Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷,其原料组成为长石15~20wt%、自释釉诱导剂50~60wt%、高温低膨胀熔块14~27wt%、石英5~10wt%。此外,还公开了上述适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷的制备方法。本发明通过配方设计,无需上釉,引入的自释釉诱导剂不仅可以保证釉料的低膨胀性能,提高了低膨胀陶瓷的热稳定性,而且保证了产品质量,使得釉面具有养生保健功能,能够很好地满足日常养生需求。

一种适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷及其制 备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷釉料技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷及其制备方法。
背景技术
如今,快节奏的生活不仅要求炊具产品具有高的抗热震性能,而且还要求这类产品在短时间内能够加热进行烹煮,并保持应有的强度和安全性。相比于原来的铁质炊具,陶瓷炊具更加符合健康理念,因此对陶瓷炊具的需求越来越大,在性能方面的要求如低膨胀性能也越来越高。目前,低膨胀陶瓷炊具需要上一层与之匹配的低膨胀陶瓷釉。这不仅对釉料的匹配适应性要求高,同时还需上釉、干燥,不仅使其工艺繁琐,而且釉面稳定性不好,功能单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷,通过配方设计,无需上釉,在烧成过程中自释出一层薄薄的釉,在具有良好稳定性的同时实现养生保健功能的目的。本发明的另一目的在于提供上述适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供的一种适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷,其原料组成为:长石15~20wt%、自释釉诱导剂50~60wt%、高温低膨胀熔块14~27wt%、石英5~10wt%;其中,
所述自释釉诱导剂的化学组成为:K2O 0.20~0.25wt%、Na2O 0.01~0.02wt%、Li2O 2.56~2.64wt%,MgO 1.00~1.20wt%、CaO 0.07~0.09wt%、TFe2O36.33~6.45wt%、ZnO 2.50~2.54wt%、BaO 1.56~1.58wt%、Al2O314.46~14.68wt%、SiO266.02~66.50wt%、MnO 0.16~0.18wt%、TiO20.93~0.98wt%、NiO 0.03~0.05wt%、CuO 0.02~0.04wt%、ZrO20.03~0.04wt%、Y2O30.01~0.02wt%、ZnO 0.01~0.02wt%、Cr2O30.01~0.02wt%、灼减量3.50~4.09wt%;
所述高温低膨胀熔块的化学组成为:K2O 0.21~0.25wt%、Na2O 0.02~0.03wt%、MgO 1.29~1.31wt%、CaO 0.08~0.10wt%、B2O34.58~4.65wt%、ZnO 2.52~2.55wt%、BaO 1.58~1.60wt%、Al2O313.50~13.77wt%、SiO271.69~71.88wt%、Li2O 4.26~4.46wt%。
本发明的另一目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供的上述适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述原料组成中的长石、石英、高温低膨胀熔块加入球磨机内进行一次混合球磨,然后再加入自释釉诱导剂一起进行二次混合球磨,经陈腐、成型(可塑成型、注浆成型或干压成型),即得到坯体;
(2)所述坯体在还原气氛条件下,以釉烧温度1270~1300℃下进行煅烧,保温时间为30~60min,即获得保健功能型自释釉陶瓷。
进一步地,本发明制备方法所述步骤(1)中一次混合球磨后的物料细度为250目筛余0.06~0.07%;二次混合球磨的时间为20~30min。
上述方案中,本发明所述保健功能型自释釉陶瓷,其釉面的热膨胀系数为热膨胀系数为0.22~0.32×10-6/℃、远红外辐射系数ε为0.96~0.98。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过优化配方设计,引入的自释釉诱导剂不仅可以保证釉料的低膨胀性能,提高了低膨胀陶瓷的热稳定性,而且温度范围宽,受窑炉温度波动影响小;引入的自释釉诱导剂还使坯体反应、熔融更加充分,产生大量的液相,在反应过程中过渡金属元素随着液相迁移到表面,赋予了釉面远红外功能,而内部由于液相达到过饱和,液相析晶,液相粘度变大,防止了坯体出现软塌变形等。因此,本发明配方体系在还原气氛条件下扩大了釉料的熔融温度范围,无需上釉,不仅保证了产品质量,而且使得釉面具有养生保健功能,很好地满足了日常养生需求。
(2)本发明所用自释釉诱导剂中富含过渡金属元素如Fe、Ti等,能够分解食物中的脂肪、在加热过程中能发射出远红外线而活化脂肪酶,可使食物柔美而不腻,具有保健防病等功效。
(3)本发明釉料稳定性好,所得釉层结构致密、不容易划伤、不容易吸脏,热膨胀系数可调,同时赋予了其养生保健功能,基于通用的日用陶瓷的生产过程即可,尤其为与电器配套使用的低膨胀陶瓷锅具提供了必备条件,有助于实现产业升级,对于低膨胀陶瓷产业的技术进步和应用发展具有促进作用。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例一种适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷,其原料组成为:长石15~20wt%、自释釉诱导剂50~60wt%、高温低膨胀熔块14~27wt%、石英5~10wt%。各实施例的原料组成如表1所示。

