cutting station 1 includes: a transverse cutting saw 3 and a longitudinal cutting saw 4; transversely cut saw 3 and vertically cut saw 4 and all include: the cutting saw comprises a cutting saw body 11 and a driving mechanism for driving the cutting saw body 11 to ascend and descend;
edging station 2 includes: an edge grinding machine;
a material conveying track;
and the central controller receives order information and controls the cutting station 1, the edging station 2 and the material conveying track to act.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the drive mechanism includes:
the driving connecting part 12 is connected with the cutting saw body 11, the driving connecting part 12 is of a flexible connecting structure, and the cutting saw body 11 is vertical in the vertical direction under the action of the self gravity; the drive connection portion 12 includes: a first rotating shaft 13 provided between the cutting saw body 11 and the driving part body 17 to rotate relative to each other; a first rotating base 14 provided on the cutting saw body 11; the sleeving driving part 15 is arranged at the driving end position of the driving part body 17, the first rotating shaft 13 is arranged on the first rotating seat 14, and the sleeving driving part 15 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 13, so that the cutting saw body 11 is vertical in the vertical direction under the action of the self gravity;
the driving part body 17 is in transmission connection with the driving connection part 12 so as to drive the cutting saw body 11 to move up and down through the driving connection part 12;
a drive mechanism mount 16 on which the drive connecting portion 12 and the drive portion body 17 are mounted; the driving mechanism fixing frame 16 is driven to move in the horizontal direction so as to drive the cutting saw body 11 to move; the driving mechanism fixing frame 16 is connected with the driving part body 17 through a flexible structure, so that the driving part body 17 is vertical in the vertical direction under the action of the self gravity; the flexible structure includes: a second rotating shaft 18 arranged on the driving mechanism fixing frame 16, and a second rotating seat 19 arranged on the driving part body 17 and rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft 18 in a sleeved mode;
a position sensor for detecting a height position and a horizontal position of the cutting saw body 11; the position sensor is in communication connection with the central controller, so that the central controller obtains the position information of the cutting saw body 11 and drives the cutting saw body 11 to act according to the position information.

Claims (14)
1. A control method of a grinding and cutting production line is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, the central controller receives order information;
s2, the central controller controls the saw blade of the cutting station (1) to lift and translate to meet the cutting requirement of the plate according to the order information, and the cutting saw body (11) cuts the plate;
and S3, the central controller conveys the plate passing through the cutting station (1) to the corresponding edging station (2) according to the order information and realizes edging operation.
2. The control method of a milling line according to claim 1, characterized in that in step S2, the cutting station (1) comprises: a transverse cutting saw (3) for cutting the plate material along the transverse direction thereof, and a longitudinal cutting saw (4) for cutting the plate material along the longitudinal direction thereof; the transverse cutting saw (3) and the longitudinal cutting saw (4) are controlled by the central controller to lift and translate.
3. The control method of an abrasive cutting line according to claim 1, characterized in that each cutting station (1) corresponds to at least two edging stations (2);
the following steps are also included between step S2 and step S3:
s22, the plate passing through the cutting station (1) is driven by a translation machine (5) to move to a plurality of parallel edging stations (2).
4. The control method of the grinding and cutting line according to claim 3, characterized in that in step S21, the central controller controls each of the edging stations (2) to adopt different edging processes to produce different orders according to the order information.
5. The method for controlling a milling line according to claim 1, wherein in step S2, before the sheet material enters the cutting station (1), the method further comprises: driving the plate to reach a processing reference position through a centering machine; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in step S3, the method further comprises, before the board enters the edging station (2): and driving the plate to reach the processing reference position through a centering machine.
6. The control method of the abrasive cutting line according to claim 1, further comprising: a step S4 of ensuring that the sheet material continues to advance along the grinding and cutting production line when the abnormal state occurs in the sheet material processing after the step S3;
and S4, the central controller controls the multilayer storage machine (6) to temporarily store the plate materials after the step S3.
7. The control method of the abrasive cutting line according to claim 1,
the control method of the grinding and cutting production line further comprises the following steps: a step S5, following the step S3, of disposing the processed surfaces of the sheet materials opposite to each other to ensure that the processed surfaces of the sheet materials are not scratched;
and S5, the central controller controls the plate turnover machine (7) to turn over the plate processed in the step S3 so that the processed surfaces of the plate are oppositely arranged.
8. The control method of the abrasive cutting line according to claim 1, characterized in that in step S21, the sheet material passing through the cutting station (1) is preferentially moved to the edging station (2) away from the cutting station (1).
9. The control method of the grinding and cutting line as set forth in claim 1, further comprising the steps between the step S2 and the step S3 of:
s20, enabling the plate passing through the cutting station (1) to pass through a labeling station (8) and a code scanning station (9), wherein the labeling station (8) is used for marking product information of the plate, and the code scanning station (9) is used for enabling the central controller to record the product information of the plate.
10. A milling line for carrying out the control method of any one of claims 1 to 10; grind and cut production line includes:
cutting station (1) comprising: a transverse cutting saw (3) and a longitudinal cutting saw (4); transversely cut saw (3) and vertically cut saw (4) and all include: the cutting saw comprises a cutting saw body (11) and a driving mechanism for driving the cutting saw body (11) to ascend and descend;
edging station (2), include: an edge grinding machine;
a material conveying track;
the central controller receives order information and controls the cutting station (1), the edging station (2) and the material conveying track to move.
11. The abrasive cutting line of claim 10, wherein the drive mechanism comprises:
the driving connecting part (12) is connected with the cutting saw body (11), the driving connecting part (12) is of a flexible connecting structure, and the cutting saw body (11) is vertical in the vertical direction under the action of the self gravity;
the driving part body (17) is in transmission connection with the driving connecting part (12) so as to drive the cutting saw body (11) to lift through the driving connecting part (12).
12. Abrasive cutting line according to claim 11, wherein said drive connection (12) comprises:
a first rotating shaft (13) which is arranged between the cutting saw body (11) and the driving part body (17) so as to enable the two to rotate relatively;
the first rotating seat (14) is arranged on the cutting saw body (11);
cup joint drive division (15), set up and be in its drive end position of drive division body (17), first pivot (13) set up on first rotation seat (14), just it puts to cup joint drive division (15) cover on first pivot (13), so that it is perpendicular along vertical direction under its self action of gravity to cut saw body (11).
13. The abrasive cutting line of claim 11, further comprising:
a drive mechanism mount (16), on which the drive connecting portion (12) and the drive portion body (17) are mounted; the driving mechanism fixing frame (16) is driven to move in the horizontal direction so as to drive the cutting saw body (11) to move;
the driving mechanism fixing frame (16) is connected with the driving part body (17) through a flexible structure, so that the driving part body (17) is vertical in the vertical direction under the action of the self gravity; the flexible structure includes: the second rotating shaft (18) is arranged on the driving mechanism fixing frame (16), and the second rotating seat (19) is arranged on the driving part body (17) and is sleeved with the second rotating shaft (18) in a rotating mode.
14. The abrasive cutting line of claim 11, further comprising:
a position sensor for detecting a height position and a horizontal position of the cutting saw body (11); the position sensor is in communication connection with the central controller, so that the central controller acquires the position information of the cutting saw body (11) and drives the cutting saw body (11) to act according to the position information.
