Description

Composition for regulating dysmenorrhea and female endocrine, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to a composition for regulating dysmenorrheal and female endocrine, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Dysmenorrhea (dysmenorrhea) is one of the most common gynecological symptoms, and refers to patients with lower abdominal pain and distention before and after menstruation or during menstruation, accompanied by soreness of waist or other discomfort, and severe influence on quality of life. The dysmenorrhea is divided into primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea, wherein the primary dysmenorrhea refers to dysmenorrhea caused by genital organ anergy lesion; secondary dysmenorrhea refers to dysmenorrhea caused by pelvic organic diseases, such as endometriosis and adenomyosis.
The pathogenesis of the traditional Chinese medicine is related to the body, menstrual period and special physiological environment before and after the menstrual period, and is mainly influenced by pathogenic factors during the period, so that chong and ren obstruction or cold congealing meridians are caused, qi and blood circulation is not smooth, and circulation of menstrual blood in uterus is blocked, so that 'obstruction causes pain': the disease location is chong ren and uterus, and changes into qi and blood, manifesting as pain. It is usually associated with the change of qi and blood during menstruation, which occurs with the menstrual cycle.
Modern medicine believes that the following factors are mostly involved: (1) uterine factors: the narrow cervical canal and the excessive uterine bending can cause the menstrual blood to flow unsmoothly, cause the retention of the menstrual blood, thereby stimulating the uterine contraction and causing the dysmenorrheal. When the uterus is dysplastic, the ratio of the uterus muscle to fibrous tissue is disordered, resulting in uncoordinated uterine contraction or dysmenorrheal caused by uterine malformation. (2) Endocrine factors: elevated levels of prostate in the endometrium and menstrual blood may be a major cause of dysmenorrhea. The endometrium can synthesize prostaglandin during the secretion period, and stimulate uterine contraction to cause dysmenorrhea. (3) Vasopressin: vasopressin secreted from posterior pituitary is sensitive to non-pregnant uterus, stimulates uterine contraction, especially in the case of menstrual tidal, and acts directly on the vascular wall to reduce uterine blood flow. (4) Systemic factors: may also be associated with genetic factors. Dysmenorrhea is caused by mental stress, depression, fear, and a person with a lower pain threshold.
Dysmenorrhea is a common symptom in women, but the pain of dysmenorrhea lasts for 3 days, and the affected people should be treated. The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is mainly symptomatic treatment, and mainly aims at relieving pain and calming. However, no specific medicine or product with the functions of prevention and health care for radically treating dysmenorrheal and female endocrine problems exists in the current market.
