Abstract
本发明公开一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维100‑110份、硅烷偶联剂10‑12份、壳聚糖3‑5份、海藻酸钠2‑4份、纳米二氧化硅1‑3份、硝酸银溶液1‑3份、丙烯酸甲酯13‑15份、乙二胺3‑5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1‑3份、环氧氯丙烷3‑5份、离子水10‑20份和中药复合粉8‑10份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏5‑7份、红藤3‑5份、马齿苋3‑5份、百部2‑4份、穿心莲2‑4份、松香1‑3份;该无纺布透气性好,能起到消炎、抗菌、促进组织增生的作用,加快创面愈合对伤口,同时还能够杀灭空气中尘埃粒子携带的细菌等,具有抗菌功能,且制备方法简单、成本低,实用性能强,特别适合医用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于无纺布制备技术领域,具体涉及一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布,又称不织布,是新一代环保材料,具有拒水、透气、柔韧、不助燃、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富等特点。无纺布若置于室外经自然分解,其最长寿命只有90天,置于室内在5年内分解,燃烧时无毒、无味、且无任何遗留物质,从而不污染环境,宜于洗涤。它直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝通过各种纤网成形方法和固结技术形成的具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品。目前市场上常见的无纺布大类主要可以分为两种,一种是普通无纺布,另外一则是医用无纺布,由于医用无纺布其主要用于医疗方面,所以对于质量有着严格的要求,同时随着人们生活水平的提高和经济的发展,对于医用无纺布不仅需要透气柔韧,还需要具备一定的功效,因此对于功能医用化无纺布的研究很有必要。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种透气性好,能起到消炎、抗菌、促进组织增生的作用,加快创面愈合对伤口,同时还能够杀灭空气中尘埃粒子携带的细菌等,具有抗菌功能,制备方法简单、成本低,实用性能强,特别适合医用的无纺布。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维100-110份、硅烷偶联剂10-12份、壳聚糖3-5份、海藻酸钠2-4份、纳米二氧化硅1-3份、硝酸银溶液1-3份、丙烯酸甲酯13-15份、乙二胺3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-3份、环氧氯丙烷3-5份、离子水10-20份和中药复合粉8-10份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏5-7份、红藤3-5份、马齿苋3-5份、百部2-4份、穿心莲2-4份、松香1-3份。
进一步的,所述的透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维110份、硅烷偶联剂10份、壳聚糖3份、海藻酸钠2份、纳米二氧化硅1份、硝酸银溶液1份、丙烯酸甲酯13份、乙二胺3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、环氧氯丙烷3份、离子水10份和中药复合粉8份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏5份、红藤3份、马齿苋3份、百部2份、穿心莲2份、松香1份。
进一步的,所述的透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维100份、硅烷偶联剂12份、壳聚糖5份、海藻酸钠4份、纳米二氧化硅3份、硝酸银溶液3份、丙烯酸甲酯15份、乙二胺5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3份、环氧氯丙烷5份、离子水20份和中药复合粉10份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏7份、红藤5份、马齿苋5份、百部4份、穿心莲4份、松香3份。
