The clamping plates 23 can be electromagnetically connected with the fixing part 22, and when the electrodes of the clamping plates 23 are opposite to those of the fixing part 22, the clamping plates 23 positioned on two sides of the fixing part 22 move towards the middle to clamp and support the workpiece 6; when the clamp plates 23 have the same electrode as the fixed member 22, the clamp plates 23 located on both sides of the fixed member 22 move to both sides, and the workpiece 6 is loosened.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing assembly 5 includes a reinforcing box 51, a heater 52, a lifting platform 53, a moving member 54 and a thermostatic control member 55, wherein the reinforcing box 51 is connected to the frame body 1, the reinforcing box 51 includes a thermostatic chamber 511 and a heating chamber 512, the reinforcing box 51 is provided with a lifting port 513 communicated with the thermostatic chamber 511 and a working platform 514 arranged on one side of the lifting port 513, and the working platform 514 is used for accommodating the processed workpiece 6 and the recovery box 37; the heater 52 is connected with the reinforcing box 51, is arranged in the constant temperature cavity 511 and is used for irradiating and heating the mending agent when the mending agent is further processed; the lifting platform 53 is connected with the reinforcing box 51 and is matched with the lifting port 513, the lifting platform 53 penetrates through the reinforcing box 51 to be abutted against the workpiece 6, and the lifting platform 53 receives the workpiece 6 released by the gripper 2 and moves the workpiece 6 into the reinforcing box 51; the moving piece 54 is connected with the reinforcing box 51 in a sliding mode and used for obtaining and moving the workpiece 6, the moving piece 54 moves the workpiece 6 from the lifting table 53 and sequentially places the workpiece 6 into the constant temperature cavity 511, the moving piece 54 sequentially moves the workpiece 6 to the lifting table 53 after the repairing agent reinforcing treatment is completed, and the workpiece 6 is moved out of the reinforcing box 51 through the lifting table 53; the thermostatic control 55 is connected to the reinforcement case 51 and is disposed within the heating cavity 512.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing component 5 further includes a temperature sensor, a partition frame 56, a movable partition 57 and an access door 58, wherein the temperature sensor is disposed in the constant temperature chamber 511 and is used for acquiring temperature information in the constant temperature chamber 511, so as to control the constant temperature control element 55 to accurately control the temperature in the constant temperature chamber 511; the partition frame 56 is connected with the reinforcing box 51 and is arranged in the constant temperature cavity 511, a plurality of communicating holes 561 are formed in the partition frame 56, a plurality of partition frames 56 are arranged in the vertical direction, the constant temperature cavity 511 is divided into a plurality of areas by all the partition frames 56, the communicating holes 561 are convenient for the mutual communication among the areas obtained by separation, and the heat distribution is more uniform; the movable partition plate 57 is arranged in the lifting port 513, is in sliding connection with the reinforcing box 51, and is used for shielding the lifting port 513 to enable the interior of the reinforcing box 51 to be a sealed environment, so that the reinforcing treatment of the repairing agent is facilitated; the access door 58 is arranged on one side of the reinforcing box 51 and detachably connected with the reinforcing box 51, and the structures in the constant temperature cavity 511 and the heating cavity 512 can be overhauled after the access door 58 is detached, so that the structure is simple and the use is convenient.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of sets of heaters 52 are provided in the vertical direction, a plurality of heaters 52 are provided in the horizontal direction for each set, and the number of sets of heaters 52 is the same as the number of the dividing frames 56; any one of the separating frames 56 is provided with two separating through holes 562 which are matched with the lifting table 53, the lifting table 53 can be matched with two positions of the grinding head 34 and the smearing piece 43, and the separating through holes 562 correspond to the lifting table 53 one by one. Example 3
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 13, a description will now be given of an embodiment of a rapid repairing method according to the present invention. The quick repairing method comprises the following specific steps:
s1, roughly grinding the corroded position of the surface of the workpiece 6 by using a grinding machine until a matrix of the workpiece 6 is exposed, and finely grinding by using abrasive paper after the matrix is exposed, wherein the workpiece 6 is an aluminum valve block with a corrosion phenomenon in an exemplary mode;
s2, cleaning the surface of the polished workpiece 6 by using a cleaning agent;
s3, fully and uniformly stirring the repairing agent, and quickly coating the repairing agent on the position of the workpiece 6 to be repaired, wherein the repairing agent is a mixture of silicon dioxide and epoxy resin adhesive;
in S3, the volume fraction ratio of the silicon dioxide to the epoxy resin adhesive is 1: 4-6, exemplarily, the volume fraction ratio can be 1: 5.
s4, placing the repaired workpiece 6 at the temperature of 7.5-40 ℃ for 2.5-5.5 hours, then irradiating and heating the repaired position of the workpiece 6, and keeping the workpiece at the temperature of 50-100 ℃ for 2-5 hours;
illustratively, the repairing part is placed at the temperature of 10-35 ℃ for 3-4 hours, then the repairing part is irradiated and heated by a heater 52, and is kept at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 3 hours.
S5, cooling the surface of the workpiece 6 to room temperature, finely grinding the repaired surface of the workpiece 6 by using 2000-mesh fine sand paper, and then polishing by using a polishing machine to ensure Ra1.6 so as to obtain the completely repaired workpiece 6.
Compared with the prior art, the method utilizes the characteristics of hard texture, wear resistance, epoxy resin regulation and easiness in solidification of silicon dioxide to repair the depression of the stroke of the corroded aluminum valve block, and the repairing material is polished to be flat after solidification. It is characterized in that: the repairing material is fine and smooth in texture after being solidified and glossy in surface; the adhesive force is strong, and the valve block is not easy to fall off after the surface of the valve block is repaired; the repair material is easy to purchase in the market, the cost is low, the construction process does not need a high technology, a common operator can complete the operation according to an operation method, or the rapid repair device provided by the invention can complete the repair fully automatically, efficiently and rapidly, the operation is convenient, the repair period is effectively shortened, and the repair speed is increased.
The embodiments are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same or similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. Details which are not described in detail in the embodiments of the invention belong to the prior art which is known to the person skilled in the art.

