A top inspection assembly comprising a top inspection conveyor and a top inspection CCD camera for inspecting the top surface of the cassette;
the bottom and periphery detection assembly comprises a transparent bearing table, a side detection CCD camera and a bottom detection CCD camera and is used for detecting the periphery and the bottom of the box;
the blanking sorting assembly comprises two conveying belts and a lifting material pushing mechanism which are arranged in parallel up and down, and is used for sorting the boxes according to the detection result, and the lifting material pushing mechanism comprises a primary material pushing device and can adjust the bearing space according to the specification of the boxes;
the carrying assembly comprises a first transverse moving module, a moving connecting plate arranged on the first transverse moving module, a loading carrying mechanism arranged on the moving connecting plate and a blanking carrying mechanism arranged on the moving connecting plate through a second transverse moving module, wherein the loading carrying mechanism is used for carrying the box between the top detection assembly and the bottom and periphery detection assemblies; the blanking carrying mechanism is used for transferring boxes between the bottom and periphery detection assemblies and the blanking sorting assembly.

The apparatus for automatically inspecting box label and appearance according to claim 1, wherein: the top detection assembly further comprises a material guide plate, a material blocking cylinder, a material blocking block, a top light source, a top camera front-back moving module and a top camera lifting module; the material guide plates are arranged on two sides of the front end of the top detection assembly; the material blocking cylinder is arranged below the front end of the top detection assembly; the material blocking block is arranged on the top detection conveyer belt; the top light source is arranged above the top detection assembly; the top camera front-and-back moving module is arranged above the top detection assembly; the top camera lifting module is arranged on the top camera front-and-back moving module; the top detection CCD camera is arranged on the top camera lifting module.

The apparatus for automatically inspecting box label and appearance according to claim 2, wherein: the top detection assembly further comprises a speed regulating motor, a first sensor and a second sensor; the speed regulating motor is in driving connection with the top detection conveying belt; the first sensor is arranged beside the material guide plate; the second sensor is arranged at the side of the material blocking block.

The apparatus for automatically inspecting box label and appearance according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom and periphery detection assembly further comprises a side light source, a bottom light source and an alignment cylinder; the side light source and the side detection CCD camera are correspondingly arranged at the side of the upper part of the transparent bearing table; the bottom light source and the bottom detection CCD camera are correspondingly arranged at the lower part of the transparent bearing table; the alignment cylinder avoids the lateral detection CCD camera and is arranged on two sides of the upper part of the transparent bearing platform.

The apparatus for automatically inspecting box label and appearance according to claim 4, wherein: the side detection CCD camera and the bottom detection CCD camera are both connected with a side bottom moving module; the central extension lines of the lenses of the side detection CCD camera and the bottom detection CCD camera are intersected on the middle point of the transparent bearing table.

The apparatus for automatically inspecting box label and appearance according to claim 1, wherein: the two conveyer belts are respectively a qualified product conveyer belt and a defective product conveyer belt; the qualified product conveyer belt is positioned above the defective product conveyer belt; the tail ends of the two conveying belts are provided with blocking blocks; and a third sensor is arranged beside the blocking block.

The apparatus for automatically inspecting box label and appearance according to claim 6, wherein: the lifting material pushing mechanism further comprises a lifting table, a sliding table and a secondary material pushing device; the lifting platform is arranged on the front sides of the head ends of the two conveying belts, and the bottom of the lifting platform is connected with a lifting driving device in a driving manner; the sliding table is connected with the lifting table in a sliding manner, and a bearing space is enclosed by the surfaces of the sliding table and the lifting table; the primary material pushing device is in driving connection with the sliding table and can drive the sliding table to move back and forth, so that the size of a bearing space is adjusted; the secondary pushing device is arranged on the front side of the sliding table and used for pushing the box on the upper portion of the sliding table.

The apparatus for automatically inspecting box label and appearance according to claim 1, wherein: the feeding and carrying mechanism comprises a first lifting module and a rotary driving device; the first lifting module is arranged on the movable connecting plate; the rotary driving device is arranged on the first lifting module; the blanking and carrying mechanism comprises a second lifting module; the second lifting module is arranged on the second transverse moving module.

The apparatus for automatically inspecting box label and appearance according to claim 8, wherein: the rotary driving device and the second lifting module are both provided with a transfer tool; the transferring jig comprises a material clamping cylinder and a vacuum chuck; the output end of the material clamping cylinder is connected with a clamping jaw; the vacuum chuck is arranged between the clamping jaws.

The apparatus for automatically inspecting box label and appearance according to claim 9, wherein: a rotary protection assembly is connected between the rotary driving device and the transfer jig; the rotation protection assembly comprises an induction sensor, an induction sheet, a follow-up block and a blocking column; the sensor is arranged on the transfer jig; the induction sheet is correspondingly arranged on the rotary driving device; the follow-up block is arranged on the transfer jig; the blocking column is correspondingly arranged on the rotary driving device.
