技术领域
本发明涉及涡流纺织领域,特别涉及一种涡流纺薄型保暖面料。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,纺织技术和纺织设备不断发展,新型纱线也随之不断出现,而涡流纺纱线就是其中最受人瞩目的一种。涡流纺是目前纺纱系统中一项新技术,与传统环锭纺比较:具有纺纱流程短,生产效率高,质量在线监控、自动化智能化程度高等特点,还具有大幅度减少用工及减少纱线毛羽等优势。故用涡流纺纱线加工成针、棉织物,具有布面光洁、毛羽少,耐磨性好、抗起毛起球性佳,及色泽鲜艳、吸湿快干等优良性能。
现有的保暖面料较为厚重,无法用于制造平薄的保温服饰,需求通过涡流纺工艺改进,生产一种弹性好的薄型保暖面料。。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种涡流纺薄型保暖面料,采用三层复合结构,通过涡流纺包芯纱,实现吸湿发热内层的吸湿发热,提高保暖效果,减轻织物厚度,解决了现有的保暖面料比较厚重,穿着舒适感差,弹性差,不便于活动的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种涡流纺薄型保暖面料,包括吸湿发热内层、中间薄膜层、保温外层;所述吸湿发热内层、中间薄膜层和保温外层通过热熔胶从内向外依次层叠复合;所述吸湿发热内层由涡流纺包芯纱作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织结构编织而成;所述涡流纺包芯纱为以中空涤纶丝为芯纤维,以Warmsensor纤维为包缠纤维,所述Warmsensor纤维螺旋包缠在所述中空涤纶丝外;所述中空涤纶丝呈无加捻的平行线束;所述中间薄膜层为TPU薄膜;所述保温外层以丝光羊毛作为经纱,以氨纶作为纬纱,采用2/1斜纹组织结构编织而成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述吸湿发热内层的经密为150根/10cm,纬密为136根/10cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述吸湿发热内层的内表面进行磨绒处理,形成0.5-2.5mm高的绒毛层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述中空涤纶丝与所述Warmsensor纤维混纺比为20/80。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构简单合理,采用Warmsensor纤维和中空涤纶丝结合,充分发挥Warmsensor纤维吸湿发热功能,中空涤纶丝能够形成空气层,保暖效果好,同时导湿效果好,一方面能够使面料内侧的干爽舒适,另一方面能够提升Warmsensor纤维的吸湿发热效率;而中间薄膜层能够起到很好的防风保温效果,与外部的保温外层配合,隔热保暖效果好。本发明轻薄透气,防寒防风,保暖效果好,同时弹性好,舒适贴身,吸湿排汗效果好。

结合图1,本发明公开了一种涡流纺薄型保暖面料,包括吸湿发热内层1、中间薄膜层2、保温外层3。所述吸湿发热内层1、中间薄膜层2和保温外层3通过热熔胶从内向外依次层叠复合。所述吸湿发热内层1由涡流纺包芯纱作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织结构编织而成。所述涡流纺包芯纱为以中空涤纶丝为芯纤维,以Warmsensor纤维为包缠纤维,所述Warmsensor纤维螺旋包缠在所述中空涤纶丝外。所述中空涤纶丝呈无加捻的平行线束,导湿效果好,能够充分发挥Warmsensor纤维吸湿发热的特点。优选的,所述吸湿发热内层1的经密为150根/10cm,纬密为136根/10cm。所述中间薄膜层2为TPU薄膜。所述保温外层3以丝光羊毛作为经纱,以氨纶作为纬纱,采用2/1斜纹组织结构编织而成。丝光羊毛触感爽滑,保暖效果好,不起球,而氨纶具有高弹性和良好的耐磨性能。所述保温外层3可以采用丝光羊毛和氨纶,编织高密织物,提高保温效果。
为了进一步提高保暖效果,同时提升穿着的舒适性,所述吸湿发热内层1的内表面进行磨绒处理,形成0.5-2.5mm高的绒毛层。所述中空涤纶丝与所述Warmsensor纤维混纺比可以为20/80。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单合理,采用Warmsensor纤维和中空涤纶丝结合,充分发挥Warmsensor纤维吸湿发热功能,中空涤纶丝能够形成空气层,保暖效果好,同时导湿效果好,一方面能够使面料内侧的干爽舒适,另一方面能够提升Warmsensor纤维的吸湿发热效率;而中间薄膜层2能够起到很好的防风保温效果,与外部的保温外层3配合,隔热保暖效果好。本发明轻薄透气,防寒防风,保暖效果好,同时弹性好,舒适贴身,吸湿排汗效果好。
