The invention realizes mechanical automatic processing and production of the rough-cut bamboo strips by adopting the continuous processing center, the device and the equipment of the rough-cut bamboo strips, and realizes the mechanical, automatic and continuous production of the rough-cut bamboo strips by the automatic processing cooperation of different areas without the operations of manual feeding, cutting, slicing, turning, sorting, bundling and the like; and a computer control system is adopted to regulate and control the automatic processing cooperation of each component of the rough planing machine through controlling the cylinder regulating component, so that manual feeding is not needed, the planing efficiency of bamboo strips is high, the abrasion of cutters can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the bamboo material yield is remarkably improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a continuous production method for bamboo fixed-section broken bamboo rough milling, which adopts the following technical scheme:
as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the continuous production device for bamboo fixed-section broken bamboo rough milling provided by the invention comprises: the raw bamboo automatic feeding area N1 is provided with a raw bamboo feeding device 1, and the bamboo joint-avoiding transverse cutting area N2 is provided with a raw bamboo cutting device 2; the bamboo tube sorting and storing area N3 is provided with a bamboo tube sorting and storing device 3; a bamboo tube splitting device 4 is arranged in the bamboo tube splitting area N4; the bamboo chip floating milling rough planing area N5 is provided with a bamboo chip rough planing device 5; the bamboo strip sorting and bundling area N6 is provided with a bamboo strip sorting and bundling device 6; the waste collection area N7 is provided with a waste collection device 7.
As shown in fig. 1 to 19, the technical scheme for realizing continuous production of bamboo by cutting bamboo into sections and rough milling by using raw bamboo through a raw bamboo feeding device 1, a raw bamboo cutting device 2, a bamboo tube sorting and storing device 3, a bamboo tube splitting device 4, a bamboo sheet rough planing device 5, a bamboo strip sorting and bundling device 6 and a waste collecting device 7 comprises the following steps:
a bamboo fixed section broken bamboo rough milling continuous production device comprises:
raw bamboo loading attachment 1: transporting the raw bamboo forwards from the raw bamboo automatic feeding area N1 to the bamboo joint avoiding transverse cutting area N2;
raw bamboo cutting device 2: the raw bamboo transported to the bamboo joint avoidance transverse cutting area N2 is transported forward to the lower part of the camera shooting acquisition device 23, analysis processing is carried out according to the image information of the raw bamboo acquired by the camera shooting acquisition device 23, sawing is carried out on the raw bamboo, a plurality of sections of bamboo tubes are obtained, and the bamboo tubes are pushed to be transported to a bamboo tube sorting/storage area N3;
bamboo tube sorting and storing device 3: the small-end size specification of the bamboo tube transported to the bamboo tube sorting/storing area N3 is obtained according to the collection analysis, the bamboo tubes with the same specification are sorted according to the small-end size specification of the bamboo tube, and the bamboo tubes with the same specification are transported in the form of small-end of the bamboo tube and pushed to the corresponding sorting bamboo tube storage warehouse 313 for storage, so that the sorting bamboo tube is obtained;
Bamboo tube splitting device 4: selecting a sorting bamboo tube from the sorting bamboo tube storage warehouse 313, transporting the sorting bamboo tube to a bamboo tube splitting area N4, and transferring a bamboo breaking machine device 42 corresponding to the size specification of the sorting bamboo tube to break the small ends of the sorting bamboo tube to obtain a plurality of bamboo chips, and pushing the bamboo chips to a rough planing area N5 one by one;
bamboo chip rough planing device 5: collecting the cross-section size information of the bamboo chips transported to the front end of the floating planing device 53 from the rough planing area N5, calculating the thickness information of the cross section of the bamboo chips, and obtaining refined rough planing bamboo chips by adjusting the interval between planing cutter assemblies for planing the bamboo chips;
bamboo strip sorting and bundling device 6: judging the thickness specification of the refined rough-cut bamboo strips, pushing the bamboo strips meeting the same thickness specification to a bamboo strip sorting and bundling area N6 for bundling, and pushing the bamboo strips not meeting the same thickness specification to a waste collection device 7 in a waste collection area N7.
