The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It is noted that when an element is referred to as being "mounted to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. For convenience of understanding, the existing electronic license plate is displayed first, please refer to fig. 1, it can be seen that the license plate upper cover plate in fig. 1 is the upper cover plate in the present application, the license plate lower cover plate is the bottom plate in the present application, the RFID tag is located between the upper cover plate and the bottom plate, fig. 1 only shows the basic structure of the electronic license plate, and no other detailed structure is shown.
The license plate is hereinafter referred to as an electronic license plate.
To process the electronic license plate as described above, the present application provides the following various embodiments:
referring to fig. 2, the electronic license plate automatic production line system includes a license plate pressing device 1, a license plate printing device 2 and a license plate film covering device 3 which are arranged in sequence in a matching manner. In fig. 2, the license plate pressing device 1 and the license plate printing device 2 are not so close to each other in practice, and in order to show the connection effect, the distance between the two devices is shortened.
Referring to fig. 3-4, specifically, the license plate pressing device 1 is configured to perform assembling, pressing and welding operations on an electronic license plate, where the license plate pressing device 1 includes a transmission line 11, a bottom plate feeding mechanism 12, an RFID feeding mechanism 13, an upper cover plate feeding mechanism 14, an assembling mechanism 15 and a welding mechanism 16, the transmission line 11 is a common product in the art, and a plurality of carrier plates 111 corresponding to the bottom plate 6 one by one are disposed on the transmission line 11 through a common servo motor or a stepping motor.
Preferably, the bottom plate feeding mechanism 12 is matched with the transmission line 11 to provide the bottom plate 6 of the electronic license plate of the transmission line 11, the license plate pressing device 1 comprises an error correction mechanism 17 erected on the transmission line 11, the error correction mechanism 17 is used for visually correcting the appearance sizes of the bottom plate 6 and the upper cover plate 4, and the unqualified upper cover plate 4 or the bottom plate 6 is removed from the transmission line 11 through a second grabbing structure 171 of the error correction mechanism 17, the bottom plate feeding mechanism 12 comprises a bottom plate storage box 121 loaded with the bottom plate 6 and a first pushing assembly 122, an opening for placing the bottom plate 6 is arranged at the top of the bottom plate storage box 121, an outlet for discharging the bottom plate 6 is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate storage box 121, the outlet is matched with the initial end of the transmission line 11, and the first pushing assembly 122 comprises a first pushing plate 1221 matched with the outlet and a first driving member 1222 for driving the first pushing plate 1221 to push the bottom plate 6 into the transmission line 11.
By stacking the bottom plates 6 in the bottom plate storage box 121, the first pushing plate 1221 is driven by the first driving piece 1222 to push out the bottom plate 6 at the bottommost position, namely the bottom plate 6 at the outlet, so that the bottom plate 6 is pushed onto the transmission line 11 to finish the feeding operation, the next bottom plate 6 fills the position of the last bottom plate 6 under the action of gravity, thereby realizing the automatic filling effect, the bottom plate 6 can be subjected to visual error correction operation before the bottom plate 6 enters the assembly mechanism 15 through the error correction mechanism 17, the identified algorithm is the conventional common algorithm, the bottom plate 6 size information is taken as a standard through the preset standard bottom plate 6 size information, the bottom plate 6 which is out of the identification error range is once being identified to be grabbed by the second grabbing structure 171, the bottom plate 6 is removed from the transmission line 11, the yield of the electronic license plate can be greatly improved, and the bottom plate 6 can be preferably placed on the inclined hopper 19 beside the transmission line 11 to facilitate uniform processing. The error correction device can be arranged between the upper cover plate feeding mechanism 14 and the assembly mechanism 15, and can also perform quality inspection operation on the upper cover plate 4, so that the yield of the electronic license plate is improved.
