本发明涉及储氢罐技术领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种带有移动功能的车载储氢罐。
背景技术
氢的储运是燃料池汽车,发展面临的主要技术障碍之一,是氢能经济发展需要优先考虑的问题,高压储氢是最常用和最直接的储氢方式。高压储氢可在常温下使用,通过阀门的调节就可以直接将氢气释放出来,具有储氢气瓶结构简单、压缩氢气制备的能耗较少、充装速度快等优点,已成为现阶段氢能储运的主要方式,但现有的储氢罐安装在汽车上,汽车行驶时,储氢罐在汽车上振动,长期如此,易导致储氢罐损坏,大大降低了储氢罐的使用寿命,且一般的储氢罐未有外部降温装置,汽车运行时,当储氢罐温度过高时,储氢罐内氢气膨胀,易产生危险,影响汽车的安全性,并且罐体的耐压程度较低,影响储氢罐的使用寿命。

以下结合附图及实施对本发明作进一步的详细说明,其具体实施过程如下:
如图1~6所示,本发明提供一种带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,包括储氢罐和移动小车,所述储氢罐设置于移动小车上;
其中,所述储氢罐的前端与储氢罐固定前座7固定,所述储氢罐的后端与储氢罐固定后座11固定;
所述移动小车的前端设置有散热板前座6,所述散热板前座6与储氢罐固定前座7固定;所述移动小车的后端设置有散热板后座12,所述散热板后座12与储氢罐固定后座11固定;
所述储氢罐与注氢管5连接,是氢气注入储氢罐的通道,所述注氢管5的前端穿过储氢罐固定前座7和散热板前座6,注氢管5的前端与充放氢螺塞固定套2连通,所述充放氢螺塞固定套2上连接有充放氢螺塞1;所述储氢罐的顶面和底面设置有若干均匀分布的散热片8,吸收储氢罐加注氢气时的热量。
本技术方案还可以包括以下技术细节,以更好地实现技术效果:还包括减震装置,其包括:储氢罐减震固定座9和储氢罐减震弹簧10;所述储氢罐减震固定座9固定于储氢罐的外周;所述储氢罐减震弹簧10的一端与储氢罐减震固定座9固定,其另一端与移动小车固定,实现储氢罐的减震。
本技术方案还可以包括以下技术细节,以更好地实现技术效果:所述注氢管5通过压力表固定套4与压力表3固定,压力表固定套4用于安装压力表3,压力表3用于检测储氢罐内部压力。
本技术方案还可以包括以下技术细节,以更好地实现技术效果:所述散热板前座6表面交错镂空形成分流板23,所述分流板23将散热板前座6的气流分割成若小股小气流,并将其导向散热片8;所述散热板后座12表面部分镂空形成导流口24,导流口24作为吸收散热片8热量的空气的导流通道。
本技术方案还可以包括以下技术细节,以更好地实现技术效果:所述移动小车包括支撑底板13,其用于安装散热板前座6和散热板后座12;所述支撑底板13底部的前端安装有两组前导向车轮17,所述支撑底板13底部的后端安装有两组后驱动车轮21;
前导向车轮17与前导向支撑柱15固定,所述前导向支撑柱15与前导向固定座14连接,所述前导向固定座14与支撑底板13固定,两个前导向车轮17之间通过前导向轮轴16连接;
后驱动车轮21与后驱动支撑柱19固定,所述后驱动支撑柱19与后驱动固定座18连接,所述后驱动固定座18与支撑底板13固定,两个后驱动车轮21之间通过后驱动轮轴20连接。
本技术方案还可以包括以下技术细节,以更好地实现技术效果:所述支撑底板13底面设置有挡泥板22,所述挡泥板22位于后驱动车轮21的后方,吸附被后驱动车轮21转动时溅起的泥土。
本技术方案还可以包括以下技术细节,以更好地实现技术效果:两个后驱动车轮21之间设置有平衡重块25,所述平衡重块25与支撑底板13的底面固定,平衡左右两端的后驱动车轮21的重量,解决因受力不匀造成的运动不平衡。
本技术方案还可以包括以下技术细节,以更好地实现技术效果:所述储氢罐的罐体上设置有导气罩26,所述导气罩26上形成有若干导气孔27,所述注氢管5与所述导气罩26连通。
氢气从注氢管5流入后导气罩26,经过导气罩26的导气孔27分割成若干小气流流入储氢罐的罐体,以此减小储气罐与注氢管5连接处的进气压力。
本技术方案还可以包括以下技术细节,以更好地实现技术效果:所述储氢罐内部设置有内置散热板28,所述内置散热板28中部开口,中部开口使氢气通过,在向储氢罐加注或放出大量氢气时,减缓气体对罐体管壁的冲击,吸收加注氢气时的热量。
在上述技术方案中,充氢:氢气从充放氢螺塞1、充放氢螺塞固定套2流过注氢管5、导气罩26、导气孔27、内置散热板28进入罐体底部。充氢时,高压氢气从从导气罩26的导气孔27分割成若干小气流,减小罐体与注氢管5连接处的进气压力,再经过内置散热板28,减缓气体对罐体管壁的冲击,吸收内部氢气反应时的热量。高压氢气加注时产生的内能通过内置散热板28和罐壁的散热片8散去。移动:用手拉住导流口24,推动车载储氢罐前进或后退,前导向轮控制方向,后驱动轮跟随前导向轮的方向行驶。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。

