(3) dividing the water into two parts, adding a surfactant into 25kg of water, and stirring for 50min at the rotating speed of 450r/min at the temperature of 65 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution 1;
(4) adding an emollient, a humectant, Artemisia princeps essential oil, galangal essential oil, a natural preservative and 45.9kg of second water into the mixed solution 1 in sequence, stirring for 30min at the rotating speed of 500r/min, then cooling to 55 ℃, adding chamomile essential oil, stirring for 40min at the rotating speed of 180r/min, and cooling to 20 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution 2;
(5) and filling and packaging to obtain the artemisia princeps and galangal washing-free hand sanitizer.
Evaluation of Effect
The tested volunteers are selected to be 120 persons in total, 60 persons in male and female, the ages of the male and female are 10-60 years old, the numbers of the male and female are 1-120, and the following conditions are all carried out to different degrees: pachylosis, chap, desquamation, inflammation, skin sensitivity, etc. The hand sanitizer provided by the invention is used 2-3 times per day, wherein the products of the embodiment 1 are used in No. 1-30, the products of the embodiment 2 are used in No. 31-60, the products of the embodiment 3 are used in No. 61-90, and the products of the embodiment 4 are used in No. 91-120.
After the test is carried out for one month, the comprehensive condition of the testee is evaluated, and the testee is found to have no adverse reaction, and the conditions of hand skin roughness, chapping, desquamation, inflammation, skin sensitivity and the like are greatly improved: the hand skin is smoother, more delicate and more white than before.