Specifically, the RFID loading mechanism 13 is matched with the assembling mechanism 15, so as to provide the electronic license plate with the RFID tag 5 of the electronic license plate for the assembling mechanism 15, the RFID loading mechanism 13 is placed on the bottom plate 6 through the assembling mechanism 15, the RFID loading mechanism 13 includes an RFID storage box 131 loaded with the RFID tag 5 and a second pushing component 132, an opening for placing the RFID tag 5 is arranged at the top of the RFID storage box 131, an outlet for discharging the RFID tag 5 is arranged at the bottom of the RFID storage box, the outlet is matched with the assembling mechanism 15 through an RFID transmission line 133, the second pushing component 132 includes a second pushing plate matched with the outlet of the RFID storage box 131, and a second driving piece for driving the second pushing plate to push the RFID tag 5 into the RFID transmission line 133, and the RFID loading mechanism 13 is basically consistent with the structure of the bottom plate loading mechanism 12, but a plurality of RFID tags 5 can be pushed out simultaneously and all located on the RFID transmission line 133, other manual intervention operations are not needed, and only one driving source is needed, so that the structure is simplified, the whole cost is low, and the failure rate is low.
Specifically, the upper cover plate feeding mechanism 14 is matched with the assembling mechanism 15, so as to provide the upper cover plate 4 of the electronic license plate for the assembling mechanism 15, the upper cover plate feeding mechanism 14 comprises an upper cover plate storage box loaded with the upper cover plate 4 and a third pushing assembly 142, an opening for placing the upper cover plate 4 is arranged at the top of the upper cover plate storage box, an outlet for discharging the upper cover plate 4 is arranged at the bottom of the upper cover plate storage box, the outlet is matched with the assembling mechanism 15 through an upper cover plate conveying line 143, the third pushing assembly 142 comprises a third pushing plate matched with the outlet of the upper cover plate storage box, and a third driving piece for driving the third pushing plate to push the upper cover plate 4 into the upper cover plate conveying line 143, the upper cover plate feeding mechanism 14 is basically consistent with the structure of the bottom plate feeding mechanism 12, other manual intervention operations are not needed, only one driving source is needed, the structure is simplified, the whole cost is low, and the failure rate is low.
The first driving member 1222, the second driving member, and the third driving member are all common linear driving members such as an electric cylinder or an air cylinder, and the upper cover plate conveying line 143 and the RFID conveying line 133 are also commonly available conveying lines, and may be belt conveying belts or chain conveying belts, and the specific structure is the prior art, and the details thereof are not repeated here.
Specifically, the assembly mechanism 15 is provided with a first grabbing structure 151 capable of grabbing the upper cover plate 4 and the RFID tag 5, the first grabbing structure 151 can move up and down and horizontally, the assembly mechanism 15 is erected at the middle position of the transmission line 11, the upper cover plate conveying line 143 and the RFID conveying line 133 are matched respectively, the upper cover plate conveying line 143 and the RFID conveying line 133 are arranged in parallel and are perpendicular to the transmission line 11, the first grabbing structure 151 is basically consistent with the second grabbing structure 171 of the error correction mechanism 17, the first grabbing structure is understood to be a common mechanical clamping jaw in the field, such as a pneumatic clamping jaw or an electric clamping jaw, and can be a common sucking disc, the upper cover plate 4, the RFID tag 5 and the bottom plate 6 can be conveniently clamped or sucked, meanwhile, the degree of freedom in the X-Y-Z axis direction is provided, clamping operation can be performed, or the assembly mechanism 15 can be provided with a special pressing structure for pressing the upper cover plate 4 and the bottom plate 6, and the RFID tag can be sequentially placed on the upper cover plate 4 and the bottom plate 6 (the upper cover plate 4 and the RFID tag 5 are required to be sequentially placed on the upper cover plate 5 and the bottom plate 6 through the upper cover plate conveying line 133).
