Abstract
本发明提供一种葡萄酒泥面膜制备方法及葡萄酒泥面膜,属于化妆品的技术领域,包括以下步骤:将酒泥搅拌成糊状备用,得到溶液A,将溶液A与海藻酸钠、黄原胶、芦荟、滑石粉、二氧化钛、甘油、丙二醇、仙人掌、玻尿酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇、橄榄油、苯氧乙醇、三乙醇胺、皂土混合,并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液B,将混合溶液B进行水浴加热,并不断搅拌,调节混合溶液B的PH为弱酸性,得到混合溶液C,向混合溶液C中加入香精,并进行搅拌,得到酒泥面膜。当原料混合在一起后进行水浴加热,使得酒泥中有利于发酵的菌种大大降低,并且三乙醇胺能够螯合混合溶液B中的钙、镁离子,去除酒泥中的果胶,使得面膜不再发酵,进而面膜的稳定性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品的技术领域,具体涉及一种葡萄酒泥面膜制备方法及葡萄酒泥面膜。
背景技术
葡萄酒泥来源于红酒酿造过程的副产物,也即通常所说的葡萄酒糟,是将红酒发酵后去除原酒、皮渣、结晶酒石后得到的泥状物,经干燥、灭菌、粉碎、筛分等工艺后得到粉状物。目前,人们对葡萄酒酒泥的开发利用主要集中在食品和畜牧领域,而将葡萄酒酒泥作为皮肤护理品运用于个人护理产品领域还刚刚起步。葡萄酒酒泥特有红酒的香气,含有丰富的红酒酵母活性物、红酒多酚、果酸、纤维素、维生素和微量元素等营养成分。其中红酒酵母活性物包含氨基酸、肽类、功能性多糖等,具有抗氧化和美白的作用;红酒多酚具有抗氧化的功效;果酸类成分能够去除老旧角质,改善肌肤代谢;维生素和微量元素有营养肌肤的作用。目前红酒泥并未广泛应用在个人护理领域,主要是由于直接涂敷红酒泥无法将营养物质较好的留驻于皮肤表面。
现有技术中,如专利号为201910379646.8的中国发明专利公开了一种葡萄酒泥面膜的制备方法及其配方,其主要原料有:葡萄酒泥、玻尿酸、蜂蜜、仙人掌、丁香花香露、芦荟等组成。在人用完之后皮肤光滑,嫩;美白效果好,淡化色斑,保湿效果好,清洁皮肤,感到皮肤很清爽,且目前使用过的人没有不良反应,但是此葡萄酒泥面膜内含有蜂蜜,储存一段时间后,面膜会发酵,导致面膜内部的酒精含量提升。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种稳定性较好的葡萄酒泥面膜。
本发明另一目的提供一种葡萄酒泥面膜得制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种葡萄酒泥面膜,包括以下原料,以质量百分比计:海藻酸钠0.3%-0.5%、黄原胶0.5%-0.7%、芦荟7%-10%、酒泥35%-45%、滑石粉1%-3%、二氧化钛0.3%-0.8%、甘油4%-8%、丙二醇4%-8%、仙人掌2%-4%、玻尿酸0.4%-1%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.2%-0.5%、橄榄油0.5%-0.8%、苯氧乙醇0.2%-0.6%、三乙醇胺0.3%-0.6%、皂土2%-8%、香精0.3%-0.6%、去离子水。
一种葡萄酒泥面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将酒泥搅拌成糊状备用,得到溶液A;
S2:将溶液A与海藻酸钠、黄原胶、芦荟、滑石粉、二氧化钛、甘油、丙二醇、仙人掌、玻尿酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇、橄榄油、苯氧乙醇、三乙醇胺、皂土混合,并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液B;
S3:将混合溶液B进行水浴加热,并不断搅拌,以使酒泥中的污垢和杂质被分散,鳌合混合溶液中的钙、镁离子,防止生成不溶性钙、镁、盐而沉积在酒泥中;
S4:调节混合溶液B的PH为弱酸性,得到混合溶液C;
S5:向混合溶液C中加入香精,并进行搅拌,得到酒泥面膜。