According to the bamboo strip rough planing machine, the raw bamboo feeding device, the raw bamboo cutting device, the bamboo tube sorting and storing device, the bamboo tube splitting device, the bamboo strip rough planing device and the bamboo strip sorting and bundling device are used for realizing the mechanized, automatic and continuous production of rough planing bamboo strips through the cooperation of automatic processing in different areas without manual feeding, cutting, splitting, bamboo strip turning, bamboo strip sorting, bundling and other operations.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the raw bamboo feeding device includes a first raw bamboo transporting rail 11, a first roller assembly 12 and a raw bamboo separating and transporting assembly 21, wherein the first raw bamboo transporting rail 11 transports raw bamboo forward, and the raw bamboo is transported to the upper side of the raw bamboo separating and transporting assembly 21 through the first roller assembly 12, so as to transport raw bamboo from the raw bamboo automatic feeding area N1 to the bamboo-avoiding transverse cutting area N2, so as to cut raw bamboo.
Referring to fig. 4 to fig. 5-4 together, in an embodiment of the present invention, the raw bamboo cutting device includes a raw bamboo barrier transport assembly 21, a circular sawing machine assembly 22, a cutting control device and a bamboo tube transport device, the raw bamboo barrier transport assembly 21 transports the raw bamboo in the bamboo joint-avoiding transverse cutting area N2 forward to the lower part of the camera capturing device 23, the camera capturing device 23 captures the image information of the raw bamboo and transmits the image information to the cutting control device, the cutting control device adjusts the sawing position of the circular sawing machine assembly 22 on the raw bamboo according to the captured image information of the raw bamboo, and after determining the sawing position, the circular sawing machine assembly 22 is controlled to saw the raw bamboo to obtain a plurality of sections of bamboo tubes, and the bamboo tubes are transported to the bamboo tube sorting/storing area N3 by the bamboo tube transport device.
In this particular embodiment, the circular saw assembly 22 corresponds to the camera capturing device 23 one by one, and is a plurality of circular saw assemblies horizontally arranged along the direction from the root to the tip of the raw bamboo, the circular saw assembly 22 includes a first circular saw assembly, a second circular saw assembly.
In the invention, a plurality of circular saw blade assemblies and a camera sensing device are arranged when the raw bamboo is cut, images are acquired through the camera sensing device, the circular saw assembly is controlled by a computer to horizontally move along the radial direction of the bamboo tube, the bending part and the bamboo joint part of the root of the raw bamboo are automatically avoided, the raw bamboo can be accurately and efficiently cut, and a plurality of sections of bamboo tubes can be cut at the same time.
Still further, referring to fig. 13, each circular saw assembly includes two parallel circular saw blades (the second circular saw blade 252 is located at the obliquely lower side of the first circular saw blade 251, and the upper and lower circular saw blades are located at a horizontal position, distributed up and down, and the external teeth are substantially close), and the rotation directions of the two saw blades are opposite, so that the cutting resistance is reduced, the cut ends of the bamboo tube are not fluffed and drawn, the flatness of the cut surface is increased, and the thickness determination accuracy is conveniently improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 5-1, fig. 5-2, fig. 5-3, fig. 5-4 again, the raw bamboo cutting device provided by the invention further comprises an air pump pressing component 24, the bamboo tube conveying device comprises a bamboo tube sliding rail 25, a bamboo tube support 26, a first bamboo tube conveying rail 27, a mechanical arm component 28, a rotary shifting arm component 29, a second bamboo tube conveying rail 210, a bamboo tube baffle component 211, a second roller component 212 and a bamboo tube pushing piece 213, the raw bamboo baffle conveying component 21 conveys raw bamboo to the front end of the circular sawing machine component 22, the air pump pressing component 24 above the raw bamboo is applied to the raw bamboo by an air cylinder during sawing to saw the raw bamboo tube to obtain a plurality of sections of bamboo tubes, the bamboo tube sliding rail 25 conveys the bamboo tube to the upper side of the bamboo tube support 26, the mechanical arm component 28 grabs the bamboo tube to adjust a first angle so as to place the raw bamboo tube on the first bamboo tube conveying rail 27, the bamboo tube pushing piece 213 positioned on the first bamboo tube conveying rail 27 sequentially pushes the bamboo tube to the upper side of the rotary shifting arm component 29, and rotates the second bamboo tube conveying rail 210 to rotate at an angle of 90 degrees to the second bamboo tube conveying rail 210 to the second bamboo tube conveying rail 2 and the second bamboo tube conveying rail component to be conveyed by the second angle of 90 degrees to the second bamboo tube conveying rail component 29 to the second bamboo tube conveying rail 2 to the second N-4.