Claims (10)
1. A rapid repair device, comprising:
the frame body (1) is provided with a slide rail (11);
the gripping clamp (2) is connected with the sliding rail (11) in a sliding mode, and the gripping clamp (2) is used for clamping and moving a workpiece (6);
the grinding and washing assembly (3) is connected with the frame body (1);
the repairing assembly (4) is connected with the frame body (1) and arranged on one side of the grinding and washing assembly (3), and the relative arrangement direction of the repairing assembly (4) and the grinding and washing assembly (3) is parallel to the arrangement direction of the slide rail (11);
consolidate subassembly (5), with support body (1) is connected, slide rail (11) set up in consolidate subassembly (5) with between the subassembly (3) is washed to the mill.

3. A rapid repair device according to claim 2, characterized in that said repair assembly (4) comprises:
the mixer (41) comprises a first containing cavity (411), a second containing cavity (412) and a third containing cavity (413), a movable baffle (45) is arranged between the first containing cavity (411) and the second containing cavity (412), the movable baffle (45) is used for adjusting the volume ratio between the first containing cavity (411) and the second containing cavity (412), and the first containing cavity (411) and the second containing cavity (412) are both communicated with the third containing cavity (413) through valves;
an agitator member (42) extending through said mixer (41) into said third volume (413);
the smearing piece (43) is communicated with the third cavity (413) through a pipeline;
a second pusher (44) connected at one end to the mixer (41) and at the other end to the applicator (43).
4. A rapid repair device according to claim 3, characterized in that said gripping clip (2) comprises:
one end of the third pusher (21) is connected with the sliding rail (11) in a sliding way;
a fixing member (22) connected to the other end of the third pusher (21);
splint (23), with mounting (22) sliding connection, splint (23) be equipped with two, and the symmetry set up in mounting (22) both sides, work piece (6) set up in two between splint (23).
5. Quick repair device according to claim 4, characterized in that said reinforcement assembly (5) comprises:
the reinforcing box (51) is connected with the frame body (1), the reinforcing box (51) comprises a constant temperature cavity (511) and a heating cavity (512), and a lifting port (513) communicated with the constant temperature cavity (511) is formed in the reinforcing box (51);
a heater (52) connected to the reinforcing box (51) and disposed in the thermostatic chamber (511);
the lifting platform (53) is connected with the reinforcing box (51) and is matched with the lifting port (513), and the lifting platform (53) penetrates through the reinforcing box (51) and is abutted against the workpiece (6);
a mobile element (54) slidingly connected to the reinforcement box (51) for picking up and moving the workpiece (6);
a thermostatic control (55) connected to the reinforcement cage (51) and disposed within the heating cavity (512).
6. Quick repair device according to claim 5, characterized in that said reinforcement assembly (5) further comprises:
the temperature sensor is arranged in the constant temperature cavity (511);
the separation frame (56) is connected with the reinforcing box (51) and arranged in the constant temperature cavity (511), a plurality of communication holes (561) are formed in the separation frame (56), and a plurality of separation frames (56) are arranged in the vertical direction;
the movable partition plate (57) is arranged in the lifting port (513) and is used for shielding the lifting port (513);
and the access door (58) is arranged on one side of the reinforcing box (51) and detachably connected with the reinforcing box (51).

The rapid repair device according to claim 6, wherein said heaters (52) are provided in a plurality of sets in a vertical direction, each set of said heaters (52) is provided in a plurality in a horizontal direction, and the number of sets of said heaters (52) is the same as the number of said spacers (56); and a separation through hole (562) matched with the lifting platform (53) is formed in each separation frame (56).

The rapid repair device according to claim 6, characterized in that the grinding assembly (3) and the repair assembly (4) are each provided with an image acquirer (7) for acquiring image information of the surface of the workpiece (6); the smearing piece (43) is of a trapezoidal tubular structure, the lower surface of the smearing piece (43) is horizontally arranged, and the smearing piece (43) is made of elastic materials.
9. A rapid repair method, comprising:
step 1, roughly polishing the corroded position of the surface of a workpiece (6), and finely grinding after exposing a matrix;
step 2, cleaning the surface of the polished workpiece (6) by using a cleaning agent;
step 3, fully and uniformly stirring the repairing agent, and quickly coating the repairing agent on the position of the workpiece (6) to be repaired, wherein the repairing agent is a mixture of silicon dioxide and epoxy resin adhesive;
step 4, placing the repaired workpiece (6) at the temperature of 7.5-40 ℃ for 2.5-5.5 hours, then irradiating and heating the repaired position of the workpiece (6), and keeping the workpiece at the temperature of 50-100 ℃ for 2-5 hours;
and 5, after the surface of the workpiece (6) is cooled to room temperature, finely grinding the repaired surface of the workpiece (6), and then polishing to obtain the completely repaired workpiece (6).
10. The rapid repair method according to claim 9, wherein in the step 3, the volume fraction ratio of the silica to the epoxy resin glue is 1: 4 to 6.
