Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于可装卸连接管件的快速连接,其中一带有夹爪的安全环件,在操纵套第一次轴向移动控制也带有夹爪的锁定环件的开口后,轴向上固定住快速连接的外配件。该中间位置能使与外配件相连的管件中流体减压,外配件在操纵套沿与第一次轴向移动方向相反的方向作第二次轴向移动后,才最终松脱。

Description

可装卸连接管件的快速连接
本发明涉及用于可装卸连接管件的快速连接,这种快速连接包括有两个互配并互锁的配合件,一个外配件,一个内配件,以此开启装在内配件中的受载止回阀,内配件与穿过装置的受压流体源相连。
已经提出各种不同的,自动锁定两个互配件的机构。在申请人为JOHNSON,专利号为3 873 062的美国专利中,这种机构是由一环圈件构成,该环圈件包含有一环状部,其开口相对于内配件来说为轴向取向,环状部与纵向异型夹爪相连,在所述环圈件产生的弹性变形作用下,夹爪自由端进入外配件端部上所设的环状凹槽中,外配件于是在轴向上被定位。该锁定环圈件在轴向上与一操纵滑套相连接,滑套封包着所述环圈件的内配件体,这种结构所产生的结果是,在操作者的作用下,滑套产生轴向位移,轴向位移所产生的作用与上述弹性变形相反,它使环圈件回弹,从而使夹爪从外配件的凹槽中退出,并因此进而使外配件从内配件中脱出。
这种机构在流体压力比较不大时运行相当理想。但在另一方面,如果由所连接管件传输的流体压力超过某一值,而此时又为卸开而操作滑套,则处于下游位置的,与外配件相连的管件中的受压流体,由于压靠在关闭的阀门上,就会使外配件突然从内配件中冲出,这种突然冲出的猛烈性会给操作者带来损伤。
本发明的目的就是要克服上述缺点。
本发明涉及一种用于可装卸连接管件的快速安全连接,在这种快速连接中,外配件一旦装配在内配件中,锁定机构就将其在轴向上固定定位住,并打开装在内配件中的受载止回阀,一方面,该锁定机构包括有一个带有纵向夹爪的环形件,夹爪在弹性件的作用下嵌入外配件体上的环形凹槽中,另一方面,该锁定机构还包括有一操纵套,操纵套轴向移动驱使所述夹爪从外配件的凹槽中脱出,并松脱外配件,本发明的特征在于,内配件还包括有一个带有夹爪的环状安全件,该夹爪在滑套第一次动作之后介入,使外配件固定在中间位置上,为此,受载止回阀关闭,处于与外配件相连的下游管中的受压流体向外逸出,而当滑套沿和上述方向相反的方向进行第二次动作时,就操纵了上述环状安全件,并使外配件完全松脱。
从而,人们获得了一种类似于带有横向可动锁那种快速连接的功能,这种快速连接又称之谓“双制动掣”型(DE-A-2 741 512,申请人SCHILDMANN),同时又保留了带夹爪型快速连接所特有的结构优点。
通过下述说明,并参阅附图,将对本发明有更好的理解。
图1所示为本发明快速连接的轴向剖视图,图中所示位置为两互配件处在互配的位置。
图2所示为外配件体的透视图及两个与外配体相连的夹爪透视图,两夹爪呈分开状态。
图3所示为两个零件的配置,当它们组合在一起时,就构成本快速连接的外操纵套。
图4为本快速连接沿图1中IV-IV所示平面的横剖面图,图1即沿本图I-I所示平面的剖视图。
图5为沿图4中V-V所示平面方向的轴向剖视图。
图6为沿图5中VI-VI所示平面方向的横剖面图。
图7,8及9为类似于图1但缩小的轴向剖视图,表示了快速连接各组件在松开过程中三个连续阶段的状况。
参阅图1,快速连接的内配件A包括有一个由三个中空园筒件1,2和3组装成的管状体。后筒件1的构形可使其与上游管4的端部相适配,上游管4与受压流体源相连,而带有O型环5的内筒件2,在其面对所述后筒件1的端部,设有一锥形构形,以便为密封件6a形成一座面,密封件装在与弹簧7相配的管状止回阀的头部。请注意,变换是可能的,即密封件可以安装在锥形座面上。
如图2所示,1-2-3组合件体的主筒件3包含有3个配置在同一横截面上的纵向平面部分3a,在该平面部3a的前方,筒壁上开有两组槽,每组槽各有3个,分别标志为3b和3c,槽3c在轴向上的长度比槽3b的长。从图4和图6中可以看出,3个平面部3a,3个槽3b和3个槽3c的3组中,每组中的3个都是相隔120°而配置的。
在1-2-3组合体的主筒件上,滑动式地配有一带有3个爪面朝前夹爪的安全环件8a。3个夹爪插进主筒件3中的长槽3c中,从而使其自由端能在所述筒件的内孔中突出。
在安全环件8上滑动式地配有一个直径较大的锁定环件9。该环件9类似地也包含有3个前爪9a,前爪9a插入主筒件3中的短槽3b中。应当注意到,安全环件还带有3个齿9b,齿9b向前伸出,分布在上述前爪之间,其端部作用在所述组合体平面部3a上。
