Abstract
本发明涉及一种防污型羽绒服及制备方法,所述羽绒服包括面料、内衬以及填充于面料和内衬之间的羽绒;所述面料包括基布层、涂覆于基布层上表面且渗透至其下表面的防污层、与基布层下表面连接的抗菌膜、以及设置于抗菌膜下表面的抗静电辐射层;该羽绒服制备时,依次加工面料和内衬,最后进行羽绒的填充,其中面料加工时,先加工基布层,再加工抗菌膜并在抗菌膜下表面溅射沉积抗静电辐射层,最后再将防污层涂覆使其渗透基布层,采用蒸汽烘干后既得面料。本发明面料具备很好的防污、防水、抗菌等性能,利用防污层的快速渗透特点,再配合蒸汽烘干工艺,防污层能够被基布层紧密吸附,防污性能更好,作用时间更长。

背景技术
在童装市场中质量高耐用等性能已经不再是产品的主要特色卖点,随着人们生活水平的提高,具有更好抗菌、防污等功能的衣服,才能占据高端市场。
而现有市场上具有较好抗菌效果的羽绒服,其面料一般防污性能较差,随着多次清洗其抗菌效果也会逐渐变差;同样的,防污效果好的羽绒服其面料一般较为光滑,抗菌效果较差并且透气性能也有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种防污型羽绒服及制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种防污型羽绒服,包括面料、内衬以及填充于面料和内衬之间的羽绒,所述面料包括基布层、涂覆于基布层上表面且渗透至其下表面的防污层、与基布层下表面连接的抗菌膜、以及设置于抗菌膜下表面的抗静电辐射层;
所述抗菌膜上下表面均设置有蜂窝槽,抗菌膜与基布层之间形成蜂窝状的空气层,所述抗静电辐射层上表面与抗菌膜下表面贴合以及下表面设置为平滑面。
由于空气是热和电的不良导体,因此空气层的设置,能够使面料具备良好的保温性,也能够隔绝部分来自羽绒和面料见的静电;
而抗静电辐射层下表面为平滑面,能够减少与羽绒的摩擦静电。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述基布层按重量份数计包括70-80份玉米纤维、20-30份竹炭纤维,两种纤维透气性较好,方便防污层的快速渗透,且竹炭纤维具有较好的吸附性,能够与防污层紧密结合,延长防污层使用寿命。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述防污层按重量份数计包括5-15份纳米SiO2、55-75份氟单体水性聚氨酯、15-25份树脂胶、1-5份有机硅消泡剂,氟单体水性聚氨酯和纳米SiO2结合具有较好的防水、防污效果,与树脂胶融合后能够与基布层和抗菌膜一体粘接,有机硅消泡剂与其他成分混合不仅能够消泡,还能够起到快速渗透的作用,使防污层快速渗透基布层到达抗菌膜,增强防污层作用厚度,作用时间,同时能够两基布层和抗菌膜连接于一体。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述抗菌膜按重量份数计包括80-90份聚四氟乙烯纤维、5-10份纤维素纤维、5-10份纳米银溶胶。聚四氟乙烯纤维制成的膜体具有很好的防水透气性,在其中添加纳米银溶胶后具有抗菌效果,另外通过纤维素纤维的添加,能够使膜体抗断裂,也便于辊压成型同时加工出蜂窝槽。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述抗菌膜上下表面的蜂窝槽由辊压成型工艺一体制得,加工方便。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述抗静电辐射层按重量份数计包括90-95份TiO2水溶胶、5-10份纳米AZO粉,TiO2水溶胶具有良好的抗紫外线功能和分散功能,与纳米AZO粉具有抗静电、抗辐射功能,其与TiO2水溶胶混合后被TiO2水溶胶均匀分散。
一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、面料制备:
S101、将玉米纤维、竹炭纤维混合纺织得到基布层,备用;
S102、将聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶经混合、压延、焙烧后得到带有蜂窝槽的抗菌膜;
S103、采用磁控溅射法将混合的TiO2水溶胶、纳米AZO粉沉积在抗菌膜下表面,得到抗静电辐射层;
S104、将纳米SiO2、氟单体水性聚氨酯、树脂胶、有机硅消泡剂混合后涂覆于放置在抗菌膜上方的基布层上表面,得到防污层且防污层透过基布层的孔隙渗透至基布层下表面与抗菌膜粘接,采用蒸汽烘干防污层,得到面料;
S2、内衬制备:将尼龙纤维纺织得到内衬;
