Preferably, the four electric slide rails 4 are distributed in a pairwise parallel manner, wherein the sliding blocks of the two corresponding electric slide rails 4 are always opposite in moving direction, so as to form a correction process for the side of the tiled stained paper 2; the four electric slide rails 4 are distributed in a pairwise parallel manner, wherein the sliding blocks of the two corresponding electric slide rails 4 are always opposite in moving direction, so that the two corresponding correction cylinders 8 are opposite in moving direction, namely, the positions of the starting points corresponding to the side edges of the stained paper 2 are different, and the correction effect is better.

Preferably, the lifting device comprises a pneumatic slide rail 37 and a bearing plate 38, the bearing plate 38 is parallel to the wide edge of the brushing platform 11, two ends of the bearing plate 38 are respectively hinged with a pressing plate 39, the bottom of the bearing plate 38 is provided with a gear set and a pressing motor 40, a main shaft of the pressing motor 40 is respectively in transmission connection with the two pressing plates 39 through the gear set, the rotation directions of the two pressing plates 39 are opposite, the two pressing plates 39 can contact with two sides of the clamping part 29 to play a clamping role, and the bearing plate 38 is connected with a slide block of the pneumatic slide rail 37.

A use method of an automatic brushing and drying integrated device comprises the following steps:
step S1: a feeding process: after the feeding manipulator 1 grabs a single piece of stained paper 2 in an adsorption mode, the manipulator needs to move vertically and quickly to shake off the additionally grabbed stained paper 2; after shaking off, the correcting mechanism works to start to correct the side part of the shaken off stained paper 2 so as to prevent distortion;
step S2: brushing slurry: the material loading manipulator 1 transfers and flatly spreads the grabbed stained paper 2 to the table top of the brushing platform 11, the brushing platform 11 starts to move, after the brushing platform moves to the area of the brushing device, the brushing device descends by means of the lifting air cylinder 42, the outer surfaces of the anti-curling barrel 15 and the pulp moving barrel 16 in the brushing device are enabled to be in contact with the upper surface of the stained paper 2 flatly spread on the brushing platform 11, then the power motor drives the flat push plate 19 and the free end 21 of the lifting plate 20 to rotate, the anti-curling barrel 15 is enabled to realize the self working stroke, the anti-curling barrel 15 rolls first to brush the front end edge of the stained paper 2, and immediately ascends after the action is finished and is not in contact with the stained paper 2, and the other parts of the stained paper 2 are brushed by the pulp moving barrel 16;
step S3: airing and pre-grabbing: the conveying belt transmission can enable each airing clamp to reach the downstream of the transverse motion track of the feeding manipulator 1 one by one, a clamping part 29 in the airing clamp located at the downstream of the transverse motion track of the feeding manipulator 1 is hung on the outer side of the conveying belt, a pressing motor 40 in the lifting device works to enable two pressing plates 39 to rotate oppositely, free ends 21 of the two pressing plates 39 are respectively in contact with the side part of the clamping part 29 to form positioning clamping, the clamping part 29 is enabled to be located right above the stained paper 2 to be unloaded at the moment, then a pneumatic slide rail 37 drives a bearing plate 38 to vertically descend, the clamping part 29 is driven to descend, and after the free ends are lowered to a specified height, a flaring cylinder 35 drives a flaring roller 36 to enter a flaring interval formed by two inclined surface blocks 33 to enable the two clamping plates 31 to move backwards to form flaring;
step S4: transferring the stained paper 2 after brushing the pulp: after the stained paper 2 is brushed, the brushing platform 11 carries the brushed stained paper 2 to move to the downstream of the transverse track of the feeding manipulator 1, the front end side part of the stained paper 2 is positioned right below the clamping part 29, the stroke plate 13 moves vertically, the extension strip 14 extends to the upper part of the brushing platform 11 through the through hole 12, the end part of the extension strip 14 is abutted against the edge of the stained paper 2 and is bent upwards, the bent upper part of the stained paper 2 contacts the clamping plate 31 and partially enters between the two clamping plates 31, after the paper enters between the two clamping plates 31, the flaring cylinder 35 resets, and the 2 clamping plates 31 reset and cling tightly under the action force of the reset spring 32 to clamp the stained paper 2; then the lifting device is lifted to reset, the pulp brushing platform 11 is reset at the same time, and the stained paper 2 is separated from the pulp brushing platform 11.
