The invention provides a coating system with strong adhesive force of inorganic base materials by compounding water-based nano inorganic silicon resin with nano modified potassium silicate, further improves the permeability of the water-based coating system by compounding three penetrants, improves the sand-fixing sealing effect of the invention, can be directly used for sand-dusting concrete ground when being applied to the field of building decoration, reduces the pretreatment process of the concrete ground, reduces the coating cost and saves a large amount of manpower and material resources.

The toughening agent is an MBS type toughening agent, the defoaming agent is a 902W defoaming agent, and the coupling agent is an aminosilane coupling agent KH-550 or an aminosilane coupling agent KH-990.
The penetrant is a composition of sodium dodecyl sulfate, a silane impregnant and calcium petroleum sulfonate, and the mass ratio of the sodium dodecyl sulfate to the silane impregnant to the calcium petroleum sulfonate is 3:3: 1.
The high-permeability sand fixation primer is prepared by the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the water-based nano inorganic silicon resin, deionized water and potassium silicate in a dispersion mixer, wherein the stirring speed is 400-600 r/min;
(2) putting ethylene glycol and a penetrant into a ball mill mixer to be ground for 2-4h to generate small-particle slurry, then putting the ground slurry into the dispersion mixer in the step (1), and continuing to stir;
(3) and adding the toughening agent, the defoaming agent and the coupling agent into the dispersion stirrer, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the high-permeability sand-fixation primer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

40kg of aqueous nano inorganic silicon resin BS-518 (Jinan Baishi high polymer chemical technology Co., Ltd.), 30kg of deionized water, 3kg of nano modified potassium silicate (potassium silicate KS33 of New Jersen Material (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.), 3kg of ethylene glycol, 3kg of toughening agent EM-500 (Korean LG chemical), 0.7kg of 902W defoaming agent (Digao Tego902W defoaming agent), 0.7kg of penetrating agent (0.3 kg of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.3kg of silane impregnant and 0.1kg of calcium petroleum sulfonate), and 0-5500.3 kg of aminosilane coupling agent KH-5500.3 kg
(1) Uniformly mixing the water-based nano inorganic silicon resin, deionized water and nano modified potassium silicate in a dispersion mixer, wherein the stirring speed is 400 r/min;
(2) putting ethylene glycol and a penetrant into a ball mill mixer for grinding for 2 hours to generate small-particle slurry, then putting the ground slurry into the dispersion mixer in the step (1), and continuing to stir;
(3) adding the toughening agent EM-500, the 902W defoaming agent and the aminosilane coupling agent KH-550 into the dispersion stirrer, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the high-permeability sand fixation primer.
Example 2
Preparing the following raw materials by weight:
50kg of water-based nano inorganic silicon resin BS-518 (Jinan Baishi high polymer chemical technology Co., Ltd.), 40kg of deionized water, 5kg of nano modified potassium silicate (potassium silicate KS33 of Xipuson new material (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.), 5kg of ethylene glycol, 4kg of toughening agent EM-500 (Korean LG chemistry), 1kg of 902W defoaming agent (Digao Tego902W defoaming agent), 1kg of penetrating agent (0.43 kg of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.43 kg of silane impregnant and 0.14kg of calcium petroleum sulfonate), KH-9900.5 kg of aminosilane coupling agent KH
(1) Uniformly mixing the water-based nano inorganic silicon resin, deionized water and nano modified potassium silicate in a dispersion mixer, wherein the stirring speed is 500 r/min;

60kg of aqueous nano inorganic silicon resin BS-518 (Jinan Baishi high polymer chemical technology Co., Ltd.), 50kg of deionized water, 7kg of nano modified potassium silicate (potassium silicate KS33 of New Jersen Material (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.), 7kg of ethylene glycol, 5kg of toughening agent EM-500 (Korean LG chemical), 1.2kg of 902W defoaming agent (Digao Tego902W defoaming agent), 1.2kg of penetrating agent (0.51 kg of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.51 kg of silane impregnant and 0.18kg of calcium petroleum sulfonate), and 0-9900.7 kg of aminosilane coupling agent KH-9900.7 kg

Experimental example 7: penetration depth test of coating
The primers of the example 2 and the comparative examples 4 to 6 were taken, adjusted to the same viscosity, brushed on the surface of the dried concrete test block, and cured for 12 hours. Then the concrete test block is immersed in water for 72 hours, then the immersed concrete test block is taken out, the concrete test block is sawed along the section, the section is observed, the part which is not soaked by the water is the part which is penetrated by the primer, the thickness of the part is respectively measured, and the result is shown in table 1.

Experimental example 8: adhesion test of primer
In order to test the adhesion of the primer to the concrete base surface, the primers of example 2 and comparative examples 4 to 6 were tested according to the adhesion test of "GB/T5210-2006 paint and varnish by pulling method", and the samples of each example were tested 5 times to calculate the average pull strength and evaluate their adhesion to the concrete base surface, and the results are shown in Table 2.