Claims (9)

1.一种带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,其特征在于,包括储氢罐和移动小车,所述储氢罐设置于移动小车上;
其中,所述储氢罐的前端与储氢罐固定前座固定,所述储氢罐的后端与储氢罐固定后座固定;
所述移动小车的前端设置有散热板前座,所述散热板前座与储氢罐固定前座固定;所述移动小车的后端设置有散热板后座,所述散热板后座与储氢罐固定后座固定;
所述储氢罐与注氢管连接,所述注氢管穿过储氢罐固定前座和散热板前座;所述储氢罐的顶面和底面设置有若干均匀分布的散热片。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,其特征在于,还包括减震装置,其包括:储氢罐减震固定座和储氢罐减震弹簧;所述储氢罐减震固定座固定于储氢罐的外周;所述储氢罐减震弹簧的一端与储氢罐减震固定座固定,其另一端与移动小车固定。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,其特征在于,所述注氢管通过压力表固定套与压力表固定。
4.如权利要求3所述的带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,其特征在于,所述散热板前座表面交错镂空形成分流板;所述散热板后座表面部分镂空形成导流口。
5.如权利要求1所述的带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,其特征在于,所述移动小车包括支撑底板,其用于安装散热板前座和散热板后座;所述支撑底板底部的前端安装有两组前导向车轮,所述支撑底板底部的后端安装有两组后驱动车轮;
前导向车轮与前导向支撑柱固定,所述前导向支撑柱与前导向固定座连接,所述前导向固定座与支撑底板固定,两个前导向车轮之间通过前导向轮轴连接;
后驱动车轮与后驱动支撑柱固定,所述后驱动支撑柱与后驱动固定座连接,所述后驱动固定座与支撑底板固定,两个后驱动车轮之间通过后驱动轮轴连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,其特征在于,所述支撑底板底面设置有挡泥板,所述挡泥板位于后驱动车轮的后方。
7.如权利要求5所述的带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,其特征在于,两个后驱动车轮之间设置有平衡重块,所述平衡重块与支撑底板的底面固定。
8.如权利要求1所述的带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,其特征在于,所述储氢罐的罐体上设置有导气罩,所述导气罩上形成有若干导气孔,所述注氢管与所述导气罩连通。
9.如权利要求8所述的带有移动功能的车载储氢罐,其特征在于,所述储氢罐内部设置有内置散热板,所述内置散热板中部开口。
