The beneficial effects are as follows: the purslane and the honeysuckle have the effects of antipyresis, anti-inflammation, antibiosis and antivirus; the combination of fructus aurantii, malt and hawthorn has the functions of strengthening spleen, stimulating appetite, promoting qi circulation and helping digestion, and is beneficial to the digestion, absorption and utilization of nutrient substances by gastrointestinal tracts; radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi has effects of invigorating kidney, invigorating qi, tranquilizing mind, promoting blood circulation, and dredging collaterals; white peony root, radix Paeoniae alba tonifies blood and astringes yin; the astragalus membranaceus has the effects of tonifying qi, strengthening spleen and enhancing immunity; radix Angelicae Dahuricae has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, relieving pain, relieving itching, and eliminating dampness; cortex Eucommiae has effects in nourishing essence and blood, nourishing liver and kidney, and strengthening tendons and bones; licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae coordinates the effects of the other drugs in the recipe. (3) uniformly mixing a fermentation substrate and the mixture A, adjusting the water content to 35-40%, and fermenting at the fermentation temperature of 30-35 ℃ for 10-15 days;

The viable count of the lactobacillus plantarum bacterial liquid and the saccharomyces cerevisiae bacterial liquid is 1 multiplied by 107CFU/mL。
(II) preparation method

The viable count of the lactobacillus plantarum bacterial liquid and the saccharomyces cerevisiae bacterial liquid is 5 multiplied by 107CFU/mL。
(II) preparation method
(1) Weighing acanthopanax, white paeony root, astragalus, eucommia, honeysuckle, purslane, bitter orange, malt, hawthorn, angelica dahurica and liquorice according to parts by weight, crushing the mixture to 80 meshes, and uniformly mixing the powder to obtain a fermentation substrate;
(2) weighing molasses and coarse salt according to the parts by weight, uniformly mixing, and then adding into a compound bacterial liquid for later use to obtain a mixture A;
(3) mixing a fermentation substrate with the mixture A, adjusting the water content to 40%, and then fermenting at the fermentation temperature of 35 ℃ for 12 days;

The viable count of the lactobacillus plantarum bacterial liquid and the saccharomyces cerevisiae bacterial liquid is 1 multiplied by 108CFU/mL。
(II) preparation method
(1) Weighing acanthopanax, white paeony root, astragalus, eucommia, honeysuckle, purslane, bitter orange, malt, hawthorn, angelica dahurica and liquorice according to parts by weight, crushing the mixture to 80 meshes, and uniformly mixing the powder to obtain a fermentation substrate;

The viable count of the lactobacillus plantarum bacterial liquid and the saccharomyces cerevisiae bacterial liquid is 5 multiplied by 108CFU/mL。

The viable count of the lactobacillus plantarum bacterial liquid and the saccharomyces cerevisiae bacterial liquid is 1 multiplied by 108CFU/mL。

Experiment 1
Selecting 18 Bamin fattening pigs which are hybridized by Bake summer boars and Min pig sows, wherein the weight and the age of the Bamin fattening pigs are similar, randomly dividing the pigs into 2 groups, feeding 9 pigs in each group, feeding 3 pigs in each group, and dividing the pigs in each group into a control group and an additive group. The additive group started to feed the additives prepared in example 5 of the present invention 45 days before marketing (the additive amount was 0.5% of the daily ration), and the control group fed the daily ration only normally. Free feeding and drinking, and the other feeding conditions are consistent. At the end of the feeding test, the animals were fasted for 24h, during which time water was freely drunk, and slaughtered for sampling. Specifically, sampling was carried out according to the technical Specification for measuring carcass traits of lean-type pigs (NY/T825-2004). Sampling positions are 500g of longissimus dorsi taken forward at 3 rd and 4 th thoracic vertebrae of the pig carcass, and the sampling positions are used for determining pork quality, and the statistical analysis result is as follows:

The meat data of the additive group and the control group show that the plant additive can improve the pH value within 1 hour and 24 hours after slaughtering of slaughtered pigs, so that the muscle color (a red) is more bright red, the water retention capacity of muscles is increased, the cooked meat rate is increased, the muscle shearing force is reduced, the muscle tenderness is increased, and the above reaches a significant degree; the product has certain effect on increasing intramuscular fat. The additive provided by the invention has an effect of improving the meat quality of fattening pigs.
