Abstract
本发明提供了一种提升高原地区荷斯坦奶牛繁殖力饲料添加剂及应用,涉及饲料添加剂领域。所述饲料添加剂中党参、炒白术、炙甘草、黄芪行补气健胃之功效,当归补血,红景天具有提高机体在高海拔地区免疫力的作用,仙茅、菟丝子、墨旱莲和酒女贞子具有补肾阴、填补肾精、提高繁殖力的作用,桑寄生和川续断具有养血、强筋骨和安胎的作用,淫羊藿、巴戟天、和肉苁蓉具有温补肾阳功效。上述中药按照科学比例混合,发挥协同作用,起到改善奶牛发情表现,提高受孕率的效果。本发明饲料添加剂能够有效减轻高海拔应激造成的机能紊乱,增加高海拔地区荷斯坦奶牛产奶量,提高繁殖力,降低因高海拔应激造成的死亡率。

背景技术
荷斯坦奶牛体格高大,结构匀称,是全世界公认的高产奶牛,具有305天产乳量达1.6多万千克的记录。近年来西藏、青海等高原地区不断从平原地区引进荷斯坦奶牛,以推进当地的“学生饮用奶计划”的实施及满足当地人民群众的营养需求。由于西藏、青海地区处于高海拔环境,引进的奶牛会受到高海拔的刺激,进而出现不同程度的应激反应,使奶牛处于非常不利的状态,表现出食欲减退、咳嗽、呼吸困难、心跳加快等症状,会造成奶牛心肺病发生,死亡率增加,并且会对奶牛的生产性能和繁殖性能产生消极影响,表现为母奶牛情期受胎率低,产奶量减少,初生牛犊体重较低,犊牛成活率降低等,极大影响高原地区的奶牛养殖业。
目前,解决上述问题大多采用改善饲养环境和饲养方法,与地方牛群杂交优化品种,该类方法存在历时长,效果不确定,经济损失较大等问题。为减轻荷斯坦奶牛进入高原后产生的高海拔应激反应,应当从荷斯坦奶牛机体本身入手,增强机体免疫能力,抗应激能力,减缓不良反应带来的影响。中草药具有安全、有效、纯天然等优点,在畜禽养殖生产中的应用越来越广泛,研究表明,中草药添加剂对畜禽缓解各种应激反应具有明显的效果,但目前关于中草药饲料添加剂对奶牛因高原应激而造成的繁殖能力下降、产奶量下降、死亡率升高等的影响研究较少,市场上尚未有成熟的用于提升高原地区荷斯坦奶牛繁殖力和产奶量的饲料添加剂。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于提升高原地区荷斯坦奶牛繁殖力的饲料添加剂及其应用,其目的在于在高海拔环境下,降低被引进的荷斯坦奶牛出现的高原应激反应,减少因高原反应而死亡的病例,实现提升荷斯坦奶牛的繁殖力,提升奶牛产奶量的技术效果。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一方面,本发明提供了一种提升高原地区荷斯坦奶牛繁殖力的饲料添加剂,所述饲料添加剂包括以下重量份数的原料:党参10-30份,炒白术20-60份,茯苓 10-30份,炙甘草5-20份,黄芪10-30份,当归5-20份,红景天5-30份,巴戟天 5-25份,淫羊藿5-25份,仙茅15-30份,墨旱莲10-30份,酒女贞子10-25份,桑寄生5-25份,川续断10-30份,菟丝子20-60份,肉苁蓉10-30份。

