Abstract
本发明的问题在于提供一种适合于添加到如酸奶等饮食品中的肠溶组合物,具有能够控制的崩解时间,从而在小肠或大肠尤其是大肠中实现崩解和内容物的释放。本发明用于解决问题的手段是一种肠溶组合物,包含内容物和肠溶包衣剂,所述内容物是益生菌和食用氢化油乳化液的混合物,利用所述肠溶包衣剂对所述内容物进行包衣。

技术领域
本发明涉及肠溶组合物、包含该肠溶组合物的饮食品、控制该肠溶组合物的崩解时间的方法及其制备方法。
背景技术
人的肠道含有约1000种细菌,并且100到-1000兆个细菌存在于小肠和大肠中。已知这些肠内细菌与人类宿主中的营养代谢、防御机制、免疫应答等有关。
关于肠道细菌的分布,在十二指肠和小肠的上部中仅存在少量的驻留细菌,并且细菌数沿着小肠从上部到下部增加。在从小肠的下部延伸到大肠的区域中,由于肠内容物的缓慢通过和几乎无氧的环境,喜欢这种环境的细菌(厌氧菌)大量存在。在大肠中,发现了更多数量的细菌,并且细菌的组成几乎与粪便细菌菌群相同。大肠细菌对来自小肠的未分解的食物进行分解。
肠内细菌菌群的组成和平衡随年龄而变化。此外,肠内细菌菌群也因例如膳食的内容、生活习惯、压力、便秘、药物摄入和疾病等而变化。例如,肠内细菌因如抗生素、质子泵抑制剂(PPI)等的药剂的摄取和食物中毒而显著改变。
近来,已经变得清楚的是,肠内细菌菌群(肠道菌群)与如肥胖症、糖尿病、大肠癌、动脉硬化和炎症性肠病等疾病密切相关,并且受这些疾病影响的患者的肠内细菌菌群显著不同于健康人群。相比以往,肠内细菌菌群在维持人类良好的健康方面的重要性已被更加认可。
因此,维持或改善肠内细菌菌群平衡以在宿主体内保持健康的生理稳态,从而可预防或治疗疾病,并且对于宿主来说,以健康的状态长寿地活着相当重要。
公知的改善人类的肠内细菌菌群的药剂是含有驻留肠道细菌以调节肠道环境的活细菌制剂和活性细菌制剂。例如,乳酸杆菌制剂(乳球菌乳杆菌(Streptococcusfaecalis)、嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus))、双歧杆菌、丁酸菌(MiyairI菌株)、干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus casei)和抗性乳酸菌等已被普遍使用。
但是,活的益生菌经口摄取,由于存在于胃和小肠中的消化液,例如胃酸和胆汁酸等的影响,导致它们在到达大肠之前就已经失活。这样的经口摄取不能得到令人满意的效果。
作为该问题的解决方案,而使用在胃中不崩解,而仅在到达肠之后崩解的肠溶制剂。肠溶制剂是例如被设计成在小肠和大肠中崩解以释放封入其中的活性成分(诸如益生菌)的胶囊制剂。除了胶囊制剂之外,剂型的例子包括细颗粒和颗粒剂。该肠溶制剂具有在酸性胃液中不溶解但在碱性肠液中可溶解的膜。该膜为制剂提供了耐酸性质和肠溶功能,从而使得对胃酸敏感的活的益生菌能够传递至肠。即,活性成分免于因胃酸而失活,直至到达小肠或大肠,并且可在小肠或大肠中实现包封的内容物的完整功能。
作为含有益生菌的肠溶胶囊,已经报道了双歧杆菌粉末的含有较高的含三层双歧杆菌粉末的无缝胶囊。所述含三层双歧杆菌粉末的无缝胶囊包括内容物、外壳和最外层。该内容物包括分散在油组分中的双歧杆菌粉末。该内容物具有1.0至1.4的比重。外壳是氢化油,其比重用比重调节器调节至1.0至1.4,并相邻地封入内容物。最外层是由水溶性成膜剂构成的单层。基于该内容物的重量,其中包含的双歧杆菌粉末的含量为40-60wt%。该内容物的比重(dA)与外壳的比重(dB)的差(Δd=dB-dA)在-0.15到+0.05的范围内(专利文献1).
