本发明提供了一种铝蜂窝板及其加工设备,属于铝蜂窝板制造技术领域。它解决了先有铝蜂窝板铝薄板粘结效果一般,隔音效果较差的问题。本铝蜂窝板及其加工设备,包括上铝薄板、下铝薄板、位于上铝薄板和下铝薄板之间的铝蜂窝芯,铝薄板与铝蜂窝芯之间通过EVA胶膜粘接,加工设备包括沿着铝蜂窝芯输送方向依次设有的下放料机组、往铝蜂窝芯内填充石英砂的填充机构、上放料机组、烘箱和截断机构。该铝蜂窝板及其加工设备,加强了隔音效果,同时使铝薄板与铝蜂窝芯之间的连接更加牢固。

技术领域
本发明属于铝蜂窝板制造技术领域,涉及一种铝蜂窝板及其加工设备。
背景技术
由于铝合金型材具有材质轻,强度高,抗腐蚀性能好,价格便宜等特点,现在许多装饰中都会采用铝型材来作为主要型材或板材来使用。铝蜂窝板用来制造门板和墙板,一般的铝蜂窝板包括三层,上下为铝薄板,中间为铝蜂窝芯,但是普通的铝蜂窝板隔音效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种铝蜂窝板及其加工设备,铝蜂窝板具有较好的隔音效果,结构牢固。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种铝蜂窝板,包括上铝薄板、下铝薄板、位于上铝薄板和下铝薄板之间的铝蜂窝芯,其特征在于,铝蜂窝芯内填充有石英砂,上铝薄板与铝蜂窝芯之间通过EVA胶膜粘接,下铝薄板与铝蜂窝芯之间通过EVA胶膜粘接。
进一步的,石英砂的径粒为0.5-1mm。
本发明还提供了一种铝蜂窝板加工设备,其特征在于,包括沿着铝蜂窝芯输送方向依次设有的下放料机组、往铝蜂窝芯内填充石英砂的填充机构、上放料机组、烘箱和截断机构,下放料机组具有下铝薄板放料卷和下EVA胶膜放料卷,上放料机组具有上铝薄板放料卷和上EVA胶膜放料卷,烘箱的前后进出口处设有前牵引辊组和后牵引辊组,截断机构包括上支撑架、下支撑台、截断气缸和切刀,切刀连接在截断气缸的伸缩杆下端,截断气缸固定在上支撑架上,下支撑台板开有供切刀嵌入的刀槽。
进一步的,所述填充机构包括放置石英砂的料斗、毛刷和吹风机,料斗下端具有出料管,出料管上连接有流量控制阀,出料管外侧卡嵌有支撑杆,毛刷和吹风机均固定在支撑杆,料斗下端设有输送辊组。
进一步的,输送辊组前端具有两个前导向压辊,输送辊组后端具有两个后导向压辊。
进一步的,毛刷紧贴铝蜂窝芯上表面,吹风机的出风口与铝蜂窝芯的夹角为20°~30°。
进一步的,烘箱外顶部设有压接气缸,烘箱内设有上压辊组、下压辊组、下压板、固定台,下压辊组转动连接在固定台上,上压辊组转动连接在下压板上,下压板与压接气缸的伸缩杆连接。
与现有技术相比,本铝蜂窝板及其加工设备具有以下优点:
1.采用EVA胶膜,这种热塑性胶膜连续复合工艺生产的铝蜂窝板的粘接强度是普通胶水粘接的铝蜂窝板的3-5倍。
2.铝蜂窝芯内部填充有石英砂颗粒,当声音穿过铝蜂窝板时,声音以声波方式传播,声波撞击铝蜂窝板,内部石英砂颗粒振动,使颗粒相互运动,动能减少,转变为内能,从而达到较好的隔音效果。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本发明的铝蜂窝板,包括上铝薄板(1)、下铝薄板(2)、位于上铝薄板(1)和下铝薄板(2)之间的铝蜂窝芯(3),铝蜂窝芯(3)内填充有径粒为0.5-1mm的石英砂(4),声音穿过铝蜂窝板时,声音以声波方式传播,声波撞击铝蜂窝板,内部石英砂(4)颗粒振动,使颗粒相互运动,动能减少,转变为内能,从而达到较好的隔音效果,上铝薄板(1)与铝蜂窝芯(3)之间通过EVA胶膜(5)粘接,下铝薄板(2)与铝蜂窝芯(3)之间通过EVA胶膜(5)粘接,这种热塑性胶膜连续复合工艺生产的铝蜂窝板的粘接强度是普通胶水粘接的铝蜂窝板的3-5倍,使得铝薄板与铝蜂窝芯(3)更好的粘结,不易脱落。
