背景技术
现在提倡母乳喂养,主要是由于母乳喂养对于产妇以及婴儿的健康都是有益的。在对婴儿方面,母乳中含有丰富的营养物质,最适合婴儿的消化吸收,母乳中含有丰富的免疫蛋白和免疫细胞,能够提高婴儿的免疫功能,抵御疾病,母乳喂养的时候,吸吮乳房会刺激机体产生催乳素,同时会促进缩宫素的产生,这样就会促进子宫收缩,减少产后出血。在母乳喂养期间,由于泌乳素比较高,有可能会造成闭经的现象,这样有利于营养物质的储存有利于产后身体的恢复,母乳喂养还能够降低母亲患有乳腺癌或者卵巢癌等的风险性。
产后缺乳,又称乳汁不足,指产后乳少,甚或全无,乳汁清稀,乳房柔软,无胀满感,神倦食少,面色无华,舌淡,苔少,脉细弱。
目前西医对产后缺乳这一哺乳期常见问题尚无针对性治疗方法,而花生,豆浆,猪蹄汤等中国传统催乳产品缺乏中医理论指导。
申请号CN201711004175.X公开一种促进泌乳的固体饮料及其制备方法,玳玳花20-35份,赤小豆15-20份,覆盆子10-16份,淡竹叶10-20份,蚕蛹8-16份,决明子8-14份,桔梗4-12份,制备方法为:取上述原料,粉碎成粗颗粒,分装,即得。该发明中玳玳花,赤小豆,覆盆子活血化瘀为君药,淡竹叶,蚕蛹,决明子,桔梗清热解毒为臣药,全方具有促进泌乳作用。
上述专利将中药直接粉碎成颗粒供食用,存在缺陷是中药中的有效成分不能很好的被吸收利用,此外,上述固体饮料不能直接饮用,需要冲调或温水送服,食用不方便。

本发明的目的在于:提供一种促进泌乳的植物饮料及其制备方法,以解决现有的促进泌乳的固体饮料直接将中药成分粉碎,中药中的有效成分不能很好的被吸收利用的问题。

一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括以下组分:黄花菜12-20份,葛根10-15份,瓜蒌9-15份,大枣6-15份,皂角刺3-10份,阿胶3-9份,山楂6-10份,木通3-6份,辅料10.7-32.5份。

步骤2、将混合物用纯化水水煮提取,获得提取液;

优选的,步骤2中将混合物用纯化水水煮2次,第一次加水量为混合物重量的8-20倍,第二次加水量为混合物重量的8-16倍,每次水煮提取1-2h。
优选的,步骤4中浓缩液浓缩至澄清液体积的1/5-3/5。
黄花菜,葛根,瓜蒌,大枣,皂角刺,阿胶,山楂,木通的产地为道地产区。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1,本发明中,黄花菜具有良好的促进泌乳的功效,被民间称为“下奶药”,为君药,葛根、瓜蒌通经活络,辅助促进泌乳,并有一定软坚散结的作用,为臣药,大枣、皂角刺、阿胶养阴补血排脓,为佐药,山楂、木通载药上行以使药力缓留于手太阳肺经,为使药;
2、葛根,味甘、辛,性凉,瓜蒌,味甘、微苦,性寒,长期服用可能会造成寒凉之症;大枣,味甘,性温,皂角刺,味辛,性温;长期服用可能会造成燥热之症;四药同用,相互制约对方的不良之性,从而达到相辅相成的效果;
3、本申请的植物饮料为提倡母乳喂养及妇女哺乳期保健具有一定的社会效益;
4、黄花菜绝大部分是以初级农产品进行销售,本发明是以黄花菜为主要原料,制成一款时尚健康的植物饮品,提高了黄花菜产品的经济附加值,本申请的植物饮料可以促进黄花菜的产业化进程、促进黄花菜产地的农民增收和新农村建设;
5、除有明确的促进泌乳功能外,还有产后康复、健胃通乳、补血、改善睡眠、抗抑郁、对于哺乳期的妇女、乳汁分泌不足者有通乳下奶的作用同时对于改善大脑功能、记忆力减退失眠、预防产后抑郁有重要作用;
6、本发明的植物饮料制备方法简单,有效成分提取完全,可直接饮用;
7、成人食用50-100g鲜黄花菜后,其中含有0.1-0.2mg秋水仙碱,会出现急性中毒症状,表现为口渴、咽干、恶心、呕吐等,严重者会出现血便、血尿等,本申请通过两次水煮,使秋水仙碱变性,彻底解决黄花菜的不良反应,产品食用安全性高。