优选地,步骤S1中的酒泥为葡萄经苹果酸乳酸发酵后的葡萄酒泥。
优选地,所述酒泥的酒精度小于5%。
优选地,步骤S2中所述海藻酸钠、黄原胶用去离子水溶解,再加入溶液A中,防止得到混合溶液B中起疙瘩。
优选地,步骤S3中所述水浴加热的温度为:80℃—90℃。
优选地,步骤S4中调节溶液B的PH为:5.5-6.0。
优选地,步骤S5中播种的深度为2cm-3cm。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明提供了一种葡萄酒泥面膜制备方法及葡萄酒泥面膜,其有益效果是:将酒泥搅拌成糊状备用,得到溶液A,将溶液A与海藻酸钠、黄原胶、芦荟、滑石粉、二氧化钛、甘油、丙二醇、仙人掌、玻尿酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇、橄榄油、苯氧乙醇、三乙醇胺、皂土混合,并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液B,将混合溶液B进行水浴加热,并不断搅拌,调节混合溶液B的PH为弱酸性,得到混合溶液C,向混合溶液C中加入香精,并进行搅拌,得到酒泥面膜。此面膜中原料中并没有加入蜂蜜,未加入易发酵原料,且当原料混合在一起后进行水浴加热,利用高温对酒泥进行杀菌,使得酒泥中有利于发酵的菌种大大降低,并且水浴加热后,能够使所述混合溶液B中污垢和杂质被分散,且所述三乙醇胺在防止花青素被破坏的同时,能够螯合混合溶液B中的钙、镁离子、去除酒泥中的果胶,以防止果胶被果胶酶酶解而使得面膜再次发酵,进而使得面膜的稳定性好。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明实施例的技术方案以及技术效果做进一步的详细阐述。
一种葡萄酒泥面膜,包括以下原料,以质量百分比计:海藻酸钠0.3%-0.5%、黄原胶0.5%-0.7%、芦荟7%-10%、酒泥35%-45%、滑石粉1%-3%、二氧化钛0.3%-0.8%、甘油4%-8%、丙二醇4%-8%、仙人掌2%-4%、玻尿酸0.4%-1%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.2%-0.5%、橄榄油0.5%-0.8%、苯氧乙醇0.2%-0.6%、三乙醇胺0.3%-0.6%、皂土2%-8%、香精0.3%-0.6%、去离子水。
一种葡萄酒泥面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将酒泥过滤,搅拌成糊状备用,得到溶液A;
S2:将溶液A与海藻酸钠、黄原胶、芦荟、滑石粉、二氧化钛、甘油、丙二醇、仙人掌、玻尿酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇、橄榄油、苯氧乙醇、三乙醇胺、皂土混合,并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液B;
在步骤S1中的酒泥为葡萄经苹果酸乳酸发酵后的葡萄酒泥。此酒泥是由酵母衰老或死亡后,胞内蛋白分解酶便会发生外泄,并作用于酵母细胞壁的蛋白结构,使酵母细胞发生破裂,酵母自溶随之产生。酵母自溶后细胞质溶液中一些物质如多糖、氨基酸、蛋白质、多肽类、核苷酸、少许盐类等部分会沉淀下来形成酒泥,而酵母细胞自溶后的蛋白质易与单宁相结合,能够降低单宁的含量,并且酒泥中花青素与单宁结合而产生沉淀,使得单宁被保护起来,进而降低酵母细胞自溶后的蛋白质易与单宁相结合的概率,使得酒泥中的单宁不被破坏;当酒泥面膜作用在人的面部后,单宁能够清除自由基并且抑制弹性蛋白酶活性,使得皮肤具有一定的弹性,防止面部的衰老;并且单宁对人面部的透明质酸酶有显著的抑制作用,使得透明质酸被透明质酸酶的分解量减少,以减少皮肤的硬化,延缓皱纹的产生。
S3:将混合溶液B进行水浴加热,并不断搅拌,以使酒泥中的污垢和杂质被分散,鳌合混合溶液中的钙、镁离子,防止生成不溶性钙、镁、盐而沉积在酒泥中,通过水浴加热降低酵母细胞的自溶,以减少酵母细胞自溶后的蛋白质与单宁结合,使得单宁的含量不被降低;
