Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车辆,所述机动车辆装备有用于防止底板下方元件撞击的防止装置。
特别地,本发明涉及一种用于防止对装配于混动车辆的底板下方的且装配于排气消音器前方的牵引电池的后部撞击的防止装置。
背景技术
机动车辆通常装备有消音器,所述消音器装配在底板下方的排气线路上并且装配在所述车辆的后部。
在一些车辆上,尤其是在可再充电的(PHEV类型的)混动车辆上,该消音器装配在牵引电池后方。所述消音器和电池通过插入的隔热屏隔开,所述隔热屏确保保护所述电池免受从所述消音器发出的热辐射侵害。
在发生相碰的情况下,或者更通常地在车辆的后部上发生撞击的情况下,所述消音器由此突然向前变形和/或移动。由于所述隔热屏通常仅由片材或薄金属板构成,所述隔热屏并不可避免所述消音器由此直接碰撞所述电池,严重损坏所述电池,同时产生电气风险(火灾、爆炸等)。
不过,对于短悬伸的车辆,旨在通过使消音器远离来避免在消音器与电池之间的接触的这种可选配置是不可行的。
另一可选配置可旨在围绕着电池布置保护框架,但该方案会使电池加重且成本过高。
已存在一些用于防止装载于机动车辆的底板下方的元件的撞击的防止装置,如文件FR3036359中所述。然而,还确保了热保护的该装置仅用于在与地面发生直接且垂直的任选接触时(而并不在车辆的后部上发生沿着纵向方向定向的撞击时)保护选择性催化还原系统(SCR)的容器。
在该背景下,已证明需要设置新部件,该新部件需特别适用于确保对底板下方元件(特别地,在车辆的后部上发生相碰的情况下,电池)的机械保护,同时遵循紧凑性约束、轻便性约束以及制造和装配的合理成本约束。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于通过提出给热绝缘屏配备缓冲元件来解决现有技术所带来的技术问题,所述缓冲元件能够在车辆的后部上发生撞击时保持电池的完整性。
根据本发明,该目的借助于一种机动车辆来实现,所述机动车辆装备有一种装置,所述装置确保防止对装配于所述车辆的底板下方的电池的撞击,所述电池通过插入的隔热屏与排气消音器隔开,其特征在于,所述装置包括垫块,所述垫块固定在所述隔热屏上与所述电池相面对,所述垫块能够在所述消音器朝向所述电池移动与所述电池接触时变形,以吸收由所述车辆上的碰撞产生的动能。
根据本发明的有利特征,所述垫块具有比所述电池的定位成与所述垫块相面对的面更大的表面。
根据另一特征,所述垫块至少延伸到所述排气消音器的向前凸出的部分的高度。
根据实施变型,所述垫块对照于所述排气消音器的向前凸出的部分而具有在0.5cm与2.0cm之间的厚度余量(surépaisseur)。
根据另一变型,所述垫块具有在0.5cm与2.0cm之间的均匀厚度。
优选地,所述垫块延伸到所述排气消音器的前部面的整个高度。
进一步地,根据另一特征,所述垫块由可变形材料制成,所述可变形材料的密度在0.1与0.65之间。
根据另一变型,所述垫块通过粘合固定在所述隔热屏的前部面上。
进一步地,根据另一变型,所述垫块和所述隔热屏实施成单件。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种混动车辆,所述混动车辆装备有具有上文提及的特征的装置,所述装置用于防止对装配于消音器前方的牵引电池的撞击,所述垫块用于吸收由所述车辆的后部上的碰撞产生的动能。
本发明由此旨在使用现有的隔热屏,使所述隔热屏集成有机械保护功能,并且使所述隔热屏定位在最合理的位置(也就是说,在电池与消音器之间),这能够使得不增加用于在所述车辆的底板下方装配附加元件的装配步骤。
装备在本发明的车辆上的防止装置是简单的、可靠的且经济的,因为所述防止装置能够在车辆的后部上发生撞击或相碰时有效地保持电池的完整性,而无需设置较重的且复杂的补充结构部件,且无需修改装配方法。
在发生撞击的时刻上,所述垫块将与所述电池在宽大的表面上接触,以便减小局部应力。然后在发生碰撞之后,所述垫块吸收动能并且使所述动能散布在宽大的表面上,由此避免了所述电池的外壳的局部变形和破裂风险。