按照重量份数称取各中药组份:党参10-30份,炒白术20-60份,茯苓10-30 份,炙甘草5-20份,黄芪10-30份,当归5-20份,红景天5-30份,巴戟天5-25 份,淫羊藿5-25份,仙茅15-30份,墨旱莲10-30份,酒女贞子10-25份,桑寄生 5-25份,川续断10-30份,菟丝子20-60份,肉苁蓉10-30份;将上述原料洗净、烘干、粉碎、过200目筛,混合均匀即可得本申请所述饲料添加剂。
又一方面,本发明还提供了一种提升高原地区荷斯坦奶牛繁殖力饲料添加剂的应用,所述饲料添加剂用于高海拔地区荷斯坦奶牛,于奶牛预产期前60天至产后60天结束添加在奶牛日常饲料中,用法用量为:饲料添加剂每1000g拌料100kg 日常饲料,采用自由采食,自由饮水喂养。
本发明饲料添加剂中所涉及中药成分的药理作用:
党参:味甘,性平;归脾、肺经;具有补中益气、健脾益肺等功效;用于治疗脾肺虚弱、气短心悸、食少便溏、虚喘咳嗽、内热消渴等病症;党参中主要含有生物碱、炔类、萜类、黄酮类、糖类等化学成分;党参主要作用于神经系统、内分泌系统、免疫系统等,具有保护神经、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、抗应激、保肝等作用。
炒白术:味甘、苦,性温;归脾、胃经;具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎等功效;用于治疗脾虚食少、腹胀泄泻、痰饮眩悸、水肿、自汗、胎动不安等病症;炒白术中主要含有挥发油、内脂类化合物、多糖、苷类成分、氨基酸及其他类化合物;炒白术具有抗胃溃疡、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、利尿、抗氧化、降血糖、抗肿瘤等药理作用。
茯苓:甘、淡,性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经;具有利水渗湿、健脾、宁心等功效;用于治疗水肿尿少、痰饮眩悸、脾虚食少、心神不安等病症;茯苓中主要含三萜类和多糖类化合物,具有利尿、抗炎和保肝等药理作用。
炙甘草:味甘,性温,归心、肺、胃、脾经;具有补脾和胃,益气复脉、调理阴阳、气血双补等功效;用于治疗脾胃虚弱、倦怠乏力、心悸动、脉结代等病症;炙甘草中含有黄酮类、三萜类、多糖、生物碱等有效成分,现代医学研究表明炙甘草有抗抑郁、改善免疫功能、调节心律失常、抗肿瘤、抗炎等功效。
黄芪:味甘,性微温;归脾、肺经;具有补气固表、托毒排脓、利尿、生肌等功效;用于治疗气虚乏力、久泻脱肛、自汗、水肿、子宫脱垂、慢性肾炎蛋白尿、糖尿病、创口久不愈合等病症;黄芪的主要化学成分包括多糖、皂苷类、黄酮类及氨基酸、微量元素、甾醇类物质等;黄芪的药理作用包括抗肿瘤、保护心脑血管、提高免疫功能、保护肺功能、保护肾组织、保护肠功能、调节血压、抗衰老、防治骨质疏松症、抗氧化应激保护等方面。

本发明提供了一种提升高原地区荷斯坦奶牛繁殖力饲料添加剂及应用。所述饲料添加剂选用党参,炒白术,茯苓,炙甘草,黄芪,当归,红景天,巴戟天,淫羊藿,仙茅,墨旱莲,酒女贞子,桑寄生,川续断,菟丝子,肉苁蓉组成的中药组合物共同制备得到,其中党参、炒白术、炙甘草、黄芪行补气健胃之功效,当归补血,红景天具有提高机体在高海拔地区免疫力的作用,仙茅、菟丝子、墨旱莲和酒女贞子具有补肾阴、填补肾精、提高繁殖力的作用,桑寄生和川续断具有养血、强筋骨和安胎的作用,淫羊藿、巴戟天、和肉苁蓉具有温补肾阳,功效,上述中药按照科学比例混合,具发挥协同作用,起到改善奶牛发情表现,提高受孕率的效果。。本发明饲料添加剂能够有效减轻高海拔应激造成的机能紊乱,调节奶牛的内分泌,增加高海拔地区荷斯坦奶牛产奶量,提升繁殖力,降低因高海拔应激造成的死亡率。

