Comparative example 1 (Yiqing original medicine hand cleanser)
Referring to example 1, the first clear technical extract was used to prepare a bacteriostatic hand sanitizer.

The bacteriostatic activity of the bacteriostatic hand sanitizer against staphylococcus aureus was measured by the method described in example 1, and the results are shown in table 1.
Comparative example 2 (hand cleanser without bacteriostatic active ingredient, negative control)
The hand sanitizer comprises the following components: 20% of surfactant (AES: CAB: APG ═ 6:3:2), 6% of humectant (propylene glycol), 2% of thickener (thickener 886: thickener 524 ═ 1:1), 0.1% of peppermint essential oil and the balance of water.
The preparation method of the hand sanitizer comprises the following steps: based on 100ml of hand sanitizer. Accurately weighing AES, CAB and APG in a200 mL beaker by a dosing method according to the formula requirement, heating in a water bath kettle at 80 ℃, properly stirring by using a glass rod, adding propylene glycol, stirring uniformly, adding about 30g of deionized water and a thickening agent, and continuously stirring until the solid is completely dissolved. And (3) after the temperature is properly reduced, adding the peppermint essential oil, uniformly stirring, and fixing the volume to obtain the hand sanitizer.
The bacteriostatic activity of the hand sanitizer against staphylococcus aureus was measured by the method described in example 1, and the results are shown in table 1.
Comparative example 3 (bacteriostatic hand sanitizer lacking the first cleaning residue extract)
The hand sanitizer comprises the following components: 20% of surfactant (AES: CAB: APG ═ 6:3:2), 6% of humectant (propylene glycol), 2% of thickening agent (thickening agent 886: thickening agent 524 ═ 1:1), 12% of bacteriostatic active ingredient (eucalyptus extract, 6% of honeysuckle extract), 0.1% of peppermint essential oil and the balance of water.
The preparation method of the hand sanitizer comprises the following steps: based on 100ml of hand sanitizer. Accurately weighing AES, CAB and APG in a200 mL beaker by a dosing method according to the formula requirement, heating in a water bath kettle at 80 ℃, properly stirring by using a glass rod, adding propylene glycol, stirring uniformly, adding about 30g of deionized water and a thickening agent, and continuously stirring until the solid is completely dissolved. And (3) after the temperature is properly reduced, adding the eucalyptus extract, the honeysuckle extract and the peppermint essential oil, uniformly stirring, and fixing the volume to obtain the hand sanitizer.
The bacteriostatic activity of the hand sanitizer against staphylococcus aureus was measured by the method described in example 1, and the results are shown in table 1.
Comparative example 4 (Positive control of current bacteriostatic hand sanitizer)
The bacteriostatic activity of the currently commercially available bacteriostatic hand sanitizer (blue moon bacteriostatic hand sanitizer) against staphylococcus aureus was measured by the method described in example 1, and the results are shown in table 1.
Comparative example 5 (changing the method for extracting the first clear residue, the rest is unchanged)
Referring to example 1, a liquid soap was prepared by changing the extraction method of first clear residue.
The first clear decoction dreg extract is obtained by the following method (ethanol reflux method is adopted to recover the decoction dregs): weighing 10g of dried Yiqing capsule residues, placing into a conical flask with a plug, adding 100mL of ethanol, refluxing in water bath for 1h, filtering with gauze to obtain an extracting solution, and concentrating under reduced pressure by using a rotary evaporator (60 ℃, 160r/min) until the extracting solution is dried to obtain the Yiqing capsule residue extract.
The components and the preparation method of the hand sanitizer are the same as those of example 1, so that the antibacterial hand sanitizer is obtained.
The bacteriostatic activity of the bacteriostatic hand sanitizer against staphylococcus aureus was measured by the method described in example 1, and the results are shown in table 1.

The hand sanitizer comprises the following components: 20% of surfactant (AES: CAB: APG ═ 6:3:2), 6% of humectant (propylene glycol), 2% of thickening agent (thickening agent 886: thickening agent 524 ═ 1:1), 12% of bacteriostatic active ingredient (Yiqing decoction dregs extract, 4% of eucalyptus extract, 4% of honeysuckle extract), 0.1% of peppermint essential oil and the balance of water.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1, and the antibacterial hand sanitizer is obtained.
The bacteriostatic activity of the bacteriostatic hand sanitizer on staphylococcus aureus is determined by the method described in example 1, and the diameter of a bacteriostatic zone is 14.0 mm.

Claims (10)

1. Antibacterial liquid soap, its characterized in that: the antibacterial hand sanitizer contains 8-15 wt% of antibacterial active ingredients, wherein the antibacterial active ingredients comprise a first clear decoction dreg extract, a eucalyptus leaf extract and a honeysuckle extract, and the weight ratio of the first clear decoction dreg extract to the eucalyptus leaf extract to the honeysuckle extract is 1-3: 0.5-1.5: 1;
wherein the first clear decoction dreg extract is obtained by adopting the following method: mixing the Yiqing capsule residues with an ethanol solution, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and concentrating the liquid to dryness to obtain a Yiqing capsule residue extract, wherein the feed-liquid ratio of the Yiqing capsule residues to the ethanol solution is 1: 10-25 g/mL; the volume concentration of the ethanol solution is 50-60%; the extraction temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the extraction time is 1-2 h;
the eucalyptus leaf extract is obtained by adopting the following method: mixing the eucalyptus leaves with an ethanol solution, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and concentrating the liquid to dryness to obtain a eucalyptus leaf extract, wherein the material-liquid ratio of the eucalyptus leaves to the ethanol solution is 1: 8-12 g/mL; the volume concentration of the ethanol solution is 55-65%; the ultrasonic temperature is 55-65 ℃, and the ultrasonic time is 0.8-1.2 h;
the honeysuckle extract is obtained by adopting the following method: mixing honeysuckle with an ethanol solution, refluxing in a water bath, then carrying out solid-liquid separation, and concentrating the liquid to dryness to obtain a honeysuckle extract, wherein the material-liquid ratio of the honeysuckle to the ethanol solution is 1: 10-14 g/mL; the volume concentration of the ethanol solution is 55-65%; the extraction temperature is 45-55 ℃, and the reflux time is 3-5 h.