S3、羽绒填充:将羽绒填充于内衬和面料之间,缝合后既得羽绒服成品。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤S102中,聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶混合后先在-20℃~-25℃下放置30~40min后再经压延机冷压成型,冷压辊筒上设置有制备蜂窝槽的蜂窝状纹理。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤S102中,冷压成型的抗菌膜半成品转入焙烧炉中,在250~280℃温度下焙烧60~90min,最后降至室温既得抗菌膜成品。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤S104中,于蒸汽室内采用蒸汽将防污层烘干,蒸汽室内的蒸汽温度为100~120℃,压力为4Mpa~6Mpa,利用高温蒸汽不仅能够将面料烘干,而且在蒸汽喷射于基布层上后,能够将基布层上的孔隙张开,基布层的纤维疏松张开,由此便于防污层的渗透以及充分与基布层粘接,加强基布层、防污层和抗菌层之间的连接以及防污层的渗透。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明防污层包括纳米SiO2、氟单体水性聚氨酯、树脂胶、有机硅消泡剂,具有很好的防污防水功能,以及很好的渗透性,在将其涂覆于由玉米纤维、竹炭纤维制成的基布层上时,利用基布层的高透气性和吸附性,能够使防污层快速渗透基布层,再配合蒸汽烘干工艺,防污层能够被基布层紧密吸附,防污性能更好,作用时间更长;
2)本发明通过在基布层下表面设置抗菌膜,其由聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶组成,不仅具有优异的防水透气性、抗菌效果、抗拉伸、断裂效果,在高温焙烧时,纤维素纤维吸附性提高能够将纳米银溶胶、聚四氟乙烯纤维快速分散吸附,提高抗菌效果和原料相容性,整个膜体的力学性能得到进一步改善;
3)本发明通过蜂窝槽的设置,上表面与基布层形成空气层,能够提高保温效果,也能够隔绝部分来自羽绒和面料见的静电,下表面蜂窝槽内溅射抗静电辐射层,能够增加抗静电、辐射效果,且抗静电辐射层下表面为平滑面,能够减少与羽绒的摩擦静电。

实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种防污型羽绒服,包括面料1、内衬2以及填充于面料1和内衬2之间的羽绒;所述面料1包括:
基布层11,所述基布层11按重量份数计包括70份玉米纤维、30份竹炭纤维;
涂覆于基布层11上表面且渗透至其下表面的防污层12,所述防污层12按重量份数计包括5份纳米SiO2、75份氟单体水性聚氨酯、15份树脂胶、5份有机硅消泡剂;
与基布层11下表面连接的抗菌膜13,所述抗菌膜13按重量份数计包括80份聚四氟乙烯纤维、10份纤维素纤维、10份纳米银溶胶;
以及设置于抗菌膜13下表面的抗静电辐射层14,所述抗静电辐射层14按重量份数计包括90份TiO2水溶胶、10份纳米AZO粉;
其中,所述抗菌膜13上下表面均设置有蜂窝槽131,所述抗菌膜13上下表面的蜂窝槽131由辊压成型工艺一体制得,抗菌膜13与基布层11之间形成蜂窝状的空气层15,所述抗静电辐射层14上表面与抗菌膜13下表面贴合以及下表面设置为平滑面。
该防污型羽绒服的制备方法如下:
S1、面料1制备:
S101、将玉米纤维、竹炭纤维混合纺织得到基布层11,备用;
S102、将聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶经混合、压延、焙烧后得到带有蜂窝槽131的抗菌膜13,具体的:聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶混合后先在-25℃下放置30min后再经压延机冷压成型,其中冷压辊筒上设置有制备蜂窝槽131的蜂窝状纹理;冷压成型的抗菌膜13半成品转入焙烧炉中,在250℃温度下焙烧90min,最后降至室温既得抗菌膜13成品;
S103、采用磁控溅射法将混合的TiO2水溶胶、纳米AZO粉沉积在抗菌膜13下表面,得到抗静电辐射层14,混合时先将TiO2水溶胶、纳米AZO粉室温超声10min,再磁力搅拌1h;
S104、将纳米SiO2、氟单体水性聚氨酯、树脂胶、有机硅消泡剂混合后涂覆于放置在抗菌膜13上方的基布层11上表面,得到防污层12且防污层12透过基布层11的孔隙渗透至基布层11下表面与抗菌膜13粘接,于蒸汽室内采用温度为120℃、压力为4Mpa的蒸汽将防污层12烘干,得到面料1;
S2、内衬2制备:将尼龙纤维纺织得到内衬2;