According to the invention, the raw bamboo is transported to the front end of the circular saw blade assembly through the raw bamboo separation conveying assembly, when the raw bamboo is sawed, the air pump pressing assembly above the raw bamboo applies constant pressure to the raw bamboo through the air cylinder, so that the raw bamboo is prevented from jumping or shifting during sawing, burrs on sawing surfaces are reduced, and the accuracy of measuring the sizes of the bamboo tubes during subsequent sorting is improved.
As shown in fig. 6 and fig. 7-1, the bamboo tube sorting and storing device in the embodiment provided by the invention comprises a size collecting device, a bamboo tube sorting and transporting device, a sorting bamboo tube storage warehouse 313 and a sorting control device, wherein the size collecting device collects the size specification of the end part of the bamboo tube transported into the bamboo tube sorting and storing area N3 and transmits the size specification to the sorting control device, the sorting control device analyzes and calculates the collected size specification of the end part of the bamboo tube so as to obtain the small end of the bamboo tube with smaller size at two ends of the bamboo tube and the size specification of the small end of the bamboo tube, sorts out the bamboo tube with the same specification according to the size specification of the small end of the bamboo tube and a preset sorting standard, and pushes the bamboo tube with the same specification (the size specification of the small end of the same bamboo tube) to the corresponding sorting bamboo tube storage warehouse 313 for storage by the bamboo tube sorting and transporting device to obtain the sorting bamboo tube.
As shown in fig. 7-2, in this particular embodiment, the bamboo tube sorting and transporting device includes a first bamboo tube sorting rail 31, a second bamboo tube sorting rail 38, a third roller assembly 39, a fourth roller assembly 310, a sorting bamboo tube transport vehicle 311, and a bamboo tube transport vehicle rail 312; the size collection device comprises a bamboo tube sorting supporting plate 32, a first bamboo tube measuring device 33, a second bamboo tube measuring device 34, a bamboo tube lifting assembly 35, a bamboo tube rotary clamping device 36, a bamboo tube sorting push rod device 37, a bamboo tube circumference fixing probe 314 and a bamboo tube thickness fixing clamp 315, wherein the two modes are as follows: the bamboo tube sizes are collected by the first bamboo tube measuring device 33 and the bamboo tubes are sorted according to the bamboo tube sizes, or the bamboo tube sizes are collected by the second bamboo tube measuring device 34 and the bamboo tubes are sorted according to the bamboo tube sizes.
More specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the method for collecting the sizes of the bamboo tubes (two ends) and sorting the bamboo tubes according to the collected sizes is as follows: the bamboo tubes are transported to the upper parts of the bamboo tube sorting supporting plates 32 which are distributed on the first bamboo tube sorting track 31 at equal intervals one by one, the bamboo tubes pass through the first bamboo tube measuring device 33, the bamboo tube ascending component 35 pushes the bamboo tubes to the front end of the bamboo tube rotating clamping device 36, the bamboo tube thickness fixing clamp 315 on the first bamboo tube measuring device 33 and the bamboo tube rotating clamping device 36 support against the two ends of the bamboo tubes, the bamboo tubes rotate by k circumferences and drive the bamboo tube circumference fixing probes 314 with known circumferences to rotate, the sorting control device calculates thickness information of the bamboo tubes according to the collection of the position information of the bamboo tube circumference fixing clamp 315 on the small head wall parts of the bamboo tubes, calculates the circumference of the bamboo tubes according to the collected rotation circle number of the bamboo tube circumference fixing probes 314 and the circumference of the known bamboo tube circumference fixing probes, and judges that the bamboo tubes are transported or transported in a big head mode according to the circle, the bamboo tube is transported in a small head mode through the mechanical gripper component when the bamboo tubes are judged to be transported in a big head mode, or when the bamboo tubes are judged to be transported in a small head mode, the corresponding bamboo tubes are controlled to be transported in a whole through the mechanical gripper component, and the bamboo tube is started up to the second drum sorting device 39 through the second push rod drum sorting device 39 to the second push rod assembly 39.
