Abstract

本发明提供一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,按重量份计,所述光伏背板涂层包括以下组分:乙烯‑四氟乙烯共聚物5‑15份,聚烯烃40‑60份,硅烷偶联剂1‑5份,固化剂10‑20份,二氧化钛20‑30份。本发明高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,以聚烯烃为主体材料提供胶黏作用,通过加入乙烯‑四氟乙烯共聚物提高光伏背板耐紫外的效果,通过加入硅烷偶联剂提高与光伏组件中电池的粘接力,通过加入二氧化钛提高光伏组件的反射率,光伏背板涂层反射率达到91%,超过普通涂层的背板反射率20%以上,并且涂层具有优异的粘接性。

一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能光伏组件技术领域,尤其涉及一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前光伏组件在背面使用的背板材料主要起绝缘,支撑作用,但是其本身不含粘接性能,需要增加一层胶黏用的EVA(聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯,下称EVA),且背板本身的反射率较低,光伏组件的功率受限。
现有技术中光伏背板的缺陷为:光伏组件生产工艺复杂且成本较高,需要在使用背板的同时增加EVA的铺设,增加EVA的用量;背板反射率较低,导致光伏组件的功率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层及其制备方法,使光伏背板涂层具有高反射高粘接的作用。本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,其中,按重量份计,所述光伏背板涂层包括以下组分:
乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物5-15份,聚烯烃40-60份,硅烷偶联剂1-5份,固化剂10-20份,二氧化钛20-30份。
优选的是,所述的高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,其中,所述聚烯烃熔融指数范围为18~22。
优选的是,所述的高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,其中,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙氧基硅氧烷或甲基硅氧烷。
优选的是,所述的高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,其中,所述固化剂为环氧树脂。
一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层的制备方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
按重量份称取乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、聚烯烃、硅烷偶联剂、固化剂和二氧化钛,依次将硅烷偶联剂、固化剂、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物和聚烯烃加入溶剂乙酸乙酯中,搅拌0.5~1h,分2~3次加入二氧化钛,搅拌1~2h,静置3h,得到产品。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,以聚烯烃为主体材料提供胶黏作用,通过加入乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物提高光伏背板耐紫外的效果,通过加入硅烷偶联剂提高与光伏组件中电池的粘接力,通过加入二氧化钛提高光伏组件的反射率,光伏背板涂层反射率达到91%,超过普通涂层的背板反射率20%以上,并且涂层具有优异的粘接性。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,按重量份计,包括乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物5份,聚烯烃60份,乙氧基硅氧烷1份,环氧树脂14份,二氧化钛20份。
一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层的制备方法:依次将硅烷偶联剂、固化剂、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物和聚烯烃加入溶剂乙酸乙酯中,搅拌1h,分2次加入二氧化钛络合物,搅拌2h,静置3h,得到产品。
实施例2
一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,按重量份计,包括乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物10份,聚烯烃50份,乙氧基硅氧烷3份,环氧树脂12份,二氧化钛25份。
一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层的制备方法:依次将硅烷偶联剂、固化剂、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物和聚烯烃加入溶剂乙酸乙酯中,搅拌1h,分3次加入二氧化钛络合物,搅拌2h,静置3h,得到产品。
实施例3
一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,按重量份计,包括乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物15份,聚烯烃40份,乙氧基硅氧烷5份,环氧树脂10份,二氧化钛30份。
一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层的制备方法:依次将硅烷偶联剂、固化剂、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物和聚烯烃加入溶剂乙酸乙酯中,搅拌1h,分2次加入二氧化钛络合物,搅拌2h,静置3h,得到产品。
实施例1~实施例3中获得的光伏背板涂层进行检测试验,结果如表1所示:

结果分析:从表1中的实验数据可以得出,本发明的高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层完全符合光伏背板所需的性能,反射率达到91%,超过普通涂层的背板反射率20%以上,该涂层具有粘接性。

1.一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述光伏背板涂层包括以下组分:
乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物5-15份,聚烯烃40-60份,硅烷偶联剂1-5份,固化剂10-20份,二氧化钛20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃熔融指数范围为18~22。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙氧基硅氧烷或甲基硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层,其特征在于,所述固化剂为环氧树脂。
5.一种高反射高粘接的光伏背板涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按重量份称取乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、聚烯烃、硅烷偶联剂、固化剂和二氧化钛,依次将硅烷偶联剂、固化剂、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物和聚烯烃加入溶剂乙酸乙酯中,搅拌0.5~1h,分2~3次加入二氧化钛,搅拌1~2h,静置3h,得到产品。