作为另一个例子,而报道了一种大肠传递胶囊制剂,其在封入的大肠有益细菌的储存稳定性方面是优异的,并且能够传递足够量的活性状态下的大肠有益细菌以提供保健效果。该制剂含有胶囊,每个胶囊封入大肠有益细菌。该胶囊从内侧依次具有壳聚糖含有层和肠溶基质材料含有层。该胶囊还以相对于该胶囊的内容物的总量为0.5至25质量%的量封入蔗糖脂肪酸酯(专利文献2).。

发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
但是,以往的肠溶胶囊制剂,尤其是含有益生菌的肠溶胶囊,无论其剂型是硬胶囊还是无缝胶囊,都具有较大的尺寸(直径至少为1至2mm),因此难以在饮食品中适当地分散。此外,在制造含有以往的肠溶胶囊的饮食品时,在进行原料搅拌、向容器填充原料、容器的密封时容易出现问题。
在市场上存在含有封入乳酸菌的肠溶胶囊的酸奶等其它饮食品,在食用这些饮食品时,需要注意避免咀嚼或粉碎肠溶胶囊。这是因为不这样的话则不能将活的乳酸菌传递至肠。然而,由于肠溶胶囊具有如上所述的较大的尺寸,因此在不咀嚼的情况下小心地食用它们是不舒服的。
另外,以往的肠溶胶囊通常使用凝胶剂作为肠溶包衣剂,并且使用这样的肠溶包衣剂的肠溶胶囊通常对热敏感,胶囊材料因加热杀菌而溶解和变得不稳定。由于该缺点,不能对使用以往的肠溶胶囊的产品,例如饮食品进行加热杀菌,其结果是,有时产品难以长期储存。
肠溶胶囊在约pH5.0下崩解。通常,约20%的肠溶胶囊在到达胃后2小时内崩解,并且剩余部分到达小肠(十二指肠:pH 5.0)并在2-3小时内崩解。考虑到食物的滞留时间(胃:2-4小时,小肠:7-9小时,大肠:25-30小时),肠溶胶囊大部分在小肠中崩解。不可避免的,封入肠溶胶囊的有效地在大肠中工作的组分,如乳酸菌和功能性成分,不能充分地发挥它们的作用。可以想到,大部分乳酸菌在到达大肠时已经死亡。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种适合于添加到如酸奶等饮食品中的肠溶组合物,具有能够控制的崩解时间,从而在小肠或大肠尤其是大肠中实现崩解和内容物的释放。
用于解决问题的手段
作为用于解决该问题的深入研究的结果,本发明人发现,通过将益生菌均匀地分散在用作基质的食用氢化油组合物中,并用肠溶包衣剂对作为内容物的混合物进行包衣,能够解决该问题。进而完成了本发明。
本发明为如下所示的内容。
[1]一种肠溶组合物,其特征在于,其包含内容物和肠溶包衣剂,所述内容物为益生菌和食用氢化油乳化液的混合物,利用所述肠溶包衣剂对所述内容物进行包衣。
[2]根据[1]所述的肠溶组合物,其特征在于,所述内容物还包含酶、功能性材料或膳食纤维。
[3]根据[1]或[2]所述的肠溶组合物,其特征在于,所述食用氢化油乳化液为包含氢化菜籽油、乳化剂和水性溶剂的水包油乳化液。
[4]根据[1]至[3]中任一项所述的肠溶组合物,其特征在于,所述肠溶包衣剂为玉米醇溶蛋白、虫胶或羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)。

发明效果
本发明的肠溶组合物具有能够任意控制的崩解时间,使得能够在小肠和大肠中,尤其是在大肠中释放益生菌和功能性成分,并且能够在肠的期望区域中崩解。另外,肠溶组合物的粉末状形式具有较小的颗粒尺寸并且易于在不咀嚼或破碎的情况下摄取。进一步地,在制备含有这种粉末状肠溶组合物的酸奶及其它饮食品时,不易在进行原料搅拌、向容器填充原料、容器的密封时发生问题。另外,与以往的肠溶胶囊不同,本发明的肠溶组合物不含凝胶剂等,因此含有肠溶组合物的饮食品可耐受加热杀菌和长期储存。

具体实施方式
如上所述,本发明的肠溶组合物包括作为益生菌和食用氢化油乳化液的混合物的内容物和对该内容物进行包衣的肠溶包衣剂。因此,肠溶组合物在结构上不同于如益生菌等内容物被含食用氢化油的如胶囊等的保护层包覆的以往的组合物
该内容物包括益生菌和食用氢化油乳化液作为必需组分,并且还包括酶、功能材料、膳食纤维等作为任选组分。本发明的肠溶组合物的特征在于,所述内容物是益生菌均匀分散在食用氢化油乳化液中的混合物。