S3、羽绒填充:将羽绒填充于内衬2和面料1之间,缝合后既得羽绒服成品。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同的是,所述面料1包括:
基布层11,所述基布层11按重量份数计包括75份玉米纤维、25份竹炭纤维;
涂覆于基布层11上表面且渗透至其下表面的防污层12,所述防污层12按重量份数计包括10份纳米SiO2、65份氟单体水性聚氨酯、20份树脂胶、5份有机硅消泡剂;
与基布层11下表面连接的抗菌膜13,所述抗菌膜13按重量份数计包括85份聚四氟乙烯纤维、7份纤维素纤维、8份纳米银溶胶;
以及设置于抗菌膜13下表面的抗静电辐射层14,所述抗静电辐射层14按重量份数计包括93份TiO2水溶胶、7份纳米AZO粉;
本实施例的防污型羽绒服的制备方法如下:
S1、面料1制备:
S101、将玉米纤维、竹炭纤维混合纺织得到基布层11,备用;
S102、将聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶经混合、压延、焙烧后得到带有蜂窝槽131的抗菌膜13,具体的:聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶混合后先在-23℃下放置35min后再经压延机冷压成型,其中冷压辊筒上设置有制备蜂窝槽131的蜂窝状纹理;冷压成型的抗菌膜13半成品转入焙烧炉中,在265℃温度下焙烧75min,最后降至室温既得抗菌膜13成品;
S103、采用磁控溅射法将混合的TiO2水溶胶、纳米AZO粉沉积在抗菌膜13下表面,得到抗静电辐射层14,混合时先将TiO2水溶胶、纳米AZO粉室温超声10min,再磁力搅拌1h;
S104、将纳米SiO2、氟单体水性聚氨酯、树脂胶、有机硅消泡剂混合后涂覆于放置在抗菌膜13上方的基布层11上表面,得到防污层12且防污层12透过基布层11的孔隙渗透至基布层11下表面与抗菌膜13粘接,于蒸汽室内采用温度为110℃、压力为5Mpa的蒸汽将防污层12烘干,得到面料1;
S2、内衬2制备:将尼龙纤维纺织得到内衬2;
S3、羽绒填充:将羽绒填充于内衬2和面料1之间,缝合后既得羽绒服成品。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同的是,所述面料1包括:
基布层11,所述基布层11按重量份数计包括80份玉米纤维、20份竹炭纤维;
涂覆于基布层11上表面且渗透至其下表面的防污层12,所述防污层12按重量份数计包括15份纳米SiO2、59份氟单体水性聚氨酯、25份树脂胶、1份有机硅消泡剂;
与基布层11下表面连接的抗菌膜13,所述抗菌膜13按重量份数计包括90份聚四氟乙烯纤维、5份纤维素纤维、5份纳米银溶胶;
以及设置于抗菌膜13下表面的抗静电辐射层14,所述抗静电辐射层14按重量份数计包括95份TiO2水溶胶、5份纳米AZO粉;
本实施例的防污型羽绒服的制备方法如下:
S1、面料1制备:
S101、将玉米纤维、竹炭纤维混合纺织得到基布层11,备用;
S102、将聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶经混合、压延、焙烧后得到带有蜂窝槽131的抗菌膜13,具体的:聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶混合后先在-20℃下放置40min后再经压延机冷压成型,其中冷压辊筒上设置有制备蜂窝槽131的蜂窝状纹理;冷压成型的抗菌膜13半成品转入焙烧炉中,在280℃温度下焙烧60min,最后降至室温既得抗菌膜13成品;
S103、采用磁控溅射法将混合的TiO2水溶胶、纳米AZO粉沉积在抗菌膜13下表面,得到抗静电辐射层14,混合时先将TiO2水溶胶、纳米AZO粉室温超声10min,再磁力搅拌1h;
S104、将纳米SiO2、氟单体水性聚氨酯、树脂胶、有机硅消泡剂混合后涂覆于放置在抗菌膜13上方的基布层11上表面,得到防污层12且防污层12透过基布层11的孔隙渗透至基布层11下表面与抗菌膜13粘接,于蒸汽室内采用温度为100℃、压力为6Mpa的蒸汽将防污层12烘干,得到面料1;
S2、内衬2制备:将尼龙纤维纺织得到内衬2;
S3、羽绒填充:将羽绒填充于内衬2和面料1之间,缝合后既得羽绒服成品。
对比例1
该对比例提供一种防污型羽绒服及其制备方法,其羽绒服原料及制备步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于:防污层12中未添加纳米SiO2和有机硅消泡剂,且防污层12不采用蒸汽干燥,而是自然干燥。
对比例2