进一步的,所述的透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维105份、硅烷偶联剂11份、壳聚糖4份、海藻酸钠3份、纳米二氧化硅2份、硝酸银溶液2份、丙烯酸甲酯14份、乙二胺4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2份、环氧氯丙烷4份、离子水15份和中药复合粉9份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏6份、红藤4份、马齿苋4份、百部3份、穿心莲3份、松香2份。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题为提供一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将硅烷偶联剂10-12份和去离子水10-20份放入到搅拌机中,采用60-80r/min的速度搅拌5-10分钟,使硅烷偶联剂充分水解,并向其中加入植物纤维100-110份,采用100-120r/min的速度搅拌20-30分钟,得到改性植物纤维,备用;
2)在步骤1)中依次壳聚糖3-5份、海藻酸钠2-4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-3份、纳米二氧化硅和环氧氯丙烷3-5份,启动搅拌机,继续以100-120r/min的速度搅拌20-30分钟,得到混合纤维,备用;
3)取黄柏5-7份、红藤3-5份、马齿苋3-5份、百部2-4份、穿心莲2-4份和松香1-3份,清洗风干,然后采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法得到的中药干粉,备用;
4)将步骤2)制得的混合纤维和步骤3)制得的中药干粉进行混合,然后通过开松、梳理、气流成网,以及对铺好的纤维网进行水刺加固,烘干处理,得到无纺布;
5)取硝酸银溶液1-3份加入到丙烯酸甲酯13-15份与乙二胺3-5份反应制得的含氨基高支化聚合物溶液中,得到混合处理液,备用;
6)将步骤4)制得的无纺布放入步骤5)制得的混合处理液中浸渍10-15分钟,浸渍后,将无纺布置于紫外线下辐照10-20分钟,再将辐照后的无纺布在50-60℃的烘道内干燥50-60min;
7)将步骤6)烘干后的无纺布进行卷绕、分切和包装,即可。
在本发明中所述中药材料具有以下功效:
黄柏:清热燥湿、泄火解毒,可以抗真菌;
红藤:清热解毒、活血化瘀,能有迅速的快速消肿;
马齿苋:具解毒消痈,活血止痛,祛风除湿,杀虫功效。
百部:对多种致病菌如肺炎球菌、乙型溶血型链球菌、脑膜炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌与痢疾杆菌,伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌,白喉杆菌、肺炎杆菌、鼠疫杆菌、炭疽杆菌、枯草杆菌,以及霍乱弧菌、人型结核杆菌等都有不同程度的抑菌作用;
穿心莲:清热解毒,凉血,消肿,燥湿;
松香:祛风燥湿,排脓拔毒,生肌止痛。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:采用硅烷偶联剂对植物纤维进行预处理,得到改性植物纤维,壳聚糖大分子链上含有大量亲水性基团,能够形成许多微孔结构,并利用环氧氯丙烷使得海藻酸钠和壳聚糖与粘胶以及改性植物纤维紧密结合,使得混合纤维具有很好的透气性,中药粉对伤口能起到消炎、抗菌、促进组织增生的作用,采用多种中药材制成微米级中药混合干粉与混合纤维混合制成无纺布,微米级中药混合干粉可以渗入纤维内部,释放药效,再将无纺布放入到由硝酸银溶液、丙烯酸甲酯、乙二胺混合得到的处理液中浸渍,使得无纺布具有杀灭空气中尘埃粒子携带的细菌等功能,采用该技术方案得到的无纺布透气性好,能起到消炎、抗菌、促进组织增生的作用,加快创面愈合对伤口,同时还能够杀灭空气中尘埃粒子携带的细菌等,具有抗菌功能,且制备方法简单、成本低,实用性能强,特别适合医用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维110份、硅烷偶联剂10份、壳聚糖3份、海藻酸钠2份、纳米二氧化硅1份、硝酸银溶液1份、丙烯酸甲酯13份、乙二胺3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、环氧氯丙烷3份、离子水10份和中药复合粉8份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏5份、红藤3份、马齿苋3份、百部2份、穿心莲2份、松香1份,所述植物纤维为竹纤维,所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550。
一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将硅烷偶联剂10份和去离子水10份放入到搅拌机中,采用80r/min的速度搅拌10分钟,使硅烷偶联剂充分水解,并向其中加入植物纤维110份,采用100r/min的速度搅拌30分钟,得到改性植物纤维,备用;
