Abstract
The invention discloses a green plaster and a preparation method thereof, wherein the green plaster comprises the following raw materials: indigo naturalis, radix angelicae, red paeony root, trichosanthes root, bletilla striata, golden cypress, turmeric, rhubarb and liquorice, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of indigo naturalis, 10-20 parts of radix angelicae, 10-20 parts of radix paeoniae rubra, 10-20 parts of radix trichosanthis, 10-20 parts of bletilla striata, 6-15 parts of cortex phellodendri, 10-20 parts of turmeric, 10-20 parts of rheum officinale and 4-12 parts of liquorice; the preparation method of the green plaster comprises the following steps: putting indigo naturalis, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, radix Paeoniae Rubra, Trichosanthis radix, rhizoma Bletillae, cortex Phellodendri, Curcuma rhizome, radix et rhizoma Rhei and Glycyrrhrizae radix into a pulverizer, pulverizing, and sieving with 200 mesh sieve to obtain fine powder; adding 18-20 parts of raw powder and 5-9 parts of excipient into the crushed fine materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain a formed paste; uniformly coating the formed paste on far infrared functional cloth, and then sterilizing to obtain green paste; the green plaster prepared by the invention can effectively treat and prevent phlebitis.

The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a green plaster and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Phlebitis is caused by damage to the intima of blood vessels due to hypertonic drugs, spasm of smooth muscles, hyperplasia of the intima of blood vessels, narrowing of the lumen, and slow blood flow. Clinically, phlebitis reactions of different degrees, such as streak-like red swelling and pain, induration and the like, occur in local veins caused by mechanical property and long-time infusion of high-concentration and strong-stimulation liquid medicine caused by using a small infusion steel needle, a shallow vein indwelling needle and a deep vein indwelling needle. This is related to the material of the catheter, the vascular condition of the patient, the puncture technique of the nurse, the nature of the medication used, the choice of the puncture site, the activity of the affected limb during the indwelling period, etc.; however, the drugs have high toxicity and strong irritation, and the phlebitis is easily caused by drug extravasation, and a plurality of methods for treating the phlebitis are reported, but the treatment effect and the prevention effect are not good.

s1: putting 10-20 parts of indigo naturalis, 10-20 parts of radix angelicae, 10-20 parts of radix paeoniae rubra, 10-20 parts of radix trichosanthis, 10-20 parts of bletilla striata, 6-15 parts of cortex phellodendri, 10-20 parts of curcuma longa, 10-20 parts of rheum officinale and 4-12 parts of liquorice into a pulverizer to be pulverized, and sieving the pulverized materials by a 200-mesh sieve to obtain pulverized fine materials;
s2: adding 18-20 parts of raw powder and 5-9 parts of excipient into the crushed fine materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain a formed paste;
s3: and uniformly coating the formed paste on far infrared functional cloth, and sterilizing to obtain the green plaster, wherein the coating thickness of the formed paste is 0.13 mm.

The ceramic working solution forms a biological ceramic layer on medical cotton cloth, the biological ceramic layer takes alumina and selenium dioxide as basic raw materials of the biological ceramic layer, titanium dioxide is added to improve the far infrared performance of the far biological ceramic layer, the emissivity of far infrared rays is improved, far infrared rays emitted by the selenium dioxide are beneficial to a human body, the far infrared emissivity of the whole biological ceramic layer is up to 98.4%, and the far infrared emissivity is easy to adhere to medical cotton after being treated by polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic ester and amino modified organic silicon acid milk, and simultaneously the hardness of the far infrared emissivity is reduced, so that discomfort can not be brought to a patient who uses the green dressing cream.

radix angelicae: removing disease and dampness, promoting pus discharge and granulation, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain;
red peony root: clearing heat and cooling blood, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis;
trichosanthes root: clearing heat and purging fire, promoting fluid production to quench thirst, and relieving swelling and expelling pus;
bletilla striata: can be used for treating traumatic hemorrhage, pyocutaneous disease, toxic swelling, and chapped skin;
phellodendron bark: clearing heat and eliminating dampness, purging fire and removing steam, and removing toxic substance and treating sore;
turmeric: can promote qi circulation, remove blood stasis, dredge channels, relieve pain, and treat traumatic injury;
rhubarb: has effects in clearing away heat and dampness, purging pathogenic fire, cooling blood, removing blood stasis, and removing toxic materials;
licorice root: it can not only detoxify, but also clear heat, and harmonize radix Paeoniae Rubra to produce curative effect.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the green application paste provided by the invention has the advantages that the raw materials are easily available, no toxic or side effect is caused, the green application paste has the effects of detoxifying, clearing heat, removing blood stasis, resolving masses, diminishing swelling, cooling blood, removing pus and the like, phlebitis can be effectively treated and prevented, the vein of a patient is obviously protected, and the incidence rate of phlebitis in the treatment process is reduced; meanwhile, the far infrared functional cloth on the green plaster finished product can promote blood circulation, is beneficial to a patient to absorb medicine components, further eliminates toxic substances in blood, and further improves the treatment effect of the green plaster on phlebitis.

Claims (8)
1. The green plaster is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: indigo naturalis, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, radix Paeoniae Rubra, Trichosanthis radix, rhizoma Bletillae, cortex Phellodendri, Curcuma rhizome, radix et rhizoma Rhei and Glycyrrhrizae radix.

The green plaster of claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of indigo naturalis, 10-20 parts of radix angelicae, 10-20 parts of radix paeoniae rubra, 10-20 parts of radix trichosanthis, 10-20 parts of bletilla striata, 6-15 parts of cortex phellodendri, 10-20 parts of turmeric, 10-20 parts of rheum officinale and 4-12 parts of liquorice.

s2: adding 18-20 parts of raw powder and 5-9 parts of excipient into the crushed fine materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain a formed paste;
s3: and uniformly coating the formed paste on far infrared functional cloth, and sterilizing to obtain the green plaster, wherein the coating thickness of the formed paste is 0.13 mm.
6. The preparation method of the green plaster according to claim 5, wherein the far infrared functional cloth is obtained by the following steps:
s31: weighing 15-20 parts of alumina, 30-40 parts of selenium dioxide, 10-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 20-30 parts of silicon dioxide, 15-19 parts of ferroferric oxide, 2-5 parts of calcium oxide and 40-50 parts of loess stone, crushing and sieving by a 2000-mesh sieve to obtain a crushed raw material;
s32: adding 0.8-1.9 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.4-1.2 parts of acrylic ester, 0.6-1.3 parts of amino modified organic acid milk and 110 parts of 100-organic water into the crushed raw materials, and stirring at the temperature of 150-170 ℃ and the pressure of 0.3MPa at the stirring speed of 80r/min for 30min to obtain a ceramic working solution;
s33: and uniformly spraying the ceramic working solution on medical cotton cloth, and then pre-drying, dehydrating, baking and shaping to obtain the far infrared functional cloth.
7. The method for preparing a green plaster according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the processing temperature of the pre-drying dehydration is 105 ℃, and the time is 6-8 min; the processing temperature of baking and shaping is 200 ℃, and the time is 3-4 mim.
8. The method for preparing a green plaster according to claim 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the excipient is vaseline and lanolin, and the weight ratio of the added vaseline to the added lanolin is 5: 1.