该对比例提供一种防污型羽绒服及其制备方法,其羽绒服原料及制备步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于:抗菌膜13中未添加纤维素纤维。
取得上述实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的羽绒服面料作为试样,进行以下测试:
(1)防污性能测试:采用液态沾污法,通常参照耐沾污性试验方法标准GB/T30159.1-2013,观察液滴在试样表面的润湿、芯吸和接触角的情况,评定试样耐液态污物的沾污程度,防污等级由1到5级,级数越高表示其油污残留越少,即去污性越佳。
(2)抗菌性能测试:采用AATCC-90试验法(晕圈试验法)。
由上表可知,本发明的防污层采用纳米SiO2、氟单体水性聚氨酯、树脂胶、有机硅消泡剂,具有很好的防污性,再配合蒸汽烘干工艺,防污层能够被基布层紧密吸附,防污性能更好,作用时间更长;
抗菌膜由聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶组成,在高温焙烧时,纤维素纤维吸附性提高能够将纳米银溶胶、聚四氟乙烯纤维快速分散吸附,提高抗菌效果。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,所述防污型羽绒服包括面料、内衬以及填充于面料和内衬之间的羽绒,所述面料包括基布层、涂覆于基布层上表面且渗透至其下表面的防污层、与基布层下表面连接的抗菌膜、以及设置于抗菌膜下表面的抗静电辐射层;所述抗菌膜上下表面均设置有蜂窝槽,抗菌膜与基布层之间形成蜂窝状的空气层,所述抗静电辐射层上表面与抗菌膜下表面贴合以及下表面设置为平滑面,其特征在于,该防污型羽绒服的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、面料制备:
S101、将玉米纤维、竹炭纤维混合纺织得到基布层,备用;
S102、将聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶经混合、压延、焙烧后得到带有蜂窝槽的抗菌膜;
S103、采用磁控溅射法将混合的TiO2水溶胶、纳米AZO粉沉积在抗菌膜下表面,得到抗静电辐射层;
S104、将纳米SiO2、氟单体水性聚氨酯、树脂胶、有机硅消泡剂混合后涂覆于放置在抗菌膜上方的基布层上表面,得到防污层且防污层透过基布层的孔隙渗透至基布层下表面与抗菌膜粘接,采用蒸汽烘干防污层,得到面料;
S2、内衬制备:将尼龙纤维纺织得到内衬;
S3、羽绒填充:将羽绒填充于内衬和面料之间,缝合后既得羽绒服成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S102中,聚四氟乙烯纤维、纤维素纤维、纳米银溶胶混合后先在-20℃~-25℃下放置30~40min后再经压延机冷压成型,冷压辊筒上设置有制备蜂窝槽的蜂窝状纹理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S102中,冷压成型的抗菌膜半成品转入焙烧炉中,在250~280℃温度下焙烧60~90min,最后降至室温既得抗菌膜成品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S104中,于蒸汽室内采用蒸汽将防污层烘干,蒸汽室内的蒸汽温度为100~120℃,压力为4Mpa~6Mpa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基布层按重量份数计包括70-80份玉米纤维、20-30份竹炭纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防污层按重量份数计包括5-15份纳米SiO2、55-75份氟单体水性聚氨酯、15-25份树脂胶、1-5份有机硅消泡剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌膜按重量份数计包括80-90份聚四氟乙烯纤维、5-10份纤维素纤维、5-10份纳米银溶胶。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌膜上下表面的蜂窝槽由辊压成型工艺一体制得。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污型羽绒服的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗静电辐射层按重量份数计包括90-95份TiO2水溶胶、5-10份纳米AZO粉。