为了使本发明的目的,技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括以下组分:黄花菜12-20份,葛根10-15份,瓜蒌9-15份,大枣6-15份,皂角刺3-10份,阿胶3-9份,山楂6-10份,木通3-6份,甜味剂10-28份,酸度调节剂0.2-1.5份,稳定剂0.5-3.0份,甜味剂为结晶果糖,酸度调节剂为柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠,稳定剂为β-环状糊精;
上述一种促进泌乳的植物饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、取上述黄花菜,葛根,瓜蒌,大枣,皂角刺,阿胶,山楂,木通混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物投入提取罐,注入混合物重量的10倍量的纯化水,煎煮1.5h,获得提取液1,再注入混合物重量的12倍量的纯化水,煎煮1.5h,获得提取液2;
步骤3、将提取液1和提取液2混合,用板框压滤机进行过滤,获得澄清液;
步骤4、将澄清液注入浓缩器中进行低温浓缩,获得浓缩液,浓缩液浓缩至澄清液体积的1/5;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的结晶果糖,柠檬酸,柠檬酸钠,β-环状糊精进行矫味,柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠按质量比1:1混合,获得植物饮料原液;
步骤6、植物饮料原液进行灌装、高温高压灭菌,即得。
实施例2
一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括以下组分:黄花菜15份,葛根12份,瓜蒌9份,大枣9份,皂角刺6份,阿胶6份,山楂9份,木通3份,甜味剂19份,酸度调节剂0.8份,稳定剂1.5份,甜味剂为赤藓糖醇和蜂蜜,酸度调节剂为柠檬酸钠,稳定剂为黄原胶;
上述一种促进泌乳的植物饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、取上述黄花菜,葛根,瓜蒌,大枣,皂角刺,阿胶,山楂,木通混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物投入提取罐,注入混合物重量的14倍量的纯化水,煎煮2h,获得提取液1,再注入混合物重量的14倍量的纯化水,煎煮1.5h,获得提取液2;
步骤3、将提取液1和提取液2混合,用板框压滤机进行过滤,获得澄清液;
步骤4、将澄清液注入浓缩器中进行低温浓缩,获得浓缩液,浓缩液浓缩至澄清液体积的2/5;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的赤藓糖醇和蜂蜜,柠檬酸钠,黄原胶进行矫味,赤藓糖醇和蜂蜜按质量比1:1混合,获得植物饮料原液;
步骤6、所得植物饮料原液进行超高温瞬时灭菌、灌装,即得。
实施例3
一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括以下组分:黄花菜12-20份,葛根10-15份,瓜蒌9-15份,大枣6-15份,皂角刺3-10份,阿胶3-9份,山楂6-10份,木通3-6份,甜味剂10-28份,酸度调节剂0.2-1.5份,稳定剂0.5-3.0份,甜味剂为麦芽糖醇和蜂蜜,酸度调节剂为苹果酸,稳定剂为β-环状糊精;
上述一种促进泌乳的植物饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、取上述黄花菜,葛根,瓜蒌,大枣,皂角刺,阿胶,山楂,木通混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物投入提取罐,注入混合物重量的20倍量的纯化水,煎煮2h,获得提取液1,再注入混合物重量的16倍量的纯化水,煎煮2h,获得提取液2;
步骤3、将提取液1和提取液2混合,用板框压滤机进行过滤,获得澄清液;
步骤4、将澄清液注入浓缩器中进行低温浓缩,获得浓缩液,浓缩液浓缩至澄清液体积的3/5;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的麦芽糖醇,蜂蜜,苹果酸,β-环状糊精进行矫味,麦芽糖醇和蜂蜜按质量比1:1混合,获得植物饮料原液;
步骤6、植物饮料原液进行灌装、高温高压灭菌,即得。
试验例
本申请植物饮料促进泌乳功能试验
1)建模与分组:采用超负荷哺乳模型法,设阴性对照组和3个受试样品组。受试样品的人体推荐量为每天30mL/60kg·bw,设2.5、5、10mL·kg-1·d-1(选用实施例2制得的样品作为受试物,分别相当于成人每日每千克体质量推荐摄入量的5倍、10倍、20倍)3个剂量组和阴性对照组,选用3日内产仔的第二胎母鼠及其仔鼠,每窝仔鼠数目为10只。将动物按体重随机分为阴性对照组及3个受试样品组。
2)灌胃与喂养试验:从产后第3天开始,各组动物均给予基础饲料,正常供应饮水。受试样品组再灌胃不同剂量的受试样品,每天相同时间灌胃一次,每次灌胃按0.2mL/10g·bw体重,阴性对照组灌胃同体积蒸馏水。连续灌胃15天。
3)指标检测:于试验期的0、7、14d称量记录母鼠仔鼠体重。第15天处死大鼠,颈动脉插管采血,全血40℃恒温水浴2h,4000r/min离心10min,分离血清。采用放射免疫法测定催乳素(PRL)和生长激素(GH),GH用双抗法。
4)试验数据用Excel建立数据库,SPSS软件进行数据方差分析。
5)试验结果:
5.1受试物对母鼠体重的影响经口给予母鼠15d,第7天、14天各剂量组母鼠体重与阴性对照组比较差异均无显著性差异(P>0.05),提示所试样品对母鼠未产生不同影响。见表1。
注:与对照组比较,*表示P<0.05,**表示P<0.01
5.2经灌胃给予母鼠15d,第7天、14天,各剂量组的仔鼠体重与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异,其中高剂量组与阴性对照组比较有极显著性差异,提示所试样品具有一定的促进泌乳作用。见表2。
注:与对照组比较,*表示P<0.05,**表示P<0.01
5.3对大鼠PRL及GH的影响:通过连续灌胃供试样品,各剂量均能升高血清中催乳素PRL及生长激素GH的水平,且高剂量能显著的提高催乳素PRL及生长激素GH的水平,见表3。
注:与对照组比较,*表示P<0.05,**表示P<0.01
6)研究结果表明:本植物饮料够显著提高仔鼠体增重,提高血清中PRL、GH的水平。根据保健食品功能学评价标准,判定本植物饮料具有一定的促进泌乳的功能。为临床应用提供了科学依据,为提倡母乳喂养及妇女哺乳期保健具有一定的社会效益。

