Description

Special controlled-release fertilizer for rice and application method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizers, in particular to a special controlled-release fertilizer for rice and an application method thereof.
Background
The rice is a main grain crop in China, and the fertilization is an important component in a rice cultivation system, and plays an important role in improving the yield of the rice and the quality of the rice. The traditional fertilization adopts a repeated dressing mode, which not only wastes labor, but also can cause environmental pollution, resource waste and other problems due to fertilizer loss.
The slow release fertilizer is also called slow release fertilizer or controlled release fertilizer, and the release speed of the compound containing nutrients in the fertilizer in soil is slow or the release speed of the nutrients can be controlled to a certain degree for sustained absorption and utilization of crops. The slow release fertilizer can reduce the loss of fertilizer nutrients, particularly nitrogen, in soil, reduce the frequency of fertilization operation, save labor and cost, and avoid the damage to seeds or seedlings caused by excessive fertilization.
Long-time field experiments and research results show that under normal conditions, only 30-50% of nitrogen fertilizer can be absorbed and utilized by crops after being applied to soil, and the rest part of nitrogen fertilizer is lost. The loss of nitrogen fertilizer is caused by the volatilization, leaching loss, nitrification and denitrification of ammonia. The slow-release nitrogen fertilizer is developed and applied, namely, the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer is developed and applied, so that nitrogen is sequentially provided for crops in the slow dissolving process of the nitrogen fertilizer, and the adverse effects of damaging crop seeds, seedlings or burning leaves and the like due to overhigh local concentration in the process of mass application are prevented, so that the purpose of improving the utilization rate of the nitrogen fertilizer is achieved, and the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer is generated. The most important characteristic of the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer is that the release speed of the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer can be controlled, the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer is gradually decomposed after being applied to soil and is gradually absorbed and utilized by crops, so that nutrients in the fertilizer can meet different requirements of each growth stage of the crops in the whole growth period, and the fertilizer efficiency can be maintained for several months to more than one year after one-time application. However, the slow release fertilizer in the current market is not suitable for rice production, the traditional fertilizing method is adopted for fertilizing the rice by still utilizing the high-proportion chemical fertilizer, the yield is low, the efficiency is low, the slow release requirement cannot be met by adopting the traditional slow release layer, and the effect of the fertilizer is greatly reduced due to long-time slow release.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing slow-release fertilizer cannot meet the requirement of stable supply of rice nutrients, the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer is low, the fertilization times are multiple, and the cost of manpower and material resources is consumed. The invention provides a special controlled-release fertilizer for rice, which ensures the stable and continuous supply of nitrogen, improves the yield of rice crops, reduces the fertilization times and saves the cost of manpower and material resources.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention discloses a special controlled-release fertilizer for rice, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
Figure BDA0003254100640000021
wherein 64% diammonium phosphate refers to total nutrient (N + P)2O5I.e. the sum of phosphorus pentoxide and nitrogen) is equal to or greater than 64%, the actual partial content of 64 diammonium is nitrogen 18-phosphorus pentoxide 46.
The raw materials all meet the standard, wherein:
the large granular urea meets the national standard GB/T2440 urea standard;
diammonium phosphate meets the national standard GB 10205;
the potassium chloride conforms to the national standard GB 6549.
The raw materials are all commercial products, wherein:
60% potassium chloride is 60% potassium chloride of Honghu brand, 60% refers to water-soluble potassium (K)2O)≥60;
The large-particle urea, the first resin coated urea, the second resin coated urea, 64% diammonium phosphate and calcium magnesium silicon particles are all purchased from Vat Fugu group.
Optionally, the nutrient release period of the first resin coated urea is 2 months, and the nutrient release period of the second resin coated urea is 3 months.
The coated controlled release fertilizer is a fertilizer which takes quick-acting fertilizer as a core and is coated with a layer of protective (water-insoluble) substance by different processes to control the infiltration of water so as to control the dissolution and release speed of nutrients. The coating is a coat of the coated controlled-release fertilizer and is a key component for controlling the controlled-release fertilizer to achieve the controlled-release effect. The type and thickness of the coating material and the coating process are the determining factors of the sustained and controlled release effect.
The organic coating material mainly comprises: natural high molecular materials, semi-synthetic high molecular materials and synthetic high molecular materials. The synthetic polymer material is a polymer compound obtained by an artificial chemical synthesis method. The coating material is convenient to process and synthesize and stable in chemical property.
Due to the existence of the coating, the fertilizer core of the coated controlled release fertilizer is separated from the external environment. When the coated controlled release fertilizer contacts soil or water, the nutrient release of the coated controlled release fertilizer generally goes through two stages: first-stage water molecules enter the interior of the coating through the pore passages and dissolve the fertilizer core to form a saturated nutrient solution; the nutrient in the saturated solution formed in the second stage forms a concentration difference outside the membrane so as to release the nutrient.
Optionally, the nitrogen content of the first resin coated urea and/or the second resin coated urea is 40-44%.
Optionally, the calcium magnesium silicon particles contain the following effective components in percentage by weight: calcium oxide is more than or equal to 25 percent, magnesium oxide is more than or equal to 10 percent, silicon dioxide is more than or equal to 12.5 percent, and seaweed extract dry matter is more than or equal to 0.7 percent.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses an application method of the special slow/controlled release fertilizer for rice, which applies the special slow/controlled release fertilizer for rice by adopting a one-time application technology.
The special slow/controlled release fertilizer for rice has the following technical effects:
(1) nitrogen plays a key role in the formation of rice yield and quality, and the reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer is very important for improving the rice yield. The coated controlled-release urea supplies nutrients by controlling an outer-layer membrane material, improves the contents of nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen in soil, reduces the nitrogen runoff loss and promotes the growth and development of rice roots;
(2) the utilization rate of the nitrogen fertilizer is improved through the resin coated urea, the frequency of using the fertilizer is reduced, the efficiency of the base fertilizer is improved, and time and labor are saved;
(3) meanwhile, common large-particle urea and resin coated urea with a nutrient release period of 2 months and a nutrient release period of 3 months are adopted, so that stable and stable supply of nitrogen is ensured, the rice is not vigorous in the early stage, and the rice is not fertilized in the later stage;
(4) supplementing elements such as silicon, calcium, magnesium and the like, and improving the resistance and the quality of the rice.
