The invention relates to the field of extraction of apocynum venetum fibers, in particular to an extraction and clean production process of apocynum venetum bast fibers.
Background
Apocynum venetum fiber, the king of wild fiber, is used by workers in Yili, Ruoqiang and other places as early as three hundred years ago. The apocynum venetum is used for making thatch of thatch house, which is said to be not mildewed and not generate worms. Modern scientific experiments show that the apocynum venetum fiber is rich in various medicinal components, and the components of the apocynum venetum fiber are basically the same as those of leaves and flowers. Meanwhile, the fabric has natural far infrared function and natural bacteriostatic action. Unique medicinal effect can improve the immunity of human body. The medicinal components of the apocynum venetum fiber act on channels, collaterals, qi and blood, viscera and local focuses through the action of far infrared rays and skin permeation (such as plaster principle) so as to be absorbed by blood of a human body, thereby achieving the effects of strengthening the body and enhancing the immunity of the human body.
The extraction of the apocynum venetum fiber is very troublesome, and the degumming of the traditional fiber extraction is not clean enough, so that a large amount of sewage is generated.
