In a preferred embodiment, the bamboo batten sorting and bundling device comprises a rough-planed bamboo batten sorting assembly and a rough-planed bamboo batten bundling assembly, the rough-planed bamboo batten sorting assembly comprises a bamboo batten conveying sleeve, a laser detection device, a circulating type crawler conveying device and a rotary type bamboo batten storage tank, the refined rough-planed bamboo battens are conveyed through the bamboo batten conveying sleeve, the front ends of the refined rough-planed bamboo battens reach the lower side of the laser detection device, the laser detection device collects the thickness specification of the refined rough-planed bamboo battens, the bamboo battens meeting a thickness specification are pushed to the rotary type bamboo batten storage tank through the bamboo batten conveying sleeve, the rotary type bamboo batten storage tank is filled with the bamboo battens, the bamboo battens are pushed to the rough-planed bamboo batten bundling assembly to be bundled through a pushing assembly, a fifth group of bamboo battens not meeting a thickness specification is left to the bamboo batten conveying sleeve, and the fifth group of bamboo battens are pushed to a waste bamboo batten transport vehicle through the crawler conveying device.
According to the invention, the mechanical automatic processing production of the rough-planed bamboo strips is realized by adopting the continuous processing center, device and equipment of the rough-planed bamboo strips, and the mechanized, automatic and continuous production of the rough-planed bamboo strips is realized by the automatic processing cooperation of different areas without manual feeding, cutting, slicing, bamboo chip turning, sorting, bundling and other operations; and adopt computer control system to regulate and control the automatic processing cooperation of each subassembly of rough planer through control cylinder adjusting part, no longer need artifical pay-off, the bamboo strip planing is efficient, can effectively reduce cutter wearing and tearing, is showing simultaneously and has improved the bamboo timber rate of outturn.

As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the raw bamboo feeding device includes a first raw bamboo conveying rail 11, a first roller assembly 12 and a raw bamboo partition conveying assembly 13, wherein the first raw bamboo conveying rail 11 conveys the raw bamboos forward, and the raw bamboos are conveyed to the upper side of the raw bamboo partition conveying assembly 13 through the first roller assembly 12, so that the raw bamboos are conveyed from the raw bamboo automatic feeding area N1 to the bamboo-avoiding joint transverse cutting area N2, so as to cut the raw bamboos.
Referring to fig. 4 to 5-4 together, in an embodiment of the present invention, the raw bamboo cutting device includes a raw bamboo partition transportation assembly 21, a circular sawing machine assembly 22, a cutting control device and a bamboo tube transportation device, the raw bamboo partition transportation assembly 21 transports the raw bamboo in the bamboo-avoiding joint transverse cutting area N2 to the lower side of the camera acquisition device 23, the camera acquisition device 23 acquires image information of the raw bamboo and transmits the image information to the cutting control device, the cutting control device adjusts the position of the circular sawing machine assembly 22 for cutting the raw bamboo according to the acquired image information of the raw bamboo, the circular sawing machine assembly 22 is controlled to cut the raw bamboo after the cutting position is determined, so as to obtain a plurality of sections of bamboo tubes, and the bamboo tubes are transported to the bamboo tube sorting/storage area N3 by the bamboo tube transportation device.
In this embodiment, the circular saw machine components 22 correspond to the camera acquisition devices 23 one to one, and are a plurality of circular saw machine components horizontally arranged along the direction from the root to the tip of the raw bamboo, the circular saw machine components 22 include a first circular saw machine component, a second circular saw machine component, the camera acquisition devices 23 correspond to a first camera acquisition device and a second camera acquisition device, the first circular saw machine component adjusts the root image information of the raw bamboo acquired by the first camera acquisition device corresponding to the first circular saw machine component to avoid the bent part of the bamboo root, the n circular saw machine component adjusts the tip image information of the raw bamboo acquired by the n camera acquisition device to avoid the bamboo tip part, the distance between the circular saw machine components 22 is the preset length of the sawed bamboo tube, and if the cutting control device adjusts the circular saw machine components to move, the subsequent circular saw machine components are driven to move.
According to the bamboo cutting machine, the plurality of circular saw blade assemblies and the camera sensing device are arranged when the original bamboo is cut, images are collected through the camera sensing device, the circular saw blade assemblies are controlled by a computer to horizontally move along the radial direction of the bamboo tube, the bent part and the bamboo joint part of the root of the original bamboo are automatically avoided, the original bamboo can be accurately and efficiently cut, a plurality of sections of bamboo tubes can be cut simultaneously, and compared with the traditional method for cutting the original bamboo section by section, the bamboo cutting machine greatly improves the production efficiency.
