Abstract
本发明公开了一种涡流纺纱复合防晒织物,包括内层面料和外层面料;内层面料和外层面料通过氨纶长丝缝合,外层面料层叠设置于内层面料的外侧;外层面料采用斜纹组织结构编织;外层面料的经纱为无捻的咖啡炭包芯纱;外层面料的纬纱为强捻的涤纶收缩纱;咖啡炭包芯纱的芯纱为异形截面涤纶长丝,咖啡炭包芯纱的外包纤维为咖啡炭短纤,咖啡炭短纤螺旋包缠在异形截面涤纶长丝外形成皮层;涤纶收缩纱由高收缩涤纶纤维纺纱而成;外层面料经热整理后,外层面料的纬纱收缩,形成起伏的微皱面料结构;内层面料采用平纹组织结构编织。本发明亲肤舒适性好,具有良好的抗紫外线性能,吸湿透气性好,具有良好的防晒功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,特别涉及一种涡流纺纱复合防晒织物。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,纺织技术和纺织设备不断发展,新型纱线也随之不断出现,而涡流纺纱线就是其中最受人瞩目的一种。涡流纺是目前纺纱系统中一项新技术,与传统环锭纺比较:具有纺纱流程短,生产效率高,质量在线监控、自动化智能化程度高等特点,还具有大幅度减少用工及减少纱线毛羽等优势。故用涡流纺纱线加工成针、棉织物,具有布面光洁、毛羽少,耐磨性好、抗起毛起球性佳,及色泽鲜艳、吸湿快干等优良性能。目前国内外对涡流纺技术的研究很多,但涉及涡流纺纱线性能的研究较少。
同时,人们对于服装的功能和特性等方面越来越苛求,服装设计师对于功能性面料也就越来越关注。除了考虑服装的生态、舒适、柔软等方面外,还要关注其安全性。人们经常进行户外活动,接受阳光的照射。适度的阳光照射对身体很有好处。但是如果在户外进行长期活动,阳光中的紫外线对身体也会造成一定的伤害。如使皮肤老化产生皱纹,产生斑点,皮肤粗糙,造成皮肤炎甚至皮肤癌等。因此,人们在户外活动时需要服装具有防紫外线功能。市场上有通过在布料表面涂覆防紫外线剂,但该种方式,会造成面料不透气并且耐洗涤性能较差,涂层易被洗掉,还会造成皮肤过敏,并且失去防紫外线的效果。因此,需求一种将涡流纺纱线通过合理的方式进行编织形成具有良好防晒性能的新型织物。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种涡流纺纱复合防晒织物,采用双层面料结构,通过氨纶长丝将内层面料和外层面料进行缝合,解决了现有的涂层防晒织物会造成面料不透气并且耐洗涤性能较差,涂层易被洗掉,还会造成皮肤过敏,并且失去防紫外线的效果的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种涡流纺纱复合防晒织物,包括内层面料和外层面料;所述内层面料和外层面料通过氨纶长丝缝合,所述外层面料层叠设置于所述内层面料的外侧;所述外层面料采用斜纹组织结构编织;所述外层面料的经纱为无捻的咖啡炭包芯纱;所述外层面料的纬纱为强捻的涤纶收缩纱;所述咖啡炭包芯纱的芯纱为异形截面涤纶长丝,所述咖啡炭包芯纱的外包纤维为咖啡炭短纤,所述咖啡炭短纤螺旋包缠在所述异形截面涤纶长丝外形成皮层;所述涤纶收缩纱由高收缩涤纶纤维纺纱而成;所述外层面料经热整理后,所述外层面料的纬纱收缩,形成起伏的微皱面料结构;所述内层面料采用平纹组织结构编织。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述内层面料的经纱为蚕丝包芯纱;所述蚕丝包芯纱的芯纱为涤纶低弹丝,蚕丝短纤维螺旋包缠在所述涤纶低弹丝外,形成所述蚕丝包芯纱。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述内层面料的纬纱为天丝纱线。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述内层面料的经密为156根/5cm,纬密为132根/5cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述外层面料的纬纱的捻度为180-220捻/10cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述外层面料为1/2右斜纹组织;所述外层面料的经密为206根/5cm,所述外层面料的纬密为191根/5cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述涤纶收缩纱为7.9-16.8tex。