益生菌指的是对人体有益的菌株,这意味着所谓的有用菌和有益菌。通常,乳酸菌、双歧杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌(纳豆)被用于饮食品。可以使用一种益生菌或两种以上的益生菌的组合。这些细菌产生将肠内环境保持为弱酸性的代谢物(如乳酸、乙酸等有机酸)。在弱酸性环境下,减少了对酸敏感的有害菌的增殖,增强了肠道屏障功能,可以预期有良好的健康效果。尤其是,在旨在用于饮食品的本发明的肠溶组合物中,优选作为具有高耐热性的乳酸菌的产孢乳酸菌、凝结芽孢杆菌。另外,就在食用氢化油乳化液中的分散性而言,益生菌的形式优选为干燥的活菌粉末。
所述食用氢化油乳化液为食用氢化油被乳化并分散在水性溶剂中的水包油乳化液。所述食用氢化油乳化液至少包含食用氢化油、乳化剂和水性溶剂(优选为水).作为食用氢化油,可以广泛使用任何可食用的油。食用氢化油的例子包括如菜籽油、大豆油、芝麻油、玉米油、棉籽油、米油、红花油、葵花油、橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油和花生油等的氢化油(在约60℃以下为固态)。也可以使用两种以上的油混合的氢化油调和油。其中,特别优选氢化菜籽油。
用于所述食用氢化油乳化液的乳化剂及其用量只要不阻碍本发明的效果就不受限制。可以单独使用一种乳化剂或两种以上乳化剂的组合。具体地,乳化剂的例子包括甘油脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、脱水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、卵磷脂、阿拉伯树胶和加工淀粉。其中,特别优选使用蔗糖脂肪酸酯。通常,相对于食用氢化油,乳化剂的使用量为5至50质量%。
所述食用氢化油乳化液的固形分含量与所述食用氢化油乳化液的总量的比为10质量%-50质量%,优选为20-40质量%。若小于10质量%则不能确保充分的延迟崩解的效果,若大于50质量%则导致粘度增加,作业效率变差。
只要能够获得本发明的效果,可使用任何方法来制备食用氢化油乳化液。以下将给出该方法的一个例子。首先,将5-15质量份的乳化剂和800-1200质量份的水混合,使混合物在80-100℃下加热溶解,制备乳化剂的水溶液。在60-98℃下加热搅拌该水溶液的同时,缓慢加入40-80质量份的熔融的食用氢化油。然后,通过使用均质搅拌机等的搅拌器进行均质化而使混合物乳化,从而制备所述食用氢化油乳化液。只要不阻碍本发明的效果,可以在食用氢化油乳化液中加入例如黄原胶等增粘剂。
在所述内容物中,除了必须组分之外,还可以包括例如酶、功能材料和膳食纤维等作为任选组分。在酶中,除了各种酶之外,还包括如NAD、NADP、FMN、FAD、硫胺素二磷酸、磷酸吡哆醛、辅酶A、α-硫辛酸和叶酸等辅酶因子。
功能性材料在广泛意义上是对人体具有有利效果的材料,并且用作食物成分的功能性材料也被称为功能性食品材料或食品用功能性材料。功能性材料的例子包括核酸、胶原蛋白、肽、硫酸软骨素、不溶性膳食纤维、水溶性膳食纤维、胶化剂、海藻提取物和益生元等。益生元通常定义为促进驻留在大肠中的有益菌的增殖或抑制有害菌的增殖从而给宿主带来有益效果的难消化性食品成分。“有益效果”包括较宽范围的效果,例如预防感染、免疫应答调节、血压-血糖调节、促进矿物质吸收、健康皮肤和降低压力等。益生元的具体例子包括低聚果糖、低聚乳果糖、theanderose、低聚半乳糖、乳果糖、异麦芽寡糖、龙胆寡糖、海藻糖、木糖低聚糖、大豆低聚糖、麦芽糖醇、乳糖醇、还原异麦芽酮糖、山梨糖醇和木糖醇。优选适合于促进所选择的益生菌的增殖的益生元。
