Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品,其主要由葛根30~70份、蒲公英20~60份、金银花20~60份、阿胶10~50份、桔梗5~40份、桂圆5~40份和红枣5~40份制成,保健食品为颗粒剂或合剂。取葛根、蒲公英、金银花、桔梗、桂圆及红枣,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,每次加水量为上述原料总量的8倍;收集提取液,过滤,将两次的提取液合并,滤液浓缩至稠浸膏;将阿胶烊化,加至上述稠浸膏中,混匀;最后加入附加剂,制粒,干燥,分装。本发明按照中医基础理论组方,具有促进泌乳的保健功能,可滋阴补血、通络下乳,无明显不良反应,不会导致奶水质量下降。口感好,安全有效,适合哺乳期内产妇长期饮用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于具有保健功能的食品技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种保健食品组方,特别是一种具有促进泌乳功能的颗粒剂和合剂,本发明还涉及该颗粒剂和合剂的制备方法和用途。
背景技术
母乳含有婴儿成长所需的全部营养成分和抗体,是婴儿成长过程中最安全的天然食物。母乳的主要组成是脂肪(占比50%),脂肪能够满足婴儿脑部的发育和供给婴儿身体热量。母乳中丰富的钙和磷促进婴儿骨骼生长,免疫球蛋白可以有效预防及保护婴儿免于受感染及避免慢性病的发生,比非得因子和寡糖可以抑制肠道病菌增生和帮助消化。除此之外,哺乳母乳的亲密接触和融洽的亲子关系可刺激婴儿脑部及心智发育,另外,母乳喂养还可以降低产妇患乳腺癌的机率。
然而,由于产妇的心理、生活等原因,乳汁分泌不足的现象较为突出,哺乳期内难以保证足够的乳汁分泌量。据WHO 2013年7月的统计数据,全球出生后6个月内纯母乳喂养婴儿比重仅为38%,而我国仅有27.6%,其中城市15.8%,农村30.3%,远低于《中国儿童发展纲要》确定的50%喂养率目标。中医理论认为,缺乳的主要病机为乳汁生化不足或乳络不畅,常见病因有气血虚弱、肝郁气滞和痰浊阻滞。因此,中医学提倡通过滋补气血、通络下乳促进泌乳。营养学研究也提倡要有针对性地补充产妇营养,调益身体机能。
在我国民间,有很多种促进泌乳的方法,如食用鲫鱼汤、猪脚炖通草等,但这些方法对很多人都不起效。在很多地区还有采用饮用米酒或吃酒糟催乳的方法,但由于米酒或酒糟中含有一定量的酒精,对产妇的身体恢复及婴儿的发育都有不良影响。也有的采用一些化学药物促进泌乳,如注射泌乳激素等,化学药物促进泌乳的不良反应明显,存在奶水质量下降等问题,易导致婴儿发育不良甚至智力偏低。鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有促进泌乳功能的安全有效的保健食品组方,其既能够适用于大多数缺乳产妇,又不影响产妇的身体恢复及婴儿的生长发育,避免使用激素类药物引起的不良反应。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种具有促进泌乳功能的安全有效的保健食品及其制备方法,其既能够适用于大多数缺乳产妇,又不影响产妇的身体恢复及婴儿的生长发育,避免使用激素类药物引起的不良反应。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品,其主要由下述重量份的原料制成:葛根30~70份、蒲公英20~60份、金银花20~60份、阿胶10~50份、桔梗5~40份、桂圆5~40份和红枣5~40份,保健食品为颗粒剂或合剂。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品主要由下述重量份的原料制成:葛根40~60份、蒲公英30~50份、金银花30~50份、阿胶20~40份、桔梗10~30份、桂圆10~30份和红枣10~30份。
作为本发明的最佳实施方式,具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品主要由下述重量份的原料制成:葛根50份、蒲公英40份、金银花40份、阿胶30份、桔梗20份、桂圆20份、红枣20份。
本发明的组成原料包括葛根、蒲公英、阿胶、金银花、桔梗、桂圆及红枣的提取物,制剂类型为颗粒剂或合剂。本发明的颗粒剂或合剂,由上述各原料和可接受的载体,如稀释剂和防腐剂等加工制备而成。
稀释剂包括但不仅限于乙醇、糊精、淀粉、蔗糖、葡萄糖、蜂蜜、甘露醇、木糖醇、甜菊素、乳糖、果糖、蛋白糖、麦芽糖醇、阿斯巴甜、香蕉香精、菠萝香精、香兰素、香橙香精、薄荷香精、枸橼酸,可单独使用,也可组合使用。
防腐剂包括但不仅限于薄荷油、桂皮醛、桉叶油、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯、尼泊金丙酯、尼泊金丁酯、山梨酸,可单独使用,也可组合使用。
本发明还提供了用于促进泌乳的保健食品组方制剂的制备方法。
本发明具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品颗粒剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:a) 取葛根、蒲公英、金银花、桔梗、桂圆及红枣,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,每次加水量为上述原料总量的8倍;b) 收集提取液,过滤,将两次的提取液合并,滤液浓缩至稠浸膏;c) 将阿胶烊化,加至上述稠浸膏中,混匀;d) 最后加入附加剂,制粒,干燥,分装。步骤d中加入的附加剂是矫味剂,或者是矫味剂及润湿剂的混合物。