Furthermore, referring to fig. 13, each circular saw machine assembly comprises two parallel circular saw blades (the second circular saw blade 252 is located obliquely below the first circular saw blade 251, the upper and lower circular saw blades are located at a horizontal position, the upper and lower circular saw blades are distributed vertically, and the outer teeth are basically close to each other), and the two saw blade rotating directions are opposite, so that the original bamboo is cut, the cutting resistance is reduced, the cut end of the bamboo tube is not fluffed or drawn, the flatness of the cut surface is increased, and the thickness fixing accuracy is improved.
Referring again to fig. 4, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, the bamboo cutting device further includes an air pump pressing assembly 24, the bamboo tube transportation device includes a bamboo tube lower sliding rail 25, a bamboo tube support 26, a first bamboo tube transportation rail 27, a manipulator assembly 28, a rotary hand-pulling assembly 29, a second bamboo tube transportation rail 210, a bamboo tube partition assembly 211, a second roller assembly 212, and a bamboo tube pushing sheet 213, the raw bamboo partition transportation assembly 21 transports the raw bamboo to the front end of the circular saw assembly 22, the air pump pressing assembly 24 above the raw bamboo cuts the raw bamboo by applying a constant pressure to the raw bamboo through an air cylinder to obtain a plurality of bamboo tubes, the bamboo tube lower sliding rail 25 transports the bamboo tube above the bamboo tube support 26, the manipulator assembly 28 grabs the bamboo tube to perform a first angle adjustment to place the raw bamboo on the first bamboo tube transportation rail 27, the bamboo tube pushing sheet 213 on the first bamboo tube transportation rail 27 sequentially pushes the bamboo tube pushing sheet to the front bamboo tube support 26, the manipulator assembly 28 grabs the bamboo tube to transport the bamboo tube 29 by the rotary hand assembly through a second bamboo tube transport rail 210, and a second bamboo tube transport rail 210/rotary hand assembly to transport the bamboo tube.
According to the bamboo sawing machine, raw bamboo is conveyed to the front end of the circular saw blade assembly through the raw bamboo partition conveying assembly, when the raw bamboo is sawed, the air pump pressing assembly located above the raw bamboo applies constant pressure to the raw bamboo through the air cylinder, the raw bamboo is prevented from jumping or shifting during sawing, burrs on a sawing surface are reduced, and the accuracy of measuring the size of a bamboo tube during subsequent sorting is improved.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7-1, the bamboo tube sorting and storing device in the embodiment of the invention comprises a size collecting device, a bamboo tube sorting and transporting device, a sorting bamboo tube storage warehouse 313 and a sorting control device, wherein the size collecting device collects the size specification of the end part of the bamboo tube transported to the bamboo tube sorting/storage area N3 and transmits the size specification to the sorting control device, the sorting control device analyzes and calculates the collected size specification of the end part of the bamboo tube to obtain the size specifications of the small head of the bamboo tube and the small head of the bamboo tube at one end with smaller size of the two ends of the bamboo tube, sorts out the bamboo tube with the same specification according to the size specification of the small head of the bamboo tube and the preset sorting standard, and pushes and transports the bamboo tube with the same specification (the size specification of the small head of the same bamboo tube) to the corresponding sorting bamboo tube storage warehouse 313 through the bamboo tube sorting and transporting device to store, so as to obtain the sorting bamboo tube.
As shown in fig. 7-2, in this particular embodiment, the bamboo cane sorting conveyor includes a first bamboo cane sorting track 31, a second bamboo cane sorting track 38, a third roller assembly 39, a fourth roller assembly 310, a sorting bamboo cane transporter 311, a bamboo cane transporter track 312; the size acquisition device comprises a bamboo tube sorting supporting plate 32, a first bamboo tube measuring device 33, a second bamboo tube measuring device 34, a bamboo tube lifting assembly 35, a bamboo tube rotary clamping device 36, a bamboo tube sorting push rod device 37, a bamboo tube girth fixing probe 314 and a bamboo tube thickness fixing clamp 315, wherein the first mode is as follows: the bamboo tube size is collected by the first bamboo tube measuring device 33 and the bamboo tube sorting is performed accordingly, or the bamboo tube size is collected by the second bamboo tube measuring device 34 and the bamboo tube sorting is performed accordingly in a manner.
