技术领域
本发明属于布料加工技术领域,特别涉及一种防辐射布料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防辐射布料为一种天然材质防辐射布料,包括金属微丝网和天然材质面料。其原理为利用金属屏蔽作用起到防辐射作用。随着人类对健康生活和工作要求的提高,越来越多的家用及工业用辐射产品增加,防辐射产品在布料方面的应用也越来越广泛。
但是目前市场上的防辐射纺织产品大部分都处于理论研发阶段,而一些具有一定防辐射功能的产品其柔韧性较差,易因褶皱而破损,导致辐射层脱落,耐水性差等缺点,无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上不足,本发明的目的是提供一种防辐射布料,该种布料不易起皱,防辐射效果好,可防水,特别适用于制备雨伞、雨衣及遮阳伞等所用布料;该种防辐射布料的制备方法简单,原料来源充足,适用于工业大规模应用。
技术方案:一种防辐射布料,从上至下依次包括防皱层、防水层、防辐射层及基布层。该种防辐射布料具有较好的防褶皱作用,使得布料不易因褶皱而破损;防水层具有较好的防水作用;防辐射层具有防辐射效果,该种防辐射布料具有多种功效。
进一步的,所述防皱层由经线50份、纬线50份及三聚氰胺纤维1-5份交织而成,所述经线与纬线均为记忆纤维。经线与纬线采用具有记忆功能的纤维,在纤维变形、受热或水洗等外部刺激条件下,可回复原始状态;而增加三聚氰胺纤维可防止纺织物发生褶皱,防止其收缩。
进一步的,所述防水层为聚四氟乙烯层。聚四氟乙烯具有耐高温,而且它的摩擦系数很低,表面张力很小,不粘附任何物质,使其具有较好的防水效果。
进一步的,所述防辐射层为纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合层,所述复合层中纳米银与纳米二氧化钛的重量比为2:1。纳米银具有防辐射、防静电、强抗菌及对人体安全等优点,而纳米二氧化钛对紫外线的屏蔽作用强,具有较好的抗辐射性能。
进一步的,所述纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的规格大小为10-20 nm。纳米银颗粒小粒径具有较好的抗菌效果,而纳米二氧化钛在其粒径较小时,其活性较大,既能反射、散射紫外线,又能吸收紫外线,从而对紫外线具有更强的阻隔能力,具有更好的抗辐射效果。
进一步的,所述基布层包括涤纶10-20份、人造纤维25-45份及棉纤维25-60份。涤纶即聚酯纤维,具有较好的抗皱性和保形性,具有较高的强度和弹性恢复能力;人造纤维来源充足,价格便宜,性能优异;棉纤维制成的织物坚牢耐磨。
一种防辐射布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将具有记忆纤维的经线50份、纬线50份及三聚氰胺纤维1-5份经纺织机纺织,即可制得防皱层;
(2)将涤纶10-20份、人造纤维25-45份及棉纤维25-60份经纺织机进行纺线,纺织所得线的规格为20-30 nm;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与聚四氟乙烯纤维进行混合纺织,即可制得防水层;
(4)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物用纺织机进行混合纺织,即可制得防辐射层;
(5)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线采用纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层;
(6)将所制得的防皱层、防水层及防辐射层置于水中浸泡1-2 h,再于50℃烘箱中干燥24 h;
(7)将干燥后的防皱层、防水层、防辐射层及基布层按从上至下的顺序各层之间采用压膜复合或热熔粘合方式复合得到布料。所制得的布料具有较好的防皱、防水及防辐射性能,适用于生产雨衣、雨伞及遮阳伞等产品。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中纺织线与聚四氟乙烯的重量比为10:1。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中纺织线与纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合物的重量比为10:1。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的一种防辐射布料表层设有防皱层,由记忆纤维与三聚氰胺纤维混合编织而成,较好的防皱功能;还含有聚四氟乙烯层的防水层,具有较好的防水效果;其防辐射层包含纳米银与纳米二氧化钛的复合层,防辐射性能强,还具有抗菌效果;该种防辐射布料适用于生产雨衣、雨伞及遮阳伞等产品。该种防辐射布料的制备方法简单,所需原料来源充足,价格适宜,适用于工业大规模应用。

如图1所示,一种防辐射布料,从上之下依次包括防皱层1、防水层2、防辐射层3及基布层4;所述防皱层1由经线50份、纬线50份及三聚氰胺纤维1-5份交织而成,所述经线与纬线均为记忆纤维;所述防水层2为聚四氟乙烯层;所述防辐射层3为重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合层,所述纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的规格大小为10-20 nm;所述基布层4包括涤纶10-20份、人造纤维25-45份及棉纤维25-60份。
实施例1
一种防辐射布料的制备方法,制备如上所述的防辐射面料,包括以下步骤:
(1)将具有记忆纤维的经线50份、纬线50份及三聚氰胺纤维1份经纺织机纺织,即可制得防皱层1;
(2)将涤纶10份、人造纤维25份及棉纤维25份经纺织机进行纺线,纺织所得线的规格为20-30 nm;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与聚四氟乙烯按重量比为10:1进行混合纺织,即可制得防水层2;
(4)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物用纺织机进行混合纺织,所述纺织线与纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合物的重量比为10:1,即可制得防辐射层3;
(5)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线采用纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层4;