2)在步骤1)中依次壳聚糖3份、海藻酸钠2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、纳米二氧化硅和环氧氯丙烷3份,启动搅拌机,继续以120r/min的速度搅拌20分钟,得到混合纤维,备用;
3)取黄柏5份、红藤3份、马齿苋3份、百部2份、穿心莲2份和松香1份,清洗风干,然后采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法得到的中药干粉,备用;
4)将步骤2)制得的混合纤维和步骤3)制得的中药干粉进行混合,然后通过开松、梳理、气流成网,以及对铺好的纤维网进行水刺加固,烘干处理,得到无纺布;
5)取硝酸银溶液1份加入到丙烯酸甲酯13份与乙二胺3份反应制得的含氨基高支化聚合物溶液中,得到混合处理液,备用;
6)将步骤4)制得的无纺布放入步骤5)制得的混合处理液中浸渍10分钟,浸渍后,将无纺布置于紫外线下辐照20分钟,再将辐照后的无纺布在50℃的烘道内干燥60min;
7)将步骤6)烘干后的无纺布进行卷绕、分切和包装,即可。
实施例2
一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维100份、硅烷偶联剂12份、壳聚糖5份、海藻酸钠4份、纳米二氧化硅3份、硝酸银溶液3份、丙烯酸甲酯15份、乙二胺5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3份、环氧氯丙烷5份、离子水20份和中药复合粉10份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏7份、红藤5份、马齿苋5份、百部4份、穿心莲4份、松香3份,所述植物纤维为棉纤维,所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550。
一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将硅烷偶联剂12份和去离子水20份放入到搅拌机中,采用80r/min的速度搅拌10分钟,使硅烷偶联剂充分水解,并向其中加入植物纤维100、份,采用120r/min的速度搅拌20分钟,得到改性植物纤维,备用;
2)在步骤1)中依次壳聚糖5份、海藻酸钠4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3份、纳米二氧化硅和环氧氯丙烷5份,启动搅拌机,继续以100r/min的速度搅拌30分钟,得到混合纤维,备用;
3)取黄柏7份、红藤5份、马齿苋5份、百部4份、穿心莲4份和松香3份,清洗风干,然后采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法得到的中药干粉,备用;
4)将步骤2)制得的混合纤维和步骤3)制得的中药干粉进行混合,然后通过开松、梳理、气流成网,以及对铺好的纤维网进行水刺加固,烘干处理,得到无纺布;
5)取硝酸银溶液3份加入到丙烯酸甲酯15份与乙二胺5份反应制得的含氨基高支化聚合物溶液中,得到混合处理液,备用;
6)将步骤4)制得的无纺布放入步骤5)制得的混合处理液中浸渍15分钟,浸渍后,将无纺布置于紫外线下辐照10分钟,再将辐照后的无纺布在60℃的烘道内干燥50min;
7)将步骤6)烘干后的无纺布进行卷绕、分切和包装,即可。
实施例3
一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维105份、硅烷偶联剂11份、壳聚糖4份、海藻酸钠3份、纳米二氧化硅2份、硝酸银溶液2份、丙烯酸甲酯14份、乙二胺4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2份、环氧氯丙烷4份、离子水15份和中药复合粉9份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏6份、红藤4份、马齿苋4份、百部3份、穿心莲3份、松香2份,所述植物纤维为蚕丝纤维,所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550。
一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将硅烷偶联剂11份和去离子水15份放入到搅拌机中,采用70r/min的速度搅拌8分钟,使硅烷偶联剂充分水解,并向其中加入植物纤维105份,采用110r/min的速度搅拌25分钟,得到改性植物纤维,备用;
2)在步骤1)中依次壳聚糖4份、海藻酸钠3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2份、纳米二氧化硅和环氧氯丙烷4份,启动搅拌机,继续以110r/min的速度搅拌25分钟,得到混合纤维,备用;