Claims (10)
1.一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括以下组分:黄花菜12-20份,葛根10-15份,瓜蒌9-15份,大枣6-15份,皂角刺3-10份,阿胶3-9份,山楂6-10份,木通3-6份,辅料10.7-32.5份。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述植物饮料包括以下组分:黄花菜15份,葛根12份,瓜蒌9份,大枣9份,皂角刺6份,阿胶6份,山楂9份,木通3份,辅料22份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述辅料包括以下组分,甜味剂10-28份,酸度调节剂0.2-1.5份,稳定剂0.5-3.0份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述辅料包括以下组分,甜味剂19份,酸度调节剂0.8份,稳定剂1.5份。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,其特征在于:所述甜味剂包括结晶果糖,赤藓糖醇,麦芽糖醇,蜂蜜中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,其特征在于:所述酸度调节剂包括柠檬酸,苹果酸,柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种促进泌乳的植物饮料,其特征在于:所述稳定剂包括β-环状糊精或/和黄原胶。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的促进泌乳的植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,黄花菜,葛根,瓜蒌,大枣,皂角刺,阿胶,山楂,木通混合,得混合物;
步骤2、将混合物用纯化水水煮提取,获得提取液;
步骤3、将提取液固液分离,获得澄清液;
步骤4、澄清液进行浓缩,获得浓缩液;
步骤5、向浓缩液中加入上述重量份的辅料,得植物饮料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种促进泌乳的植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中将混合物用纯化水水煮2次,第一次加水量为混合物重量的8-20倍,第二次加水量为混合物重量的8-16倍,每次水煮提取1-2h。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种促进泌乳的植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4中浓缩液浓缩至澄清液体积的1/5-3/5。