S4:调节混合溶液B的PH为弱酸性,得到混合溶液C;
S5:向混合溶液C中加入香精,并进行搅拌,得到酒泥面膜。
当原料混合在一起后进行水浴加热,利用高温对酒泥进行杀菌,使得酒泥中有利于发酵的菌种大大降低,并且水浴加热后,能够使所述混合溶液B中污垢和杂质被分散,且所述三乙醇胺能够螯合混合溶液B中的钙、镁离子、去除酒泥中的果胶,以防止果胶被果胶酶酶解,面膜再次发酵,进而使得面膜的稳定性好。
进一步的,酒泥中的多糖、氨基酸、蛋白质、多肽类、核苷酸等能够增强超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶等抗氧化酶的活性,降低脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的水平。因此,小分子肽能清除自由基,减轻对纤维细胞和胶原蛋白的损害,避免皮肤胶原的过度交联,起到保护皮肤作用。小分子肽对皮肤的渗透力非常强,可迅速激活表皮细胞,为肌肤补充营养,激发真皮层的成纤维母细胞,加快合成胶原蛋白。
再进一步的,所述酒泥的酒精度小于5%,在制备过程中酒精含量低,使得通过上述原料制备成面膜后,面膜内的酒精含量低,面膜不容易发酵。
进一步的,步骤S2中所述海藻酸钠、黄原胶用去离子水溶解,再加入溶液A中,防止得到混合溶液B中起疙瘩,先用去离子水溶解海藻酸钠、黄原胶,使得海藻酸钠、黄原胶与酒泥溶解时不会产生疙瘩、利于所得溶液均衡。
进一步的,步骤S3中所述水浴加热的温度为:80℃—90℃,利于酒精的挥发。
进一步的,步骤S4中调节溶液B的PH为:5.5-6.0。
所制备的酒泥面膜是膏状物,在制备过程中,所述三乙醇胺能够与玻尿酸的羧基中和成皂,形成稳定的高分子结构,使得酒泥面膜膏体细腻,且三乙醇胺的长链脂肪酸盐几乎呈中性,与甘油、橄榄油和鲸蜡硬脂醇形成良好的乳化剂,使得面膜敷在脸上后,酒泥中的红色素能够迅速被清水洗掉,使脸部显的白嫩清爽。并且所述三乙醇胺对酒泥中的钙、镁、铁、铜等金属离子有显著的络合力,能够防止酒泥沉淀,且使酒泥中的花青素不被破坏,而原料二氧化钛有较好的紫外线掩蔽作用,且对人体没有毒性的影响,并且二氧化钛能够与酒泥中的Al、Si、Zn等氧化物复合,进而使其改性,使得制备的面膜为适宜人皮肤的弱酸性面膜。
因此酒泥面膜中酒泥本身含有丰富的葡萄多酚、花青素及超强抗氧化剂超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)能够使肌肤的暗沉素减退、毛孔收敛、迅速抵抗自由基、抑制斑点及痘痘的再生且能够抗衰老,加入上述原料使得面膜更加稳定、人们使用后无不良反应且使用过后皮肤纹理柔滑细嫩、白皙。
现通过以下实施例进一步介绍;
称取挥发后酒精度低于5%的苹果酸乳酸发酵后的红葡萄酒泥搅拌成糊状备用,称取0.5g海藻酸钠+14ml水加热溶解备用,再称取0.7g黄原胶+16.9ml水加热溶解备用,将溶解好的海藻酸钠溶液、黄原胶溶液、7ml芦荟、1g滑石粉、0.5g二氧化钛、6ml甘油、5ml丙二醇、2.5ml仙人掌、0.6ml玻尿酸、0.3g鲸蜡硬脂醇、0.5ml橄榄油、0.3ml苯氧乙醇、0.4ml三乙醇胺、2.6g皂土加入到酒泥中,将混合溶液在85℃的温度下水浴加热,并搅拌5分钟,搅拌结束后,向混合溶液中加入香精,并进行搅拌,得到红酒泥面膜。
对制备好的红酒泥面膜进行稳定性加速试验,在-15℃、及40℃的温度下分别储存60盒红酒泥面膜,在不同的时间下观察面膜的情况,如表1所示:

由表1的实验数据显示出,红酒泥面膜在低温、高温状态下仍能保存完好,且即使每次开盖观察后,会有空气及微生物进入,但是面膜在120天后仍能达到92.5%以上的保存率,说明在-15℃-40℃内面膜不容易发酵,面膜的稳定性良好。
对比例1:将通过实施例制备的红酒泥面膜与市面上购买的膜法世家面膜、御泥坊面膜进行感官评价,选取30人,每人先取10g红酒泥面膜均匀涂抹在脸上,待15分钟后,用清水洗去,等待1个小时后,再取10g膜法世家面膜均匀涂抹在脸上,待15分钟后,用清水洗去,等待1个小时后,再取10g御泥坊面膜,均匀涂抹在脸上,待15分钟后,用清水洗去,受试者根据自身感受进行评价,结果如表2所示。