In another embodiment provided by the invention, the method for collecting the sizes of the bamboo tubes (two ends) and sorting the bamboo tubes according to the sizes is as follows: the bamboo tube rotating and clamping device 36 is a pair, when the bamboo tube passes through the second bamboo tube measuring device 34, the bamboo tube ascending component 35 pushes the bamboo tube to the front end of the bamboo tube rotating and clamping device 36, the bamboo tube rotating and clamping device 36 props against two ends of the bamboo tube, the bamboo tube is rotated by k circumferences, the bamboo tube circumference fixing probe 314 is driven to rotate, the number of turns of the bamboo tube circumference fixing probe 314 is collected, the circumference of the bamboo tube is calculated by the sorting control device according to the number of turns of the bamboo tube circumference fixing probe 314 and the circumference of the known bamboo tube circumference fixing probe, the bamboo tube is judged to be transported by a small end or a large end according to the turns of the bamboo tube, when the bamboo tube is judged to be transported by a large end, the bamboo tube is turned around to be transported by a small end, or when the bamboo tube is judged to be transported by a small end, the corresponding bamboo tube sorting push rod device 37 is controlled to be started so as to push the bamboo tube to the second bamboo tube sorting track 38, the bamboo tube is transported by the fourth roller component 310 to the bamboo tube transporting truck 311 in a small end transportation mode, and the bamboo tube is circulated to the bamboo tube transporting truck 313.
The invention respectively sets the first bamboo tube measuring device 33 and the second bamboo tube measuring device 34 so as to adopt any one of the measuring device components to collect the sizes of the bamboo tubes when the bamboo tubes are sorted. The first bamboo tube measuring device can sequentially measure the thickness and the circumference of the bamboo tube, the second bamboo tube measuring device can sequentially measure the circumference of the bamboo tube, the sorting control device sorts the bamboo tube according to the measurement information, the sorting bamboo tube with the determined size is processed in a continuous mode by matching with the subsequent floating milling type bamboo piece rough planing assembly, if the first bamboo tube measuring device is adopted, the thickness and the circumference information of the bamboo tube are synchronously collected, the sorting of the bamboo tube is carried out, the thickness adjustment range between the upper pressing roller, the lower pressing roller and the milling cutter of the subsequent floating milling type bamboo piece rough planing assembly can be effectively reduced, the floating type bamboo piece rough planing device can meet the bamboo piece planing of corresponding specification without greatly adjusting, the reaction speed is improved, the rough planing time is shortened, the accurate planing of bamboo is realized, and the sorting and binding of the later bamboo strips are facilitated; if the second mode is adopted, namely the second bamboo tube measuring device is selected to only collect the circumference information of the bamboo tubes, the number of the classified bamboo tubes can be reduced, and the space for sorting the storage warehouse of the bamboo tubes is saved.
The embodiment of the invention is provided with the bamboo tube sorting/storing device, which sorts the bamboo tubes with different circumference specifications or thickness and circumference specifications, and is provided with the bamboo tube sorting storing device and the cutter/bamboo sheet roller storing device, and the problem of frequent replacement, debugging of the cutter used for bamboo tube opening and other components caused by different bamboo tube specifications is avoided by taking the bamboo tubes with the same specification and matched bamboo tube opening cutter components and bamboo sheet roller components for bamboo tube opening.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, in the embodiment provided by the invention, the bamboo tube opening device comprises a bamboo tube transporting device 41, a bamboo tube pushing and breaking device 42, a cutter assembly 43, a bamboo cage device 44, a bamboo sheet transporting device 45 and a bamboo tube breaking control device, the bamboo tube transporting device 41 selects the bamboo tube with the same specification from the bamboo tube sorting storage 313, the bamboo tube transporting device 41 transports the bamboo tube to the front end of the bamboo tube pushing and breaking device 42 corresponding to the specification of the bamboo tube sorting, the bamboo tube pushing and breaking device 42 pushes the bamboo tube to the cutter assembly 43 through the pushing assembly 421 on the bamboo tube pushing and breaking device to obtain the first bamboo sheet, the bamboo sheet is pushed to the bamboo cage device 44 to be completely broken to obtain the second bamboo sheet, the bamboo sheet transporting device 45 pushes the second bamboo sheet to the rough machining area N5 one by one.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, the bamboo tube opening device comprises a bamboo tube folding and locking assembly, wherein the bamboo tube folding and locking assembly is used for centering the bamboo tube and fixing the bamboo tube to be pushed in parallel so as to smoothly open the bamboo tube.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, the bamboo tube opening device further comprises a first hydraulic pushing device, the first hydraulic pushing device comprises a pushing head assembly and a bamboo tube fixing rod, when the device is operated, the bamboo tube fixing rod pushes out, supports and fixes the bamboo tube, the pushing head assembly pushes forward, after the bamboo tube enters the bamboo tube folding and locking assembly, the bamboo tube fixing rod withdraws, the pushing head assembly continues to push, the bamboo tube is pushed to the bamboo tube opening cutter assembly for opening, and in the embodiment, the head of the pushing head assembly is of a concave design so as to slide to the middle part of the pushing head when the bamboo tube is pushed, and the bamboo tube is helped to horizontally push the bamboo tube opening cutter assembly for opening.