从图3上可见,所述快速连接还包含有一个操纵套,该操纵套由一套筒10和一个前套件11构成。前套件带有3个向后延长的纵向延伸部11a,每一个延伸部的自由端都有一个朝外的跟部11b,以便能弹性地夹进套筒件10上为此所设的3个槽口中之一。从而确保操纵套的件10和件11在轴向上和在转动时都能互相连接。
弹簧12与锁定环件9相联配,压靠在主筒件3上的止挡部3d,通过弹簧使安全环件9向前推移,并使安全环9之夹爪9a弹性地嵌入槽3b中。可以看到,夹爪8a,9a,9b和纵向延伸部11a相互适配,确保与槽3b和3c相配合时,环件8和9在槽向上的导向,图4和图6显示了上述关系。
与上述构造的内配件相配合的是通用型的外配件B。外配件B由一园管件13构成,其一端与管件14相连,管件14和与内配件A相连的管件4相连接,而外配件的另一端则形成一端部件13a,插配于1-2-3组件体中件3的前开口中。在件13上设有一个环状凹槽,该凹槽设在紧接于端部件13a的后部位置。
为陈述上述快速连接的运作,将图1所示的快速连接位置定为起始位置。为达到这起始位置,操作者将端部件13a插入1-2-3组件体中,并使两配件A和B在轴向上互相靠近,其作用一方面是推动阀6上升至开始位置,另一方面则是打开锁定环9的夹爪9a的自由端,自由端最终在与锁定环连配的弹簧12的作用下进入槽口13b中。从而两配件A和B相互锁定,O型圈确保上述连接的紧密性。
可以看出,夹爪9a不可能在超过短槽口3b的前斜缘(图13’b所示位置)的位置打开而松脱件13。相反,安全环件8的夹爪8a的端部尽管也类似地插在凹槽13b中,但并不定位于槽中,因此可以离开,其结果是夹爪8a并不确保任何夹紧锁定作用。
为让外配件B和内配件A相互脱离,操作者必须首先将操纵套10-11沿轴向向其后部移动,亦即沿图7中F1箭头所示方向移动。套11的延伸端11a靠压环件9使之后退并压缩弹簧12,从而使夹爪9a的端部从凹槽13b中脱出,并松开件13,件13在弹簧7的作用下向前移动,弹簧7与阀6配合,使后者能推动端部件13a。另外,安全环件8夹爪8a的端部为套件11上的轴向开口11c所包罩,因而还留在凹槽13b中。
图8所示快速连接所处位置为中间位置,在该位置上,阀6处关闭位置,而外配件B中的件13被夹爪8a在轴向上定位住,所以还不能从内配件A松脱开。可以看到,在这中间位置上,管件14中的受压流体,通过内配件A中各零件间的间隙以及通过为排泄流体而在套筒件10上所设的纵向槽沟而外泄。于是在管件14和构成外配件B的件13中流体压力下降。
为了使外配件B从内配件松脱开,操作者必须再一次操作操纵套10-11,使之沿轴向向前移动,即沿图9中箭头F2所示方向移动。操纵套10-11的轴向移动产生了如下的效果:安全环件8之夹爪8a不再插配在开口11c中,因此当操作者沿图9中箭头F3所示方向拉外配件B时,夹爪8a松动,径向张开,离开凹槽13b。图8所示中间位置时产生的降压作用,就能在图9所示位置避免产生突然的喷泄的危险。
一旦外配件完全地从内配件A中退出,弹簧12使环件9回到备用的位置。可以看到,环件9的轴向移动受限于平面部3a的前缘,当环件9的齿9b碰到该前缘时,轴向移动就停止,这就避免不适时的堵阻现象产生。
不用说,夹爪8a和9a的数量可以在较宽的范围内变化,随所要制造的快速连接的直径而定。应当注意到,除了弹簧7和弹簧12之外,构成本发明快速连接的各组件实际上均可由模压塑料材料很方便地制成,这极大地减少该装置的重量以及制造成本;无需特别困难,上述各种不同组件均可由机器人或机械手组装。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于可装卸连接管件的快速连接,在这种快速连接中,外配件一旦与内配件连接,锁定机构就使外配件在轴向上固定,并开启安装在内配件中的受载止回阀,所述快速连接一方面包含有一带有纵向夹爪的环状件,在弹性件的作用下,所述夹爪可以插配于外配件体上的环状凹槽中,另一方面包含有一操纵套,操纵套的轴向移动能使所述夹爪从凹槽中脱出,并从而使外配件松脱,其特征在于,所述内配件还包括一设有夹爪的环状安全件,安全件夹爪在操纵套第一次轴向移动时介入,使外配件固定在中间位置,在该位置受载止回阀呈关闭状态,在与外配件相连的下游管中的受压流体则外泄出去,而当操纵套沿与上述第一次轴向移动方向相反的方向作第二次轴向移动时,控制所述安全环件并确保外配件完全的松脱。
2.根据权利要求1所述快速连接,其特征在于,所述环状安全件被安装在环状锁定件和内配件的管状体之间并作轴向滑动,上述两件的夹爪插配在上述内配件的管状体的槽口中,以便使所述夹爪的自由端能突出于所述管状体,从而能与环状凹槽相配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的快速连接,其特征在于,所述操纵套第一次轴向移动将套上一轴向开口带至安全件夹爪自由端的水平,从而防止自由端张开,使其仍然插配在环状凹槽中,直到操纵套作第二次轴向移动。
