Description

External spray for treating burns and scalds and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an external spray for treating burns and scalds and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
Burn and scald are the changes of human tissues caused by high temperature objects or heat radiation, and the causes of the burn and scald include flame, hot iron, boiling oil, boiled water, soup, electric arc, chemical substances and the like. The clinical manifestations vary according to the degree of injury and the size of the area, while the mild cases have red, swollen, hot, painful or blistered skin as the main clinical manifestations; serious patients can go deep into muscles and bones and cause general changes such as shock and infection, and serious patients can die.
At present, for burns and scalds, the common treatment medicines in the market mainly comprise western medicines containing antibiotics and sulfonamides, and have the following defects: (1) the pain relieving effect is not obvious enough; (2) the stasis-dissipating and swelling-dispersing effects are not strong; (3) the hemostatic effect is not obvious; (4) the inflammation diminishing and granulation promoting speed is slow; the wound healing time is long.
Therefore, an external spray for treating burns and scalds and a preparation method thereof are urgently needed to solve the defects of the prior art.

And (3) clinical observation:
1. case selection: the 32 patients in the group, aged 3-52 years, are all scalded by hot water and fire.
2. Method of treatment
The spray for external use for treating the scald caused by hot water or fire prepared in example 1, example 2 or example 3 is sprayed on the affected part, and is sprayed when the pain disappears, and then the spraying times are gradually reduced.
3. Clinical symptoms
The definition of the third degree burn and scald is as follows:
and (3) burn of I degree: necrosis is limited to the superficial layer of epidermis, namely the stratum corneum of epidermis, is completely transparent, the damage of granular layer and acanthocyte layer, the basal cell layer (germinal layer) of epidermis is normal, the skin is red and swollen, dry, local allergy and pain.
The II degree is divided into shallow II degree and deep II degree. Superficial II degree lesions deep to the basal cell layer of the epidermis and the superficial layer of the dermis (papillary layer) are formed, exudates are accumulated in the superficial II degree lesions to form subcutaneous blisters due to the increase of capillary permeability, interstitial edema and fibrous tissues can be degenerated, the epidermis is peeled off, and patients feel severe pain because damaged nerve endings are stimulated, and the healing is almost without scars because the dermis is not completely damaged.
Deep II degree burn: the epidermis, the superficial dermis and some of the skin appendages are damaged. The affected part has lost original tissue structure, coagulation necrosis occurs, the necrotic tissue covers the wound surface, the wound surface is healed mainly by the creeping growth and restoration of the residual epithelium of the skin accessory structure and the epidermal cells around the wound area due to the thick necrotic tissue forming crust, and scars are usually formed after the healing.
And (3) III degree burn: the entire skin and its associated structures are completely necrotic, and some may even damage subcutaneous fat, muscle and bone, thus damaging cells and underlying tissues. The motor system appears locally yellow-gray, dry and even forms eschar. For such wounds, the wound should be filled with granulation tissue after the local necrotic tissue falls off or removed by surgery, and scar is formed on the marginal skin. If the area is large, the skin grafting needs to be healed.
4. Standard of care
The effect is shown: after various scalds and wounds are treated, the surface layer of the skin recovers well and is the same as the normal skin.
The method has the following advantages: after various scalds and wounds are treated, skin tissues gradually recover to be normal, the healing time is accelerated, the diameter of ulcer is reduced, and pain disappears.
And (4) invalidation: the improvement standard can not be achieved.
5. Clinical results
Of 32 patients, 24 cases (75%) were effective, 6 cases (18.75%) were effective, 2 cases (6.25%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.75%.
6. Typical cases
Case 1: tang Dynasty, male age 35, hot water scalded the legs, blisters, peels, red and swollen, localized swelling, identified as superficial III degree scald. The spray for external use for treating scald caused by hot water or fire prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention is sprayed on the affected part, and is sprayed when the pain disappears, and then the spraying times are gradually reduced. After being taken for 30 days, the medicine is healed without scars. No recurrence occurred in 8 months of follow-up.
Case 2: yin and a certain disease, female, age 52, scald the face with hot water, and it is identified as deep II degree scald and partial III degree scald. The spray for external use for treating scald caused by hot water or fire prepared in the embodiment 2 of the invention is sprayed on the affected part, and is sprayed when the pain disappears, and then the spraying times are gradually reduced. After being taken for 25 days, the medicine is cured without scars. No recurrence occurred in 6 months of follow-up.
Case 3: plum, female, age 52, scald the elbow with hot water, and was identified as III degree scald. The spray for external use for treating the scald caused by hot water and fire, which is prepared in the embodiment 3 of the invention, is sprayed on the affected part, and is sprayed when the pain disappears, and then the spraying times are gradually reduced. After being taken for 20 days, the medicine is healed without scars. No recurrence occurred in 6 months of follow-up.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
