本发明属于复合面料领域,尤其是一种新型复合面料及其生产方法,针对现有的复合面料不具有防辐射性能,同时不具有遮光遮阳性能的问题,现提出如下方案,其中的新型复合面料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:S1:制备弹性热塑体层:按重量份依次称取矿物油5‑9份、聚酯橡胶12‑16份、马来酸苷接枝聚烯烃18‑22份和氢化苯乙烯14‑18份,将矿物油、聚酯橡胶、马来酸苷接枝聚烯烃和氢化苯乙烯加入到混合机中进行搅拌,然后加入到挤出机中进行挤出,并将挤出的物料进行压制成型,得到弹性热塑体;S2:防辐射层材料准备。本发明制备步骤简单,得到的新型复合面料具有较好的遮光遮阳性能和防辐射性能,满足使用需要。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型复合面料及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对绿色环保和具有保健功能的纺织品越来越关注。现代服用、家用纺织品开始向健康、环保、时尚、功能化方向发展,人们对纺织品的要求不再局限于保暖、舒适等原有的基本特性,转而将目光集中在具有保健、安全等特殊功能的功能性面料上。
人们生活环境中除了紫外线辐射还产生了电磁波辐射,且随着社会的不断发展,人们周围的电子信息产品越来越多,电磁波辐射密度也随之越来越强,电磁波辐射都会对人们的身体健康产生影响,成为了人们健康的隐形杀手,一些人在电子信息产品周围防止仙人掌等用于防止辐射,但是目前的复合面料不具有防辐射性能,同时不具有遮光遮阳性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在复合面料不具有防辐射性能,同时不具有遮光遮阳性能的缺点,而提出的一种新型复合面料及其生产方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种新型复合面料,包括弹性热塑体层,TPE、TPU、TPS等常见的热性塑体材料,通过专业化设备高温熔化成型形成弹性热塑体层,常见的棉质、涤纶、混纺其他的面料上都可以与弹性热塑体层复合,所述弹性热塑体层的顶部和底部均设置有防辐射层,所述防辐射层的顶部和底部均设置有桃皮绒层。
优选的,所述弹性热塑体层为黑色材质。
一种新型复合面料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备弹性热塑体层:按重量份依次称取矿物油5-9份、聚酯橡胶12-16份、马来酸苷接枝聚烯烃18-22份和氢化苯乙烯14-18份,将矿物油、聚酯橡胶、马来酸苷接枝聚烯烃和氢化苯乙烯加入到混合机中进行搅拌,然后加入到挤出机中进行挤出,并将挤出的物料进行压制成型,得到弹性热塑体层;
S2:防辐射层材料准备:按重量份依次准备棉麻纤维22-26份、桑蚕丝纤维11-15份、竹炭纤维8-12份、纳米二氧化钛粉末15-19份、珍珠粉15-19份、桃脂19-23份、环氧树脂20-24份和去离子水19-23份;
S3:编织处理:将S2中的棉麻纤维、桑蚕丝纤维和竹炭纤维进行编织处理,制得混纺面料;
S4:搅拌配制:将S2中的纳米二氧化钛粉末、珍珠粉、桃脂、环氧树脂和去离子水加入到搅拌机中进行搅拌配制,得到浸泡液;
S5:浸泡处理:将制得的混纺面料放入到浸泡液中进行浸泡处理,浸泡完成后用水冲洗,晾干后定型处理,得到防辐射层;
S6:缝制处理:将弹性热塑体层的两侧均缝制防辐射层,然后在防辐射层上缝制桃皮绒层,最终得到新型复合面料。
优选的,所述S1中,搅拌时的温度设置为60-80℃,搅拌时间设置为40-60min。
优选的,所述S4中,搅拌机的转速设置为400-600r/min,搅拌时间设置为60-80min。
优选的,所述S5中,浸泡时的温度设置为40-50℃,浸泡时间设置为120-160min。
优选的,所述S5中,浸泡过程中使得混纺面料水平展开放置在浸泡液中。
优选的,所述S6中,桃皮绒层采用的是经线与纬线的基体均为涤纶棉的面料。
本发明中,所述一种新型复合面料及其生产方法,将矿物油、聚酯橡胶、马来酸苷接枝聚烯烃和氢化苯乙烯加入到混合机中进行搅拌,然后加入到挤出机中进行挤出,并将挤出的物料进行压制成型,得到的弹性热塑体层具有较好的遮光遮阳性能,并且通过将棉麻纤维、桑蚕丝纤维和竹炭纤维得到混纺面料,然后将混纺面料放到浸泡液中进行浸泡,三种面料相互配合,并通过浸泡液的浸泡,使得制得的面料具有良好的防辐射性能,最后将弹性热塑体层、防辐射层和桃皮绒层进行缝制,得到具有遮光遮阳性能和防辐射性能均较好的新型复合面料。
本发明制备步骤简单,得到的新型复合面料具有较好的遮光遮阳性能和防辐射性能,满足使用需要。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
参照图1,一种新型复合面料,包括弹性热塑体层1,TPE、TPU、TPS等常见的热性塑体材料,通过专业化设备高温熔化成型形成弹性热塑体层1,常见的棉质、涤纶、混纺其他的面料上都可以与弹性热塑体层复合,弹性热塑体层1的顶部和底部均设置有防辐射层2,防辐射层2的顶部和底部均设置有桃皮绒层3。
本发明中,弹性热塑体层1为黑色材质。
一种新型复合面料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:

S2:防辐射层2材料准备:按重量份依次准备棉麻纤维22份、桑蚕丝纤维11份、竹炭纤维8份、纳米二氧化钛粉末15份、珍珠粉15份、桃脂19份、环氧树脂20份和去离子水19份;
S3:编织处理:将S2中的棉麻纤维、桑蚕丝纤维和竹炭纤维进行编织处理,制得混纺面料;
S4:搅拌配制:将S2中的纳米二氧化钛粉末、珍珠粉、桃脂、环氧树脂和去离子水加入到搅拌机中进行搅拌配制,得到浸泡液;
S5:浸泡处理:将制得的混纺面料放入到浸泡液中进行浸泡处理,浸泡完成后用水冲洗,晾干后定型处理,得到防辐射层2;
S6:缝制处理:将弹性热塑体层1的两侧均缝制防辐射层2,然后在防辐射层2上缝制桃皮绒层3,最终得到新型复合面料。

S1:制备弹性热塑体层1:按重量份依次称取矿物油7份、聚酯橡胶14份、马来酸苷接枝聚烯烃20份和氢化苯乙烯16份,将矿物油、聚酯橡胶、马来酸苷接枝聚烯烃和氢化苯乙烯加入到混合机中进行搅拌,然后加入到挤出机中进行挤出,并将挤出的物料进行压制成型,得到弹性热塑体层1;
S2:防辐射层2材料准备:按重量份依次准备棉麻纤维24份、桑蚕丝纤维13份、竹炭纤维10份、纳米二氧化钛粉末17份、珍珠粉17份、桃脂21份、环氧树脂22份和去离子水21份;
S3:编织处理:将S2中的棉麻纤维、桑蚕丝纤维和竹炭纤维进行编织处理,制得混纺面料;
S4:搅拌配制:将S2中的纳米二氧化钛粉末、珍珠粉、桃脂、环氧树脂和去离子水加入到搅拌机中进行搅拌配制,得到浸泡液;
S5:浸泡处理:将制得的混纺面料放入到浸泡液中进行浸泡处理,浸泡完成后用水冲洗,晾干后定型处理,得到防辐射层2;
S6:缝制处理:将弹性热塑体层1的两侧均缝制防辐射层2,然后在防辐射层2上缝制桃皮绒层3,最终得到新型复合面料。
本发明中,S1中,搅拌时的温度设置为70℃,搅拌时间设置为50min,S4中,搅拌机的转速设置为500r/min,搅拌时间设置为70min,S5中,浸泡时的温度设置为45℃,浸泡时间设置为140min,S5中,浸泡过程中使得混纺面料水平展开放置在浸泡液中,S6中,桃皮绒层3采用的是经线与纬线的基体均为涤纶棉的面料。
实施例三
参照图1,一种新型复合面料,包括弹性热塑体层1,TPE、TPU、TPS等常见的热性塑体材料,通过专业化设备高温熔化成型形成弹性热塑体层1,弹性热塑体层1的顶部和底部均设置有防辐射层2,防辐射层2的顶部和底部均设置有桃皮绒层3。
本发明中,弹性热塑体层1为黑色材质。
一种新型复合面料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:

S2:防辐射层2材料准备:按重量份依次准备棉麻纤维26份、桑蚕丝纤维15份、竹炭纤维12份、纳米二氧化钛粉末19份、珍珠粉19份、桃脂23份、环氧树脂24份和去离子水23份;
S3:编织处理:将S2中的棉麻纤维、桑蚕丝纤维和竹炭纤维进行编织处理,制得混纺面料;
S4:搅拌配制:将S2中的纳米二氧化钛粉末、珍珠粉、桃脂、环氧树脂和去离子水加入到搅拌机中进行搅拌配制,得到浸泡液;
S5:浸泡处理:将制得的混纺面料放入到浸泡液中进行浸泡处理,浸泡完成后用水冲洗,晾干后定型处理,得到防辐射层2;
S6:缝制处理:将弹性热塑体层1的两侧均缝制防辐射层2,然后在防辐射层2上缝制桃皮绒层3,最终得到新型复合面料。
本发明中,S1中,搅拌时的温度设置为80℃,搅拌时间设置为60min,S4中,搅拌机的转速设置为600r/min,搅拌时间设置为80min,S5中,浸泡时的温度设置为50℃,浸泡时间设置为160min,S5中,浸泡过程中使得混纺面料水平展开放置在浸泡液中,S6中,桃皮绒层3采用的是经线与纬线的基体均为涤纶棉的面料。
随机抽取实施例一-实施例三制作的20件复合面料,将复合面料放入到电磁波发射器下进行检测,并对复合面料的光照测验,对试验结果进行记录;

可以看出,制得的复合面料具有优异的遮光遮阳性能,具有优异的防辐射性能,并且实施例二为最佳实施例。

1.一种复合面料,包括弹性热塑体层(1),其特征在于,所述弹性热塑体层(1)的顶部和底部均设置有防辐射层(2),所述防辐射层(2)的顶部和底部均设置有桃皮绒层(3);复合面料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备弹性热塑体层(1):按重量份依次称取矿物油5-9份、聚酯橡胶12-16份、马来酸苷接枝聚烯烃18-22份和氢化苯乙烯14-18份,将矿物油、聚酯橡胶、马来酸苷接枝聚烯烃和氢化苯乙烯加入到混合机中进行搅拌,然后加入到挤出机中进行挤出,并将挤出的物料进行压制成型,得到弹性热塑体层(1);
S2:防辐射层(2)材料准备:按重量份依次准备棉麻纤维22-26份、桑蚕丝纤维11-15份、竹炭纤维8-12份、纳米二氧化钛粉末15-19份、珍珠粉15-19份、桃脂19-23份、环氧树脂20-24份和去离子水19-23份;
S3:编织处理:将S2中的棉麻纤维、桑蚕丝纤维和竹炭纤维进行编织处理,制得混纺面料;
S4:搅拌配制:将S2中的纳米二氧化钛粉末、珍珠粉、桃脂、环氧树脂和去离子水加入到搅拌机中进行搅拌配制,得到浸泡液;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料,其特征在于,所述弹性热塑体层(1)为黑色材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料,其特征在于,所述S1中,搅拌时的温度设置为60-80℃,搅拌时间设置为40-60min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料,其特征在于,所述S4中,搅拌机的转速设置为400-600r/min,搅拌时间设置为60-80min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料,其特征在于,所述S5中,浸泡时的温度设置为40-50℃,浸泡时间设置为120-160min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料,其特征在于,所述S5中,浸泡过程中使得混纺面料水平展开放置在浸泡液中。