Preferably, the operation mode of the straightening mechanism in step S1 is: the starting point and the moving direction of the two corresponding correcting cylinders 8 in the correcting mechanism are opposite, so that the reliable correction is achieved.
The working principle is as follows: the initial position of the tail end of the feeding mechanical arm 1 is used for storing stacked stained paper 2, and the rectangular frame 3 moves synchronously along with the feeding mechanical arm 1;
1. a feeding process:
firstly, a feeding manipulator 1 grabs stacked stained paper 2, and the process is as follows: the feeding manipulator 1 generates translation and longitudinal movement; the tail end of the feeding manipulator 1 is assembled by a feeding plate 41, holes distributed in a matrix mode are formed in the bottom of the feeding plate 41, sucking discs are filled in the holes, and the stained paper 2 is grabbed in an adsorption mode;
after the feeding manipulator 1 grabs the single piece of stained paper 2 in an adsorption mode, the rapid vertical movement is needed, and the stained paper 2 is prevented from being carried on the lower surface of the single piece of stained paper 2 (considering that the adsorption force is not precise enough, which causes the connection); due to the fact that the feeding mechanical arm 1 moves up and down rapidly, the second stained paper 2 which is accidentally grabbed falls off under the shaking; at the moment, four electric slide rails 4 in the correcting mechanism on the rectangular frame 3 start to work; the four electric slide rails 4 are distributed in a pairwise parallel manner, wherein the sliding block moving directions of the two corresponding electric slide rails 4 are always opposite, so that the moving directions of the two corresponding correction cylinders 8 are opposite, namely the positions of the starting points corresponding to the side edges of the stained paper 2 are different, and the correction effect is better; during the horizontal movement of the correction cylinder 8, the gear 7 is meshed against the corresponding rack 9, the gear 7 rotates to promote the correction cylinder 8 to rotate, and the correction cylinder 8 is in frictional contact with the side part of the stained paper 2 by means of the drawing surface 10 to achieve the correction effect; the lengths of all the electric slide rails 4 are respectively longer than the length and the width of the stained paper 2, and stroke allowances for the correction cylinders 8 to gradually contact the side edges of the stained paper 2 are reserved;
by adopting the mode for feeding, the bottom of each fed stained paper 2 is ensured not to be superposed with the stained paper 2, and in addition, the posture of the dropped stained paper 2 is corrected in the process of shaking off the additional stained paper 2, so that the posture of the subsequent feeding is preset, and the progress of operations such as airing, grabbing, spraying and the like in the later period is facilitated;
2. brushing slurry procedure
The material loading manipulator 1 transfers the grabbed stained paper 2 to the table top of the slurry brushing platform 11, then releases the stained paper 2 to reset to a material loading area, wherein the slurry brushing platform 11 is arranged in a sliding manner, so that the slurry brushing platform 11 carries the flatly paved stained paper 2 to move towards the slurry brushing device, the slurry brushing device stops immediately after moving to the slurry brushing device, the slurry brushing device descends by virtue of the lifting air cylinder 42, the outer surfaces of the anti-curling barrel 15 and the slurry walking barrel 16 in the slurry brushing device are enabled to be in contact with the upper surface of the flatly paved stained paper 2 on the slurry brushing platform 11, then the power motor drives the free ends 21 of the flat push plate 19 and the lifting plate 20 to rotate, as the other ends of the flat push plate 19 and the lifting plate 20 face the transmission block 23 and the ball head part 27 respectively, and the