市面上常规该产品,品类繁多制作工序,制作工艺复杂不一,不能安规格进行严格的工序把控,进行高温杀菌消毒,保证产品的安全性和合格性。

S1、备料:将制作氨基酸维生素能量饮料搅拌备用;
S2、调配桶:常温水定容<40℃,加入香精,搅拌10分钟,取样检测理化,过1U过滤送料;
S3、升温:加热到90℃以上;
S4、灌装:灌装温度85-90℃;
S5、封盖:液位;
S6、杀菌:90±1℃*10分钟喷淋;冷却温度≤40℃;
S7、成品:罐身喷码;真空打检、封箱;箱体喷码;码栈入库。
优选的,所述S1步骤中,所述备料包括两个步骤;
a1:溶解桶加入80-85℃的RO水,开启搅拌,加入白砂糖、瓜拉纳、柠檬酸、DL-苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、食盐、牛磺酸、支链氨基酸、氯化钾、烟酰胺、维生素B6,搅拌10-15分钟,过1U过滤打入调配桶;
a2:用不锈钢桶,加入常温RO水,溶解柠檬黄、诱惑红,倒入调配桶;干净RO水冲洗不锈钢桶并倒入调配桶。

通过上述技术方案,香精称量的重量以水的比例来添加,比例大约在1:1000,在第一步骤与第二步骤搅拌完成后,常温水定容<40℃时加入香精,搅拌十分钟。
具体的,述S2步骤中,溶解桶后过滤根据实际情况可调整,但是调配桶后须使用1U过滤。
通过上述技术方案,1U过滤为现有技术,在此不多赘述。
具体的,所生产结束后的CIP必须清洗干净,因香精味较重,以防窜味。

Claims (6)
1.立加满氨基酸维生素能量饮料工艺,其特征在于:所述立加满氨基酸维生素能量饮料工艺包括以下锻造步骤:
S1、备料:将制作氨基酸维生素能量饮料搅拌备用;
S2、调配桶:常温水定容<40℃,加入香精,搅拌10分钟,取样检测理化,过1U过滤送料;
S3、升温:加热到90℃以上;
S4、灌装:灌装温度85-90℃;
S5、封盖:液位;
S6、杀菌:90±1℃*10分钟喷淋;冷却温度≤40℃;
S7、成品:罐身喷码;真空打检、封箱;箱体喷码;码栈入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立加满氨基酸维生素能量饮料工艺,其特征在于:所述S1步骤中,所述备料包括两个步骤;
a1:溶解桶加入80-85℃的RO水,开启搅拌,加入白砂糖、瓜拉纳、柠檬酸、DL-苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、食盐、牛磺酸、支链氨基酸、氯化钾、烟酰胺、维生素B6,搅拌10-15分钟,过1U过滤打入调配桶;
a2:用不锈钢桶,加入常温RO水,溶解柠檬黄、诱惑红,倒入调配桶;干净RO水冲洗不锈钢桶并倒入调配桶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立加满氨基酸维生素能量饮料工艺,其特征在于:所述S2步骤中的理化指标:pH 3.2±0.2,Brix 12.8±0.2%,以现场实测为准。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立加满氨基酸维生素能量饮料工艺,其特征在于:所述S2步骤中,所述香精须要单独称量,分别添加。
5.根据权利要求1所述的立加满氨基酸维生素能量饮料工艺,其特征在于:所述S2步骤中,所述溶解桶后过滤根据实际情况可调整,但是调配桶后须使用1U过滤。
6.根据权利要求1所述的立加满氨基酸维生素能量饮料工艺,其特征在于:所述生产结束后的CIP必须清洗干净,因香精味较重,以防窜味。