众所周知,红葡萄酒泥有红色素,涂抹在人的脸上若清洗不干净会有红色素残留在面部,使得面部泛红。由表2可知,本发明通过红葡萄酒泥制备的红酒泥面膜,不论在气味、舒适度、涂布性及易清洗程度上均优于其御泥坊面膜及膜法世家面膜,说明红葡萄酒泥面膜的气味、舒适感、涂布性均较好,且虽然红葡萄酒泥面膜带有红色素,但是红葡萄酒泥面膜在用清水清洗时,能够很容易的将附着在面部的红葡萄酒泥面膜清洗掉,且不会有红色素附着。
对比例2:将通过实施例制备的红酒泥面膜与市面上购买的膜法世家面膜、御泥坊面膜进行抗皱、保湿、祛痘、美白、嫩肤进行评价。选取210名20-55周岁年龄阶段的女性作为试验对象,任意分成三组,分别敷用膜法世家、御泥坊以及本实施例制备的红酒泥面膜,每种面膜使用2个月、每周使用3次,半年后,进行评价,各项总分为5分,试验结果如表3所示。

由表3的实验数据显示出,在使用相同时间后,所制备的红酒泥面膜在抗皱、保湿、祛痘、美白、嫩肤上均优于御泥坊面膜、膜法世家面膜,说明红葡萄酒泥面膜内的红葡萄酒泥中的葡萄多酚、花青素及超强抗氧化剂超氧化物岐化酶含量丰富,能够使得皮肤白皙、抵抗衰老、毛孔收敛、抑制斑点及痘痘的再生。

1.一种葡萄酒泥面膜,其特征在于,包括以下原料,以质量百分比计:海藻酸钠0.3%-0.5%、黄原胶0.5%-0.7%、芦荟7%-10%、酒泥35%-45%、滑石粉1%-3%、二氧化钛0.3%-0.8%、甘油4%-8%、丙二醇4%-8%、仙人掌2%-4%、玻尿酸0.4%-1%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.2%-0.5%、橄榄油0.5%-0.8%、苯氧乙醇0.2%-0.6%、三乙醇胺0.3%-0.6%、皂土2%-8%、香精0.3%-0.6%、去离子水。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述葡萄酒泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将酒泥搅拌成糊状备用,得到溶液A;
S2:将溶液A与海藻酸钠、黄原胶、芦荟、滑石粉、二氧化钛、甘油、丙二醇、仙人掌、玻尿酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇、橄榄油、苯氧乙醇、三乙醇胺、皂土混合,并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液B;
S3:将混合溶液B进行水浴加热,并不断搅拌,以使酒泥中的污垢和杂质被分散,鳌合混合溶液B中的钙、镁离子,防止生成不溶性钙、镁、盐而沉积在酒泥中,且水浴加热使混合溶液B中单宁的含量不被降低;
S4:调节混合溶液B的PH为弱酸性,得到混合溶液C;
S5:向混合溶液C中加入香精,并进行搅拌,得到酒泥面膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的葡萄酒泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中的酒泥为葡萄经苹果酸乳酸发酵后的葡萄酒泥。
4.根据权利要求3所述的葡萄酒泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酒泥的酒精度小于5%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的葡萄酒泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述海藻酸钠、黄原胶用去离子水溶解,再加入溶液A中,防止得到混合溶液B中起疙瘩。
6.根据权利要求2所述的葡萄酒泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述水浴加热的温度为:80℃—90℃。
7.根据权利要求2所述的葡萄酒泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中调节溶液B的PH为:5.5-6.0。