膳食纤维被分为溶于水的水溶性膳食纤维和不溶于水的不溶性膳食纤维。两种类型的膳食纤维都具有高吸水性,并且当与水或溶液接触时,将结构中的水或溶液吸入而发生溶胀,变得类似于糊状。膳食纤维在大肠中的发酵和分解有利于如双歧杆菌等肠内细菌的增殖和有利的肠内环境的形成。因此,优选添加膳食纤维。水溶性膳食纤维的例子包括果胶、瓜尔豆的酶水解产物、葡甘露聚糖、β-葡聚糖、聚葡萄糖、果聚糖、菊粉、阿拉伯树胶、麦芽糖醇、车前子、难消化的低聚糖、难消化的糊精、琼脂糖、藻酸钠、角叉菜胶和岩藻依聚糖等。不溶性膳食纤维的例子包括纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、甲壳质和壳聚糖等。
在所述内容物中,所述益生菌的活菌数(cfu)/所述食用氢化油乳化液的固形分含量(g)的值(cfu/g)优选在1×1012/1-1×109/1的范围内,特别优选在5×1011/1-1×1010/1的范围内。原因是当所述益生菌的活菌数(cfu)/所述食用氢化油乳化液的固形分含量(g)的值(cfu/g)在上述范围内时,益生菌和食用氢化油乳化液可以容易地均质化,并且能够使用食用氢化油乳化液对所有益生菌细胞进行温和的包衣。从而允许肠溶组合物实现其目的,即在到达小肠后3-30小时的较长的时间范围内崩解的目的,也即在大肠中释放益生菌的目的。据推测,由食用氢化油乳化液提供的温和涂层有助于提供肠溶包衣以及降低由于加热等引起的益生菌死亡率。
通常,如乳酸菌等的益生菌,不太可能在肠内驻留,因此优选在一定时间段内向肠连续供应益生菌。然而,大多数以往的肠溶制剂在到达小肠(十二指肠:pH5.0)后2-3小时内崩解。食物的滞留时间为胃中2-4小时、小肠中7-9小时以及大肠中25-30小时。这解释了以往的肠溶制剂大部分在小肠中崩解。但是,乳酸菌、功能性成分等被认为主要有效地在大肠中工作,并且为了充分发挥效果,将它们传递到大肠是必要的。为此,一种可能的方法是控制肠溶包衣剂的量,但即使是这样,大部分肠溶制剂在到达小肠之后2-3小时内崩解。因此,这种方法是有局限的,并且肠溶制剂通常难以到达大肠。与之相反,本发明的肠溶组合物在到达小肠后3-30小时的时间范围内崩解。这是因为该崩解不仅由肠溶包衣剂控制,而且还由食用氢化油组合物控制。因此,本发明的肠溶组合物可以将活的乳酸菌等传递到大肠。控制肠内滞留时间以使益生菌到达所期望的区域对于益生菌定殖于肠内的目标区域和改善该区域的肠内细菌菌群是有效的。
用于对内容物进行包覆的肠溶包衣剂可以选自在水溶液溶剂中具有良好溶解性的物质,该水性溶液溶剂具有代表肠内环境的中性至碱性的pH值,具体地,可以选自在约5-12.0的pH范围内可溶的物质。肠溶包衣剂的例子可包括玉米醇溶蛋白、虫胶、邻苯二甲酸乙酸纤维素、邻苯二甲酸羟甲基纤维素、邻苯二甲酸羟丙基甲基纤维素、乙酸琥珀酸羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素偏苯三酸酯、甲基丙烯酸共聚物,甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、邻苯二甲酸聚乙酸乙烯酯和邻苯二甲酸聚丁酸乙烯酯。可以单独使用这些物质中的一种或它们中的两种以上的组合。
在本发明中,考虑到本发明的肠溶组合物用于添加到需要热处理的饮食品中,优选不使用在产品的加热杀菌过程中,溶解和变得不稳定的材料作为肠溶包衣剂,例如明胶、角叉菜胶、结冷胶和海藻酸(或者优选从肠溶包衣剂中排除这样的材料)。
在上述列举的肠溶包衣剂中,优选玉米醇溶蛋白、虫胶和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC),特别优选使用玉米醇溶蛋白,因为其不受产品的加热杀菌的影响。玉米醇溶蛋白是玉米中的主要蛋白质。玉米醇溶蛋白是醇溶蛋白中的一种,为非水溶性的,且溶于50%-90%的乙醇,不代表单一的分子种类。
根据需要,所述肠溶包衣剂可以包含如增塑剂等添加剂。增塑剂没有特别限制,增塑剂的例子可以包括柠檬酸三乙酯、丙二醇、聚乙二醇和三醋精等。
相对于肠溶组合物的总质量,本发明的肠溶组合物中的肠溶包衣剂的量通常为0.5-20质量%,优选为5-10质量%。