More specifically, in an embodiment provided by the present invention, the method for collecting the sizes of the bamboo tubes (at both ends) and sorting the bamboo tubes according to the collected sizes is a first method: the bamboo tubes are transported to the position above bamboo tube sorting supporting plates 32 which are arranged on a first bamboo tube sorting track 31 at equal intervals one by one, the bamboo tubes pass through a first bamboo tube measuring device 33, a bamboo tube lifting component 35 pushes the bamboo tubes to the front end of a bamboo tube rotating and clamping device 36, bamboo tube thickness fixing clamps 315 and the bamboo tube rotating and clamping device 36 on the first bamboo tube measuring device 33 abut against two ends of the bamboo tubes, the bamboo tubes are rotated by k circumferences to drive a bamboo tube circumference fixing probe 314 with a known circumference to rotate, a sorting control device calculates thickness information of the bamboo tubes according to the acquisition of position information of the small head wall parts of the bamboo tubes by the bamboo tube thickness fixing clamps 315, the circumferences of the bamboo tubes are calculated according to the rotation number of the acquired bamboo tube circumference fixing probe 314 and the circumference of the known bamboo tube circumference fixing probe, the bamboo tubes are judged to be transported by a small head transport or a large head transport, the bamboo tubes are turned around by a mechanical hand grip component when the bamboo tubes are transported by the large head, and are transported by a small head transport wheel component, and the bamboo tubes are further controlled to be transported by a push rod component to push rod components 39 to push rod components to push the bamboo tubes to be transported by a third bamboo tube sorting track 38 when the large head.
In another embodiment provided by the present invention, the method for collecting the sizes of the bamboo tubes (two ends) and sorting the bamboo tubes according to the collected sizes is the second method: the bamboo tube rotary clamping devices 36 are a pair, when the bamboo tube passes through the second bamboo tube measuring device 34, the bamboo tube lifting assembly 35 pushes the bamboo tube to the front end of the bamboo tube rotary clamping device 36, the bamboo tube rotary clamping device 36 abuts against two ends of the bamboo tube, the bamboo tube is rotated by k circumferences, the bamboo tube circumference fixing probe 314 is driven to rotate, the number of turns of the bamboo tube circumference fixing probe 314 is collected, the sorting control device calculates the circumference of the bamboo tube according to the number of turns of the bamboo tube circumference fixing probe 314 and the circumference of the known bamboo tube circumference fixing probe, accordingly, the bamboo tube is judged to be in large-head transportation by a small-head transportation operator, when the bamboo tube is judged to be in large-head transportation, the bamboo tube is turned around to be adjusted to be in small-head transportation, or when the bamboo tube is judged to be in small-head transportation, the corresponding bamboo tube push rod assembly 37 is controlled to be started to push the bamboo tube to the second bamboo tube sorting track 38, the bamboo tube is conveyed to the bamboo tube in a small-head transportation mode through the fourth bamboo tube 310 to a bamboo tube sorting vehicle 311, and is circularly conveyed to the bamboo tube sorting track 313 to be stored in a bamboo tube sorting warehouse through the bamboo tube sorting vehicle 313.
The bamboo tube size acquisition device is provided with the first bamboo tube measuring device 33 and the second bamboo tube measuring device 34 respectively, so that any one measuring device assembly is adopted for bamboo tube size acquisition during bamboo tube sorting. The first bamboo tube measuring device can sequentially measure the thickness and the perimeter of the bamboo tube, the second bamboo tube measuring device can sequentially measure the perimeter of the bamboo tube, the sorting control device classifies the bamboo tube according to the measuring information, and the subsequent floating milling type bamboo chip rough planing assembly is matched to perform continuous processing on the sorted bamboo tube with determined size of the roughly planed bamboo chips; and if the second bamboo tube measuring device is selected to collect the information of the circumference of the bamboo tube, the number of bamboo tube classification can be reduced, and the space of a bamboo tube storage warehouse for separation is saved.