As shown in fig. 8, 9, 10 and 11, the bamboo cage device 44 includes a bamboo sheet sliding rail assembly 441, a bamboo chamber 442, a rotating assembly 443, a bamboo cage end bamboo clamping and pushing assembly 444 and an air pressure pushing device 445, the bamboo sheet sliding rail assembly 441 pushes a first bamboo sheet into the bamboo chamber 442, the bamboo cage end bamboo clamping and pushing assembly 444 pushes the first bamboo sheet forward along a breaking direction of the first bamboo sheet, the first bamboo sheet breaks completely to obtain a second bamboo sheet, and a servo motor assembly regulates the rotation of the bamboo cage device 44 by a certain angle at a certain period to push the second bamboo sheets from the bamboo chamber 442 one by one to a rough planing area N5 via the air pressure pushing device 445.
In this embodiment, the number of bamboo chambers 442 (bamboo chip chambers) of the bamboo cage device 44 is identical to the number of blades of the cutter assembly 43 for splitting bamboo tubes, and the split first bamboo chips are pushed into the corresponding bamboo chambers 442, and the air pressure pushing device 445 is used to sequentially discharge the second bamboo chips formed by completely splitting the first bamboo chips from the lower bamboo chambers 442 of the bamboo chip drum assembly, and the second bamboo chips are directly sent to the front end of the floating roughing assembly (floating planing device 53) of the subsequent bamboo chip roughing device for rough planing.
In more detail, the cutter component 43 for splitting the bamboo tube is parallel and aligned with the axis of the bamboo sheet roller component, so that the split bamboo sheets directly enter the bamboo sheet chamber of the bamboo tube roller component, thereby providing convenience for the sequential pushing out of the follow-up bamboo sheets and having reasonable design. Meanwhile, the rough planing is carried out in a correct feeding mode that the tabasheer face of the bamboo chip faces upwards and the green face of the bamboo chip faces upwards, so that the product quality is improved, and the continuous production is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 12, 13 and 14, in the embodiment provided by the invention, the bamboo chip rough planing device comprises a bamboo chip press roll conveying assembly 51, a frame 52, a floating planing device 53, an electric cylinder adjusting device 54, a bamboo chip shooting and collecting device 55, an inclined lifting press roll conveying assembly 56 and a bamboo chip control system, wherein a second bamboo chip is sent to the front end of the floating planing device 53 through the inclined lifting press roll conveying assembly 56, the bamboo chip shooting and collecting device 55 collects the cross section size information of the second bamboo chip and transmits the cross section size information to the bamboo chip control system, and the bamboo chip control system calculates the thickness information of the cross section of the second bamboo chip and accordingly controls the floating planing device 53 to plane and trim the second bamboo chip.
According to the invention, by adopting the inclined lifting press roller conveying device 51, the lifting of the two groups of upper press rollers (the bamboo chip press roller conveying assembly 51) is regulated by the cylinder regulating device 54, so that bamboo chips with different thicknesses are conveyed, and the accuracy is high; every two sets of upper press rollers in the electric cylinder adjusting device 54 are fixed at the upper end of the convex bracket through the connecting shaft, no fixed groove slide rail is arranged, the upper press rollers are obliquely lifted along the shaft, the floating friction force can be greatly reduced, the efficient linkage property and the precision of the floating assembly are improved, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and meanwhile, the space utilization rate can be effectively increased by adopting an obliquely lifted mode to carry out floating adjustment.