如图2所示,本发明的铝蜂窝板加工设备,包括沿着铝蜂窝芯(3)输送方向依次设有的下放料机组、往铝蜂窝芯(3)内填充石英砂(4)的填充机构、上放料机组、烘箱(6)和截断机构,下放料机组具有下铝薄板放料卷(30)和下EVA胶膜放料卷(29),上放料机组具有上铝薄板放料卷(7)和上EVA胶膜放料卷(8),填充机构设置在下放料机构与上放料机构的中间,包括放置石英砂(4)的料斗(17)、毛刷(18)和吹风机(19),料斗(17)下端具有出料管(20),出料管(20)上连接有流量控制阀(21)以控制石英砂(4)的流量,出料管(20)外侧卡嵌有支撑杆(22),毛刷(18)和吹风机(19)均固定在支撑杆(22),毛刷(18)紧贴铝蜂窝芯(3)上表面,便于刷平位于铝蜂窝芯(3)上表面的石英砂(4),为清理卡滞在铝蜂窝芯(3)表面的石英砂(4),吹风机(19)的出风口与铝蜂窝芯(3)的夹角为20°~30°,吹风机(19)用于进一步清理干净残留在铝蜂窝芯(3)上表面的石英砂(4)。料斗(17)下端设有输送辊组(23),输送辊组(23)前端具有两个前导向压辊(231),位于最前面的前导向压辊(231)将EVA胶膜(5)加压紧贴在铝蜂窝芯(3)表面,位于后面的前导向压辊(231)将铝薄板牵引加压覆盖在EVA胶膜(5)表面,输送辊组(23)后端具有两个后导向压辊(232),操作原理与前导向压辊(231)相同,烘箱(6)的前后进出口处设有前牵引辊组(9)和后牵引辊组(10)来牵引铝蜂窝板的进入与退出,为铝薄板、EVA胶膜(5)与铝蜂窝芯(3)粘结更加牢固,烘箱(6)外顶部设有压接气缸(24),烘箱(6)内设有上压辊组(25)、下压辊组(26)、下压板(27)、固定台(28),下压辊组(26)转动连接在固定台(28)上,上压辊组(25)转动连接在下压板(27)上,下压板(27)与压接气缸(24)的伸缩杆(15)连接,截断机构包括上支撑架(11)、下支撑台(12)、截断气缸(13)和切刀(14),切刀(14)连接在截断气缸(13)的伸缩杆(15)下端,截断气缸(13)固定在上支撑架(11)上,下支撑台(12)板开有供切刀(14)嵌入的刀槽(16),使得更好的切割铝蜂窝板。
本发明的操作原理如下:

本发明的实施,使组装后的铝蜂窝板更加牢固,铝薄板不易脱落,同时保护铝蜂窝芯,同时采用对铝蜂窝芯添加石英砂,有效地改善隔音效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述石英砂的径粒为0.5-1mm。
3.一种铝蜂窝板加工设备,其特征在于,包括沿着铝蜂窝芯输送方向依次设有的下放料机组、往铝蜂窝芯内填充石英砂的填充机构、上放料机组、烘箱和截断机构,下放料机组具有下铝薄板放料卷和下EVA胶膜放料卷,上放料机组具有上铝薄板放料卷和上EVA胶膜放料卷,烘箱的前后进出口处设有前牵引辊组和后牵引辊组,截断机构包括上支撑架、下支撑台、截断气缸和切刀,切刀连接在截断气缸的伸缩杆下端,截断气缸固定在上支撑架上,下支撑台板开有供切刀嵌入的刀槽。