The embodiment of the invention is provided with a bamboo tube sorting/storing warehouse, which classifies the bamboo tubes with different perimeter specifications or different thicknesses and perimeter specifications, and is also provided with a sorting bamboo tube storing warehouse and a cutter/bamboo chip roller storing warehouse, and bamboo tube slicing is carried out by taking the bamboo tubes with the same specification and matched bamboo tube slicing cutter components and bamboo chip roller components, thereby avoiding the problems of frequent replacement and debugging of components such as cutters used for bamboo tube slicing caused by different bamboo tube specifications.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, in an embodiment of the present invention, the bamboo tube splitting device includes a bamboo tube transporting device 41, a bamboo pushing and splitting device 42, a cutter assembly 43, a bamboo cage device 44, a bamboo chip transporting device 45 and a bamboo splitting control device, the sorted bamboo tubes of the same specification are selected from a sorted bamboo tube storage 313, the bamboo tube transporting device 41 transports the sorted bamboo tubes to the front end of the bamboo pushing and splitting device 42 corresponding to the specification of the sorted bamboo tubes, the bamboo pushing and splitting device 42 pushes the sorted bamboo tubes to the cutter assembly 43 through the pushing assemblies 421 thereon to split bamboo to obtain first bamboo chips, and then pushes the first bamboo chips to the bamboo cage device 44 to completely split bamboo to obtain second bamboo chips, and the bamboo chip transporting device 45 pushes the second bamboo chips to the rough machining area N5 one by one, in the preferred embodiment of the bamboo pushing and splitting device 42, the pushing assembly 421 is a hydraulic pushing assembly correspondingly, the pushing assembly 43 is a cutter assembly, and the cutter assembly 43 is pushed to the split bamboo chips, and the gaps of the bamboo chips are completely overlapped with each other, and the cutter assembly is pushed into the bamboo splitting device.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, the bamboo tube splitting device comprises a bamboo tube folding and locking assembly, the bamboo tube folding and locking assembly is used for carrying out center positioning on the bamboo tube, and the bamboo tube is fixed to be pushed in parallel, so that splitting of the bamboo tube is smoothly carried out.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, the bamboo tube splitting device further comprises a first hydraulic pushing device, the first hydraulic pushing device comprises a pushing head assembly and a bamboo tube fixing rod, when the device runs, the bamboo tube fixing rod is pushed out to support and fix the bamboo tube, the pushing head assembly is pushed forwards, after the bamboo tube enters the bamboo tube drawing and locking assembly, the bamboo tube fixing rod is returned, the pushing head assembly continues to be pushed, the bamboo tube is pushed to the bamboo tube splitting tool assembly to be split, in addition, the head part of the pushing head assembly in the embodiment is designed to be a concave surface, so that the head part can slide to the middle part of the pushing head when the bamboo tube is pushed, and the bamboo tube horizontal pushing of the bamboo tube splitting tool assembly is facilitated to be split.
As shown in fig. 8, 9, 10, and 11, the bamboo cage device 44 includes a bamboo slide rail assembly 441, a bamboo chamber 442, a rotation assembly 443, a bamboo cage end bamboo clamping and forward pushing assembly 444, and an air pressure pushing assembly 445, the bamboo slide rail assembly 441 pushes the first bamboo sheet into the bamboo chamber 442, the bamboo cage end bamboo clamping and forward pushing assembly 444 pushes the first bamboo sheet forward along the direction of breaking the first bamboo sheet, the first bamboo sheet is completely broken to obtain the second bamboo sheet, and the servo motor assembly regulates and controls the bamboo cage device 44 to rotate by a certain angle at a certain period so as to push the second bamboo sheets from the bamboo chamber 442 to the rough planing area N5 through the air pressure pushing assembly 445 one by one.
In this embodiment, the number of the bamboo chambers 442 (bamboo chip chambers) of the bamboo cage device 44 is the same as the number of the blades of the cutter assembly 43 for slicing the bamboo tube, the sliced first bamboo chips are pushed into the corresponding bamboo chambers 442, the second bamboo chips formed by completely splitting the first bamboo chips are sequentially discharged from the lower bamboo chamber 442 of the bamboo chip roller assembly by the air pressure pushing device 445, and the second bamboo chips are directly sent to the front end of the floating rough planing assembly (floating planing device 53) of the subsequent bamboo chip rough planing device for bamboo chip rough planing, and the bamboo splitting control device is only required to directly take the corresponding assemblies according to the sorting bamboo tube processing specification.
In more detail, the bamboo tube splitting cutter assembly 43 is parallel to and aligned with the axis of the bamboo strip roller assembly, so that the split bamboo strips directly enter the bamboo strip chamber of the bamboo tube roller assembly, and subsequent bamboo strips are sequentially pushed out, convenience is provided, and the design is reasonable. Meanwhile, the correct feeding mode that the bamboo yellow surface of the bamboo chips faces upwards and the bamboo green surface faces upwards is ensured to carry out rough planing, the product quality is improved, and the continuous production is strengthened.