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明采用双层面料结构,通过强捻的涤纶收缩纱和无捻的咖啡炭包芯纱,巧妙的利用涤纶收缩纱的热收缩特性,形成具有褶皱效果的外层面料,立体观感效果好,轻薄透气,同时阳光透射率低,并且涤纶纤维和咖啡炭纤维的分子中有芳香环结构,对300nm以下的紫外线有强烈的吸收能力,具有良好的抗紫外线性能,内层面料采用平纹组织结构,触感平滑,舒适性好。此外,内层面料以蚕丝包芯纱作为经纱,以天丝纱线作为纬纱,蚕丝等蛋白质纤维的分子中含有芳香族氨基酸,导致它们对紫外线也有很好的吸收,一方面能够进一步提高抗紫外线效果,另一方面蚕丝的吸湿放湿效果好,能够避免皮肤过于干燥,提高皮肤本身的防紫外线效果,亲肤透气,舒适性好,同时天丝纱线触感爽滑,吸湿透气性能好。

实施例
结合图1,本发明公开了一种涡流纺纱复合防晒织物,包括内层面料1和外层面料2。内层面料1和外层面料2通过氨纶长丝缝合,外层面料2层叠设置于内层面料1的外侧。本发明内层面料1爽滑舒适,触感佳,外层面料2轻薄微皱,观感效果好。外层面料2采用斜纹组织结构编织。外层面料2的经纱为无捻的咖啡炭包芯纱。外层面料2的纬纱为强捻的涤纶收缩纱。咖啡炭包芯纱的芯纱为异形截面涤纶长丝,咖啡炭包芯纱的外包纤维为咖啡炭短纤,咖啡炭短纤螺旋包缠在异形截面涤纶长丝外形成皮层。涤纶收缩纱由高收缩涤纶纤维纺纱而成。外层面料2经热整理后,外层面料2的纬纱收缩,形成起伏的微皱面料结构。为了具有良好的起伏微皱效果,外层面料2的纬纱的捻度为180-220捻/10cm。内层面料1采用平纹组织结构编织。本发明中咖啡炭包芯纱、涤纶收缩纱都采用涡流纺工艺纺纱而成,具有条干均匀,毛羽少,纱线强度好,耐磨性好、抗起毛起球性佳的优点。
为了提高内层面料1的亲肤舒适性,内层面料1的经纱为蚕丝包芯纱。蚕丝包芯纱的芯纱为涤纶低弹丝,蚕丝短纤维螺旋包缠在涤纶低弹丝外,形成蚕丝包芯纱。内层面料1的纬纱为天丝纱线。为了兼顾本发明的透气性和抗紫外线性能,优选的,内层面料1的经密为156根/5cm,纬密为132根/5cm。
为了使外层面料2具有良好的防紫外线效果,外层面料2为1/2右斜纹组织;外层面料2的经密为206根/5cm,外层面料2的纬密为191根/5cm。涤纶收缩纱为7.9-16.8tex。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用双层面料结构,通过强捻的涤纶收缩纱和无捻的咖啡炭包芯纱,巧妙的利用涤纶收缩纱的热收缩特性,形成具有褶皱效果的外层面料2,立体观感效果好,轻薄透气,同时阳光透射率低,并且涤纶纤维和咖啡炭纤维的分子中有芳香环结构,对300nm以下的紫外线有强烈的吸收能力,具有良好的抗紫外线性能,内层面料1采用平纹组织结构,触感平滑,舒适性好。此外,内层面料1以蚕丝包芯纱作为经纱,以天丝纱线作为纬纱,蚕丝等蛋白质纤维的分子中含有芳香族氨基酸,导致它们对紫外线也有很好的吸收,一方面能够进一步提高抗紫外线效果,另一方面蚕丝的吸湿放湿效果好,能够避免皮肤过于干燥,提高皮肤本身的防紫外线效果,亲肤透气,舒适性好,同时天丝纱线触感爽滑,吸湿透气性能好。

1.一种涡流纺纱复合防晒织物,其特征在于,包括内层面料和外层面料;所述内层面料和外层面料通过氨纶长丝缝合,所述外层面料层叠设置于所述内层面料的外侧;所述外层面料采用斜纹组织结构编织;所述外层面料的经纱为无捻的咖啡炭包芯纱;所述外层面料的纬纱为强捻的涤纶收缩纱;所述咖啡炭包芯纱的芯纱为异形截面涤纶长丝,所述咖啡炭包芯纱的外包纤维为咖啡炭短纤,所述咖啡炭短纤螺旋包缠在所述异形截面涤纶长丝外形成皮层;所述涤纶收缩纱由高收缩涤纶纤维纺纱而成;所述外层面料经热整理后,所述外层面料的纬纱收缩,形成起伏的微皱面料结构;所述内层面料采用平纹组织结构编织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涡流纺纱复合防晒织物,其特征在于,所述内层面料的经纱为蚕丝包芯纱;所述蚕丝包芯纱的芯纱为涤纶低弹丝,蚕丝短纤维螺旋包缠在所述涤纶低弹丝外,形成所述蚕丝包芯纱。