高温低膨胀熔块的化学组成为:K2O 0.21wt%、Na2O 0.02wt%、MgO 1.29wt%、CaO0.08wt%、B2O34.58 wt%、ZnO 2.52wt%、BaO 1.58wt%、Al2O313.77 wt%、SiO271.69wt%、Li2O 4.26wt%。
本发明上述实施例适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将上述原料组成中的长石、石英、高温低膨胀熔块加入球磨机内进行一次混合球磨至细度为250目筛余0.06~0.07%,然后再加入自释釉诱导剂一起进行二次混合球磨20~30min,经陈腐、成型(可塑成型、注浆成型或干压成型),即得到坯体;各实施例工艺参数如表2所示;

(2)上述坯体在还原气氛条件下,在釉烧温度1270~1300℃下进行煅烧,保温时间为30~60min,即获得保健功能型自释釉陶瓷。

如图1所示,本发明实施例保健功能型自释釉陶瓷中,坯体由许多闭口气孔和少量气孔所组成,在坯体上层由一层薄薄的釉所组成。

所述自释釉诱导剂的化学组成为:K2O 0.20~0.25 wt%、Na2O 0.01~0.02 wt%、Li2O2.56~2.64 wt%,MgO 1.00~1.20 wt%、CaO 0.07~0.09 wt%、TFe2O3 6.33~6.45 wt%、ZnO2.50~2.54 wt%、BaO 1.56~1.58 wt%、Al2O3 14.46~14.68 wt%、SiO2 66.02~66.50wt%、MnO 0.16~0.18 wt%、TiO2 0.93~0.98 wt%、NiO 0.03~0.05 wt%、CuO 0.02~0.04wt%、ZrO2 0.03~0.04 wt%、Y2O3 0.01~0.02 wt%、ZnO 0.01~0.02 wt%、Cr2O3 0.01~0.02wt%、灼减量3.50~4.09 wt%;

2.权利要求1所述适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1) 将所述原料组成中的长石、石英、高温低膨胀熔块加入球磨机内进行一次混合球磨,然后再加入自释釉诱导剂一起进行二次混合球磨,经陈腐、成型,即得到坯体;
(2) 所述坯体在还原气氛条件下,以釉烧温度1270~1300℃下进行煅烧,保温时间为30~60 min,即获得保健功能型自释釉陶瓷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中一次混合球磨后的物料细度为250目筛余0.06~0.07%;二次混合球磨的时间为20~30 min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的适用于低膨胀陶瓷炊具的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所制得的保健功能型自释釉陶瓷,其釉面的热膨胀系数为热膨胀系数为0.22~0.32×10-6/℃、远红外辐射系数ε为0.96~0.98。
