技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有烟草过滤嘴的过滤嘴香烟以及一种制造这种过滤嘴香烟的方法。
背景技术
长期以来，已经知道烟草可以用作卷烟制品的过滤材料。然而，与如纤维素(纸)或醋酸纤维素等其它传统过滤材料相比，烟草在相同的抽烟阻力下有明显更低的冷凝物和尼古丁的滞留能力。而且，在使用象香烟所用的传统的烟草混合物时，不容易获得与通常的纤维素过滤嘴或用醋酸纤维素制成的过滤嘴相同的抽烟阻力，即对于长度为21毫米的过滤嘴，该阻力在50-100mm水柱之间。
为了克服这个缺点，已经提出了各种解决方案，一种是由带梗烟草制造过滤嘴部分。然而，这导致味道差。另一种建议是用膨胀的烟草制造过滤嘴部分，但是这只产生非常低的滞留效果，因此产生不能令人满意的过滤效果。最后，提出用切得非常细的烟草作为过滤部分；然而，这不可能在传统的机器上加工，因此导致过滤嘴成本太高。
发明内容
所以，本发明的目的是用烟草制造卷烟制品的过滤嘴，它没有现有技术中提到的缺点。
通过带有包括下列特征的烟草过滤嘴的过滤嘴香烟达到了这一目的：一种用卷烟纸包裹的烟卷段；其中，烟卷段的烟草混合物中含有15-30％的切碎的中心烟梗；对于烟卷段长度为63毫米、吸烟长度为55毫米的烟卷，烟卷的烟冷凝物产量在15-19毫克冷凝物之间；带有用芳香型烟草制造的过滤嘴，21毫米长时的抽烟阻力在50-100mm水柱之间；带有在周边方向上的过滤嘴透气区域；其中，过滤嘴透气程度为30-70％，特征在于，制造过滤嘴烟草而不用中心烟梗，并且没有切割宽度为0.3-0.6毫米的重新组成的烟草；过滤嘴的烟草填充密度为350-450mg/cm3。
因此，结果在于使用芳香型烟草作为烟草过滤嘴，烟的味道非常强地以过滤嘴材料为特征。已经表明，通过选择的烟草的特定处理，又一次明显提高了有利的味道改善作用。为此，选择的烟草材料或其部分经过下文说明的热处理。
具体实施方式
热处理：
在烟草制备过程中，把烟草温度升高到60-150，优选的是80-130℃，加热时间为1分钟到最长15分钟。在该时间内，其经受的相对湿度为40-80％，优选的是50-70％。这明显改善了从过滤嘴烟草到所通过的烟的香味传递。这种作用可通过添加合适的外包套材料加以选择性地影响并增强。在选择仍然可以在标准机器上加工的0.3-0.6毫米(对于卷烟切割烟草，常见的是0.7-1.0毫米)的较细切割宽度时，可以获得50-100mm水柱的典型过滤嘴抽烟阻力，并滞留效率明显提高。这种抽吸阻力一般也称为“正常的”或常见的抽吸阻力。但是，与常见过滤材料相比，滞留效率仍然明显较低，醋酸纤维素达到约30-60％，而烟草过滤嘴的范围仅为约25-35％，但使用具有明显降低冷凝物的烟卷段混合物可以补偿其较低的滞留效率。这意味所用的烟卷段在用吸烟机吸烟时，产生约16毫克冷凝物而不是通常的约23毫克冷凝物。虽然这种混合物可以用高比例的烟梗或便宜的烟草制造，而其混合物味道不是特别好，但是在通过烟草过滤嘴时，烟的味道意外地获得了令人愉悦的香味。

Claims (4)

1.一种带有烟草过滤嘴的过滤嘴香烟，具有：
-一种用卷烟纸包裹的烟卷段；
-其中，烟卷段的烟草混合物中含有15-30重量％的切碎的烟梗；
-对于烟卷段长度为63毫米，吸烟长度为55毫米的烟卷，烟卷的烟冷凝物产量在15-19毫克冷凝物之间；带有
-一种用芳香型烟草制造的过滤嘴，其21毫米长时的抽烟阻力在50-100mm水柱之间；并且带有
-在周边方向上的过滤嘴透气区域；其中，
-过滤嘴透气程度为30-70％
特征在于：
-过滤嘴烟草的切割宽度为0.3-0.6毫米，制造过滤嘴烟草不用烟梗，并且没有切割宽度为0.3-0.6毫米的重新组成的烟草；且
-过滤嘴的烟草填充密度为350-450mg/cm3。
2.一种制造根据权利要求1的过滤嘴香烟的方法，特征在于，在烟草制备过程中，将用于制造烟草过滤嘴的烟草升温到60-150℃的烟草温度，加热时间在1分钟到最大20分钟，并且在该时间内，其经受的相对湿度为40-80％。
3.权利要求2的制造过滤嘴香烟的方法，其中将制造烟草过滤嘴的烟草升温到80-130℃。
4.权利要求2或3的制造过滤嘴香烟的方法，其中所经受的相对温度为50-70％。