本发明具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品合剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:a) 取葛根、蒲公英、金银花、桔梗、桂圆、红枣,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,每次加水量为上述原料总量的8倍;b) 收集提取液,过滤,将两次的提取液合并,将滤液浓缩;c) 将阿胶烊化,加至上述滤液,混匀;d) 加入附加剂,定容成一定体积,过滤;e) 分装,灭菌。步骤d中加入的附加剂是防腐剂,或者是防腐剂及矫味剂的混合物。步骤e中的灭菌方法采用煮沸灭菌法、流通蒸汽灭菌法或者是热压灭菌法。
本发明的保健功能食品是通过将上述配方组成的原料经过提取或其他方式加工,制成中间原料,需要时加入可接受的载体,按照制剂学的常规技术制成。中间原料可以通过分别提取原料得到,也可以通过共同提取原料得到,也可以通过其他方式得到,如粉碎、压榨、研磨、过筛、渗漉、萃取、水提、醇提、酮提、层析等方法得到,这些中间原料可以是浸膏形式,可以是干浸膏,也可以是流浸膏,根据制剂的不同需要决定制成不同的浓度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明属于食品技术领域,采用葛根、蒲公英、阿胶、金银花、桔梗、桂圆及红枣的提取物混合物作为原料,制成颗粒剂和或合剂。保健食品颗粒剂和合剂按照中医基础理论组方,具有促进泌乳的保健功能,可滋阴补血、通络下乳,无明显不良反应,而且不会导致奶水质量下降。
本发明还提供一种保健食品在辅助治疗乳汁分泌不足中的用途:缺乳、少乳的产妇大多脾胃虚弱,气血不足,宜组合温补肠胃、补气活血中药。该保健食品按中医药理论科学组方,安全无副作用。葛根味甘,可生津升阳,蒲公英性平微苦,具消肿散结,两者共为君药,促进行气以助催乳;臣以辛温之金银花、阿胶,共奏痛经活络、补血滋阴、之功,协助君药发挥滋补气血之效;佐以益气补血之桂圆,补脾养血之红枣,共行药势;桔梗引药上行,是为使药。该保健食品具有以下优点:口感好,安全有效,适合哺乳期内产妇长期饮用;原料皆来源于药食同源的中药或天然食物,营养全面。

图1是本发明的一个实施方式中,颗粒剂影响产仔母鼠乳汁分泌量示意图。与模型组泌乳量相比,药物组相对增高。其中中剂量组在第14日与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);高剂量组在第7日、第14日和第21日与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
图2是本发明的一个实施方式中,颗粒剂影响产仔母鼠累积泌乳量的示意图。与模型组累积泌乳量相比,药物组相对增高。其中高剂量第2~7日累积泌乳量与模型组的相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);高剂量组量第2~14日累积泌乳量与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);高剂量组第2~21日累积泌乳量与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
图3是本发明的一个实施方式中,合剂影响产仔母鼠血清泌乳素和生长激素含量示意图。与模型组相比,药物组血清泌乳素水平增加,中剂量组和高剂量组的生长激素水平增加。其中高剂量组母鼠的血清泌乳素和生长激素水平与模型组比较有显著性差异,增加明显(P<0.05)。
图4是本发明的一个实施方式中,合剂影响产仔母鼠乳腺指数示意图。药物组的乳腺器官指数均增大,呈现量效关系,高剂量组与模型组比较存在明显的差异性(P<0.05)。
图5是本发明的一个实施方式中,颗粒剂给药后的产仔母鼠乳腺切片示意图。由图中可以看出,模型组乳腺小叶分叶不明显,腺泡组织稀少,腺腔狭窄;药物组低、中、高三个剂量组乳腺小叶分叶明显,腺泡细胞高度充盈,腺管扩张,分泌物增多。
具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限制。
实施例1:合剂
配方:葛根50g、蒲公英40g、金银花40g、阿胶30g、桔梗20g、桂圆20g、红枣20g、苯甲酸钠0.6g。
制备方法:取葛根、蒲公英、金银花、桔梗、桂圆、红枣,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,每次加水量为上述原料总量的8倍。收集提取液,滤过,将两次的提取液合并,滤液浓缩。将阿胶烊化,加至上述稠浸膏,混匀。加入附加剂,定容成一定体积,滤过,分装。
实施例2:颗粒剂
配方:葛根50g、蒲公英30g、金银花40g、阿胶30g、桔梗15g、桂圆20g、红枣20g、糊精40g、蔗糖 90g。
制备方法:取葛根、蒲公英、金银花、桔梗、桂圆及红枣,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,每次加水量为上述原料总量的8倍。收集提取液,滤过,将两次的提取液合并,滤液浓缩至稠浸膏。将阿胶烊化,加至上述稠浸膏,混匀。加入附加剂,制粒,干燥,分装。
实施例3:合剂
配方:葛根60g、蒲公英40g、金银花40g、阿胶30g、桔梗20g、桂圆15g、红枣15g、尼泊金乙酯0.5g。
制备方法:取葛根、蒲公英、金银花、桔梗、桂圆、红枣,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,每次加水量为上述原料总量的8倍。收集提取液,滤过,将两次的提取液合并,滤液浓缩。将阿胶烊化,加至上述稠浸膏,混匀。加入附加剂,定容成一定体积,滤过,分装。