free ends 21 of the flat push plate 19 and the lifting plate 20 have an included angle, therefore, the included angle interval can enable the flat push plate 19 and the lifting plate 20 to be in contact with the corresponding transmission block 23 and ball head part 27 respectively, when the flat push plate 19 contacts the transmission block 23 first, the contact surface of the transmission block 23 and the flat push plate 19 is provided with a cambered surface buffer 24 structure, the contact force enables the anti-curling barrel 15 to generate movement far away from the pulp moving barrel 16 corresponding to the pulp moving barrel 16, and in the movement process, the anti-curling barrel 15 brushes the pulp on the edge area of the front end of the stained paper 2 on the table top of the pulp brushing table 11; when the flat push plate 19 completely loses contact with the transmission block 23, the anti-curling barrel 15 is reset under the action of the roller spring 25, in order to prevent the anti-curling barrel from contacting the stained paper 2 again, the lifting plate 20 rotates to contact the ball head part 27, the elastic telescopic structure 26 is driven to move upwards, the anti-curling barrel 15 is driven to be lifted, the anti-curling barrel 15 and the pulp moving barrel 16 generate a height difference, namely the anti-curling barrel 15 is not in contact with the stained paper 2, in the process, the lifting plate 20 keeps static, then the pulp brushing platform 11 continues to slide along the self sliding direction, the stained paper 2 is driven to completely contact the pulp moving barrel 16, and the pulp brushing operation of the pulp moving barrel 16 is started under the action of the pulp moving barrel 16; the power part adopts the mode, has two purposes, realizes translation and lifting in sequence, and avoids excessive cylinder deployment;
the anti-curling cylinder 15 and the pulp feeding cylinder 16 are inserted in sequence, so that the pulp feeding cylinder 16 can be prevented from contacting the stained paper 2 from the edge of the front end of the stained paper 2 to cause the wrinkle of the stained paper 2; instead, the pulp moving cylinder 16 is contacted with the stained paper 2 in the edge area of the stained paper 2, and in addition, the part between the edge of the stained paper 2 and the starting point area contacted with the pulp moving cylinder 16 is brushed by the anti-curling cylinder 15;
3. air-drying pre-grabbing process
Each airing clamp can be driven to reach the downstream of the transverse movement track of the feeding manipulator 1 one by one through the transmission of the conveying belt, a clamping part 29 in the airing clamp at the downstream of the transverse movement track of the feeding manipulator 1 is hung on the outer side of the conveying belt, and the return force winding drum 28 is used for assembling a winding disc by adopting a tape structure or a return force gearbox, and is the prior art and is not described again;
normally, the clamping portion 29 carried by the elastic rope 34 in the return force reel 28 is at a constant height, and after the clamping portion 29 reaches the downstream of the transverse movement track of the feeding manipulator 1, the clamping portion 29 corresponds to the lifting device, the pressing motor 40 in the lifting device operates to cause the two pressing plates 39 to rotate oppositely, the free ends 21 of the two pressing plates 39 respectively contact with the side portions of the clamping portion 29 to form positioning clamping, the clamping portion 29 is caused to be positioned right above the stained paper 2 to be discharged at the moment, then the supporting plate 38 is driven to vertically descend by the pneumatic slide rail 37, the clamping portion 29 is driven to descend with the clamping portion 29, and after the free ends are reduced to a specified height, the flaring cylinder 35 drives the flaring roller 36 to enter a flaring interval formed by the two inclined surface blocks 33 to cause the two clamping plates 31 to move backwards to form flaring.