本发明涉及一种机动车辆,所述机动车辆装备有一种装置,所述装置用于相对于在后部上发生的碰撞保护装配于底板下方的元件,所述碰撞例如通过与另一车辆的相碰而造成或者通过倒车中撞到障碍物而造成。
特别地,根据本发明的经改进的防止装置用于在这些情形中保护装配于排气消音器2前方的(且尤其是装配于混动车辆的底板下方的)牵引电池1。
传统上,在混动车辆中,牵引电池1装配在底板下方,并且通常通过插入的隔热屏3与排气线路6的消音器2隔开,如图1A所示。该屏3通常实施成具有绝缘特性的金属条或薄金属板的形式,以能够保持电池1免受由消音器2产生的热辐射侵害。
事实上,由消音器2发出的热量会导致使电解液和电气组件的温度升高到与电池1的良好运行不兼容的等级,甚至是会损害车辆的安全。
然而,在后部上发生碰撞的情况下,由碰撞产生的动能引起消音器2朝相邻布置的电池1方向的向前变形和移动。
不过,隔热屏3的机械强度不足以避免动能使电池1变形,所述电池的外壳13也不太结实,由此带来了重大的电气事故风险。
为了避免车辆后部上的碰撞产生这样的后果,本发明设想,使所述隔热屏的定位成与电池1相面对的面31配备有缓冲垫块4。
固定于隔热屏3上的该垫块4能够在消音器2向前移动与电池1接触时变形,以吸收由车辆的后部上的碰撞产生的动能。由此在发生撞击时保持了电池1的完整性。
垫块4具有比所述电池的(或该电池的外壳13的)定位成与所述垫块相面对的面12更大的表面。
由此,在车辆的后部上发生撞击(图1B中,该撞击沿着箭头方向)时,由消音器2推动的垫块4首先与电池1在其整个表面上接触以便减小局部应力,然后紧随其后地(根据碰撞的作用力),所述垫块通过发生变形来吸收动能并且使所述动能散布在宽大的表面上,如图1B所示。
垫块4的该变形能够避免电池1的外壳13的局部变形和/或破裂风险。
在装配时,垫块4至少延伸到排气消音器2的向前凸出的部分21的高度。
优选地,垫块4延伸到排气消音器2的前部面的整个高度,并且具有在0.5cm与2.0cm之间的厚度。根据图1A所示的第一变型,该厚度在垫块4的整个高度上是均匀的。
在必要时,根据另一未示出变型,垫块4对照于排气消音器2的向前凸出的部分21而具有在0.5cm与2.0cm之间的厚度余量。
垫块4由密度在0.1与0.65之间的可变形材料(任选地,可弹性变形材料)制成。
本发明设想,垫块4通过粘合固定在隔热屏3的前部面31上。然而,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,也可使用其它固定方式(铆接、卡扣等)。
根据未示出实施变型,垫块4和隔热屏3实施成单件。

Claims (10)

1.一种机动车辆,所述机动车辆装备有一种装置,所述装置确保防止对装配于所述机动车辆的底板下方的电池(1)的撞击,所述电池通过插入的隔热屏(3)与排气消音器(2)隔开,其特征在于,所述装置包括垫块(4),所述垫块固定在所述隔热屏(3)上与所述电池(1)相面对,所述垫块(4)能够在所述排气消音器(2)朝向所述电池(1)移动与所述电池接触时变形,以吸收由所述机动车辆上的碰撞产生的动能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述垫块(4)具有比所述电池(1)的定位成与所述垫块相面对的面(12)更大的表面。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述垫块(4)至少延伸到所述排气消音器(2)的向前凸出的部分(21)的高度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述垫块(4)对照于所述排气消音器(2)的向前凸出的部分(21)而具有在0.5cm与2.0cm之间的厚度余量。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述垫块(4)具有在0.5cm与2.0cm之间的均匀厚度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述垫块(4)延伸到所述排气消音器(2)的前部面的整个高度。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述垫块(4)由可变形材料制成,所述可变形材料的密度在0.1与0.65之间。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述垫块(4)通过粘合固定在所述隔热屏(3)的前部面上。
9.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述垫块(4)和所述隔热屏(3)实施成单件。