实施例4:颗粒剂
配方:葛根50g、蒲公英35g、金银花40g、阿胶25g、桔梗20g、桂圆20g、红枣20g、糊精90g、甜菊素 0.04g、75%乙醇 10mL。
制备方法:取葛根、蒲公英、金银花、桔梗、桂圆及红枣,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,每次加水量为上述原料总量的8倍。收集提取液,滤过,将两次的提取液合并,滤液浓缩至稠浸膏。将阿胶烊化,加至上述稠浸膏,混匀。加入附加剂,喷入75%乙醇,制粒,干燥,分装。
测试例:
选用昆明种健康孕鼠(第二胎),孕期17~18d,适应性喂养3~4 d后开始分娩,按照母鼠窝别和所生仔鼠体重,随机分为高、中、低剂量组(按生药量,剂量分别为3、6、12g/Kg,样品均以溶液或混悬液形式给药)、空白组、模型组、阳性组(母乳多颗粒,剂量10.8 g/Kg),每组8只母鼠,每只母鼠带养10只仔鼠,每只母鼠及其仔鼠单笼饲养。
模型组、药物组和阳性组于产后第二天开始灌胃溴隐亭药液(浓度0.05mg/mL,剂量0.5mg/Kg,灌胃体积10mL/Kg),即每天灌胃体积0.1mL/10g,连续7天,造成“缺乳证哺乳”模型,每只母鼠及其带养仔鼠单笼饲养。每天灌胃前对每只母鼠进行称重,计算溴隐亭药液的灌胃体积再予以灌胃,每天体重的变化随时做好记录。
从母鼠分娩第二天开始,按0.06mL/10g灌胃给予相应剂量的受试物,模型组给予等体积蒸馏水,空白组不灌胃任何受试物也不造模,连续21天,每日定时观察、测量每只母鼠的泌乳量。第22日,称取母鼠体重,用玻璃点样毛细管进行内眦采血,37℃静置40min后,3000r/min、常温下离心10min,用移液枪收集上层血清,测定血清泌乳素和生长激素的浓度。
取采完血的母鼠,剪开母鼠腹部,取出近尾端右侧乳腺组织,剔除皮肤和肌肉组织,小心剥离乳腺组织,用吸水纸仔细吸除乳腺组织上残留血迹。精密称取乳腺组织重量(g),按照以下公式计算乳腺器官指数。将乳腺组织放入EP管内,浸泡在10%的甲醛溶液中保存,HE染色,进行组织切片观察。

1.一种具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品,其特征在于:所述具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品主要由下述重量份的原料制成:葛根30~70份、蒲公英20~60份、金银花20~60份、阿胶10~50份、桔梗5~40份、桂圆5~40份和红枣5~40份,所述保健食品为颗粒剂或合剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品,其特征在于:所述具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品主要由下述重量份的原料制成:葛根40~60份、蒲公英30~50份、金银花30~50份、阿胶20~40份、桔梗10~30份、桂圆10~30份和红枣10~30份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品,其特征在于:所述具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品主要由下述重量份的原料制成:葛根50份、蒲公英40份、金银花40份、阿胶30份、桔梗20份、桂圆20份、红枣20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
a) 取葛根、蒲公英、金银花、桔梗、桂圆及红枣,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,每次加水量为上述原料总量的8倍;
b) 收集提取液,过滤,将两次的提取液合并,滤液浓缩至稠浸膏;
c) 将阿胶烊化,加至上述稠浸膏中,混匀;
d) 最后加入附加剂,制粒,干燥,分装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤d中加入的附加剂是矫味剂,或者是矫味剂及润湿剂的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品合剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述保健食品合剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
a) 取葛根、蒲公英、金银花、桔梗、桂圆、红枣,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,每次加水量为上述原料总量的8倍;
b) 收集提取液,过滤,将两次的提取液合并,将滤液浓缩;
c) 将阿胶烊化,加至上述滤液,混匀;
d) 加入附加剂,定容成一定体积,过滤;
e) 分装,灭菌。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品合剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤d中加入的附加剂是防腐剂,或者是防腐剂及矫味剂的混合物。
8.根据权利要求6所述的具有促进泌乳功效的保健食品合剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤e中的灭菌方法采用煮沸灭菌法、流通蒸汽灭菌法或者是热压灭菌法。
