域引导油的移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构,其中,所述壳体包括:
第一壳体;以及
第二壳体,结合于所述第一壳体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构,其中,所述第二转子轴具备第一通道,所述第一通道与所述第一油孔相一致并朝向所述第一轴承贯通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构,其中,在所述第二转子轴具备第二通道,所述第二通道在与所述第二油孔相连通的同时连通至所述发动机离合器的内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构,其中,在所述第一转子的第一转子轴具备第三油孔,所述第三油孔朝向与所述第一转子轴结合的第二轴承贯通,使得所述油通道中的油能移动至所述第二轴承。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力车辆用驱动系统装置的油通道结构,其中,在所述第一转子具备第五通道,所述第五通道在与所述第三油孔相连通的同时朝向位于所述第一转子和所述第二转子之间的扭转减振器贯通。