Specifically, the welding mechanism 16 is arranged at the output end of the assembling mechanism 15 and is used for performing welding operation on the electronic license plate after pressing, and the electronic license plate is conveyed to the license plate printing device 2 through the transmission line 11 after welding is finished, wherein the welding mechanism 16 is common ultrasonic welding equipment in the field, when ultrasonic waves act on the contact surface of the thermoplastic upper cover plate 4 and the thermoplastic base plate 6, high-frequency vibration with tens of thousands times per second can be generated, the high-frequency vibration reaching a certain amplitude can be transmitted to a welding area through an upper welding piece, and local high temperature can be generated due to the fact that the acoustic resistance of the welding area, namely the interface of two welding areas, is large. And because the plastic has poor thermal conductivity, the plastic cannot be timely dispersed and gathered in a welding area, so that the contact surface of the upper cover plate 4 and the bottom plate 6 is quickly melted, and the upper cover plate and the bottom plate are fused into a whole after a certain pressure is applied. After the ultrasonic wave stops acting, the pressure is kept for a few seconds to solidify and form the material, so that a firm molecular chain is formed, the purpose of welding is achieved, and the welding strength can be close to the strength of the raw material. Ultrasonic welding is therefore very suitable for use in the present system.
Specifically, in order to further improve the yield of the electronic license plate, the license plate pressing device 1 includes a polishing and cleaning mechanism 18 disposed between the output end of the transmission line 11 and the welding mechanism 16, and polishing and cleaning operations are performed on the welded electronic license plate by the polishing and cleaning mechanism 18. After the license plate is welded, the welding seam and the appearance of the license plate are polished and cleaned by the polishing and cleaning mechanism 18, so that the surface flatness of the license plate can be remarkably improved, the attractiveness is improved, and the yield of the electronic license plate is further improved.
In this embodiment, the polishing cleaning mechanism 18 is divided into a polishing device 181 and a cleaning device 182, both of which are commercially available devices, by grinding wheel polishing and by air-blowing cleaning or friction cleaning.
Referring to fig. 5-6, specifically, the license plate printing device 2 is matched with an output end of the license plate pressing device 1, and is used for performing printing, burning and verification operations on an electronic license plate, and the license plate printing device 2 includes a feeding transmission line 21, a first license plate grabbing mechanism 22, a printing template moving line 23, a printing mechanism 24, a jacking transmission line 25 and a burning checking mechanism 26, which are matched with the output end of the license plate pressing device 1.
Preferably, a plurality of license plate placing positions 211 are arranged on the feeding transmission line 21 at uniform intervals, and the feeding transmission line is similar to the transmission line 11 in the license plate pressing device 1 in structure and has the function of transportation.
Preferably, at least one third grabbing structure 221 is disposed on the first vehicle license plate grabbing mechanism 22, and the license plate on the license plate placing position 211 is placed on the printing template moving line 23 through the third grabbing structure 221, wherein the third grabbing structure 221 is basically consistent with the structures of the first grabbing structure 151 and the second grabbing structure 171, and can be a clamping jaw or a sucking disc, and the like, so that the driving mode of the third grabbing structure 221 is a common multiple motor driving mode to realize up-down movement and horizontal movement, but in the first vehicle license plate grabbing mechanism 22, a plurality of third grabbing mechanisms can synchronously move, so that multithreading operation is achieved, and a plurality of electronic license plates on the feeding transmission line 21 can be simultaneously grabbed, and because the electronic license plates are placed on the license plate placing position 211, the feeding transmission line moves a distance of one license plate placing position 211 each time, so that the third grabbing structure 221 and the license plate placing position 211 can be accurately positioned, and other additional positioning structures are not needed.
Preferably, a plurality of printing template positions 231 are uniformly arranged at intervals on the printing template moving line 23, the printing template moving line 23 can drive the printing template positions 231 to move towards the jacking conveying line 25 and enter the jacking conveying line 25, the printing template positions 231 can move close to and away from the jacking conveying line 25 through common motor driving, and each printing template position 231 corresponds to one electronic license plate.