试验例
1材料与方法
1.1试验动物饲养及其分组
试验分别在西藏嘎巴生态牧场和郑州市河南农业大学奶牛场进行,西藏嘎巴生态牧场选择体况相近、年龄、胎次相近的146头荷斯坦奶牛,郑州市奶牛场选择体况相近、年龄、胎次相近的72头荷斯坦奶牛作为试验动物;其中西藏嘎巴生态牧场146头奶牛随机分成两组,分别为对照1组和试验组,其中对照1组70头,试验组76头,河南农业大学奶牛场72头奶牛为对照2组,所有试验动物均为散栏式自由采食全混合日粮(TMR),饲养方法符合中国泌乳奶牛的饲养标准,其中试验组奶牛在饲料中添加实施例5所制饲料添加剂,添加量为1%,从奶牛预产前 60天开始饲喂,饲喂至产后90天。
1.2测量指标
1.2.1血清采集与项目测定:试验期一共150天,每组分别在第0天、第30天、第60天、第100天、第150天用真空采血器进行空腹颈静脉采血,分别标号,每头奶牛每次采血15mL,分离血清,-25℃冷冻保存,待用。测定血清中的三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺激素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量。数据采用SSPS17.0 软件进行分析,用描述。
1.2.2产奶量:用当胎280天的产奶量,泌乳期不少于270天,不足280天的经校正后得出,超过280天的只计280的产量。其中每组按照产奶量3000~3999kg、 4000~4999kg、5000~5999kg分成3组进行生物统计及相关分析。
1.2.3繁殖力指标:根据繁殖记录产犊时间、产后第一次配种时间、一配受胎数、配种次数、以及下一胎的产犊时间,计算出产后平均一配受胎率和产犊间隔等。
2结果与分析
2.1本发明饲料添加剂对高原地区奶牛血清中三碘甲腺原氨酸、甲状腺激素、促甲状腺激素含量的影响
高海拔应激可引起动物神经内分泌及免疫功能紊乱,伴随奶牛生理机能、营养代谢状况异常,甚至引发疾病。在动物机体复杂的系统调控中,内分泌系统起着重要的作用。大量研究表明,胰岛素、甲状腺激素对动物的补偿生长具有调节作用。甲状腺是动物体内十分重要的内分泌器官,它分泌的三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺激素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)是动物机体发挥正常生理机能所必需的重要激素,对物质代谢和能量代谢、生长发育及神经系统、心血管系统和皮肤维持正常功能等都有重要作用。
表1为在试验期间各组奶牛血清中T3、T4、TSH的含量变化。由表1可知,对照2组的T3、T4、TSH的激素水平在实验期间保持稳定,无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照2组相比,对照1组和实验组在第0天的T3、T4、TSH的激素水平均低于对照2组,以上结果说明,高原气候环境对从平原地区引进的奶牛产生了一定的影响,对机体的激素分泌与代谢造成了消极作用,使得奶牛出现高原应激反应。对照1组奶牛的T3、T4、TSH的激素含量随着试验时间的推移都出现了不同程度的增加,具有显著差异(P<0.05),这可能是由于随着时间的增加,奶牛对环境有了一定的适应性,高原应激反应减少,但各个激素含量仍低于对照2组,具有显著差异(P<0.05);试验组饲喂了本发明饲料添加剂,随着试验时间的推移,试验组奶牛的T3、T4、TSH的激素含量都稳步增长,各个时间段激素含量增长明显,具有显著差异(P<0.05),且试验后期,试验组奶牛的T3、T4、TSH的激素含量虽然略低于对照2组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),可以认定试验组奶牛的激素水平恢复到在平原地区的水平。以上结果能够说明本发明饲料添加剂能够调节奶牛因高原环境而造成的激素分泌失衡,能够缓解奶牛的高原应急反应,调节奶牛内分泌,有利于促进机体的生长发育、物质代谢,提高机体抵抗力。

2.2本发明饲料添加剂对高原地区奶牛繁殖力的影响
由表2结果可知,对照1组的平均产奶量为4047.15kg,平均一配天数为92.8 天,一配受胎率为70.00%,产犊间隔平均为405.1天;对照2组的平均产奶量为 4800.93kg,平均一配天数为89.8天,一配受胎率为76.39%,产犊间隔平均为387.4 天;试验组平均产奶量为4407.85kg,平均一配天数为90.2天,一配受胎率为 75.00%,产犊间隔平均为392.8天;对照1组与对照2组相比,奶牛的平均产奶量明显下降,平均一配天数增加,一配受胎率显著降低,产犊间隔天数也明显变长,以上结果能够说明,荷斯坦奶牛从低海拔的平原地区引进到高海拔的西藏地区会造成奶牛的高海拔应激,使其身体机能出现一定的问题,造成产奶量下降,繁殖能力下降等问题,严重影响着西藏等高海拔地区奶牛养殖业的发展。试验组与对照1组相比,产奶量有明显的增加,平均一配天数降低,一配受胎率明显升高,产犊间隔天数也有明显缩短,该结果能够说明,对引进的荷斯坦奶牛饲喂本发明所制饲料添加剂能够有效改善高海拔应激对奶牛的不利影响,明显提升奶牛产奶量,增强奶牛的繁殖力,保障荷斯坦奶牛在高海拔地区的养殖发展。