3)取黄柏6份、红藤4份、马齿苋4份、百部3份、穿心莲3份和松香2份,清洗风干,然后采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法得到的中药干粉,备用;
4)将步骤2)制得的混合纤维和步骤3)制得的中药干粉进行混合,然后通过开松、梳理、气流成网,以及对铺好的纤维网进行水刺加固,烘干处理,得到无纺布;
5)取硝酸银溶液2份加入到丙烯酸甲酯14份与乙二胺4份反应制得的含氨基高支化聚合物溶液中,得到混合处理液,备用;
6)将步骤4)制得的无纺布放入步骤5)制得的混合处理液中浸渍13分钟,浸渍后,将无纺布置于紫外线下辐照15分钟,再将辐照后的无纺布在55℃的烘道内干燥50min;
7)将步骤6)烘干后的无纺布进行卷绕、分切和包装,即可。
实验例
实验对象:对照组一采用3M医用无纺布,对照组二采用海氏海诺医用无纺布,实验例采用本发明实施例1制得的无纺布。
一、关于伤口创面愈合实验
选取60名15-40岁的外科创伤患者进行临床对比测试,将60名患者随机分为三组,每组20名,分别采用上述三组实验对象同时应用于选取的60名外科创伤患者的恢复期包扎,并观察三组患者的恢复时间。
三组患者恢复时间如下表所示:

结合表1数据,与对照组一采用3M医用无纺布和对照组二采用海氏海诺医用无纺布的患者相比,使用本发明实施例1无纺布的患者的伤口愈合速度快。
二、关于无纺布透气性以及过滤、抗菌性能试验
试验要求:选取上述三组无纺布试样尺寸100mm*100mm,厚度2mm,透气性测试采用GB/T24218.15-2018标准,抗菌性能采用GBT21510-2008标准。

结合表2,对比对照组一的3M医用无纺布、对照组2的海氏海诺医用无纺布和本发明实施例1制得的无纺布在相同的实验方法下所得的结果,本发明的无纺布的测试数据均处在明显优势,因此,体现出本发明的无纺布透气性好,能够杀灭空气中尘埃粒子携带的细菌等,具有良好的抗菌功能。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:采用硅烷偶联剂对植物纤维进行预处理,得到改性植物纤维,壳聚糖大分子链上含有大量亲水性基团,能够形成许多微孔结构,并利用环氧氯丙烷使得海藻酸钠和壳聚糖与粘胶以及改性植物纤维紧密结合,使得混合纤维具有很好的透气性,中药粉对伤口能起到消炎、抗菌、促进组织增生的作用,采用多种中药材制成微米级中药混合干粉与混合纤维混合制成无纺布,微米级中药混合干粉可以渗入纤维内部,释放药效,再将无纺布放入到由硝酸银溶液、丙烯酸甲酯、乙二胺混合得到的处理液中浸渍,使得无纺布具有杀灭空气中尘埃粒子携带的细菌等功能,采用该技术方案得到的无纺布透气性好,能起到消炎、抗菌、促进组织增生的作用,加快创面愈合对伤口,同时还能够杀灭空气中尘埃粒子携带的细菌等,具有抗菌功能,制备方法简单、成本低,实用性能强,特别适合医用。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维100-110份、硅烷偶联剂10-12份、壳聚糖3-5份、海藻酸钠2-4份、纳米二氧化硅1-3份、硝酸银溶液1-3份、丙烯酸甲酯13-15份、乙二胺3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-3份、环氧氯丙烷3-5份、离子水10-20份和中药复合粉8-10份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏5-7份、红藤3-5份、马齿苋3-5份、百部2-4份、穿心莲2-4份、松香1-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维110份、硅烷偶联剂10份、壳聚糖3份、海藻酸钠2份、纳米二氧化硅1份、硝酸银溶液1份、丙烯酸甲酯13份、乙二胺3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、环氧氯丙烷3份、离子水10份和中药复合粉8份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏5份、红藤3份、马齿苋3份、百部2份、穿心莲2份、松香1份。
3.如权利要求1所述的透气消炎抗菌型医用无纺布,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:植物纤维100份、硅烷偶联剂12份、壳聚糖5份、海藻酸钠4份、纳米二氧化硅3份、硝酸银溶液3份、丙烯酸甲酯15份、乙二胺5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3份、环氧氯丙烷5份、离子水20份和中药复合粉10份;所述中药复合粉由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:黄柏7份、红藤5份、马齿苋5份、百部4份、穿心莲4份、松香3份。