Preferably, the printing mechanism 24 is arranged above the moving line 23 of the printing template, and the printing head 241 of the printing mechanism 24 can move back and forth along the length direction of the moving line 23 of the printing template, the principle is that the printing mechanism is driven by a common motor to move on the sliding rail 7, and the printing operation is performed on the electronic license plate through the printing head 241, wherein the printing head 241 is a commercially available UV engraving machine, so that the UV engraving machine can sequentially perform UV engraving on a single row of electronic license plates of the moving line 23 of the printing template according to the programmed rule sequence of the license plates and the moving path of the engraving machine, or a plurality of UV engraving machine arrays are arranged on the printing mechanism 24, so that the UV engraving can be performed on a single row of electronic license plates in a running mode at the same time, and the UV engraving efficiency is remarkably improved.
Preferably, the jacking conveying line 25 is arranged between the printing template moving line 23 and the burning inspection mechanism 26, and is used for conveying the printed electronic license plate to the burning inspection mechanism 26, when the printed electronic license plate is moved to the jacking conveying line 25, the jacking conveying line 25 firstly lifts the electronic license plate and then conveys the electronic license plate to the burning inspection mechanism 26, that is, the jacking conveying line 25 also has a horizontal conveying function, but only has a lifting function compared with the traditional conveying line, and can be realized by a common cylinder jacking or motor driving jacking mode, and the repeated description is omitted.
Preferably, the output end on the burning inspection mechanism 26 is matched with the input end of the license plate film covering device 3, the information printed on the electronic license plate is visually identified through the burning inspection mechanism 26 and is input into the RFID tag 5 of the electronic license plate, the burning inspection mechanism 26 comprises an RFID reader 261, a rejecting mechanism 262 and a horizontal conveying line 263, the RFID tag 5 is repeatedly read through the RFID reader 261, the abnormal electronic license plate is rejected through the rejecting mechanism 262, the normal electronic license plate is conveyed to the input end of the license plate film covering device 3 through the horizontal conveying line 263, the horizontal conveying line 263 comprises a burning area and a checking area, the burning area is provided with an OCR identification device and a burning device, the printed information of the electronic license plate is identified and converted into RFID electronic information through the OCR identification device, the RFID electronic information is burnt into the RFID tag 5 of the electronic license plate through the burning device, and the RFID reader 261 and the rejecting mechanism 262 are both arranged in the checking area, and the checking area is matched with the input end of the license plate film covering device 3.
In this embodiment, printed characters, such as license plate numbers, on license plates are identified through OCR recognition equipment, and are converted into RFID electronic information, and then the RFID electronic information is burned in the RFID tag 5 through burning equipment, so that each license plate can be flexibly operated independently, the error rate is low, the RFID tag 5 which cannot be burned is checked out and rejected by the RFID reader 261 and the rejection mechanism 262 in the checked area, and the license plate without RFID electronic information can be effectively avoided, so that the electronic license plate in the license plate laminating device 3 is a qualified product, the subsequent manual quality inspection step can be omitted, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
The OCR recognition device is a device commonly used in the market, that is, a camera performs video snapshot to recognize the license plate number in the photo, then converts the recognized license plate number information into RFID electronic information, and then automatically writes and records the RFID electronic information into the RFID tag 5 of the electronic license plate through a common writing device in the field, where the writing device reads and writes the RFID tag 5 of the electronic license plate through a wireless communication manner, for example, the writing device continuously communicates with the electronic license plate through a radio frequency antenna, and may have the same structure as the RFID reader 261.