(6)将所制得的防皱层1、防水层2及防辐射层3置于水中浸泡1 h,再于50℃烘箱中干燥24 h;
(7)将干燥后的防皱层1、防水层2、防辐射层3及基布层4按从上之下的顺序各层之间采用压膜复合方式复合得到布料。
实施例2
一种防辐射布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将具有记忆纤维的经线50份、纬线50份及三聚氰胺纤维5份经纺织机纺织,即可制得防皱层1;
(2)将涤纶20份、人造纤维45份及棉纤维60份经纺织机进行纺线,纺织所得线的规格为20-30 nm;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与聚四氟乙烯按重量比为10:1进行混合纺织,即可制得防水层2;
(4)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物用纺织机进行混合纺织,所述纺织线与纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合物的重量比为10:1,即可制得防辐射层3;
(5)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线采用纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层4;
(6)将所制得的防皱层1、防水层2及防辐射层3置于水中浸泡2 h,再于50℃烘箱中干燥24 h;
(7)将干燥后的防皱层1、防水层2、防辐射层3及基布层4按从上至下的顺序各层之间采用热熔粘合方式复合得到布料。
实施例3
一种防辐射布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将具有记忆纤维的经线50份、纬线50份及三聚氰胺纤维3份经纺织机纺织,即可制得防皱层1;
(2)将涤纶15份、人造纤维35份及棉纤维40份经纺织机进行纺线,纺织所得线的规格为20-30 nm;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与聚四氟乙烯按重量比为10:1进行混合纺织,即可制得防水层2;
(4)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物用纺织机进行混合纺织,所述纺织线与纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合物的重量比为10:1,即可制得防辐射层3;
(5)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线采用纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层4;
(6)将所制得的防皱层1、防水层2及防辐射层3置于水中浸泡1.5 h,再于50℃烘箱中干燥24 h;
(7)将干燥后的防皱层1、防水层2、防辐射层3及基布层4按从上之下的顺序各层之间采用压膜复合复合得到布料。
以上所述只是为了说明本发明的技术构思及特点,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的前提下可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种防辐射布料,其特征在于:从上至下依次包括防皱层(1)、防水层(2)、防辐射层(3)及基布层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射布料,其特征在于:所述防皱层(1)由经线50份、纬线50份及三聚氰胺纤维1-5份交织而成,所述经线与纬线均为记忆纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射布料,其特征在于:所述防水层(2)为聚四氟乙烯层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射布料,其特征在于:所述防辐射层(3)为纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合层,所述复合层中纳米银与纳米二氧化钛的重量比为2:1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防辐射布料,其特征在于:所述纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的规格大小为10-20 nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射布料,其特征在于:所述基布层(4)包括涤纶10-20份、人造纤维25-45份及棉纤维25-60份。
7.一种防辐射布料的制备方法,制备如权利要求1所述的一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将具有记忆纤维的经线50份、纬线50份及三聚氰胺纤维1-5份经纺织机纺织,即可制得防皱层(1);
(2)将涤纶10-20份、人造纤维25-45份及棉纤维25-60份经纺织机进行纺线,纺织所得线的规格为20-30 nm;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与聚四氟乙烯纤维进行混合纺织,即可制得防水层(2);
(4)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线与重量比为2:1的纳米银及纳米二氧化钛复合物用纺织机进行混合纺织,即可制得防辐射层(3);
(5)将步骤(2)所得的纺织线采用纺织机进行纺织,即可制得基布层(4);
(6)将所制得的防皱层(1)、防水层(2)及防辐射层(3)置于水中浸泡1-2 h,再于50℃烘箱中干燥24 h;
(7)将干燥后的防皱层(1)、防水层(2)、防辐射层(3)及基布层(4)按从上至下的顺序各层之间采用压膜复合或热熔粘合方式复合得到布料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防辐射布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中纺织线与聚四氟乙烯的重量比为10:1。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种防辐射布料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中纺织线与纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的复合物的重量比为10:1。