4. Transfer process of stained paper 2 after brushing pulp
After the stained paper 2 is brushed, the brushing platform 11 drives the brushed stained paper 2 to move to the downstream of the transverse track of the feeding manipulator 1, the front end side part of the stained paper 2 is positioned right below the clamping part 29, the stroke plate 13 moves vertically, the extension strip 14 extends to the upper part of the brushing platform 11 through the through hole 12, the end part of the extension strip 14 is abutted against the edge of the stained paper 2 and is bent upwards, the bent upper part of the stained paper 2 contacts the clamping plate 31 and partially enters between the two clamping plates 31, in order to enable the bent upper part of the stained paper 2 to completely enter between the two clamping plates 31, the top end of the extension strip 14 can be provided with an air hole, and the air hole is communicated with an air pump which delivers air flow to more reliably blow the stained paper 2 into between the two clamping plates 31;
the pulp brushing platform 11 selects a servo slide rail to control the stroke, and a plc controller programs the stroke section; the stroke plate 13 adopts a stroke cylinder to control the ascending action; the details thereof are not repeated herein;
after the stained paper 2 enters between the two clamping plates 31, the flaring air cylinder 35 resets, and the 2 clamping plates 31 reset and cling to each other under the action of the reset spring 32 to clamp the stained paper 2; then the lifting device is lifted to reset, the pulp brushing platform 11 is reset at the same time, and the stained paper 2 is separated from the pulp brushing platform 11.

wherein, the side part of the roller plate (22) corresponding to the position of the anti-curling barrel (15) is provided with a driving block (23);

and a flaring cylinder (35) is further arranged at the downstream of the transverse motion track of the feeding manipulator (1), and a flaring roller (36) is arranged on a piston of the flaring cylinder (35).

step S2: brushing slurry: the automatic paper brushing machine is characterized in that a feeding mechanical arm (1) transfers and flatly spreads grabbed stained paper (2) to the table top of a pulp brushing table (11), the pulp brushing table (11) starts to move, after the pulp brushing device moves to the area of a pulp brushing device, the pulp brushing device descends by means of a lifting air cylinder (42), the outer surfaces of an anti-curling cylinder (15) and a pulp walking cylinder (16) in the pulp brushing device are made to contact with the upper surface of the stained paper (2) flatly spread on the pulp brushing table (11), then a power motor drives a flat push plate (19) and a free end (21) of a lifting plate (20) to rotate, so that the anti-curling cylinder (15) is made to realize a self working stroke, the anti-curling cylinder (15) rolls first to brush the front end edge of the stained paper (2), and immediately ascends after the action is finished and is not in contact with the stained paper (2), and other parts of the stained paper (2) are subjected to pulp brushing operation by the pulp walking cylinder (16);
step S3: airing and pre-grabbing: the conveying belt transmission can enable each airing clamp to reach the downstream of the transverse movement track of the feeding mechanical hand (1) one by one, a clamping part (29) in the airing clamp positioned on the downstream of the transverse movement track of the feeding mechanical hand (1) is hung on the outer side of the conveying belt, a pressing motor (40) in the lifting device works to enable two pressing plates (39) to rotate oppositely, free ends (21) of the two pressing plates (39) are respectively contacted with the side part of the clamping part (29) to form positioning clamping, the clamping part (29) is enabled to be positioned right above the stained paper (2) to be unloaded at the moment, a supporting plate (38) is driven to vertically descend by a rear pneumatic sliding rail (37), the clamping part (29) is driven to descend, after the clamping part descends to a designated height, a flaring cylinder (35) drives a flaring roller (36) to enter a flaring interval formed by two inclined surface blocks (33) to enable the two clamping plates (31) to move backwards, forming an opening;
step S4: transferring the stained paper (2) after brushing the pulp: after the stained paper (2) is brushed, the brushing platform (11) drives the brushed stained paper (2) to move to the downstream of the transverse track of the feeding manipulator (1), the front end side part of the stained paper (2) is positioned under the clamping part (29), the stroke plate (13) moves vertically at the moment, the extension strip (14) extends to the upper part of the brushing platform (11) through the through hole (12), the end part of the extension strip (14) bends upwards to abut against the edge of the stained paper (2), the bent upper part of the stained paper (2) is in contact with the clamping plate (31) and partially enters between the two clamping plates (31), after the paper enters between the two clamping plates (31), the flaring cylinder (35) resets, and the 2 clamping plates (31) are reset and tightly attached under the action force of the reset spring (32) to clamp the stained paper (2); then the lifting device is lifted to reset, the pulp brushing platform (11) is reset at the same time, and the stained paper (2) is separated from the pulp brushing platform (11).
