s6, after the second carrier seat moves to one end far away from the second moving module, the clamping device on the third moving module moves the OK material on the second carrier seat to the material tray on the third carrier seat, moves the NG material on the second carrier seat to the corresponding bin according to the specific defect type, and moves the suspected NG material to the bin of the suspected NG material;
s7, after the products in the material tray are placed, moving the material tray to the lower part of the cleaning device for cleaning, and after cleaning, moving the material tray to the lower part of the fourth material moving device for waiting for packaging;

The automatic optical inspection, classification and packaging device of claim 1, wherein a jacking mechanism is arranged below one end of the third material moving device close to the film tearing device, the jacking mechanism comprises a jacking cylinder and a jacking plate connected to the output end of the jacking cylinder, and a plurality of jacking blocks are arranged on the jacking plate.
