陶瓷煲作为烹饪炊具已有数千年的悠久历史,其以制造容易、造价低廉和安全卫生的优点,深受人们的喜爱。目前,传统的陶瓷煲普遍仅适宜煮、炖、蒸等烹调方式,这些烹调方式在大量汤汁水份的保护下,锅具受热较为均匀,温差变换小,因而对锅具的热性能要求相对要宽松一些,如果需要采用煎、炒、炸等高温、急火、温差大的加热方式,现有的陶瓷烹调器极易发生炸裂。

一种棕色釉超耐热陶瓷煲,包括陶瓷煲坯体和棕色釉基料,所述棕色釉基料由石英、锂辉石、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯、木鱼石粉、膨润土、硅酸锆、三氧化二钇、改性脂环胺固化剂烧制而成。
进一步地,所述棕色釉基料由以下重量份的原料烧制而成:
石英10份、锂辉石50份、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯5份、木鱼石粉3份、膨润土15份、硅酸锆5份、硅酸锆1份、三氧化二钇1份、碳酸锶4份、碳酸钡4份、透辉石1.5份、氟化钙2份、高岭土7份、锂瓷石5.5份、改性添加剂1份。

实施例1
一种棕色釉超耐热陶瓷煲,通过以下方法制备所得:
S1、将硅藻泥30份、石英20份、氧化铝15份、滑石粉10份、Y2O3 1份混合后,以混合料:球:水重量比为1 :1.5 :0.8装入球磨设备,球磨20小时,待料浆陈腐24小时后,过200目筛,得泥浆;
S2、将泥浆与3份改性脂环胺固化剂混合搅拌均匀后,注入模具,20min 后脱模,取出坯体,烘干、修坯上水,得陶瓷泥坯体;
S3、按重量份称取:石英10份、锂辉石50份、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯5份、木鱼石粉3份、膨润土15份、硅酸锆5份、硅酸锆1份、三氧化二钇1份、碳酸锶4份、碳酸钡4份、透辉石1.5份、氟化钙2份、高岭土7份、锂瓷石5.5份、改性磺化碱木素1份;
S4、将称取的石英、锂辉石、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯、木鱼石粉、膨润土、硅酸锆、硅酸锆、三氧化二钇、碳酸锶、碳酸钡、透辉石、氟化钙、高岭土、锂瓷石、改性磺化碱木素混合后,以混合料:球:水重量比为1 :1.5 :0.8装入球磨设备,球磨30小时,过200目筛,收集备用;
S5、将称取的纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯、改性脂环胺固化剂与磨机研磨的釉料进行搅拌混合,混合温度200-300℃,自然冷却后加入物料总量的80-90%的水,继续搅拌混合,即制得棕色釉;
S6、将制备好的陶瓷煲坯体浸入所述的棕色釉中5-10s,捞出,干燥至施釉釉面的含水率低于10%;
S7、将干燥后的陶瓷煲坯体放入煅烧炉中进行煅烧,煅烧升温至1100-1300℃,煅烧7-8h,保温10-20min,煅烧完成后自然冷却,即制得该棕色釉耐热陶瓷煲。

S3、按重量份称取:石英15份、锂辉石60份、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯10份、木鱼石粉5份、膨润土20份、硅酸锆10份、硅酸锆1份、三氧化二钇3份、碳酸锶4份、碳酸钡4份、透辉石2.5份、氟化钙4份、高岭土9份、锂瓷石7.5份、改性磺化碱木素1份;
其余同实施例1。
实施例3
S3、按重量份称取:石英12.5份、锂辉石55份、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯7.5份、木鱼石粉4份、膨润土17.5份、硅酸锆7.5份、硅酸锆1份、三氧化二钇2份、碳酸锶4份、碳酸钡4份、透辉石3.5份、氟化钙3份、高岭土8份、锂瓷石6.5份、改性磺化碱木素1份;
其余同实施例1。

实施例1-实施例6所得的棕色釉耐热陶瓷煲的性能检测结果为:耐热温度为1300-1550℃,在20-600℃之间热交换15次均未破裂。

1.一种棕色釉超耐热陶瓷煲,包括陶瓷煲坯体和棕色釉基料,其特征在于,所述棕色釉基料由石英、锂辉石、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯、木鱼石粉、膨润土、硅酸锆、三氧化二钇、改性脂环胺固化剂烧制而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种棕色釉超耐热陶瓷煲,其特征在于,所述棕色釉基料由以下重量份的原料烧制而成:石英10份、锂辉石50份、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯5份、木鱼石粉3份、膨润土15份、硅酸锆5份、硅酸锆1份、三氧化二钇1份、碳酸锶4份、碳酸钡4份、透辉石1.5份、氟化钙2份、高岭土7份、锂瓷石5.5份、改性添加剂1份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种棕色釉超耐热陶瓷煲,其特征在于,所述棕色釉基料由以下重量份的原料烧制而成:石英15份、锂辉石60份、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯10份、木鱼石粉5份、膨润土20份、硅酸锆10份、硅酸锆1份、三氧化二钇3份、碳酸锶4份、碳酸钡4份、透辉石2.5份、氟化钙4份、高岭土9份、锂瓷石7.5份、改性添加剂1份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种棕色釉超耐热陶瓷煲,其特征在于,所述棕色釉基料由以下重量份的原料烧制而成:石英12.5份、锂辉石55份、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯7.5份、木鱼石粉4份、膨润土17.5份、硅酸锆7.5份、硅酸锆1份、三氧化二钇2份、碳酸锶4份、碳酸钡4份、透辉石3.5份、氟化钙3份、高岭土8份、锂瓷石6.5份、改性添加剂1份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种棕色釉超耐热陶瓷煲,其特征在于,所述棕色釉基料由以下重量份的原料烧制而成:石英12份、锂辉石55份、纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯7份、木鱼石粉4份、膨润土17份、硅酸锆7份、硅酸锆1份、三氧化二钇2份、碳酸锶4份、碳酸钡4份、透辉石3份、氟化钙3份、高岭土8份、锂瓷石6份、改性添加剂1份。