Referring to fig. 6, after the RFID tag 5 is programmed, the electronic license plate enters the inspection area. The inspection area simulates the use scene of the electronic license plate so as to inspect whether the electronic license plate is read normally in the simulated use scene, and after the horizontal conveying line 263 conveys the electronic license plate into the inspection area, the RFID reader 261 at the side of the horizontal conveying line 263 is communicated with the electronic license plate continuously, and the information of the license plate is read and checked repeatedly. In order to simulate the process from entering the coverage range of the antenna to exiting the electronic license plate in the license plate use scene, the antenna is connected with the attenuator, so that the purpose of simulating a larger coverage range is achieved. In fig. 6, after the information of the license plate is programmed and recorded, the license plate enters a detection area along a transmission line, and the distance between the detection area and the horizontal transmission line 263 is within a range of 1.5 meters, wherein the range is the coverage of an antenna, which simulates the whole process that the electronic license plate enters the range of the antenna and moves into and out of the range in an actual scene. When the electronic license plate enters the range, the RFID reader 261 continuously communicates with the electronic license plate through the radio frequency antenna, electronic information in the electronic license plate is repeatedly read, the RFID reader 261 stores and records the communication process, alarms on abnormal states, and the electronic license plate with incorrect state information is removed through the removing mechanism 262.
The rejecting mechanism 262 is a common linear pushing structure or grabbing structure, and is similar to the first pushing assembly 122 or the first grabbing structure 151, and therefore not shown in the drawings, and the structure thereof will not be described again.
Referring to fig. 7, preferably, the license plate film coating device 3 is matched with the output end of the license plate printing device 2, so as to perform packaging film coating operation on the electronic license plate, a second license plate grabbing mechanism 27 is arranged in the inspection area, the electronic license plate is transported to the input end of the license plate film coating device 3 through the second license plate grabbing mechanism 27, and the license plate is further placed on the license plate film coating device 3 through the second license plate grabbing mechanism 27 similar to the first license plate grabbing mechanism 22 in structure, so that no additional connecting structure is needed for the license plate film coating device 3 and the horizontal conveying line 263, only the distance is needed, the structural improvement of the license plate film coating device 3 is omitted, the equipment cost is reduced, and the arrangement requirement of the license plate film coating device 3 is also reduced.
Example 2
The production line can also comprise injection molding equipment of the upper cover plate 4 and the bottom plate 6 in front of the license plate pressing device 1, the upper cover plate 4 and the bottom plate 6 are respectively placed on the license plate pressing device 1 through common manipulators or other automatic equipment, common sorting equipment can be connected behind the license plate film coating device 3, finished electronic license plates are automatically loaded into envelopes along with the production line of the sorting equipment, RFID electronic information in the electronic license plates is read, the envelopes are automatically sorted and flowed into different production lines according to set rules and conditions (according to actual production regulations, such as address division of recipients), mailing information is automatically printed on the envelopes, and the mailing is waited for in a boxing mode, so that the full-automatic production and mailing production line is formed.
Example 3
The control method of the electronic license plate automatic production line comprises the following steps:
S101, feeding the bottom plate 6, and conveying the bottom plate 6 to an error correction mechanism 17 through a transmission line 11;
S102, the error correction mechanism 17 performs visual identification on the bottom plate 6 and the upper cover plate 4 respectively and compares the visual identification with preset standard information;
S103, the second vehicle card grasping mechanism 27 removes the bottom plate 6 and the upper cover plate 4 which do not conform to standard information from the transmission line 11, wherein the standard information comprises size information of the upper cover plate 4 and the bottom plate 6, and the like;
S104, conveying the base plate 6 which accords with the standard information to an assembling position of an assembling mechanism 15 by the transmission line 11;
S105, feeding the RFID tag 5 and the upper cover plate 4, and sequentially placing the RFID tag 5 and the upper cover plate 4 on the bottom plate 6 by the first grabbing structure 151 and pressing the upper cover plate 4 and the bottom plate 6 into an electronic license plate;
S106, the transmission line 11 conveys the electronic license plate to the welding mechanism 16 for welding;

According to the scheme, basic control steps of the automatic production line of the electronic license plate are provided, the electronic license plate can be easily processed, and the same technical effects of the automatic production line of the electronic license plate are achieved.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

The electronic license plate automated production line system of claim 2, wherein the license plate press-fit device comprises an error correction mechanism mounted on a transmission line for visually correcting the outer dimensions of the bottom plate and the top plate and removing the failed top plate or bottom plate from the transmission line by a second grasping structure of the error correction mechanism.
