Description

Compound feed for improving growth speed and immunity of black goats
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of animal feed, and particularly relates to a compound feed for improving the growth speed and the immunity of black goats.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of the breeding industry, the feed industry and the breeding industry have been rapidly developed, and the number of feed varieties has increased. Most of the traditional feed is added with chemically synthesized growth promoters, antibiotics, hormones and other substances, and because of the problems of residues, drug resistance and the like of the antibiotics, the hormones and other substances in animal bodies, the requirements of people on healthy and safe livestock and poultry products and food cannot be met, and the export of agricultural and sideline products in China is also influenced. The theory of Chinese herbal medicine property established in China and the abundant practice thereof provide a solid foundation and a reliable basis for the development of natural Chinese herbal medicine feed additives, and the Chinese herbal medicine is used as a natural substance to avoid the defects of other types of additives.
It is known that as of 2017, nearly 50 million pharmaceutical enterprises are owned in the country, and a large amount of processing byproducts are generated along with the continuous research and development and production of medicines every year. For example, in the extraction and processing process of Chinese patent medicines, a large amount of medicine dregs are generated, and the treatment of the medicine dregs not only consumes a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources, but also causes certain pressure on environmental protection. In order to solve the increasingly serious problem, through continuous research and innovation, the waste of the traditional Chinese medicine processing can be applied to animal feed.
The patent of Chinese invention CN200410037486.2 discloses a traditional Chinese medicine feed for fattening pigs, which utilizes waste materials in the production process of a compound salvia miltiorrhiza preparation, namely salvia miltiorrhiza dregs and panax notoginseng dregs, and verifies that the pig feed added with the traditional Chinese medicine dregs has the effects of higher digestibility, good fattening effect, improvement of the slaughtering rate of the pigs and reduction of the fatality rate of the pigs. Therefore, the application of the traditional Chinese medicine dregs in the feed is suitable for wide popularization.
The black goat breeding areas are mainly distributed in the south of the Yangtze river in China, the black goat has tender meat, small hardness, delicious taste, extremely small mutton smell, high nutritional value (protein is 22.6 percent, the fat content is less than 3 percent, the cholesterol is 75 percent lower than that of pork, and the content of amino acid necessary for a human body is contained), the glutamic acid content is more than 11 percent (Deng Xing chrysanthemum, 2006), and the black goat breeding areas are deeply favored by consumers. In recent years, due to the influence of factors such as feeding management, unbalanced nutrient content in feed and long-term use of antibiotics, hormone medicaments and the like, the meat quality of the black goat is seriously influenced, the requirements of people in various places on the black goat meat cannot be met, and the economic benefit of farmers is also reduced. Therefore, how to cultivate high-quality mutton sheep and ensure the nutrition and safety of mutton sheep feed preparation is an urgent problem in the black goat breeding industry.
The invention discloses a feed for increasing the weight of black goats and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of feed processing and comprising the following components: 40-60 parts of corn, 8.55-18.55 parts of wheat bran, 12-20 parts of soybean meal, 5-15 parts of rapeseed meal, 1-10 parts of chrysanthemum powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1-0.2 part of sodium sulfate, 0.5-1.5 parts of salt and 0.05-0.15 part of trace element premix, and the feed also comprises 10g/50kg of multidimensional II, 25g/50kg of lysine and 50g/50kg of complex enzyme. The feed improves daily gain of sheep, shortens sheep slaughtering time, improves sheep raising economic benefit, and reduces sheep morbidity and mortality. However, the invention has the defects of more component types and higher cost.
The invention discloses a feed for feeding black goats and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of feeds and being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of corn flour, 20-30 parts of wheat bran, 18-29 parts of bean dregs, 18-27 parts of rice bran, 15-25 parts of alfalfa, 14-23 parts of ryegrass, 10-18 parts of corn grass, 18-30 parts of white mulberry root-bark, 17-28 parts of radix stephaniae tetrandrae, 15-25 parts of human placenta, 15-25 parts of mangnolia officinalis, 12-23 parts of parasitic loranthus, 10-20 parts of dutchmanspipe root, 10-18 parts of grifola frondosa, 10-18 parts of liquorice, 8-17 parts of rehmannia, 5-15 parts of medlar, 8-17 parts of mineral feed and 0.5-1.5 parts of mildew preventive. The feed has the effect of improving the resistance of the black goats, but the feed has more components and overhigh large-scale production cost; and the preparation process needs fermentation, and has long preparation time, complex process and high time cost.
The invention utilizes the by-product astragalus root dregs or astragalus root, dendrobium stem and hawthorn granules dregs generated in the production process of traditional Chinese medicines to be mixed with the epimedium herb dregs in proportion, and the feed suitable for the breeding application of the black goats is prepared by processing. Wherein, the astragalus root has the efficacies of benefiting qi, strengthening exterior, tonifying spleen and stomach and the like; the granule is prepared from radix astragali, rhizoma dioscoreae, radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, Poria, herba Dendrobii, fructus Hordei Germinatus (parched), fructus crataegi, fructus Chaenomelis, radix Codonopsis, pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, and rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, and has effects of invigorating spleen, regulating stomach function, invigorating qi, consolidating exterior, and promoting digestion; the epimedium herb has the effects of tonifying kidney and strengthening yang, strengthening muscles and bones, dispelling wind and dampness and the like. The medicinal materials have wide application range, so the medicine residue amount is large, and the invention fully utilizes the medicine residue and realizes the recycling of the medicine residue. Tests show that the feed can enhance the immunity of the black goat, improve the pre-slaughter live weight, carcass weight and slaughter rate of the black goat and has an excellent effect.
