本发明涉及竹纤维面料技术领域,具体为透湿抑菌抗紫外线竹纤维面料。
背景技术
竹纤维面料是利用专利技术生产,以竹子为原料,经特殊的高科技工艺处理,把竹子中的纤维素提取出来,再经制胶、纺丝等工序制造而生成的再生纤维素纤维,做成的纺织品,竹纤维面料包含竹纤维的多种天然性质,针织上的应用也相当广泛,袜子,毛巾,内裤,浴袍,贴身衣物,T恤等一系列的产品,而现有的竹纤维面料功能单一,无法满足人们的需求,为此我们提出透湿抑菌抗紫外线竹纤维面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供透湿抑菌抗紫外线竹纤维面料,具备功能繁多,可满足人们需求的优点,解决了竹纤维面料功能单一,无法满足人们需求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:透湿抑菌抗紫外线竹纤维面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的顶部设置有透气层,所述透气层远离基布层的一侧设置有加强层,所述加强层远离透气层的一侧设置有吸湿层,所述吸湿层远离加强层的一侧设置有防水透气层,所述防水透气层远离吸湿层的一侧设置有抗紫外线层,所述抗紫外线层远离防水透气层的一侧设置有吸收层,所述吸收层远离抗紫外线层的一侧设置有抑菌层。
优选的,所述基布层包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱为竹纤维和氨纶纤维,且纬纱为竹纤维和粘胶纤维。
优选的,所述抑菌层的顶部设置有耐磨层,所述耐磨层远离抑菌层的一侧设置有防静电层。
优选的,所述抑菌层为活性炭纤维,所述防水透气层为四氟乙烯层。
优选的,所述透气层为天然蚕丝纤维,所述加强层为腈纶。
