As can be seen from Table 2, the environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention has a good pesticide residue removing effect. Meanwhile, as can be clearly seen by comparing the example 1 with the comparative examples 1-2, the mass ratio of the enzyme powder to the citric acid modified green tea micro powder has great influence on the pesticide residue removing effect of the obtained environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt on fruits and vegetables, and the mass ratio of the enzyme powder to the citric acid modified green tea micro powder needs to be strictly controlled in order to obtain a better pesticide residue removing effect; comparing example 1 with comparative example 3, it can be seen that the green tea micro powder modified by citric acid can significantly improve the pesticide residue removing effect compared with the method of directly mixing citric acid and green tea micro powder.

Claims (10)
1. The environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
70-80 parts of sodium chloride, 8-12 parts of enzyme powder, 12-18 parts of citric acid modified green tea micro powder, 0.1-0.2 part of tea saponin, 3-5 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 2-3 parts of embedding agent.
2. The environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the enzyme powder comprises grapefruit enzyme powder and almond enzyme powder.
3. The environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as claimed in claim 2, wherein the enzyme powder is prepared by compounding the grapefruit enzyme powder and the almond enzyme powder in a mass ratio of 1: 3.

The environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the citric acid modified green tea micropowder is obtained by the following steps: dissolving citric acid in water to prepare a citric acid solution, then adding the green tea micro powder for mixing reaction, and after the reaction is finished, freeze-drying to obtain the citric acid modified green tea micro powder.
5. The environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as claimed in claim 4, wherein the citric acid solution comprises 5-10% by mass, and the mass ratio of the citric acid to the green tea micro powder is 1: (10-20); the reaction temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the reaction time is 10-12 h.
6. The environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as claimed in claim 4, wherein the green tea micropowder is green tea residue after micronization, and has a particle size of 10-30 μm.
7. The environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the enzyme powder to the citric acid modified green tea micro powder is 1: 1.5.
8. The environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the embedding agent is polyethylene glycol.
9. The preparation method of the environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
and (3) wrapping the enzyme powder and the citric acid modified green tea micro powder with an embedding agent, and then uniformly mixing with sodium chloride, tea saponin and sodium bicarbonate to obtain the environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt.
10. The use method of the environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing the environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt as defined in any one of claims 1 to 8 with water, and then putting the mixture into the fruits and vegetables to be cleaned, so that the environment-friendly fruit and vegetable cleaning salt is dissolved and pesticide residues are removed.