本发明的肠溶组合物可配制成各种剂型,例如粉末、细颗粒、颗粒和胶囊等,在添加到饮食品,尤其是酸奶的情况下,优选为粉末。粉末的平均粒径优选为1μm-1000μm,特别优选为5μm-100μm,从而具有良好的分散性和在体内的高吸收性。可以使组合物分散于乙醇中利用激光衍射散射方法来测量平均粒径。
本发明的肠溶组合物可配制成各种剂型,并可作为内用固形制剂使用。该肠溶组合物还可用作饮食品、药品和准药品的添加剂。该肠溶组合物适合用作含益生菌的功能性食品的成分,并且可以添加到饮食品,特别是如酸奶等水性饮食品中。
本发明的肠溶组合物可通过例如下述步骤制备。将粉末状益生菌放入水中,在30-90℃下加热搅拌,制得益生菌液。将益生菌液和如上所述制备的食用氢化油乳化液混合搅拌以进行均质化。进行真空干燥或冷冻干燥,接着使用如销磨机和锤磨机等研磨机,进行研磨。通过喷雾对研磨产物施加肠溶包衣剂,并进行真空干燥,从而得到本发明的肠溶组合物。
在另一个方面,本发明提供了一种控制肠溶组合物的崩解时间的方法。该方法包括调节益生菌的活菌数和食用氢化油乳化液的固形分的量的比。益生菌的活菌数与食用氢化油乳化液的固形分的量的比越大,肠溶组合物的崩解时间就越短。具体地,优选将益生菌的活菌数(cfu)/食用氢化油乳化液的固形分的量(g)的比(cfu/g)的值调节至以上在肠溶组合物的描述中给出的范围。
实施例
以下,例示出实施例和对比例以进一步阐明本发明的效果,但这些仅出于说明性目的并不限制本发明。
实施例1
首先,将10g蔗糖脂肪酸酯(由三菱化学食品公司制造的蔗糖硬脂酸酯S-1570)和913毫升水在90℃、300rpm的条件下加热搅拌20分钟,在搅拌该水溶液的同时,缓慢加入75g熔融的氢化菜籽油。接着,将所得混合物在80℃、8000rpm条件下均质5分钟,加入2g黄原胶,制备食用氢化油乳化液。
同时,将36g产孢乳酸菌(凝结芽孢杆菌,Lactospore(注册商标)作为益生菌(活菌数:2.7×1010cfu/g)和200mL水在40℃、300rpm的条件下加热搅拌20分钟以制备益生菌液。
将413g食用氢化油乳化液(固形分含量:18g)和236g益生菌液(固形分含量:36g)在40℃下混合,在30℃下真空干燥24小时,所得干燥产物用研磨机研磨10秒(100目:90%以上).
在由此获得的干燥研磨产物的表面,喷雾施加三次180ml(固形分含量:18g)的通过将玉米醇溶蛋白溶解在80%乙醇中制备的玉米醇溶蛋白溶液(10%溶液),作为肠溶包衣剂。然后,在20℃下真空干燥24小时,得到平均粒径为20μm的粉末(1.35×1010cfu/g)(实施例产品1)。该实施例产品1中的益生菌粉末、食用氢化油乳化液和包衣剂的固形分含量的质量比为2∶1∶1,由此计算出1.35×1010cfu/g。
实施例2
为了检查实施例产品1中乳酸菌的存活率,通过BCP平板计数琼脂培养基法测量乳酸菌计数。为了杀死其它细菌、真菌和酵母,在接种前对BCP平板计数琼脂培养基以75℃加热30分钟。接着,将24.6g培养基溶解在1000ml温热纯化水中,随后在121℃灭菌15分钟。将培养基保持在约50℃,并与一定量的实施例产品1混合。培养在35-37℃条件下进行72小时。然后,根据培养基中出现的菌落数(被黄色晕圈包围的菌落)计算乳酸菌数(cfu/g)并用于评价。作为对照,使用实施例产品1的计算值。结果示于表1中。从表1中可以看出,在通过上述生产方法获得的实施例产品1中确认了益生菌的高存活率。

实施例3
为了检查含有实施例产品1的酸奶中的益生菌的存活率,换句话说,为了检查酸奶中的实施例产品1的粉末中的益生菌的保存性,通过BCP平板计数琼脂培养基法随时间而测量酸奶中的益生菌数。培养在35℃下进行72小时。根据培养基中出现的菌落数计算益生菌数(cfu/g)并用于评价。在此使用的酸奶是认为大部分乳酸菌已被杀灭的灭菌酸奶(MOMCHLOVTSI,由光明乳业股份有限公司(中国)制造)。在200g酸奶中,添加2质量%的实施例产品1的粉末,在40℃的温度下进行加速测试,并且从刚添加后直至60天随时间而测量益生菌数。在测量益生菌的每个时间点,将无菌水加入到储存的酸奶中,通过离心处理(3000rpm,20分钟)收集包含在酸奶中的实施例产品1,并用作测量样品。结果示于表2中。从表2中可以看出,在含有实施例产品1的酸奶中确认了乳酸菌的高存活率。

实施例4-6,对比例1
肠溶组合物的主要目的是使得益生菌能够在小肠和大肠中定殖。因此,肠溶组合物旨在具有可控制的崩解时间从而在小肠或大肠尤其是大肠中实现崩解和内容物的释放。为了确认实施例产品1的崩解时间,使用胭脂红酸。胭脂红酸为具有高耐热性和高耐酸性的染料,易于用于崩解性能评价。除了将胭脂酸加入到食用氢化油乳化液中,并且以表3中所示的量使用玉米醇溶蛋白、食用氢化油乳化液、胭脂红酸和益生菌以外,执行与实施例1中相同的步骤以制备粉末(实施例产品2-4,对比例产品1)。在表3中,所获得的粉末中的玉米醇溶蛋白和乳化液的各浓度分别表示玉米醇溶蛋白的固形分含量和乳化液的固形分含量相对于乳化液的固形分含量和益生菌的量的合计的比例。

实施例7
将5g实施例产品2-4和对比例产品1的各粉末悬浮在模拟肠溶液(pH6.8,mcllavaine缓冲液(柠檬酸磷酸缓冲液))中。每小时对该悬浮液取样以测定胭脂红染料的吸光度(使用pH3.0的缓冲液),并测定染料释放比。结果示于图1中。
由图1的结果可以看出,食用氢化油乳化液与益生菌(乳酸菌)混合的实施例产品2-4,延迟了崩解的开始。还显示出随着乳化液的固形分含量的增加,在肠内崩解时间延长的趋势。
Claims (11)
1.一种肠溶组合物,其特征在于,其包含内容物和肠溶包衣剂,所述内容物为益生菌和食用氢化油乳化液的混合物,利用所述肠溶包衣剂对所述内容物进行包衣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肠溶组合物,其特征在于,
所述内容物还包含酶、功能性材料或膳食纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的肠溶组合物,其特征在于,
所述食用氢化油乳化液为包含氢化菜籽油、乳化剂和水性溶剂的水包油乳化液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的肠溶组合物,其特征在于,
所述肠溶包衣剂为玉米醇溶蛋白、虫胶或羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的肠溶组合物,其特征在于,
在所述内容物中,所述益生菌的活菌数(cfu)/所述食用氢化油乳化液的固形分含量(g)的值(cfu/g)在1×1012/1-1×109/1的范围内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的肠溶组合物,其特征在于,
所述肠溶组合物为平均粒径为1μm-1000μm的粉末。
7.根据权利要求1所述的肠溶组合物,其特征在于,
所述肠溶组合物在到达小肠后3-30小时内崩解。
8.一种饮食品,其特征在于,
包含肠溶组合物,所述肠溶组合物包含内容物和肠溶包衣剂,所述内容物为益生菌和食用氢化油乳化液的混合物,利用所述肠溶包衣剂对所述内容物进行包衣。
9.根据权利要求8所述的饮食品,其特征在于,
所述饮食品为酸奶。
10.一种对肠溶组合物的崩解时间进行控制的方法,其特征在于,
所述肠溶组合物包含内容物和肠溶包衣剂,所述内容物为益生菌和食用氢化油乳化液的混合物,利用所述肠溶包衣剂对所述内容物进行包衣,
所述方法包括调节所述益生菌的数量和所述食用氢化油乳化液的固形分含量的比。
11.一种根据权利要求1所述的肠溶组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
在30-90℃的水中加热搅拌益生菌以制备益生菌液;
将熔融的食用氢化油加到乳化剂水溶液中在50-100℃下加热搅拌以制备食用氢化油乳化液;
将所述益生菌液与所述食用氢化油乳化液混合,然后干燥并将混合物研磨成粉末;以及
通过喷雾将肠溶包衣剂施加到所述粉末上。
